One of the activities that can be done in improving the quality of Early Childhood or in Indonesia we called PAUD teachers is through drawing training. Teachers really need this skill training. Based on the results of interviews with a number of PAUD teachers in Padang City, it is known that PAUD teachers have very minimal drawing skills. Their students also really need drawing activities as a means and effort to foster creativity in fine arts. Drawing skills are a much-preferred area for developing children's spatial skills. Thys type of research was a Research and Development (R&D) using instructional Model of ADDIE. This model encompassed of five phases, such as Analisys Phase, Design Phase, Development Phase, Implementation Phase, and Evaaluation Phase. The pictures are designed to train the teacher's hands in drawing, thereby making the teacher's wrists flexible. A flexible wrist makes for an attractive and creative image. Besides that, the pictures are designed to give the teacher a sensation when holding a pencil and scratching it onto the drawing paper.

The aim of this study is to develop a shooting skill exercise model design for beginner players women's of futsal to obtain empirical data about the effectiveness of the results of shooting skill exercise models for beginner players women's of futsal. The method used in this study is the research and development method of Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps. The subject of this research is a beginner woman futsal player. The final results of this study are model manuals and shooting skills exercise video models for woman futsal players with a final model number of 27 models that have gone through expert evaluation, trial and revision, and effectiveness has been tested. The effectiveness of the application of shooting skills exercise models for woman futsal beginners uses the "t-test" technique. p data on the results of the pretest and posttest shooting skill training for beginner woman futsal players with a significance level of 0.05. The results of shooting skills training for woman futsal beginner players between pretest is 2.0645 with posttest of 2.9294 (at a significance level of 0.05), then it shows that the results of the increase in the post-test group are higher than the pre-test group. Thus it can be stated that, the shooting skill exercise model for beginner woman futsal players is effectively used to improve the results of shooting skills beginner woman futsal players. Thus it can be stated that, the shooting skill training model for beginner woman futsal players is effectively used to improve the results of shooting skills.

The purpose of this study is to produce a product in the form of volleyball smash skills training methods using rubber tire aids to improve smash skills in volleyball games. The research method used is the development of Borg and Gall. Based on the data collected, it is known through the material expert and media expert tests conducted twice each, obtained the results of the material I test with a percentage of 68.75% (quite valid) and the results of II with an average of 87.50% ( valid). While the results of media experts obtained results I amounted to 65.40% (quite valid) and results II with an average of 84.62% (valid). From small scale trials (N = 8), results with an average percentage of 81.19% (valid) and large scale field tests (N = 30) obtained results with a percentage of 90.83% (valid). Based on the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the product development of the smash skills training model with rubber tire aids for volleyball extracurricular athletes after going through several stages including preliminary test stages, expert validation tests, small and large group tests, model effectiveness test concluded can be accepted by users, especially schools that have and are active in coaching volleyball.

This study aims to develop an exercise model of basic football technical skills through the Global Analytical Global approach for SSB PSTS students aged 11-12 years. Specifically, the objectives of this study are: To produce a design model of basic football engineering skills training through the Global Analytical Global approach for students aged 11-12 years. And see whether the model of training in basic football technical skills through the Global Analytical Global (GAG) approach is more effective in improving the basic technical skills of playing football for students aged 11-12 years. This research was conducted on soccer students of Padang Tabing PSTS Club aged 11-12 years. Development of a model of training in basic football technical skills through this Global Analytical Global approach uses the Research and Development (R & D) development model of Borg and Gall. Data collection was done by observation, questionnaire questionnaire to see the validation of the model tested in the field. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, starting from the process of making the initial draft of the model, revision of the initial model, small group trials, large group trials, the researchers obtained very satisfying results, where football experts and trainers stated that this model had a purpose good for improving football playing skills. Variations in this model have good quality in improving playing skills. Variations in this model can enrich basic motion. Variations in this model are arranged based on the principle of practice from the easy to the difficult, and the variation of this model is very attractive for students aged 11-12 years. Keywords: Basic Football Technical Skills, Global Analytical Global

The goal to be achieved from this research and development is to produce a model of gameplay futsal dribbling skill-based skill training for senior high school. This research and development are conducted to get information about the development and implementation of the model of game-based futsal dribbling skill training for senior high school and to know the effectiveness of the resulting model. This research uses Research & Development (R & D) method from ADDIE. Subjects in this study were senior high school students who followed extracurricular futsal consisting of 60 children. The steps in this study are: analysis of the product to be created, designing the initial product description, developing a product framework that has been designed, implementing products that have been made with expert validation tests and testing them in large groups, and finally evaluating and testing the effectiveness of the product. The model effectiveness test uses the futsal dribbling skill test which is used to know the level of dribbling ability of the child before and after the treatment of the dribbling skill training model developed. Preliminary tests performed obtained level of dribbling ability of students is 11.3. After given treatment dribbling exercise model obtained the level of dribbling ability of students 10.1. On the significant test the difference with spss 20 obtained mean = 1.16217 shows the difference of pre-test results and post-test results, t-hitung = 18.666 df = 59 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05 which means there is a significant difference between before and after being given a modeling practice of skill futsal dribbling. This model of game-based futsal dribbling skills training for senior high school is effective for improving futsal dribbling skills for senior high school.

This research is aimed at investigating a model of social skills training for children with special needs in inclusive primary school. The study is used at research and development. The training model involves the normal children as training mediators, the so-called peer-mediated social skills intervention (PMSSI), PMSSI model is developed into seven steps. The results of the development are: (1) PMSSI model is appropriate to meet the needs of children with special needs and normal children as social skills training; (2) PMSSI model has the steps description of social skills training which are organized, hierarchical, and clear; (3) PMSSI model is useful for classroom teachers and special educator teachers in inclusive primary school; and (4) PMSSI model is efficient in terms of cost but not of time. Based on the results of the development, there are two suggestions: (1) the need for training the trainers on the use of PMSSI model before being applied in inclusive primary school, and (2) the implementation of social skills training should be done integratedly in academic activities or in a playgroup setting.
