Abstrak Teknologi Informasi bisa di lakukan dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya yaitu melalui internet yang bisa digunakan dimanapun dan kapanpun menggunakan jaringan internet. Pemerintah Kota Kediri melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil mengeluarkan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang dikembangkan dengan berbasis Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK), mengeluarkan program melalui media aplikasi online yaitu Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI). Kota Kediri memiliki fungsi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berperan penting dalam masyarakat dan lebih strategis. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Pengelolaan Kependudukan. Pelayanan harus dilaksanakan dengan benar dan cepat agar masyarakat puas dengan pelayanan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pelayanan Publik melalui Aplikasi Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI) di Kelurahan Semampir. Kata Kunci: Teknologi Informasi; Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan; Kepuasan Masyarakat. Abstract Information technology can be done in various ways, one of which is through the internet which can be used anywhere and anytime using the internet network. The Kediri City Government through the Department of Population and Civil Registration issued population administration services which were developed based on the Population Administration Information System (SIAK), issued programs through online application media, namely the Information Technology-Based Population Administration System (SAKTI). The city of Kediri has the function of information and communication technology which plays an important role in society and is more strategic. Based on Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Management. Services must be carried out correctly and quickly so that people are satisfied with the service. Based on this description, the purpose of this research is to find out public services through the application of the Information Technology-Based Population Administration System (SAKTI) in Semampir Village. Keywords: Information Technology; Population Administration Services; Community Satisfaction.

Local Taxes are one source of financing local development a very reliable to support the implementation of regional autonomy. One type of regional tax levied by the City Government is Customs on Acquisition of Land and Building (BPHTB). BPHTB tax is a tax on acquisition of land and / or buildings. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and contribution of BPHTB tax to the revenue of Manado City Local Tax. The research was conducted at the Department of Revenue the city of Manado. Method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative method, namely analyzing the data of the target and realization receipts of  BPHTB Tax in 2011 and 2012 by using the ratio of effectiveness and contribution ratio. The results showed that the rate of effectiveness BPHTB Tax in 2011 has not reached the target, because only reached 70.99% and in 2012 already reached the target with the percentage 116.95% which is included in the criteria is very effective. Within a period of 2 years since transitioned into Local Taxes in 2011, contributing of  BPHTB tax showed a fairly good criterion contribution for Local Tax revenues in 2011 and 2012. In 2011 the percentage its contribution amounting 30.25% and in 2012 increased to 30.72%.

Policy of regional autonomy was born with the aim to keep the government and the integrityof the Unitary Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), by encouraging the ability of initiative and creativity oflocal government and local communities in the pursuit of prosperity. Public Policy is whatevergovernments choose to do or not todo. The principle of public service is to provide a service with agood quality to the community which embodies the obligation of the government apparatus as a publicservant . Regional autonomy gives authority to local government in this case the city government toexplore potential areas to improve the quality of service to the community. In providing good serviceto the community, Denpasar government adopt local wisdom that philosophy Sewaka Dharma. SewakaDharma can be defined as "Serving is the obligation."

Abstract The prostitution crime in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya, is getting higher. With the closure of Dolly's prostitution area, the providers of prostitus services use the internet to open their services. The use of the internet as a prostitution service is often called online prostitution. Problems regarding the crime of online prostitution in Surabaya are regulated in article 27 paragraph (1) of Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions; Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions; Article 27 Paragraph (1) Law No. 1 of 2018 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions; Article 4 paragraph (2) of Law No. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography; Article 4 paragraph (2) of Law No. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography; article 296 of the Criminal Code; Article 506 of the Criminal Code; Article 37 paragraph (2) of Surabaya City Government Regulation No. 2 of 2014 concerning Implementation of Public Order and Community Peace. In law enforcement, online prostitution crime in Surabaya does not only tend to impose sanctions in accordance with article 27 paragraph (1) of the Information and Electronic Transaction Law. However, the City Government of Surbaya is trying to implement prevention of trafficking in persons suspected of having links to online prostitution. In the policy to prevent trafficking in persons, the Surabaya city government has implemented two prevention systems, namely Preemtif Prevention and Preventive Prevention. Keywords: Criminal Act, Online Prostitution, Law Enforcement Abstrak Tindak pidana prostitusi di Indonesia khususnya di Surabaya semakin tinggi. Dengan ditutupnya kawasan prostitusi Dolly membuat para penyedia jasa prostitusi menggunakan media internet untuk membuka jasanya. Penggunaan internet sebagai layanan jasa prostitusi sering kali disebut prostitusi online. Permasalahan mengenai tindak pidana prostitusi online di Surabaya diatur dalam Pasal 27 ayat (1) Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Infomarsi dan Transaksi Elektornik; Pasal 45 ayat (1) Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik; Pasal 27 ayat (1) Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 2018 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik; Pasal 4 ayat (2) Undang-Undang No. 44 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pornografi; Pasal 4 ayat (2) Undang-Undang No. 44 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pornografi; Pasal 296 KUHP; Pasal 506 KUHP; Pasal 37 ayat (2)  Peraturan Daerah Pemerintahan Kota Surabaya No. 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Ketertiban Umum dan Ketentraman Masyarakat. Dalam penegakan hukum tindak pidana prostitusi online di Surabaya tidak hanya cenderung dengan memberikan sanksi sesuai dengan Pasal 27 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Namun Pemerintah Kota Surabaya mencoba menerapkan pencegahan terhadap tindak pidana perdagangan orang yang dinilai mempunyai keterkaitan dengan tindak pidana prostitusi online. Dalam kebijakan pencegahan tindak pidanak perdagangan orang Pemerintah Kota Surabaya menerapkan dua sistem pencegahan yaitu pencegahan preemtif dan pencegahan preventif. To measure the region in the field of finance performance, the level of Regional Financial Independence was used. The level of Regional Financial Independence was indicated by the size of the Local Original Income when compared with regional income derived from other sources. Several areas in West Java Province have a phenomenon where local revenues increase but local financial independence decreases. The purpose of this study is to discover the quantity of Cost of Capital, General Allocation Fund and Level of Regional Financial Independence in Bandung City during the year 2010–2016. In addition to that, it is also meant to comprehend the effect of Cost of Capital and General Allocation Fund to the level of Regional Financial Independence both simultaneously or partially. The research method used was multiple regression analysis by comparing the research variables namely Cost of Capital and General Allocation Fund as independent variable with the Regional Financial Independence of Bandung city area as dependent variable. The results of this study signify that Cost of Capital and General Allocation Funds have a significant effect on the city government's Regional Financial Independence. It illustrates that Cost of Capital and General Allocation Fund are able to become predictor variable to improve Regional Financial Independence. Partially the Cost of Capital has a positive influence on the level of regional autonomy while the general allocation fund has a negative effect on the level of local financial independence.

This article discusses the struggles of urban social movements for a de-neoliberalisation of housing policies in Poulantzian terms as a “condensation of the relationship of forces”. Drawing on an empirical analysis of the “Berliner Mietenvolksentscheid” (Berlin rent referendum), which was partially successful in forcing the city government of Berlin to adopt a more progressive housing policy, the article argues that urban social movements have the capacity to challenge neoliberal housing regimes. However, the specific materiality of the state apparatus and its strategic selectivity both limit the scope of intervention for social movements aiming at empowerment and non-hierarchical decision-making.

Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.
