The objective of this research is to determine the level of customer satisfaction “Sang pisang” to products, the price of, place, promotion and services. This research is conducted from November to December2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by direct interview to 44 respondents using questionnaires with Likert Scale. Respondent selection use accidentallysampling method. Secondary data obtained from local book stores and the internet through google scholar to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic concerning the level of customer satisfaction. The research result showed that, the level of customer satisfaction of “Sang Pisang” measured by product, price, place, promotion and service variables was 78.78%. Which is classified as satisfied. Satisfaction level of “Sang Pisang” Consumers are 80,79% of product and 80,18% of service. For the satisfied category, the price variable is 80.00%, the place is 76.27%, and the promotion is 75.68%.*jnkd+eprm*

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction of green cottage restaurant viewed from the aspect of product, price, place, promotion and service. This research was conducted from February to April 2017, using primary and secondary data with sampling technique of accidental sampling method and respondents were 96 people. The method of analysis used is descriptive data analysis depicting Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Pondok Hijau Manado City. To measure the Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Pondok Hijau Manado City, use the Likert Scale. The result of the research showed that the perception index of customer satisfaction to the service of distribution for credit of grassroot business at Bank BRI Unit Tomohon Utara Tomoho City, Consumer Satisfaction Level of Pondok Hijau Restaurant in Manado was 76.64% and classified as Very Satisfied (SP).

This study aims to analyze the profit received by the owner, producer and seller of the business "Saraba" in "Stevanny Restaurant" in the Boulevard Area of Manado City. This research was conducted from July to September 2018. This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using interview techniques directly to the owner of the restaurant. Secondary data in this study comes from books available at local bookstores in Manado City, the internet such as google scholar to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities which was related to profit analysis. Data collected in this study are presented in table form and then described and analyzed using the profit analysis formula. The results showed that the profits obtained in one month of the production process in September 2019, which is for 30 days where every day one production process is carried out so 30 days the production process is carried out by the businessman "Saraba" in "Stevanny's Restaurant" in the Boulevard Area of Manado City for Rp. 5,609,481 per month.*jnkd+eprm*.

This study aims to measure the Level of Costumer Satisfaction “Markobar” in Manado City viewed from aspects of product, price, place, promotion, and service. This research was conducted in May to July 2017. Using primary and secondary data with sampling technique sampling accidental and respondents as much as 30 people wuth measuring instrument used is Likert scale. Research result showed that consumer satisfaction level of “Markobar” in Manado City is 87,79 % with very satisfield intrepretation.

The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. The results showed that the income received by landowners was Rp.13,462,500 while the income received by smallholders was smaller than that of landowners, namely Rp.9,940,865.*jnkd+eprm*

Purpose of this study is to determine the Application of Products, Prices, Places, Promotions in Increasing Papua Noken Sales. Method: A qualitative / descriptive or narrative approach in this study. Primary data is direct data from the noken seller. Secondary data, namely indirect data from informants from brochures, magazines, and others. Data collection techniques: Observation, namely observing the object / place of research. Interviewing is conducting a series of questions and answers to informants who know best about the object of research. Questionnaire: contains structured questions to informants. The informants in this study were 5 Yanti Noken and Syria Noken. Result 1). Application of Product, Price, Place, Promotion for noken sales in increasing revenue, models that must be applied: Application of Product Strategy Models, Application of Price Strategy Models, Application of Place Strategy Models, Application of Promotion Strategy Models. The four models must be worked on together because these models are interrelated. In this model, promotion in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic is the most effective. Promotion that must be done by salespeople, especially through the online social media (Facebook). The seller must be responsible for delivering the order to the customer's place. 2). The implementation of this Promotion Strategy Model must be carried out, in order to increase income, particularly the Merauke buying and selling forum. The price must be affordable according to the pockets of the community, and still listen to government advice to stay at home and keep the distance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction What's Up Cafe Manado regarding products, prices, places, and services. This research was conducted for 2 months from February to March 2019. Determination of the sample using accidental sampling technique. Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected from direct interviews with 30 respondents (consumers) using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.Secondary data were obtained from local bookstores and the internet. From the internet using Google Scholar to get books, scientific journal articles and theses from other universities related to research topics on the level of consumer satisfaction. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction of What’s Up Cafe Manado overall was classified as very satisfied by 82.04%. In detail, the level of customer satisfaction for What's Up Cafe for the very satisfied category was 84.45% for product variables, 83.99% for prices, and 80.33% for places. For the satisfied category, the service variable is 79.99%.*eprm*

This study aims to analyze the profits of CV Tumou Pratama's wooden house business in Woloan 1 Village, Tomohon Barat District. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from September to November 2018. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with wood house business owner CV Tumou Pratama (one person). While secondary data was obtained from several sources are the Central Bureau of Statistics, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google cendikia to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially concerning profit analysis. The results of the study indicate that CV Tumou Pratama's wooden house business during the period January 2017 to December 2018 is profitable, both in total and based on type and size (m2). The highest profit per m2 is Rp. 1,003,554, - obtained from Medium Type Wooden Houses (70 m2) compared to Small Type Wooden Houses (36 m2) of Rp.978,099; Large Type (112 m2) of Rp.698,074, -; and Extra Type (198 m2) of Rp.576.352.- *jnkd+eprm*

This study aims to find out: 1) The amount of average income of coconut farmers per quarter, 2) The amount of contribution of coconut farming to family income per quarter. Data collection in this study was conducted from October to November 2018 in Klabat Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. The method used is the survey method, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 25 coconut farmers and one person from the Klabat Village based on a list of questions that had been prepared previously. Secondary data in this study were sourced from local bookstores, and the internet through Google Scholar to access articles from various scientificjournals and theses from Sam Ratulangi University and other universities related to the contribution of coconut farming to family income. The data obtained were analyzed using contribution analysis and using descriptive analysis presented in table form. The results showed that the amount of income received by coconut farmers was Rp. 1,837,320. While the contribution of coconut farming to household income is 27.45%. This means that coconut farming provides a moderate contribution and cannot be used as the main source of household income in Klabat Village.*eprm*

This study aims to examine the profile of tempe making business at CV Cipta Panca Persada. The business profile is limited to obtaine of the amount of profits. This research was conducted for 3 monthsstarting from May to July 2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct interviews with business owners (one respodent) using a list of questions that have been provided. While secondary data is obtained from the Agriculture Faculty library, the internet by using a google search engine to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to this research topic concerning business profile. The results showed that the amount of tempe produced in one day was 50 packs of small packs at a price of Rp. 3,500 per package and 200 medium packages at Rp. 6,500 per package. The production process is one month (31 days) in July 2018, obtaining a total revenue of Rp. 39,000,000 with a total cost of Rp. 16,775,714,resulting in a profit of Rp. 22,224,286. -*eprm*

This study was aimed to analyze the effect of marketing mix consist of product, price, place, promotion, and service on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention of organic food products. Fifty-four respondent were selected by convenience sampling method to collect information from the respondent by filled the sheet questionnaires to obtain primary data. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression method. The result of the study showed that the marketing mix was influenced significantly on customer satisfaction by 99,7percent and 80,4 percent was affected by repurchase intention. Product was a variable of marketing mix had more important to influence customer satisfaction and repurchase intention for organic food products. Marketing mix product, price, place, promotion, and service partially have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product, price, and service significantly affected on repurchase intention, whereas place and promotion was no significant effect.
