Abstract: This study aims to find out whether the motivation, incentives and promotion positions have significant effects on employee productivity on the sales department of PT Kapuas Trio Tirta Sari Motor in Kuala Kapuas. The research population numbers are 17 people. The data collection technique are questionnaire, documentation and observation. The data analysis model is multiple regression analysis. The research results show: (1) Simultaneously, motivation, incentive and promotion positions have a significant effect on employee work productivity. (2) partially, the variable of motivation, incentive, and promotion variable have no significant effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: motivation, incentive, job promotion, work productivityAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, insentif dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada bagian penjualan PT Kapuas Trio Tirta Sari Motor di Kuala Kapuas. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 17 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, dokumentasi dan observasi dan instrumen. Model analisis data yang digunakan regresi berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Secara simultan motivasi, insentif dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan (2) secara parsial variabel motivasi, insentif, dan promosi jabatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: motivasi, insentif, promosi jabatan, produktivitas kerja

The objective of the research is to analyze the effect of professionalism, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on job attitudes among members of Indonesian Advocate Congress (Kongres Advokat Indonesia/ KAI) in Solo Raya. The type of the research is survey research. The sample of the research uses non-probability census sampling. The data collection technique was done using questionnaire. <p>This  study aims to determine  tbe Employee   Skills in the Konveksi  Istana  Mode Madiun,  to determine  Employee  Productivity  in the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun,  as well as  to  determine   the  presence   or  absence   of  Vocational   Effect   on  Productivity   Among Employees   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  The  samples  in this  study  is purposive sampling   technique   that  all  employees   at  the  Konveksi   Istana   Mode   Madiun   part  of convection,   amounting  to 30 people.  Data  collection  using  questionnaires,   documentation and interviews.In    analyzing  the data using statistical  methods  Product  Moment,  To test this hypothesis   using the r test, F test and t test. The results  of the regression  analysis  ofY  = a +bX, the result Y = 11,737 + 0,757X,  to test that rcount  &gt; r liable  (0.784  &gt; 0.361),  or may be rejected  HO means  that there  is a skills  significant  relationship   with  work  productivity   of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  Furthermore,   also obtained  results  which indicate that the F test ofF count &gt;F table (44,5752::4.196)  or ::;;Sighit Sigprob  (0,000 ::;;0.05). Thus HO is rejected,  it means  there is an overall  effect of skills on labor productivity   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  In addition,  the t-test results  obtained  thit&gt;  ttab  (6.676  &gt; 2.048) or Sig hit &lt; Sig prob (0.000 &lt; 0.025) this situation  can be said to be no different  from the effect of employee  skills on work productivity  of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun.</p>

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate tocopedia.com online advertising, a positive and significant effect on brand image and tokopedia.com service quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image.Keywords: online advertising, service quality, brand image

The purpose of this study are (1) To analyze the significance of the influence of motivation factors consisting of existence, relationship and growth on employee productivity. (2) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of the need for existence of work productivity of employees. (3) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of relationship needs to work productivity of employees. (4) To analyze the atmosphere of diversity in reinforcing the influence of growth needs on the productivity of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Nusa Tenggara. The type of research used in this study is associative research. Data collection method used in this research is census method as much as 128 employees. The data collection tool used questionnaires and analyzed using moderating regression analysis (MRA). The results showed (1) motivation factors consisting of the needs of existence, relationship and growth have a positive and significant effect on work productivity of employees. (2) The atmosphere of diversity is able to strengthen the influence of the need for existence of work productivity of employees. (3) The atmosphere of diversity is not able to strengthen the influence of the relationship needs to work productivity of employees. (4) The atmosphere of diversity is able to strengthen the influence of growth needs on the productivity of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Nusa Tenggara.

The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.

The aim of this research are 1) to find out the simultaneous influence between organizational culture, motivation, and communication on the employee productivity of the environmental services in Wonogiri Regency, 2) to determine in partial organizational culture, motivation and communication the effect on the employee productivity of the environmental services in Wonogiri Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Wonogiri Regency Environmental Agency, which numbered 286 employees. The samples in this study were 86 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research were using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Technical data analysis in this research were using classic assumption test, multiple linier test, t test, f test, the coefficients determined. The result of this study: 1) There is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture, motivation, and communication on the work productivity of Wonogiri District's environmental officers. 2) in partial variable organizational culture, motivation and communication give significant effect on employee productivity of the of the environmental services in Wonogiri Regency. The reality in the media world today is that apart from RRI and TVRI, private radio and television are also very concerning in their role as the coach of the Indonesian language. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that tend to influence the attitude of the news announcers Radio Elshinta Semarang and RRI Pro 1 Semarang. This research design uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection method used was the observation method. The data collection technique in this study was a record and note technique. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself. Data collection tools used were data collection guides and data cards. Miles and Huberman's data analysis model was used in this study. Based on the results of data analysis, internal factors that affect the language attitudes of news announcers Radio Elshinta Semarang and Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) pro 1 Semarang are language mastery factors (cognitive component), other language mastery factors (language contact), preference factors (affective component) and language ideology factor (language belief). The results of this study provide theoretical and practical advantages. The benefits of this study can produce concepts regarding language attitudes in order to enhance sociolinguistic scientific treasures and help understanding sociolinguistic studies, especially in relation to language attitudes and can be a guide for news broadcasters to be able to be positive in speaking in public spaces.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of education and job training on increasing employee productivity, either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Sagami Indonesia. The sample in this study using the Slovin formula totaling 92 employees of PT. Sagami Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation study, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the Multiple Liner Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 24.00. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously education and job training have an effect on increasing the work productivity of employees at PT. Sagami Indonesia

This study aims to determine the practice of human resource management which consists of: HR planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations with employee work productivity and working period moderation in relation to MSDM practices and work productivity. This research uses quantitative research methods. data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical. The sample used in this study were 50 employees who have worked at least 1 year and live in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was convenience sampling. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire method (questionaire). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (moderate regretion analysis). The results showed that (1) HR Planning has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (2) Recruitment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (3) Training and Development has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. significant impact on work productivity (5) performance management has a positive and significant effect on productivity and (6) Relationships between employees have a positive and significant effect on work productivity and tenure can strengthen the relationship between HR practice and work productivity with a value of 98.2% Keywords: Role Test, Service Period, HRM, Work Productivity

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance.
