Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the disaster management of the Malaka Regency Government in flood disaster management. Research methodology: The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The informants in this study were elements of the government as well as elements of society consisting of the Flood Victims Community. The analysis technique in this study uses data analysis developed by Miles and Huberman (2014: 10) as follows; (a) data reduction (b) data display and (c) concluding. Finding: The result of this research is that the Malaka Regency Government's disaster management in flood disaster management has implemented the best management even though it is still not optimal. Limitations: This study's limitation is that this study only discusses the disaster management of the Malaka district government in overcoming the floods that occurred there. Contribution: This research becomes scientific information for public administration and disaster management. Keywords: Management, Disaster, Government

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the human resource capacity of the Head of Personnel Subdivision in the Organization of the Scope of the Malaka Regency Government, to find out supporting factors and constraints of the Human Resources Capacity its function and to find out the efforts taken by the Organization of the Regional Government of the Malaka Regency in increasing the capacity of Human Resources Head of Personnel Sub Division. Research methodology: The research method used in research was qualitative research methods with the type of case studies. Results: This study’s results are that human resource capacity is inadequate due to the low educational qualifications held by the Head of Personnel Sub-division within the scope of the Malaka district government. Limitation: This study’s limitation is that this research only focuses on the phenomena in the Malaka Regency so that the results of similar research can produce different findings if carried out on other research objects. Contribution: This research’s contribution is that it can provide scientific information for students of public administration programs and can be a scientific reference in the formulation and development of civil service innovations within the local government of Malaka Regency.

The development of religious extremism in Indonesia continues to increase every year so that serious attention is needed by the government to deal with religious extremism in Indonesia. Indonesia is an archipelagic country where there are various ethnic groups and religions that coexist. However, the development of religious extremism sometimes becomes a serious problem for the Indonesian people because it can have a negative impact and damage the unity between nations and religions. This research uses literature study. This research method is carried out by reviewing various literatures, both books, newspapers, survey reports, academic journals related to religious extremism in Indonesia. The results show that not all religious extremism has an impact on the emergence of terrorism, but the government still must make the right policies in handling religious extremism that can cause division and affect peoples welfare. The policies that have been made by the government are considered appropriate and based on the laws that have been set by the government so that they can have a positive impact in maintaining the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation.

Indonesia government, at the time, is now trying to implement e-government in each of the Organization. E-government is a technology and information-based system that aims to improve the function of public administration and relations with the public. With e-government, it hoped that information transparency would be created, especially financial information. A transparent system can prevent the misuse of the budget, which affects the high level of corruption. Survey results at the global level show that there are cases of fraud that cause distrust of the government. The study is intended to determine the level of trust of society towards transparency finance in e-government. The research method used is the descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 200 people of Bandung residents. The results showed that financial transparency in e-government affected people's trust.

Flood and landslide that occurred at the end of 2017 in Pacitan Regency induced huge losses. However, with good cooperation from all levels of The Pacitan's society, the impact of the disasters could resolve in 4 months. This study aims to determine the steps taken by the government of Pacitan Regency to achieve effectiveness in realizing the original regional income of Pacitan Regency, especially for post-disaster recovery. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, through interviews with the Head of the Disaster Management Section of Pacitan Regency. The results obtained indicate The government of Pacitan Regency has policies that can secure their Original Regional Income. The Regional Original Income is always achieved well before disasters, during disasters, and after disasters. Apart from implementing policies, the effectiveness of regional income in the time of disaster recovery process in Pacitan Regency is also encouraged by the assistance funds obtained from the central government, regional governments, and the private sector. Meanwhile, involving the community with an attitude of good cooperation that is one of a characteristic of the Indonesian society could quickly restore the condition of the Pacitan Regency.

This research took place in Sitinjau Laut Sub-District with the formulation of the problem: How is the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency? The aim of this research is to know and explain about the implementation of the Non Food Cash Aid Program  in Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency. The research method is a qualitative with. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 19 people. The data analysis technique is data triangulation. Based on the results of research, namely the assistance provided by the government has been implemented in a structure, on target, on time and reduces the burden on the poor in terms of expenditure and can help the food security of the poor.

The main problem of this research is that there is no special budget for flood disaster management in Cibiru Hilir Village. This study aims to analyze the design of village funds in flood disaster management and analyze village efforts to raise additional funds for flood disaster management in Cibiru Hilir village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis was carried out, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the embodiment of the principle of transparency is quite well implemented with the ease of expressing opinions and openness, the accountability process for budget management issued, accountability to the public, and follow-up on irregularities by the rules, and the application of value for money in 2020 and 2021. still not running optimally in the absence of a special budget for flood disaster management and 2018 and 2019 it has been running economically and flood disaster management services have been running well.

E government is a system based on technology and information that aims to improve the functions of public administration and relations with the commu- nity. With the e-government, it is expected to create information transparency, especially financial information. A transparent system can prevent misuse of the budget, which has a high level of corruption. The survey results at the global level indicate that corruption cases have caused mistrust of the government. This study aims to determine the level of public trust in financial transparency in e government. The research method used was a descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 200 Bandung residents. The results of the study indicate that financial transparency in e government has an effect on public trust.

AbstractThe writing entitled Institutional Status of the Situbondo District Government Radio, Suara Rengganis will discuss and discuss the first is the institutional status and the Government Radio of the Situbondo Regency Suara Rengganis until now seen from the applicable laws and regulations and the second discussion discusses the provisions regarding the institutional status of Broadcasting Institutions. Local Public (LPPL) Region based on Government Regulation which talks about the Implementation of the Broadcasting of a Public Broadcasting Institution. So that in this paper the researcher will use the normative juridical research method with the Legislative, Case and Conceptual approach. The comparative approach. Considering that local public broadcasting institutions do not yet exist in Situbondo Regency, the local government urgently needs to establish a local public broadcasting institution station to accelerate and contribute information. Mengingat lembaga penyiaran publik lokal belum ada di Kabupaten Situbondo, pemerintah daerah setempat sangat perlu untuk mendirikan satu stasiun lembaga penyiaran publik lokal guna mempercepat dan memberikan kontribusi informasi.Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi penelitian yang komprehensif terkait dengan status kelembagaa Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Lokal dan berguna bagi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Situbondo dan tentunya bagi peneliti maka penelitian ini bisa memberikan sumbangsih pemikiran bagi akademik dan tentunya tata administratif tentang LPPL dengan lebih baik.

The empowerment program in Blitar City is required by the community since the empowerment is expected to provide new employment. One of the programs is the empowerment of star fruit agro-tourism in Karangsari village by Blitar city government. The goal of this research is to describe the empowerment program conducted by the Blitar district government to the community as well as the obstacles that exist in the empowerment program. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive approach. Focus to the empowerment provided by the government of Blitar City to the community of Karangsari village in the management of tourism icon of starfruit agro-tourism. The outcomes of this research is empowerment done by government of Blitar City has succeeded to bear benefit towards society of Karangsari village society with new employment and marketing access of star fruit and processed star fruit. However, there are still several obstacles such as lack of promotion of star fruit agro-tourism in Blitar City.

The survey was conducted to identify strategies for coping with food insecurity during flood disaster among farm families in Benue State, Nigeria. Data were collected from a sample of 145 respondents through the use of a structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage and mean score were used for data analysis. Results showed that majority (65.0%) of the respondents were male, middle aged, having large household size with a long period of farming experience. Findings also showed that age ( =2.30), household size ( =2.26), marital status ( =2.15), credit facilities ( =2.12), storage facilities ( =2.10), agricultural diversification ( =2.00), educational status ( =2.00), household income ( =2.00), productive resources ( =1.66), farm size ( =1.55), sex ( =1.54) were perceived by the respondents as major factors influencing food security status. Strategies for coping with food insecurity during flood disaster as indicated by the respondents were engaging in non-farm activities ( =2.52), engaging in off-farm activities ( =2.50), skipping meals ( = 2.46), engaging in casual labour ( =2.40), reducing the quantity of consumption per meal/day ( =2.00), getting food aid from government/ NGOs ( =2.00), seasonal migration for wage work ( =2.00), obtaining support from relatives and friends ( =2.00), etc. The study recommends that stakeholders in disaster management such as the government, extension agencies, research institutions, metrological institutes, disaster management agencies, higher institutions and local farmers should disseminate firsthand information on weather forecast so as to enable the farm families to know the right and best time to plant and harvest crops in order to cope with flood disaster. It also emphasized the need for public awareness campaign to be intensified to educate the farm families on the dangers associated with flood and the need to live in flood prone areas as well as proper management of drainage channels.
