This study aims to determine the Members Participation in the Village Farmer Group Kalelon Kauneran District of Sonder Minahasa. The study lasted three months, the month of July 2016 until September 2016, ranging from preparation to preparation of research reports. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews to respondents by using questionnaire and secondary data obtained through the office of the Village Kauneran. Data collection technique used census techniques are all members of the Farmers Group Kalelon of 20 people interviewed using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using the descriptive analysis and also using a Likert scale, with level 1 (underactive), 2 (active), 3 (highly active). The results showed, based on the Likert Scale, that the number of index Member Participation in Farmers Kalelon in the planning stage which also includes, liveliness and activeness followed meetings to provide input. Parisipasi members in the implementation phase also includes the activity, the activity of paddy rice cultivation, active in horticultural crop cultivation, active in post-harvest harvest to rice paddy, active in post-harvest harvest to horticultural crops, liveliness mengiktuti counseling, active in giving mandatory dues. Participation of members in the evaluation phase which include involvement in monitoring the group's activities, involvement in a variety of outcome measures farming activities. Participation of members of Kalelon farmer groups in the planning phase, the implementation phase and the evaluation phase were at 86, 5 is relatively high. Further analysis showed that the level of participation of members of the Farmer Group Kalelon on the score of 519 out of the range of the number of ideal scoring the highest score was 600 and the lowest score is 200. Suggestions in this research for members of farmer groups to improve their Kalelon activeness in following the extension because it are the main participants and entrepreneurs in the development of food security and the government should pay attention to what the needs of the farmer groups Kalelon for the development of farmer groups in general.Keywords: Participation, Member, Farmers Group Kalelon, Kauneran Village, Sonder District, Minahasa

This research has purpose to find out participation of susuripen farmer group’s member in the wailan sub district, north tomohon district, tomohon city. This research been carried out for three months, from April 2016 to June 2016, start from preparation until the prepration of reports. Data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interview to the respodents with using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from government agencies which related to the location. Sampling technique used census method with the total of Susuripen farmer groups member is 20 people been interviewed with the questionnaires. Data analysis in this research used descriptive analysis and also likert scale, with level 1 (less active), 2 (active), 3 (very active). This research found based on the analysis using likert scale, that total index of member participation in the Susuripen farmer groups in decision making phase which cover the activeness in the meeting attendance and activeness in the giving opininon. Member participation in the realization activity which covers, activeness in the rice paddy cultivation, activeness in the Horticulture cultivation, activeness in the rice paddy harvest and post-harvest, activeness in the agricultural extension attendance, activeness in the mandatory contribution. Member participation in the evaluation phase which covers involvement in monitoring groups’ activity, involvement in calculating agribusiness outputs. With 79,8 categorized high. Further analysis shows that the member participation level in Susuripen farmer groups with score 479 from presumption that highest score is 600 and lowest score 200. Suggestion in this research based on the summary for the government or locals is motivate member participation in Susuripen farmer groups in the Wailan sub district, north Tomohon district, Tomohon city because that is the main key and main business in the food security development.

This study aims to determine the participation of members in the Mitra Jaya farmer group activities in Mundung Village, East Tombatu District. This research took place from October to December 2018. The data used were primary data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire to10 respondents and secondary data obtained from the Mundung Village Office in East Tombatu District. The technique of collecting data uses census techniques. Data analysis used in this study is descriptiveanalysis using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the participation of members in farmer groups was high, because they participated in each activity held by the Mitra Jaya farmer groups both in the activities of the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation phase of farmer group activities. The participation of members in the Mitra Jaya farmer group in Mundung Village, Tombatu Timur District in the management of farmer group activities is high.*eprm*.

This study aims to determine the companion motivation of farmer groups in the village of Kinunang, District Likupang East, North Minahasa District. This study was conducted from May to July 2017. The data used were primary data obtained from each farmer group through direct interviews with 30 (thirty) respondents using questionnaires that were asked to the heads of farmer groups in Kinunang Village in East Likupang Sub-district. Secondary data is obtained directly from books, and articles. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive analysis which each answer is tested and tested using Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of farmer group supporters is very important in the empowerment of farmer groups both at the level of beginner and advanced in the activity.

This research aims to analyze the Implementation of Village Financial System (SISKEUDES)  towards the government organization in Suwaan Village Kalawat Subdistrict North Minahasa Regency. This research using qualitative research approach as using primary data, which were in the form of interview and secondary data. The informants are the village head, the village secretaries, and the head of village government affairs. The result showed that : (1) The implementation of Village Financial System in Suwaan Village has running well (2) The procedure of SISKEUDES utilization done by 4 stages which are : Planning, Implementing, Administrating, and Reporting (3) Village Financial System has been giving the positive influence towards the performance of each employee. Therefore, Village Financial System holds an important role upon village government that impact directly by the employee of village. This is as accordance with the purpose on the implementation of Village Financing System which is to assist the work of villagers’ employee.Keywords: Village Financial System, Village Government

The purpose of this community service activity is to support the Agro Tourism of Nggorang Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai to maximize the productivity of cattle farms by utilizing the availability of natural resources while empowering rice straw agricultural waste as the main source of feed by utilizing feed processing technology, creating a healthy environment in the village by supporting Agroeduwisata village and clean grazing center through the utilization of livestock feces waste into organic fertilizer using natural probiotics, which have an impact on environmental cleanliness. In achieving this goal, there are a number of methods for achieving the objectives, namely the active participation approach of the community in collaboration with the village component starting from the planning stage, including data collection and mapping of available resources; implementation phase; the monitoring and evaluation phase of the activities to ensure the achievement of all aspect of the objectives. Based on the results obtained in this activity, there is an understanding of the benefits and advantages of integrated grazing land that can be applied by farmers in Desa Nggorang village, Komodo District, West Manggarai in NTT  Keywords: Livestock centers; Agro-tourism; Komodo district

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah provinsi Banten, sehingga dapat mengetahui model pemberdayaan ekonomi paling efektif bagi masyarakat pesisir di Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan lokasi penelitian di Desa Lontar Kecamatan Tirtayasa, Kabupaten Serang dan Desa Citeurep, Kecamatan Panimbang, Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Data primer penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan karakteristik nelayan antara desa Lontar dan Citeurep. Ada perbedaan jenis pemberdayaan di kedua desa. Ada perbedaan komoditas pada kedua kelompok nelayan. Di Desa Lontar, jenis komoditas yang dihasilkan lebih bervariasi, perikanan tangkap, bandeng dan budidaya rumput laut dan usahatani rumput laut. Sedangkan di Desa Citeurep komoditi hanya menangkap ikan. Dalam perspektif kelompok, nelayan di Desa Lontar lebih terorganisir daripada nelayan di Desa Citeurep. Model pemberdayaan relatif yang dapat diterapkan pada dua kelompok nelayan tersebut adalah dengan Model Pendekatan Kelompok Berbasis Regional dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik masyarakat yang ada di daerahnya masing-masing. Pola pemberdayaan yang paling tepat adalah pola pemberdayaan yang melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang menggunakan skema kemitraan seperti: peran pemerintah daerah, perguruan tinggi, DPRD, dan swasta / perusahaan.   Kata kunci: pemberdayaan pesisir, kesejahteraan, kelompok nelayan   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of economic empowerment activities of coastal communities that have been done by the government of Banten province, thus to find out the most effective model of economic empowerment for coastal communities in the province of Banten. Metode used in this study is qualitative descriptive, with research sites in the village of Lontar sub District Tirtayasa, Serang Region and Citeurep Village, Panimbang sub District, Pandeglang Region. Informant's determination is done by purposive sampling. Primary data of this research is getting from indepth interview and observation. Secondary data getting from by literature study and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the characteristics of fishermen between Lontar and Citeurep villages. There are differences in type of empowerment in both villages. There is a difference of commodities in both groups of fishermen. In Lontar Village, the types of commodities produced are more varied, capture fishery, milkfish and Sea Weed cultivation and seaweed farming. While in Citeurep Village the commodity is capture fish only. In group perspective, fishermen in Lontar Village are more organized than the fishermen in Citeurep Village. The relative empowerment model that can be applied to the two groups of fishermen is with the Regional-Based Group Approach Model taking into account the characteristics of the community that exist in their respective regions. This study aims to determine the assessment of farmer groups on the implementation of the function of agricultural instructors in the village of Tatengesan Satu, Pusomaen Sub-district, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from June to August 2019. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by interview, based on questionaire, to two farmer groups, each chairman, secretary, treasurer and one member and one agricultural instructor. So that the total respondents were 9 people. Secondary data was obtained from relevant agencies namely through the Agricultural Extension Office (BPP), the Head of Village Office and the Pusomaen Sub-district Office of Southeast Minahasa Regency. Secondary data was also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet. From internet through google scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to this research topic namely Assessment of Farmer Groups on the Implementation Function of Agriculture Extension. The results showed that the assessment of farmer groups on the implementation of the function of agricultural instructors is not yet fully functioning, where the new agricultural instructors carry out their functions as initiators, facilitators and motivators. While the function of extension workers as a liaison, analyzer and agent of change has not yet been fully felt by the farmer groups. But on the other hand, according to the agricultural instructor, it has been carrying out its functions to the maximum, it's just that the function as an agent of change cannot be fully carried out. This is because extension agents feel that farmers are able to make changes to advance their own farming business to make it more profitable.*eprm*

This research is aimed to design the accurate strategy to be implemented in integrated Sukarara Tourism village development and marketing according to the village environment condition and to identify which strategy that has to be prioritized by the government and local participants. Data that used in the research are primary and secondary data. Primary data were mainly obtained by interviewing the local stakeholder, while secondary data were taken from library study and government data. Result of this research suggested the main strategy that can be implemented in developing and marketing Sukarara tourism village are develop the alternative tourism attraction while still maintain the songket weaving as main appeal of the village by preparing the new design which more interesting to the visitor, prepare the internet promotion, organise the local people as culture tourism guide and arrange the village spatial design.

This research aims to provide insight to the village authorities about the problems that plagued the village related to accounting and financial management of the village Fund. Research conducted in the village of Sungai Gelam Sub River Gelam Muaro Jambi Regency. Types of data used in this research is the primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection is carried out triangulation (combined), namely in the form of observations (observation), interview (interview), the library (library reaserch), and documentation (documentation). This research is descriptive research using qualitative approach with an analysis of inductive or qualitative in nature. This research seeks mendiskripsikan a clear picture of the phenomena that occur in the application of accounting and financial management of the village. The results showed all transactions that originate from the village Fund Allocation has been recorded using a recording system of accountancy assisted by computer using the Microsoft Excel program. Mechanism of liquefaction of sources of income of the village, including the allocation of Funds that were in accordance with the rules of Regent Muaro Jambi Number Number 17 in 2015 about an Ordinance Division and assignment details the village Fund. The stages of preparation of the financial management of the allocation of the funds of the village starts from planning, deployment, and accountability and reporting have been referring to the Regulations the Regents Muaro Jambi 2015 15 years of Regulatory Guidelines for financial management of the village. To overcome the obstacles faced in the implementation of accounting and financial management of the allocation of funds in the village of Sungai Gelam village development activities against mainly sourced from the village Fund Allocation minimal Socializing, parties should the Government further promotes the village to the community about the latest programs and provide a grace period to understand about the new programs. The role of the community is necessary for the two sides to the good Government of the village as well as the society for mutual cooperation, provide motivation, and knowledge toward the critical role community as trustees so that it can create positive feedback. Coaching through guidance-guidance techniques specifically and routinely socialization can be done to improve the skills of Human Resources in understanding the accounting and record-keeping system for financial management of the allocation of Funds.

This study aims to determine the participation of members in the development of farmer groups in the village Soatobaru Galela District West. The research is expected to provide information regarding participation of farmer group members on farmer group development. This research was conducted in the village of Soatobaru Galela District West, North Halmahera and lasted for three months from preparation through statements commencing from April to June 2015. Data collections were using primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews with members of farmer groups based on a list of questions that had been prepared previously. Research was using census method in both groups of farmers that farmers group One Heart with group members 26 and Melati Jaya with members of 24 people who lived in the village of Soatobaru Galela District West. Secondary data were obtained from the parties or the relevant agencies inclulding Soatobaru village office and two farmer group offices/ documentation. Member participation in the development of farmer groups in the village Soatobaru Galela District West by 5 (five) indicators, namely: Presence in the preparation of the program, activeness provide feedback or opinions in the preparation of the program, active participation in the implementation of activities within the group, activeness helps fund the group, activeness program evaluation in groups and activeness in providing input or opinion in the evaluation. Based on the results of the study found that the level of participation of members of farmers One Heart classified in the category of active, it is seen from the activity of members in the activities of farmer groups ranging from the involvement of the presence in the preparation of the program, the liveliness of their input or opinions in the preparation of the program, active participation in the implementation of activities within the group , activeness of program evaluation in the group, as well as active in providing input or opinion in the evaluation. While the level of participation of members of farmer group Melati Jaya relatively less active on five aspects because they still lack of information and lack of initiative of members of farmer groups.
