The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of education and job training on increasing employee productivity, either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Sagami Indonesia. The sample in this study using the Slovin formula totaling 92 employees of PT. Sagami Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation study, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the Multiple Liner Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 24.00. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously education and job training have an effect on increasing the work productivity of employees at PT. Sagami Indonesia

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Punishmant on employee productivity at PT. Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Makassar branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Makassar branch, amounting to 25 people. The number of samples used was 25 people using saturated sample toeri. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using Statistical Product Standard Solution (SPSS) for window. This shows that punishment has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Makassar branch.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decision to choose Starbucks. The population in this study amounted to 395 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Variables that influence the decision to choose Starbucks are cultural, social, personal and psychological. The result of the partial test and simultaneously stated that the cultural variables, social variables, personal variables, and psychological variables influence the decision to choose Starbucks.

This study aims to determine and prove whether the brand image and price of customer satisfaction Village Futsal Medan. The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and work facilities on employee work productivity, either partially or simultaneously on MNC TV Production Section. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with a sample of 75 respondents. Data collected by using method is multiple linear regression analysis, double correlation and coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis (Test F and Test t).The results showed that work discipline and work facilities have a significant effect on increasing productivity of employee of MNC TV Production Division.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

Abstract: This study aims to find out whether the motivation, incentives and promotion positions have significant effects on employee productivity on the sales department of PT Kapuas Trio Tirta Sari Motor in Kuala Kapuas. The research population numbers are 17 people. The data collection technique are questionnaire, documentation and observation. The data analysis model is multiple regression analysis. The research results show: (1) Simultaneously, motivation, incentive and promotion positions have a significant effect on employee work productivity. (2) partially, the variable of motivation, incentive, and promotion variable have no significant effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: motivation, incentive, job promotion, work productivityAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, insentif dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada bagian penjualan PT Kapuas Trio Tirta Sari Motor di Kuala Kapuas. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 17 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, dokumentasi dan observasi dan instrumen. Model analisis data yang digunakan regresi berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Secara simultan motivasi, insentif dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan (2) secara parsial variabel motivasi, insentif, dan promosi jabatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: motivasi, insentif, promosi jabatan, produktivitas kerja

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work discipline on employee work productivity. This research was conducted at PT. Lila Buana Wisata where the company is engaged in travel services located in Renon, Denpasar and Tuban, Badung. The population in this study as many as 35 people using saturated sampling techniques, the sample used is the entire population of 35 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Similarly, work discipline is proven to have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. To increase employee productivity, the company should continuously motivate employees, provide compensation in accordance with the workload of employees and enforce employee discipline so that work productivity continues to increase so that the company is able to compete and the company's survival is guaranteed. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of  leadership  style  consisting  of  directive  leadership, supportive leadership, participative leadership, and the achievement oriented leadership on employee productivity in PG Krebet Baru Malang and to know the leadership style that has the most dominant influence on work productivity in PG Krebet New Malang. Type of research used is explanatory research. The subjects of this study were 50 PG employees. Krebet Baru Malang. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using F Test and T Test as Hypothesis Test. Instrument test results both validity and reliability test against 50 respondents obtained valid and reliable results. Leadership style consisting of directive leadership (X1), supportive leadership (X2), participative leadership (X3), and the achievement oriented leadership (X4) have a significant influence on work productivity (Y) PG employees. Krebet Baru Malang. The supportive leadership (X2) style has the most influence on employee work productivity.
