ABSTRACT<br /><br />Along with technological developments that are increasingly progressing progress of<br />technology today has an impact in improving the effectiveness and efficiency in doing every job.<br />Usefulness of the computer has a lot to help facilitate the work of humans so the existence of this<br />computer is needed. Both individuals, institutions, and governments take various efforts to take<br />advantage of this information technology development. Even in education in Indonesia, especially<br />college.<br />Each college has a Tri Dharma activity of universities undertaken by lecturers covering 4<br />areas, namely: education and teaching, research, community service, support set by the leadership<br />of the university. Therefore, the lecturer's burden must be proportionally distributed and measured<br />by utilizing the development of information technology. One of them is a Web-Based Lecturer<br />Information System <br />(<br />BKD<br />)<br /> that can help the leader in knowing the lecturer's workload information<br />that is borne and helps the leader in knowing the workload information that is borne by each<br />lecturer.<br />Keyword : Tri Dharma, Information System, Web-Based Lecturer Information System <br />(<br />BKD<br />)<br />ABSTRAK<br />Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin hari semakin berkembang<br />kemajuan dari teknologi saat ini memiliki dampak dalam meningkatkan efektifitas dan keefisienan<br />dalam melakukan setiap pekerjaan. Kegunaan komputer telah banyak membantu memudahkan<br />kerja dari manusia sehingga keberadaan komputer ini sangat dibutuhkan. Baik individu, institusi,<br />maupun pemerintah ikut melakukan berbagai upaya untuk memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi<br />informasi ini. Bahkan dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya perguruan tinggi.<br />Setiap perguruan tinggi memiliki kegiatan tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang dilakukan<br />oleh dosen meliputi 4 bidang, yaitu : bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian<br />kepada masyarakat, penunjang yang ditetapkan oleh pimpinan universitas. Oleh karena itu beban<br />dosen harus terdistribusi secara proporsional dan terukur dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan<br />teknologi informasi. Current technological developments, in reporting assets in the Faculty of Communication and Information Technology of the National University have not been effective. Because the many assets that exist make it difficult for workers to recapitalize the asset report. Such as incoming and outgoing asset reports and asset status status. Therefore, the Web-based National University Faculty of Communication and Information Technology Asset Report Information System was designed so that workers could report asset data every month. Application trial results for reporting asset data, the system can display the report results based on incoming assets, outgoing assets, and asset status with 100% accuracy. In the search for asset data entered the system can display the results of the report based on the transaction id, date of asset entered, and the name of the asset with 100% accuracy. Then to report asset data out the system can display the results of the report based on the transaction id, exit, and the name of the asset with 100% accuracy

Information technology becomes one of the important elements for an organization or company in realizing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance.  To create a company that has a good performance, it requiring the existence of an information system to assisting the management in taking a decision. In its implementation, the use of existing information system still encounter some obstacles during the operation. In this study, the authors used application belongs to Mail and Logistic (MLO) agenpos application. Therefore, SWOT analysis is needed to know the strengths and weakness in internal factors and to know the opportunities and threats in external factors. Choosing the right strategy can maximize the strengths and opportunities, on the other side can minimize the weaknesses and threats.

Abstract— Rapid of information technology development grow a new competitive environment. Including higher education, they need to improve their service quality in order to provide education service in more competitive. One of the ways of using information technology in higher education is the used of Academic Information System (AIS). AIS was developed to achieve the goals of the learning process which is one of vision and mission organization success factor. The measurement is needed to evaluate the quality of AIS. Functionality is one of the quality factors which is measured by observing the correlation between function and functional suitability. In this study, the quality of AIS functional suitability is measured using goal-oriented approach base on ISO/IEC 25010 in the perspective of a lecturer. The strategic plan of an institution is used as a reference to measure if the system used to have meet institution goals when using this approach. The result shows that the measurement using goal-oriented approach become more objective and suitable to the need of used AIS quality improvement for the institution than the measurement with ISO/IEC 25010 only. Keywords— Academic Information System, Functional Suitability, GQM, ISO/IEC 25010

Development of technology which progress rapidly has effect to change whole of aspects in human life. One of them is development of information technology. Development of information technologies can apply on web based information systems. Many agencies have moved to web based  inforation systems because of web based is more efective and eficient used. BEM UNP as executive campuss organization has a budget which the aim is implement activities to bend students characters. Examples are national seminars, talkshow, debates, open recruitment for new members, etc. The activities definitely are not without process of registration from participants. Most of the students want to participate in that activity. Usually get troubles activity informations, or trouble in registration directly to committe web based information systems used is one of the effective facilities to share activities process. The design of web based information syste, of BEM UNP visualizes by UML with using several object oriented of visualized diagrams. The result of web based information systems of BEM UNP is web based informations systems which give informations to BEM UNP and to ease students who want to bem participants in activities are implemented by BEM UNP. Keywords: Information System, BEM UNP, CodeIgniter Framework.

Abstrak - Teknologi informasi yang memiliki tiga unsur utama yaitu perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, dan pelaksana sebagai komponen utamanya ini sangat sulit dipisahkan dari banyak hal dalam kehidupan industri. PT. Indo Ocean Logistic adalah salah satu perusahaan PMD yang menyediakan jasa pengiriman eksport dan import untuk kargo peti kemas bermuatan penuh (Full Container Load / FCL) dan maupun kargo yang bermuatan sedikit (Less than Container Load / LCL) melalui laut (sea freight), darat (inland) maupun udara (air freight), dimana proses jasa pengiriman ekspor pada perusahaan ini masih berjalan sangat lambat, dan data yang dihasilkan kurang akurat. Untuk itu penulis mencoba membuat Sistem Informasi Jasa Pengiriman Ekspor Pada PT. Indo Ocean Logistic Jakarta yang terkomputerisasi. Sistem informasi berbasis komputerisasi merupakan solusi terbaik dalam pemecahan berbagai masalah kegiatan tersebut, dan dengan penerapan sistem diharapkan dapat tercapainya efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam menunjang aktifitas di PT. The idea of enhancing the growing of tourism through information system has existed in the early years and it was also emphasized in the 12th five-year plan. After the experience of three phases of information technology development, China’s online tourism business is constantly improving with the establishment of a multifunctional online tourist industry system. However, information technology is updating and surpassing with each day when tourism is developing. The special nature of the relationship between supply and demand in tourist industry makes information exchange play a significant role in the running of the industry. Thus, the application of information technology not only exerts great impact on the transaction and relationship between supply and demand, but also makes the entire industry transform a lot. Tourist industry makes enormous progress in value transmission, message transmission and e-commerce by applying information technology that activates the industry effectively. The development of information technology has currently been growing rapidly and provided many benefits in various fields, one of which is the library. The application of information tech-nology to the library is usually called a digital library (digital library). Digital library makes it easy for users to obtain information sources easily. Users can quickly search for book data in-formation, find out the number of books available, makes direct borrowing etc. Libraries in a university support the implementation of education, and teaching, research and community ser-vice. The library in the university has a collection of reference books and research reports that are always obtained every year.The presence of smartphone technology makes it easier for users to be comfortable, fast and easy in completing their work. However, there are difficulties which have to deal with while the display interface of a web-based information system does not support to be displayed on smartphone screen. This has an impact on the difficulties encountered by users in accessing the information. Currently, the digital libraries at Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo are web-based. But it has obstacles with display interface which does not support to be displayed in mobile version. Besides that there are menus that are still not categorized correctly. In order to improve access and give users easiness, this research made the design of a mobile-based Digital Library.
