The term ‘AI’ is not a new term but the actual meaning of ai is still hidden. Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science that aims to create machines which are as intelligent as human beings. AI mainly focus on some questions like knowledge required while thinking, the way knowledge can be presented and the way knowledge can be used in other field’s viz. Robotics. Scope of AI is much wider than our thinking. It is not limited to only one or two areas rather in coming future everything will be directly or indirectly linked to AI. Much research has been done on artificial intelligence which has shown that by the end of 2020 many works which was not possible by human beings will be efficiently and accurately can be carried out by the help of robots. Robotics is a branch of engineering that deals with formation, designing, manufacturing, operation of robots. Artificial intelligence is being applied to many areas which are capable to solve many problems like in robotics, e-commerce, domestic chores, medical treatment, gaming, mathematics, military planning etc. The main idea behind the merging of artificial intelligence and robotics is to optimize the level of autonomy through learning. In the coming future we can surely overcome the disadvantages of robots like misuse of it with the help of facial recognition. Or we can use AI in other fields like in cyber security to prevent the systems from being hacked. The applications of AI and how we can implement other applications in coming time are discussed adding to it how we can overcome the disadvantages of using robots in regular life are also discussed.

New technologies, as autonomous vehicles are, disrupt the way people exist, and con-sequently with human rights. Research devoted to artificial intelligence and robotics moves freely and the destination, for the time being, is unknown. This is the reason why special attention should be paid to the ethics of these branches of computer science in order to prevent the creation of a crisis point, when human beings are no longer neces-sary.. The aim of this paper is to examine whether such development is a new challenge to human rights law and what happens when an autonomous vehicle drives an autono-mous human being. The paper also mentions the desirable level of human control over the machine so that human dignity, from which human rights originate, is preserved.

This paper subjects Dan Brown’s most recent novel Origin to a philosophical reading. Origin is regarded as a literary window into contemporary technoscience, inviting us to explore its transformative momentum and disruptive impact, focusing on the cultural significance of artificial intelligence and computer science: on the way in which established world-views are challenged by the incessant wave of scientific discoveries made possible by super-computation. While initially focusing on the tension between science and religion, the novel’s attention gradually shifts to the increased dependence of human beings on smart technologies and artificial (or even “synthetic”) intelligence. Origin’s message, I will argue, reverberates with Oswald Spengler’s The Decline of the West, which aims to outline a morphology of world civilizations. Although the novel starts with a series of oppositions, most notably between religion and science, the eventual tendency is towards convergence, synthesis and sublation, exemplified by Sagrada Família as a monumental symptom of this transition. Three instances of convergence will be highlighted, namely the convergence between science and religion, between humanity and technology and between the natural sciences and the humanities.

In recent years, there has been massive progress in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the development of machine learning, deep neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision and robotics. These techniques are now actively being applied in the judiciary with many of the legal service activities currently being delivered by lawyers predicted to be taken over by AI in the coming years. This paper explores the potentials and efficiency of Artificial intelligence (AI) in justice delivery. The paper has two objectives: first to highlight the main applications of AI in justice administrations through some examples of AI tools recently developed; second, to assess the ethical challenges of AI in the judiciary. Artificial Intelligence algorithms are starting to support lawyers, for instance, through artificial intelligence search tools, or to support justice administrations with predictive technologies and business analytics based on the computation of Big Data. Using the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Legal knowledgebased tools may accelerate the service delivery of legal professionals from typical searching of related case journals to extraction of precise information in a customized manner.

Knowledge revolution is transforming the globe from traditional society to a technology-driven society. Online transactions have compounded, exposing the world to a new demon called cybercrime. Human beings are being replaced by devices and robots, leading to artificial intelligence. Robotics, image processing, machine vision, and machine learning are changing the lifestyle of citizens. Machine learning contains algorithms which are capable of learning from historical occurrences. This chapter discusses the concept of machine learning, cyber security, cybercrime, and applications of machine learning in cyber security domain. Malware detection and network intrusion are a few areas where machine learning and deep learning can be applied. The authors have also elaborated on the research advancements and challenges in machine learning related to cyber security. The last section of this chapter lists the future trends and directions in machine learning and cyber security.

This study is an attempt to show the religious implications of the central tenet of the “resolution of grievances for mutual beneficence” in Daesoon thought in relation to its other tenet of the “harmonious union between divine beings and human beings.” This new school of religious thought developed as the main idea of Daesoon Jinrihoe (“The Fellowship of Daesoon Truth”), established at the end of nineteenth century in Korea by Kang Jeungsan, who is known as a “Holy Master” or “Sangje.” Upon receiving a calling to perpetuate religious orthodoxy from Sangje Kang, Doju Jo Jeongsan launched the Mugeuk Do religious body and constructed a Yeongdae—a sacred building at which the 15 Great Deities were enshrined. He then laid down the “four tenets” of Daesoon thought and issued the Declaration of the Propagation of Dao, which was said to show followers the way to seek the soul in the mind.

Artificial intelligence and robotics are very recent technologies and risks for our world. They are developing their capacity dramatically and shifting their origins of developing intention to other dimensions. When humans see the past histories of AI and robotics, human beings can examine and understand the objectives and intentions of them which to make life easy and assist human beings within different circumstances and situations. However, currently and in the near future, due to changing the attitude of robotic and AI inventors and experts as well as based on the AI nature that their capacity of environmental acquisition and adaptation, they may become predators and put creatures at risk. They may also inherit the full nature of creatures. Thus, finally they will create their new universe or the destiny of our universe will be in danger.

To date, artificial intelligence (AI) has caused fundamental changes in inventing processes, and many issues are arising therefrom, especially whether and in what way inventions implemented by AI are patent-eligible under the current patent regime. To deal with the issue of patentability, some countries have adjusted their patent regime to AI-related inventions. As a major economy with a world-leading AI industry, China has accumulated abundant experience in examining applications with respect to AI-related inventions. This chapter focuses on China’s experience in the examination of AI-related inventions and its latest regulatory movements in this regard. More specifically, it revolves around China’s practice of modifying its Guidelines for Patent Examination (‘Guidelines’) to clear the way for AI-generated inventions in April 2017, reaching consensus on applying the Patent Law, Implementing Rules of the Patent Law, and the Guidelines to examining the applications of AI-generated inventions, and further revising the Guidelines in December 2019 to make them more suitable for AI-related inventions. This chapter argues that these experiences can be a useful benchmark for other jurisdictions to grant patent rights to AI-related inventions.
