Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dan motivasi kerja terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Jenis  penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 pegawai. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teori slavin, penelitian ini dianalisis melalui Analisis regresi Linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan latihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. This study aims to education and training have a positive effect on the development of human resources at the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office and work motivation have a positive effect on the development of HR in the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, and the population and the sample in the study counted for 50 employees. Determination of the sample using the slavin theory and this study was analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on HR development in the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office and work environment had a positive and significant effect on HR development in the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office.

This study aims to analyze the influence that leadership style directly influences employee performance and work motivation, and can prove that work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance. The next goal is to find out that leadership style indirectly influences employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. PT. XYZ is the object of this research. Determination of the sample is done by accidental sampling technique. The questionnaire was used as a means of collecting data distributed to employees who worked at PT. XYZ were 100 respondents. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance through motivation employee work.

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. This study contains an analysis of the effect of compensation and training on the work motivation of hotel employees in the city of Bandar Lampung, research using multiple linear regression analysis is assisted using SPSS 25.0 with quantitative methods, the population used is employees who work in hotels by determining the research sample using hair formula which amounted to 65 respondents but in this study added respondents to 82 respondents The results of this study are as follows (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation (2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (3) Compensation and training jointly have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.

Regression analysis is constructed for capturing the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction . The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Makassar City Education and Training Center Office. The sample of this study were 53 employees as a unit of analysis. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis provide evidence that compensation and work motivation shown are proven to increase employee job satisfaction. Work motivation is the dominant variable affecting employee job satisfaction.

This research aims to know the influence of leadership styles, work motivation and discipline on performance of employees at Mandiri Bank Branch Jakarta Kota. As for the methods used in this study using the method of quantitative research. And the samples used in this study as many as 40 employees. This research uses the sampling method is saturated, whereas the methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership style, work motivation and discipline significant effect on performance of the employees. the leadership style effect positively on performance of the employees. The motivation of working in a positive effect on performance of the employees. The discipline of working in a positive effect on performance of the employees

Humans descended as a khalifa on earth that one of its duties is to realize the prosperity of the ummah. In the context of Indonesia, one of the roles of khalifa is manifested in a governmental structure such as a village apparatus. Of course in carrying out the task a khalifa should have high motivation of work as a form of professionalism like the hadith narrated by Ahmad. This study aims to determine the relevance of human resource and work motivation in the performance dynamics of village office apparatus in Wongsorejo Subdistrict either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is the government officials in the villages in entire Wongsorejo sub-district consists of 12 villages totaling 206 with a sample of 103 people selected by proportional random sampling. And then the data is analizing by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the positive and significant influence of human resources and work motivation has significant effect to the performance dynamics either partially or simultaneously. The influence of human resources and work motivation to the dynamics of performance are by 42 percent.

The effectiveness of accounting information systems is very instrumental in determining the success of management to achieve organizational goals and users of  SIA have a major role in the effectiveness of the system. This study to obtain empirical about the effect of personal engineering skills, involvement of users, education and training on effectiveness of SIA. The population used in this study is all employees who work at the Badung District Government Regional Organization. The method of the sample by nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling method, so that the respondents in this study amounted to 37 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results of this of personal techniques has a positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the involvement of users has a positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, and education and training have a positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems.

Human resources play a very important as human as the wheels of all companyactivities. Efforts to improve the performance of the system conducted well-definedleadership and motivation to improve employee morale. This study aims to examine andanalyze the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on the performanceof employees of PT. Media Nusantara Informasi Jawa Timur Bureau. Data were collectedused survey through questionnaires and carried out at 50 employees of PT. MNI Bureau ofJawa Timur. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 17. The technique used ispurposive sampling and testing techniques of data used in this study include testing thevalidity of the factors, testing reliability analysis with Cronbach's alpha. Analysis of dataused multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypotheses. Theanalysis showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employeeperformance and work motivation positive effect on employee performance.Keyword: Transformational leadership, motivation to work, performance of employees.

Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Sangeh Village. Suggestions that can be given are to improve organizational culture and work environment conditions so that employee performance increases.
