The strength of character to be entrepreneurs, the strength of the motivation to start and own a business, entrepreneurial perception, the seriousness of the effort to seek opportunities and take advantage of business opportunities and perseverance run Synchronize employment policies, business and academia showed the strategic in building an entrepreneurial culture both in shaping new entrepreneurs, as well as for survival both businesses large and small to create the nation’s economic added value. In addition, the study empires show that entrepreneurship program has a positive effect on the development of entrepreneurial attributes of individual, self-reliance, raise awareness of entrepreneurship as a career option and instil a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship.Opportunities offered competency-based model of entrepreneurial learning and experience (competence-base and experience entrepreneurship learning - CBE2L) are implemented systematically, challenges and implications for policymakers, employers and types discuss in relation to relevant theoretical perspectives. Key implications CBE2L models. is to encourage learning program with policy and institutional commitment of resources, teachers who have the knowledge and experience of entrepreneurship and disseminate issues of education in strengthening involvement entrepreneurial culture among students.

Educational ecosystem is facing rapid changes due emerging technologies and their rapid penetration to daily use. When the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, it only accelerated many of these trends. Nevertheless, some education systems have been able to adapt to the changing situation and digital transformation more easily than others. Digital competence is essential for learning, work and active participation in society in digital transformation context. Given the pressure of change on existing learning institutions and learning models, ICT offers broad opportunities for developing a different view. In order for digital education actors to adapt to the digital transformation in the education sector, they also need to have the skills needed to use technology effectively. However, there is a lack of computer and technological literacy. In Latvia and Lithuania, about one in three workers has limited or no digital skills, and most STEM vacancies remain unfilled because workers do not have the necessary competencies and are not inclined to study or retrain. The aim of the study is to assess the effect of dynamic capabilities for added value educational outcomes during COVID-19 recession. The results of the study revealed that dynamic capabilities have a direct positive effect on value based education outcomes.

The results showed that: (1) Based on the test, the results of the research proved that the Training Method (X1) proved to have a positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri (Y); (2) Based on the test, it turns out that the results of the study prove that the Instructor / Trainer (X2) has no positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri (Y); (3) Based on the test, it turns out that the research results prove that the Instructor / Trainer (X3) has a positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri; (4) Based on the test, it turns out that the research results prove that the Method of Facilities and Infrastructure (X4) has a positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri (Y); (5) Based on the test, it turns out that the research results prove that the certificate (X5) is proven to have a positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri (Y); (6) Based on testing simultaneously (Test F), it turns out that the results of the research prove that all variables of Training Methods, Instructors / Trainers, Training Materials and Facilities and Infrastructure as well as certificates together or simultaneously prove to have a positive effect on the factor formation of the variables. The theoretical perspectives reviewed in the previous chapter have led many in the field to believe that written CF can have a positive effect on L2 learning. The recent written CF studies reviewed in this chapter confirmed the theoretical expectation. However, it needs to be noted that although more explicit written CF types, such as metalinguistic explanation, direct correction, and direct correction plus metalinguistic explanation were proved to facilitate the learning of English articles and past tense for students of different proficiency levels, more research is needed to find out the correlation between the complexity and written CF type. Furthermore, whether these types of written CF could facilitate the learning of more complex language features needs to be examined. Last but not least, learner's factors, including affective factors, learning aptitude, motivation, and so on need to be investigated regarding the extent to which they may have an impact on the effect of written CF.

This chapter discusses the integration of digital literacy in competency-based curriculum (CBC). In the introduction, the authors discuss the 21st century skills and their relevance to the competency-based curriculum. The discussion funnels from global, regional, and local contexts. Theoretical perspectives in ICT and the CBC are dealt with to provide a background. Multiple approaches of integrating digital literacy within the curriculum are highlighted later in the chapter. These issues are discussed in the light of the extant literature on digital literacy and the competency-based curriculum. The discussion revolves around the trends, controversies of digital literacy in the CBC with possible solutions put forth towards the end of the chapter. Finally, recommendations and future research directions are made. The chapter concludes with a summary of the major issues discussed in the chapter and recommendations for further reading.

Adaptive learning system has been developed maturing. But the formulation and selection of learning scheme in the learners' personality characteristic mining is still not satisfactory. The adaptive learning scheme with specific learner characteristics personalized will have positive effect for the learner on learning effect. The emergence of adaptive learning system based on network, making the learning is no longer affected by time and space restrictions, and the teachers teaching mode is changing to students' learning mode. The prior paper had given a brief introduction for adaptive learning system. Then in this paper we will focus on the designed theoretical knowledge of the adaptive learning system and give the design scheme.

In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects of food and product production values on inflation. In the study, the variables of the World Bank Country Reports between 1991-2019 Consumer Price Index, Wholesale Price Index, Food Production Index, Product Production Index and Production Value Added were used. According to the results obtained from the study, there is a statistically significant relationship between TUFE and TOFE and GUE, UUE and UKD variables (p <0.01). According to the results of controlled correlation analysis, the effects of food and product production indexes on consumer and wholesale inflation level are not statistically significant (p> 0.05). The effect of UKD and GUE parameters on inflation is statistically significant (p <0.05). Explanation power of both models is very high. According to the regression coefficients, UKD has a negative effect, and GUE has a positive effect. The results show that production has a positive effect on inflation, while production value added has a decreasing effect on consumer and wholesale prices. These results show that the production in our country is actually high cost and its added value is low.

This paper describes the added value that arises from capitalising on academic and social networks for researchers and people with acquired brain injury. First, it is proposed that brain injury researchers are connected within six degrees of separation. As a model, ‘The Oracle of Bacon’ demonstrates how any actor can be linked through his or her film roles to the actor Kevin Bacon within six steps. This concept is extrapolated to the existing networks of brain injury researchers. Capitalising on these networks can lead to potent and ground-breaking discoveries. The Clinical Centre of Research Excellence (CCRE) in Aphasia Rehabilitation provides an example of the benefits of networking and collaboration in the quest to improve the lives of people with aphasia. The CCRE uses multiple theoretical perspectives in studies evaluating the assessment and treatment of aphasia. It is utilising capacity building, knowledge translation and a community of practice to inform and expand research capacity. Networks can also be used to improve the communication of people with brain injury within their everyday environment. A recent study is described where communication partners were trained to improve the interactions of people with traumatic brain injury, which led to improvements in social networks and improved engagement in life activities. Finally, it is suggested that with the advances in e-communication, there is a great deal of scope for the use of social networking technologies in the assessment and treatment of people with acquired brain injury.

In 1965 Wilensky and Lebeaux wrote about Americans having residual and institutional conceptions of social welfare. The former emphasizes individual self-reliance with little assistance from a social welfare system, whereas the latter emphasizes a welfare system that is fully integrated in people's lives to help them develop to their full potential. Viewed as ends on a continuum, these conceptions are helpful in teaching students about characteristics of social policy and programs, policy practice competence, how policies have changed over time, and for prodding them to think about social and economic justice as well as how they would like the social welfare system structured in the future.
