This research has purpose to find out participation of susuripen farmer group’s member in the wailan sub district, north tomohon district, tomohon city. This research been carried out for three months, from April 2016 to June 2016, start from preparation until the prepration of reports. Data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interview to the respodents with using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from government agencies which related to the location. Sampling technique used census method with the total of Susuripen farmer groups member is 20 people been interviewed with the questionnaires. Data analysis in this research used descriptive analysis and also likert scale, with level 1 (less active), 2 (active), 3 (very active). This research found based on the analysis using likert scale, that total index of member participation in the Susuripen farmer groups in decision making phase which cover the activeness in the meeting attendance and activeness in the giving opininon. Member participation in the realization activity which covers, activeness in the rice paddy cultivation, activeness in the Horticulture cultivation, activeness in the rice paddy harvest and post-harvest, activeness in the agricultural extension attendance, activeness in the mandatory contribution. Member participation in the evaluation phase which covers involvement in monitoring groups’ activity, involvement in calculating agribusiness outputs. With 79,8 categorized high. Further analysis shows that the member participation level in Susuripen farmer groups with score 479 from presumption that highest score is 600 and lowest score 200. Suggestion in this research based on the summary for the government or locals is motivate member participation in Susuripen farmer groups in the Wailan sub district, north Tomohon district, Tomohon city because that is the main key and main business in the food security development.

This study aims to determine the Members Participation in the Village Farmer Group Kalelon Kauneran District of Sonder Minahasa. The study lasted three months, the month of July 2016 until September 2016, ranging from preparation to preparation of research reports. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews to respondents by using questionnaire and secondary data obtained through the office of the Village Kauneran. Data collection technique used census techniques are all members of the Farmers Group Kalelon of 20 people interviewed using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using the descriptive analysis and also using a Likert scale, with level 1 (underactive), 2 (active), 3 (highly active). The results showed, based on the Likert Scale, that the number of index Member Participation in Farmers Kalelon in the planning stage which also includes, liveliness and activeness followed meetings to provide input. Parisipasi members in the implementation phase also includes the activity, the activity of paddy rice cultivation, active in horticultural crop cultivation, active in post-harvest harvest to rice paddy, active in post-harvest harvest to horticultural crops, liveliness mengiktuti counseling, active in giving mandatory dues. Participation of members in the evaluation phase which include involvement in monitoring the group's activities, involvement in a variety of outcome measures farming activities. Participation of members of Kalelon farmer groups in the planning phase, the implementation phase and the evaluation phase were at 86, 5 is relatively high. Further analysis showed that the level of participation of members of the Farmer Group Kalelon on the score of 519 out of the range of the number of ideal scoring the highest score was 600 and the lowest score is 200. Suggestions in this research for members of farmer groups to improve their Kalelon activeness in following the extension because it are the main participants and entrepreneurs in the development of food security and the government should pay attention to what the needs of the farmer groups Kalelon for the development of farmer groups in general.Keywords: Participation, Member, Farmers Group Kalelon, Kauneran Village, Sonder District, Minahasa

The role of agriculture in the economic development of this country is still very important, besides being a fuel provider, this sector also contributes significantly to the development of workforce which is expected to have an increase in the change in the level of poverty. The Ministry of Agriculture has a vision and mission in alleviating poverty by rolling out various forms of programs to increase capital for farmers. Farmers who have developed their level of education, improved changes in the economic and political structure, began to understand to form a farmer group that had the goal of obtaining and obtaining mutual assistance included in the agricultural program of the government, such as the UPSUS Pajale Program. Farmers who are members of farmer groups will strengthen the ability of their groups to manage and channel the Pajale UPSUS Program assistance that requires improving farm safety consisting of indicators; the role of members of farmer groups, suitability of group services, collectivity, and resolution of local wisdom that still requires in its farming activities. The success of farmer groups can not be separated from social capital which is the main foundation that must be owned by farmers as group members. Mangkuprawira (2010) describes the support of social capital in farmers such as social norms, mutual trust, networking, cooperation, mutual relations, participation, and commitment that will be directly connected to the success of the UPSUS Pajale (soybean) program being rolled out by the government, and seen from three indicators namely; successful output, successful results, and successful benefits. The UPSB Pajale Program in East Lampung Regency is held from February to March 2019. The data used are primary and secondary data with the Mix-method research method. The sampling technique used was the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with a total sample of 140 farmers who were members of a farmer group receiving the 2017 UPSUS Pajale Kedelai Program in East Lampung Regency. Data processing is done qualitatively and quantitatively. Data is arranged qualitatively using descriptive analysis, while quantitative data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, which uses the LISREL 8.80 program. The results showed the value of R2 = 0.71, which means that the second variable namely Farmer Institutional Performance and the Existence of Farmer Social Capital contributed 71 percent and was significant to the Success of the UPSUS Pajale Program in East Lampung Regency.Keywords: Farming Institution, Existence of Social Capital, and UPSUS Pajale Program

The purpose of this study are identifying the types and the role of the subsystems of production facilities in the agribusiness system cassava managed by Farmer Group of Sungai Suci, subsystem farming analyzed in agribusiness system cassava managed by Farmers Group in Sungai Suci, analyze subsystem agroindustry in the agribusiness system managed by Farmer Group in Sungai Suci, analyze marketing subsystem in cassava agribusiness system managed by Farmers Group in Sungai Suci, identifying the types and subsystems supporting role in the system of cassava agribusiness managed by Farmer Group in Sungai Suci.The determination location methode is purposive. Respondents determination in this study using census methode in the Sungai Suci Farmer Group. Data collected was primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, farming analysis, agroindustry analysis, and marketing channels analysis.The result showed that Cassava farm incomes on average per ha in one growing season is the real income is Rp 18.681.033, unriil revenue is Rp 12.626.045 Cassava agroindustry every month have the income namely: from the farmers directly to agroindustrial Cassava Farmers Sungai Suci and from farmers to collectors village level and then to the consumer artisans cassava processing while the processed agroindustrial cassava there are three grooves, namely: mocaf flour processing Rp 1.707.500,- Rengginang Rp.1.650.693-, and Rp.2.513.400 chips. Flow marketing of cassava includes two strands, namely: from the farmers directly to agroindustrial Cassava Farmers Sungai Suci and from farmers to collectors village level and then to the consumer artisans cassava processing while the processed agroindustry cassava there are three grooves, namely: from farmer groups to consumers artisan cakes and households, the second from farmer groups to household consumers, and a third of farmers' groups to a merchant retailers and then to consumers. Subsystems supporting role in agribusiness systems of cassava in the Sungai Suci Farmers Group is Women Farmers Sungai Suci and the Government cooperation. Keywords: agribusiness, cassava, farmer group

In this era of globalization, many efforts have done in order to earn money for the family. Efforts in agriculture be one choice of families and communities. In general, the development has opened up opportunities for women to engage in various businesses in the agricultural sector which has been dominated by men. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of women owners or workers in the cut flower business in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon sub district, Tomohon. The study lasted for 3 months, namely in November 2015 until January 2016, ranging from research preparation to the formulation of a research report. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interview to the respondents. Method of sample selection has used purposive sampling technique on nine women from 11 women as population who are owners or workers in the cut flower business. Data collection is a direct interview and observation (observation). Secondary data was collected from previous studies conducted by other researchers, but at the same location. Data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and also using a Likert scale, with level 1 (underactive), 2 (active), 3 (highly active). This study found, based on an analysis using a Likert scale, that the number of female labor force participation index in the cut flower business (including planting, maintenance, cutting/ harvesting/buying, stringing, or sales) are at a point that 85.6% were categorized as high. Further analysis showed that the labor force participation rate of women in cut flower business with a score of up to 185 of the range of the number of ideal scoring the highest score was 216 and the lowest score was 72. Suggestions in this study, based on the conclusions derived, is the government should open up more opportunities to increase the number of business opportunities and work for women in cut flower business in order to alleviate the problem of female unemployment and poverty that exist in Tomohon City.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the participation of members in the Mitra Jaya farmer group activities in Mundung Village, East Tombatu District. This research took place from October to December 2018. The data used were primary data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire to10 respondents and secondary data obtained from the Mundung Village Office in East Tombatu District. The technique of collecting data uses census techniques. Data analysis used in this study is descriptiveanalysis using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the participation of members in farmer groups was high, because they participated in each activity held by the Mitra Jaya farmer groups both in the activities of the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation phase of farmer group activities. The participation of members in the Mitra Jaya farmer group in Mundung Village, Tombatu Timur District in the management of farmer group activities is high.*eprm*.

This study aims to determine how the participation of members of farmers in farm management. The research was carried on in the Matani village of District Tumpaan of South Minahasa regency. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through direct interviews with respondents, while secondary data obtained from the district office Tumpaan. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. The group was divided into two strata , farmer groups and farmer groups. The number of samples taken farmer group is three farmer groups, one advanced farmer group (Karisma) and 2 beginners farmer groups (Beringin and Bina Karya), each farmer groups in the capture of 10 members. The variable that is measured in this study is the participation of members of farmers in the planning, implementation, and controlling by using Likert scale. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that, the participation of members of farmers in farm management from planning, implementation, and oversight is high.

This study aims to determine the companion motivation of farmer groups in the village of Kinunang, District Likupang East, North Minahasa District. This study was conducted from May to July 2017. The data used were primary data obtained from each farmer group through direct interviews with 30 (thirty) respondents using questionnaires that were asked to the heads of farmer groups in Kinunang Village in East Likupang Sub-district. Secondary data is obtained directly from books, and articles. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive analysis which each answer is tested and tested using Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of farmer group supporters is very important in the empowerment of farmer groups both at the level of beginner and advanced in the activity.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of human capital and organizational learning on company performance which is mediated by organizational competence. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study were 75 respondents, each of whom worked for 3 MSMEs in the city of Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique is carried out with two main parts, namely the measurement model and the structural model. Based on the results of research data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 5.176; 2) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational competency with a t-statistic value of 4.786; 3) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 5.387; 4) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance mediated by organizational competence with a t-statistic value of 3.175; and 5) Organizational Competency does not directly affect the Company's Performance with a t-statistic value of 1.571.

<p>PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya is a company engaged in the agribusiness industry that sells a wide range of agricultural goods. The development of the agribusiness industry, particularly agricultural stores are now increasing to fiercer competition. The objectives of this research were (1) Identify the level of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, (2) Identify the level of the activities associated with knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, and (3) Analyzing the perceptions of employees regarding the application of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya. The data that used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Collecting the respondences was done by quota sampling technique, database examine was done by descriptive analysis, average value calculation analysis, and chi-square analysis.<br />The result of average value calculation analysis showed level implementation of knowledge management was excellent (67,01%), represented from strongly agree answered 20,75% and agree answered 46,26%. Moreover, employees said bad, represented from less agree answered 19,97% and disagree 13,02%. In this research, found at least two components which employees feel valued and still yet to be repaired, that was 1) knowledge and 2) work time. The result average value calculation showed level of activity associated with knowledge management was less good (42,78%), represented five to ten times answered 22,78% and more than ten times 20%. Moreover, employees answered never 30% and less than five times 20%. The result chi-square showed employees’ perception about knowledge management based on employee characteristics where the majority of employees agreeing with the implementation of knowledge management.</p>

AbstractThe decline in fishermen's income was triggered by increased household needs while the income of fishermen's fate seemed to be unbearable. This is also experienced by Neyan in the Coastal Region of Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency. Their income continues to decline even more often they have no cost for their daily lives. They are in debt which is strangling their necks. They are increasingly desperate because there is no solution offered either from the government or from other relevant parties. Starting from the background, the problem is formulated as follows: 1. What causes the level of income of fishermen in the Coastal Zone of Mandolang District to decrease; 2. How do they increase their income. The research objectives are: 1. To describe and analyze what causes the level of income of fishermen in the Coastal Zone of Mandolang District to decrease; 2. To analyze how they increase their income. This research will be carried out in the Coastal Area of Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency in 2017 since it was signed a work contract with LPPM. The method in this study is purposive sampling method. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Pendapatan mereka semakin hari semakin menurun bahkan seringkali  mereka tidak mempunyai biaya untuk kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Mereka terlbat utang yang semakin mencekik leher.  Mereka semakin putus asa karena belum ada jalan keluar yang ditawarkan baik dari pemerintah ataupun dari pihak-pihak terkait lainnya.  Bertitik tolak dari latar belakang tersebut maka masalah dirumuskan sebagai berikut: 1. Apa yang menyebabkan turunnya tingkat pendapatan nelayan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang; 2. Bagaimana cara mereka meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah : 1. Untuk mengdeskripsikan dan menganalisis apa yang menyebabkan turunnya tingkat pendapatan nelayan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang; 2. Untuk menganalisis bagaimana cara mereka meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang Kabupaten Minahasa pada tahun 2017 sejak di tandatangani kontrak kerja dengan LPPM. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yakni analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskripsi kuantitatif.Kata kunci: wilayah pesisir, pendapatan nelayan, kecamatan Mandolang
