Some alternative suggestions that can be implemented are the provision of incentives (bonuses, vouchers, coupons), gathering events with management and online driver partners as well as being more proactive in providing feedback regarding issues that become problems for online driver partners, both from the application system or problems that occured in the work place. Further researchers are advised to use other mediating variables to link the dependent and independent variables in order to enrich the substance of the research that has been carried out such as job involvement, job stress, compensation, leadership and performance.
