This research aimed to examine the relationship between Islamic service quality and the image of travel agency toward customer decision to use Hajj and Umrah travel agency. The method used in this research was quantitative through multiple correlation analysis, with total sample of 94 person. Data collected through questionnaire used likert scale. The results of this study indicated that Islamic service quality did not show a significant relationship to the customer decision of using Hajj and Umrah travel agency, while image of the travel agency had a significant relation on the decision. However, simultaneously, quality of Islamic services and the image of travel agency had a significant relationship to the customer decision of using Hajj and Umrah travel agency. _________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan kualitas layanan Islami dan citra biro perjalanan terhadap keputusan pelanggan menggunakan biro perjalanan haji dan umrah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif melalui analisis korelasi ganda, dengan jumlah sampel 94 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan syariah tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pelanggan menggunakan biro perjalanan haji dan umrah, sedangkan citra biro perjalanan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap keputusan tersebut. Namun secara simultan, kualitas layanan Islami dan citra biro perjalanan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keputusan pelanggan dalam menggunakan biro perjalanan haji dan umrah.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship between Strike Determination, Balance and Coordination of the Foot to the Accuracy of Kicking in a football game. This research is a descriptive study. The population of this study was all male students of SMA Negeri 9 Makassar with a total sample of 40 people selected by Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used is the correlation analysis technique using the SPSS application at a significant level of 95% or α0.05. Starting from the results of data analysis, this study concluded that: (1) there was a significant correlation with the accuracy of kicks in football games, proved to be R = 0.838 (P = 0.000 <α0.05); (2) there is a significant relationship between the balance and the accuracy of the kick in the game of football, as evidenced by R = 0.733 (P = 0.000 <α0.05); (3) there is a significant correlation between ankle coordination and kick accuracy in soccer, it is proven that R = 0.782 (P = 0.000 <α0.05; football game, proven R = 0.869 (P = 0,000 <α0.05). ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Kelentukan Togok, Keseimbangan dan Koordinasi Mata Kaki terhadap Ketepatan Tendangan pada permainan sepakbola. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa putra SMA Negeri 9 Makassar dengan jumlah sampel penelitian  40 orang yang dipilih secara Purposive Sampling. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah tehnik analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS pada taraf signifikan 95% atau α0,05. Bertolak dari hasil analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan kelentukan dengan ketepatan tendangan pada permainan sepakbola, terbukti R = 0,838 (P=0,000 < α0,05); (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan keseimbangan dengan ketepatan tendangan pada permainan sepakbola, terbukti R = 0,733 (P = 0,000 < α0,05); (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan  koordinasi mata kaki dengan ketepatan tendangan pada permainan sepakbola, terbukti R = 0,782 (P = 0,000 < α 0,05; (4) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kelentukan togok, keseimbangan dan koordinasi mata kaki terhadap ketepatan tendangan pada permainan sepakbola, terbukti R = 0,869 (P = 0,000 < α0,05).

This study attempts to examine the relationship between service quality dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) and students’ satisfaction. Furthermore, this study is also examining critical factors in service quality dimensions (tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy) that contribute most to the satisfaction of the students. The study employed both purposive and stratified sampling technique by using a set of questionnaires that was distributed to 120 college students in three of the colleges (Balkumari College, Saptagandaki Campus and Birendra Multiple Campus) in Chitwan. However the study found that there is a positive significant relationship between service quality dimensions and students’ satisfaction. The study also found that Empathy has significant relationship with student’s satisfaction in the students’ perception of service quality rendered by their colleges. Finally the study concludes that assessing level of satisfaction and continuous improvements of the quality of services that colleges provide to their students will help management and other staff of these colleges to reach organizational success.

This study aims to determine the relationship of the relationship between agility, flexibility, speed and coordination with dribbling skills in football games. This research is a descriptive correlational type of research. The study population was all male students of class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Makassar with a total sample of 150 male students who were selected by random sampling. The data analysis technique used is a single correlation analysis technique and the correlation of four predators. Based on the results of data analysis, this study concluded that: There was a significant relationship between agility and dribbling skills in football, (ro = 0.508> rt = 0.220); There is a significant relationship between flexibility and dribbling skills in football, (ro = 0.693> rt = 0.195); There is a significant relationship between speed and dribbling skills in football (ro = 0.693> rt = 0.195); There is a significant relationship between coordination with dribbling skills in the game of football (ro = 0.693> rt = 0.195); There is a significant relationship between agility, flexibility, speed and coordination with dribbling skills in football (ro = 0.693> rt = 0.195).

This study aims to determine the effect of fundraising management and service quality on muzakki trust. This research was conducted at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat (WIZ) East Kalimantan branch with a total sample of 92 respondents. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The results showed that 92 respondents obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.766, which means that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is strong. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.586 or 58.6%, which means that the influence of fundraising management variables and service quality is 58.6% on Muzakki's trust and 41.4% is influenced by other variables. The F test obtained is very significant, the effect of fundraising management and service quality on muzakki's trust is 63,116> 3,10, there is a simultaneous significant effect on muzakki's trust. The t test (partial) on the fundraising management variable on Muzakki's trust was 1.307 <1.986, which means that fundraising management did not have a significant effect on Muzakki's trust, while the t (partial) test on the variable service quality on Muzakki's trust was 8.387 <1.986 which This means that the quality of service has a significant effect on Muzakki's trust.

Seventy-five Merino wethers of a medium Peppin strain were slaughtered at 7 months of age after a series of live measurements had been made, weights then being taken of carcass and of edible meat after boning out. Fat content was insufficient for trimming, and bone weight was obtained by difference. Weight of edible meat was highly correlated (0.95) with liveweight before slaughter, and the inclusion of any other measurement in a multiple correlation analysis failed to raise this value. Variation in bone weight contributed only 25% of the variation in carcass weight, and the ratio of meat to bone was positively correlated (0.54) with liveweight before slaughter. If total amount of edible meat is accepted as the criterion for meat production, liveweight before slaughter was a satisfactory predictor for these sheep. It is suggested that simplification of criteria along these lines is desirable to aid in the selection of sheep for meat production, though more work is required on sheep of other ages and other breeds.

Abstract. The present study attempted to find out the relationship between customers’ perception towards quality of services and customer satisfaction with their loyalty. To collect the data, researcher assigned about 100 customers of Prodia as the subjects of the research who undertook their laboratory check up at the Clinic of Prodia Malang. All data were analyzed by using regression technique and then partial correlation analysis. The results of regression analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between customers’ perception towards quality of services and customers’ satisfaction towards customers’ loyalty). Meanwhile, the result of partial correlation analysis indicated that there was a positive correlation between qualities of services and customers’ loyalty.  However, there was no correlation between customers’ satisfaction and loyalty of customers. The contribution given by customers’ perception towards quality of services and customer satisfaction with costumers’ loyalty is 59,8%.Keywords:  Perception on quality of services, Customers, Satisfaction, Loyalty.

<p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perbedaan gender dan <em>intellectual intelligence</em> terhadap kreativitas siswa sekolah dasar. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa yang dipilih secara <em>simple</em> <em>random sampling. </em>Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu <em>Coloured Progressive Matrices</em> dan <em>Figural Creativity Test</em> untuk menentukan tingkat <em>intellectual intelligence</em> dan kreativitas siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: kemampuan <em>intellectual intelligence</em> berkaitan dengan kemampuan untuk berkreativitas; tidak ditemukan perbedaan gender terhadap kemampuan berkreativitas; dan analisis korelasi berganda terhadap kemampuan <em>intellectual intelligence</em> dan perbedaan gender menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan dengan kemampuan kreativitas siswa.</p><p> </p><p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research aimed to determine the relationship between gender differences and intellectual intelligence on the creativity of elementary school students. The research sample consisted of 60 students who were selected by simple random sampling. The instruments used were Colored Progressive Matrices and Figural Creativity Test to determine the level of intellectual intelligence and creativity of students. The data analysis technique used correlation analysis. The results of the analysis showed that: intellectual intelligence ability was related to the ability to be creative; no gender differences were found on creativity skills, and multiple correlation analysis on intellectual intelligence abilities and gender differences showed no relationship with students' creative abilities.</em></p>

Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of exercise commitment facilitated by service quality of smartphone exercise Apps on continued exercise intention and provide primary data for developing and/or improving smartphone exercise Apps. Methods/Statistical analysis: A questionnaire survey was conducted amongst college students who have experiences in using exercise App(s) and regularly exercise. The questionnaire is composed of four parts asking about service quality, exercise commitment, continued exercise intention, which were measured with a 5-point Likert Scale, and demographics. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were carried out to analyze the obtained data with PASW 18.0.
