Abstract: This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of education, ageand work experience simultaneously and partially on the performance of thecivilian state apparatus. The research design used in this study is Eksplanatorywhich intends to explain the causality relationship between the dependent variable with independent variables which the model analysis approach used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that education, age, and working experience simultaneously influence apparatus performance, while partially only working experience had a significant influence to performance.Keywords: education, age, work experience, performance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruhfaktor pendidikan, umur dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan dan parsialterhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah Eksplanatory yang bermaksud untuk menjelaskanhubungan kasualitas antara variabel terikat dengan variabel-variabel bebasnyadimana model pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linierberganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor pendidikan, umur danpengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur negara, tetapi hanya pengalaman kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.Kata Kunci: pendidikan, umur, pengalaman kerja dan kinerja.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. However, convenience has no significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, Go-pay, lifestyle

This study aims to analyze Non-Performing Financing Strategies Case Studies In BMT Nagari Lasi Candung District Agam regency, from the results of research that the authors find in the field by using the population in this study all customers financing BMT Nagari Lasi, 105 people. From the results of data obtained from respondents processed by using SPSS program with stages through the test research instrument is the validity test , reliability, descriptive respondents, classical assumption test, to multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis the authors found that of the three independent variables that the author carefully that the interest rate loan margin has a positive and significant influence on the principle of financing. Then the second variable of the loan term has a positive and significant influence on the principle of financing. The variable of customer sales stability has a positive and significant influence on the financing principle. Then seen from the results of the test f showed that the variable interest rate margin loan, loan term and stability of customer sales simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the principle of financing. The result of determinant coefficient test shows that there are many other variables that influence the financing principle in BMT Nagari Lasi Candung Subdistrict of Agam Regency so it is expected for the next researcher to add another variable from the author's precise variable for the perfection of research in the field of financing principle.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of work placement and work experience on employee performance at PT. Various Marine Resources (ASTB) in Central Maluku Regency. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 45 respondents using the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the influence between work placement and work experience with employee performance, especially at PT. Various Sumber Tata Bahari (ASTB) In Central Maluku Regency, it is proven that there is a positive and significant influence between work placement and work experience on employee performance. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Various Sources of Maritime Affairs (ASTB) in Central Maluku Regency is Work Experience. This is because work experience has a greater coefficient value than the job placement variable

Muscle quality is well-known to decrease with aging and is a risk factor for metabolic abnormalities. However, there is a lack of information on race-associated differences in muscle quality and other neuromuscular features related to functional performance. This study aimed to compare muscle quality, function, and morphological characteristics in Japanese and Brazilian older individuals. Eighty-four participants aged 65–87 years were enrolled in the study (42 Japanese: 23 men, 19 women, mean age 70.4 years; 42 Brazilians: 23 men, 19 women, mean age 70.8 years). Echo intensity (EI) and muscle thickness (MT) of the quadriceps femoris were measured using B-mode ultrasonography. A stepwise multiple linear regression analysis with EI as a dependent variable revealed that MT was a significant variable for Japanese participants (R2 = 0.424, P = 0.001), while MT and subcutaneous adipose tissue (SCAT) thickness were significant variables for Brazilian participants (R2 = 0.490, P = 0.001). A second stepwise multiple linear regression analysis was performed after excluding MT and SCAT thickness from the independent variables. Sex and age for Japanese participants (R2 = 0.381, P = 0.001) and lean body mass and body mass index for Brazilian participants (R2 = 0.385, P = 0.001) were identified as significant independent variables. The present results suggest that MT is closely correlated with muscle quality in Japanese and Brazilian older individuals. Increases in muscle size may induce decreases in intramuscular adipose tissue and/or connective tissues, which are beneficial for reducing the risks of metabolic impairments in Japanese and Brazilian older individuals.

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. This study aims to examine factors that influence Murabahah margin income. Spefically it investigates the effect of the Central Bank of Indonesia Rate (BI Rate), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and wadiah savings on Murabahah margin income at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The method used in this study is quantitative by using the multiple linear regression analysis to test the variables. 12 Islamic Commercial Banks were selected as the sample using a purposive sampling method. With 60 data observations for 5 years, the findings indicate that all the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Partially, BI Rate does not affect Murabahah margin income, while in contrast, Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and wadiah savings affect the Murabahah margin income.

This study aims to examine and analyze the simultaneous effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze the partial effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on student satisfaction. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is used to determine how much influence the independent (independent) variables, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy on the dependent variable is student satisfaction. Research site is at STES Ihya 'Ulumiddin Banyuwangi. The study took a sample of 39 people. While the results of this study can be drawn as follows, the variables Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty simultaneously affect student satisfaction. The partial test of the Reliability variable, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty is positive, but the Tangible variable is negative. Reliability variables are variables that have a dominant and significant influence on student satisfaction.

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of the initial capital, long effort and hours of work on the performance of the market traders alai Padang. The respondents are all traders who sell in the market of alai which has shops , a variety of types of businesses and turnover are almost the same. Sampling done by the census where all the population into the sample in this study as many as 56 people traders. To test the hypothesis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained that the initial capital and long efforts has a significant influence on the Performance of the market traders alai. This study aims to determine the effect of 1) demand, 2) supply, 3) labor, 4) covid 19. The sampling in this research was conducted by using a incidental sampling method. Methods of data collection through questionnaires that have been distributed to 100 respondents who have met criteria. With multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that the demand, supply, labor both partial and simultaneous have significant effect on covid 19. It can be concluded that mitigation of demand, supply, labor towards covid 19. The results of t test showed that demand is approved and indicates demand has great impact on affecting the covid 19, supply is not approved and indicates supply has less impact on affecting the covid 19, labor is approved and indicates labor has great impact on affecting the covid 19. The results of f test showed that both of the independent variables are simultaneously affecting the covid 19. The result of R Square of the regression model is 0.216 which shows that 21,6 % of mitigation of covid 19 can be explained by demand, supply, labor. Whereas, the 78,4% of covid 19 variable can be explained by other factors or variables which are not examined in this research.
