ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Survey di PONED Puskesmas Ketanggungan, hasil bulan Maret sampai Nopember 2020, 6 ibu bersalin dari 296 ibu bersalin yang rapid test dinyatakan reaktif. Bidan mempunyai resiko tinggi karena harus kontak langsung dengan pasien. Tujuan : Untuk mengeksplorasi tentang peran bidan dalam menolong persalinan selama pandemi Covid-19 di PONED Puskesmas Ketanggungan Metode: Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, tehnik analisis deskriptif dilaksanakan dari September 2020 sampai Februari 2021. partisipan 4 orang dan 2 triangulasi sumber. Hasil: bidan sebagai pelaksana yaitu pemeriksaan swab rapid kepada pasien, persalinan menggunakan APD level 2 dan protokol kesehatan sesuai standar. bidan sebagai pengelola adalah  mengelola pelayanan persalinan dan pembagian tugas dalam tim. bidan sebagai pendidik yaitu  memberikan edukasi dan informasi menjaga protokol kesehatan, pemeriksaan swab rapid sebelum dilakukan tindakan, pendamping yang hanya 1 orang persalinan. bidan sebagai peneliti adalah memastikan status pasien terpapar Covid  atau tidak, mendata ibu bersalin terpapar Covid, merencanakan asuhan dan melakukan asuhan, mendokumentasikannya, merencanakan tindak lanjutnya. Kesimpulan : Pelaksanaan peran bidan sebagai pelaksana, pengelola, pendidik dan peneliti berjalan secara maksimal, hambatan bisa diatasi sehingga bisa melaksanakan peran secara mandiri: Saran: masukan kepada bidan untuk mengoptimalkan perannya dalam menolong persalinan selama pandemi Covid-19.Kata kunci: Peran Bidan;  Persalinan; Pandemi Covid 19THE ROLE OF MIDWIVES IN HELPING CHILDBIRTH DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC IN NEONATAL OBSTETRIC SERVICES EMERGENCY BASIC, KETANGGUNGAN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER, BREBES DISTRICTABSTRACTBackground: The survey at the PONED of the Keanggungan Health Center, the results from March to November 2020, 6 maternity mothers out of 296 maternity mothers whose rapid tests were declared reactive. Midwives have a high risk because they have direct contact with patients. Objective: To explore the role of midwives in assisting childbirth during the Covid-19 pandemic at PONED Puskesmas Ketanggungan Method: This type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, descriptive analysis technique was carried out from September 2020 to February 2021. 4 participants and 2 triangulation of sources. Results: midwives as implementers, namely rapid swab examinations for patients, deliveries using level 2 PPE and health protocols according to standards. the midwife as the manager is managing the delivery service and the division of tasks in the team. midwives as educators, namely providing education and information on maintaining health protocols, rapid swab checks before taking action, only 1 assistant giving birth. The midwife as a researcher is to ensure the patient's status is exposed to Covid or not, to record maternal exposure to Covid, to plan care and provide care, to document it, to plan follow-up actions. Conclusion: Implementation of the role of midwives as implementers, managers, educators and researchers runs optimally, obstacles can be overcome so that they can carry out their roles independently: Suggestion: input to midwives to optimize their role in helping childbirth during the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: Role of Midwives; Labor; Covid 19 pandemic

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena minat baca siswa dan pengaruh minat baca terhadap pertumbuhan kemampuan belajar siswa pada jenjang-jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Kepala sekolah sebagai lokomotif perkembangan mutu pendidikan memiliki peran strategi bagi pengumbuhan dan pengembangan minat baca peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala madrasah sebagai edukator, manajer, dan innovator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi, serta dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai edukator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik meliputi meliputi tiga pembinaan, yakni pembinaan mental dan moral, serta pembinaan artistik. 2) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai manajer dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam meliputi penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dengan didasarkan pada pada kerjasama dengan USAID dan UIN Walisongo Semarang. 3) Peran kepala madrasah sebagai innovator dalam pengembangan minat baca peserta didik di MIT Nurul Islam Kota Semarang meliputi inovasi strategi, pola pikir (mindset) dan struktur. Abstract This research is motivated by the phenomenon of reading interest of students and the influence of reading interest on the growth of students' learning ability in the next level of education. The principal as a locomotive of the development of the quality of education has a strategic role for the growth and development of reading interest of learners. This study aims to determine the role of principal as an educator, manager, and innovator in the development of reading interest of learners in MIT Nurul Islam Semarang City. This research is a qualitative field research, data collected through observation, interview, documentation and triangulation, and analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The role of principal as an educator in the development of reading interest of learners includes three activities are coaching, namely mental and moral coaching, and artistic coaching. 2) The role of principal as manager in the development of reading interest of learners at MIT Nurul Islam covers the application of management functions based on cooperation with USAID and UIN Walisongo Semarang. 3) The role of principal as innovator in the development of reading interest of learners at MIT Nurul Islam Semarang City includes innovation strategy, mindset, and structure.

The community role is needed in the implementation of mangrove forest tourism management, especially in planning activities. The role of the community is the involvement of community itself in the development activities, both in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and the stages of esnjoying the results of the development itself. The purpose in this descriptive qualitative study was to determine the role of community in managing mangrove forest tourism in the subdistrict of Sukadana of Kayong Utara regency. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis was carried out with descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the role of of the sejahtera village community in managing mangrove forest tourism is limited to the maintenance of natural resources, maintenance of cleanliness and nursery of mangrove forests. Due to mangrove forest management is still fully managed by The Gunung Palung National Park Agency, the role of the community in the management of tourism in mangrove forests is still low. Therefore, the involvement of the surrounding community needs special attention and other related parties in utilizing mangrove forest tourism.Keyword: community role, mangrove forest, themanagement of mangrove tourism

This article study the discrepancy between theory and practice, especially the roles play by Land Office and Forestry Department in term of overlapping of power and penalties between Land Office and Forestry Department especially the forest on the state land leading to susceptibility in monitoring and enforcement system. The whole empirical works took place in the Central Region of Peninsular Malaysia namely as Negeri Sembilan. The total area of permanent reserved forest in that state is 155,531 hectares including the Permanent Reserved Forest Johol which was selected as the case study in this research. An exploratory research design was adopted in this research. Therefore, in-depth interviews have been done with officers from the Land Office and Forestry Department regarding their role and powers in monitoring and enforcement system to combat forest offences in Permanent Reserved Forest Johol. While data collected was analyzed using the descriptive analysis method. Content analysis was used to identify the similarities and dissimilarities of acts that empower Land Office and Forestry Department to taking action against forest offences. Theoretically, there are overlapping powers occurs between Land Office and Forestry Department identified in National Land Code 1965 and National Forestry Act 1984 in terms of arrestment of the forest offenders and seized their equipment. However, penalties imposed by both acts are very different. Practically, both authorities have divided their responsibility and power accordingly to avoid overlapping. Issues and challenges that faced by them have been found and most of them are similar. There should be an amendment to the acts in terms of the penalty imposed by both authorities. The accuracy of the Qibla direction at the Baitul Makmur Great Mosque in West Aceh cannot tolerate. The reason is that the value of deviation is so high that it does not face ainul ka'bah or even jihatul ka'bah. This Qiblah direction is not by the minimum limit of tolerance for the variation of the Qibla direction and is not by the Islamic legal status. This study examines the causes of the inaccuracy of the Qibla of the Great Mosque of Baitul Makmur Meulaboh West Aceh, namely the lack of role of figures and efforts to maintain the architecture of the mosque building. This research belongs to qualitative field research, by verifying the direction of the Qiblah with the rashdul qibla method and google earth observation to explore causes of inaccuracy. Interview techniques are also used to obtain in-depth field data. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. This study indicates that the inaccuracy of the Qibla direction of the Baitul Makmur Great Mosque in West Aceh is inseparable from the minor role of religious figures and leaders at the beginning of the Mosque's construction. Until now, the direction of the Mosque's Qiblah is still parallel to the mihrab. Renovations were also not carried out because of maintaining the architecture of the mosque building. Renovation of the mosque building to calibrate the Qibla direction would reduce the aesthetics of the mosque building.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

This study aims to understand phase of conflict and purpose in students with multiple roles. The research method used qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Data collection technique are in depth interviews. Data analysis technique used Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Member check as stabilization techniques credibility. The result about phase of role conflict include role conflict caused by the imbalance division of time between roles. Then, role conflict caused of behavior not consistent with role purpose. Role conflicts in students with multiple roles interpreted by still work and carry out tasks with the involvement and responsibility on multiple roles followed, and taking a stand against conflict of roles, while still working on academic assignments and teaching obligations despite the tendency to experience role conflict. Based this result can be concluded that the conflicting positions on the role of a student with a dual role is interpreted differently depending on the perception of each individual.
