Efektivitas Peran Bpbd Dalam Upaya Rehabilitasi Dan Rekonstruksi Rumah Masyarakat Pasca Bencana Banjir Di Nagari Tanjung Sani Kabupaten Agam

This study intends to find out the effectiveness of the role of BPBD in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of community houses after the flood disaster that occured in Agam Regency, namely Jorong Galapung Nagari Tanjung Sani Tanjung Raya District. This research is motivated by the constraints found in the rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts of community houses carried out by BPBD Agam Regency, namely inaccurate data or information obtained in the field, lack of community participation in socialization related to rehabilitation and reconstruction, BPBD lacking in providing information regarding requirements and the timing of the rehabilitation and reconstruction, and lack of funds. In conducting this research, researcher used a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, then in determining the informants in this study the researcher used purposive sampling methods and techniques. Whereas in the data collection technique, researchers did it through interviews, observation and documentation. In testing the validity of the data, the researcher used the method triangulation technique. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, the researcher used data reduction methods, data presentatin, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that BPBD has been effective in carrying out the rehabilitation and reconstruction of community houses.

This study aimed to describe the role of guidance and counseling in motivating students to learn mathematics in class VII-8 SMP 3 Palangkaraya and describe the teacher's role in motivating students in learning. This type of approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely with information, correc fact and reliable. Subjects in this study were the teacher in class VII-8. The data used is primary data and secondary data collection techniques used in data observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis using the technique proposed by Milles and Hubermen namely data reduction, data display, and verification of decision making. These results indicate that BK teacher acts as a motivator and as a mentor in terms of motivating learners to learn math at grade VII-8 SMP 3 Palangkaraya.

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran fun coooking dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional dan bahasa anak di TK Al Izhar Pondok Labu, Jakarta Selatan. Subjek penelitian ini anak usia 5-6 tahun yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstra kurikuler fun cooking berjumlah 8 orang anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang sudah terkumpul di triangulasi dengan jenis triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian anak, diperoleh informasi bahwa fun cooking memiliki peran dalam kemampuan sosio emosional dan bahasa anak. Kegiatan fun cooking memiliki peran dalam kemampuan bahasa anak terutama dalam memahami beberapa perintah secara bersamaan; menjawab pertanyaan yang lebih kompleks; memperkaya perbendaharaan kata; serta menuliskan nama sendiri. Sementara dalam kemampuan sosial emosional anak, fun cooking membuat anak mampu menaati aturan kelas; mengatur diri sendiri; berbagi dengan orang lain; menunjukkan sikap toleran; serta mengekspresikan emosi yang sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada.Abstract - This study aims to determine the role of fun cooking in improving emotional social skills and language of children in kindergarten Al Izhar Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. These research subjects 5-6 years old children who take part in extracurricular fun cooking amounted to 8 children. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection technique using observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data that have been collected in triangulation with the type of triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study of children, there was information that the fun of cooking has a role in the socio-emotional and language abilities of children. Fun cooking activities have a role in the child's language ability, especially in understanding multiple commands simultaneously; answer more complex questions; enriching vocabulary; as well as write his own name. While the emotional social abilities of children, fun cooking to make children able to obey the rules of the classroom; self-regulating; share with others; show tolerance; and express the emotions that correspond to existing conditions.Keywords - Fun cooking, Language skills, Social emotional skills

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peran pasar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dalam konteks ekonomi Islam apabila direlevansikan dalam perspektif maqashid syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara para pedagang Pasar Syariah Az-Zaiun I Surabaya. Observasi juga dilakukan terhadap para pedagang. kemudian, dilakukan triangulasi dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil kesimpulan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku teks, jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kesejahteraan para pedagang Pasar Syariah Az-Zaitun mengalami peningkatan, namun bila dikaji melalui perspektif maqashid syariah belum mencapai kemaslahatan karena terdapat beberapa indikator yang belum terpenuhi oleh pedagang Pasar Syariah Az-Zaitun I Surabaya.Kata kunci: pasar, kesejahteraan, pedagang, maqashid syariah ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the role of the market in improving welfare in the context of Islamic economics from the perspective of maqashid sharia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data collection technique was obtained by interviewing the traders of the Islamic Az-Zaiun I Market in Surabaya. Observations were also made on traders. Then, triangulation is conducted and analyzed to get a conclusion. Secondary data is obtained through textbooks and relevant scientific journals. The results of this study indicate that the welfare of the traders of the Az-Zaitun Syariah Market has increased, but when examined through the perspective of maqashid sharia, it has not achieved benefit because several indicators have not been fulfilled by the traders of the Az-Zaitun I Islamic Market in Surabaya.Keywords: market, welfare, traders, maqashid sharia

The study aimed to review and describe: 1) Coaching model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura. 2) Test the validation of coaching model on social sciences teacher. This study used a qualitative approach of phenomenology. This study was conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura, Sukoharjo district. The research design was classroom action research. The subject in this research were students, teachers, the principal. Data collection technique used observation, testing and interview. The interview process using theory of first and second order understanding. Data were analyzed using an interactive model included data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study concluded that 1) Coaching Model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura used modification lesson study approach. 2) Validation of the coaching model using two kinds of validation namely theory of validation and practice of validation.

In Aceh, the role of Dayah is very important considering its existence is supported by society especially in education. Other problems arise when viewed from the socio-cultural context of society when faced with the diversity present in the midst of society, especially in the border area of ACEH. The existence of Dayah amid the diversity of society consisting of various tribes and religions is certainly a challenge for the existence of Dayah as an institution that provides the character of ACEH youth. This kind of condition happened in southeast Aceh. This article aims to see how the role of education in the form of youth character in Southeast Aceh. This study used a qualitative approach with the subject is the head of Dayah, the Council of Teachers, and the students in the Dayah. The Dayah is randomly selected. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Then the data is analyzed by using data reduction measures, displays. The results of research show that Dayah in southeast Aceh has an important position in the midst of society. Its existence is supported by the government and community, and one of the districts that have the most Dayah in Aceh. The students graduated from the Dayah felt a difference before studying in the father after studying in the Dayah. In the development Dayah did not experience any meaningful obstacles.

The Impact

The purpose of this study is to identify improvements in teacher innovation through the role of global leadership and efficacy. A qualitative approach is used, and the study focuses on research teachers and principals. Data collection in this study was performed via observation interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through 3 activity lines: data reduction; data presentation; and conclusion drawing. The results of the study suggest that the role of global leadership is very important to improve teacher innovation in classroom learning. Global leadership encourages teachers to improve the efficacy of their teaching methods and has implications for improving teacher innovation. The problem to be looked for the answer in this study is the process of applying Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions in the traditional market of Pendopo, Empat Lawang. This research uses a qualitative approach to the case study method, which emphasizes efforts to obtain information about the status of a picture of phenomena, as well as to draw the meaning of a desired problem with respect to a case. The data collection technique used triangulation with interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results of the study conclude that the understanding of traders in the traditional Pendopo market towards Islamic business ethics, traders have not maximally understood Islamic business ethics, both the expression of feelings that are reflected, the pattern of application of business ethics in Islam which emphasizes trading ethics in buying and selling transactions in the Pendopo market. It has been running quite well without being overtaken by the traders, there is still a lack of awareness of the traders about raising prices by hoarding goods with the aim of seeking high profits from consumer needs in general. traders feel they can compete so that their merchandise can sell cheaply and cheerfully. The measurement of the application of business ethics in Islam carried out by the seller / trader shows that not some traders have implemented business ethics in Islam. Based on these findings, it is suggested the need for periodic counseling to increase the insight and knowledge of traders to be aware of the meaning and benefits of business ethics in Islam which emphasizes trading ethics in sales transactions. the role of the community in this case is that buyers are also required to understand and understand the business ethics system in Islam

This study aims to gain knowledge about the parental relationship with the learning outcomes of students in the field of study in the SMP N 1 Raya class VII based on data or facts right, true authentic, valid and reliable. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data collected by using the interview method that will be tested with scientific method. The data collection technique that researchers use in this study is interview, 4 students will be chosen to be respondent. The respondent will give the question and they will be answer deeply and briefly, the answer will be collected and summoned to be an objective of this journal. Due to that, that answer also become the result of this research. Data processing using by using the qualitative method which had been arbitrated to the scientific research. The result is all respondent answer that the parental guiding is the most aspect that influence their result studies.

This study aims to know the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in society economic empowerment at Mas-mas Village, Batukliang Utara District, and Central Lombok Regency. This study was descriptive qualitative approach. The study was conducted from June to July at Mas-Mas Village, Batukliang Utara, and Central Lombok. The data collection techniques used interview, documentation, and observation with study subjects, namely the Head of Village, BUMDES management and some society of Mas-mas. The researcher used techniques of source triangulation. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive analysis model that is analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusions. The results of this study indicated that the role of BUMDES Lintang Mas had not been maximized in society economic empowerment at society of Mas-mas Village; it can be seen from the types of businesses run by BUMDES. In addition, the level of society participation was still low.

One manifestation of the important role of banking in a region, as implemented by PT Bank Sumut, Gunungsitoli Branch, is to distribute loans for investment, consumption and working capital for the people in the area. The purpose of providing credit for banks is the return of credit that earns interest and can increase income to finance activities and business continuity. From the results of research conducted with this data collection technique, it shows that PT Bank Sumut has a number of loans from 2009 to 2014 which each year rises. From this study, it is also known that the rate of credit repayment has a positive influence on the level of profitability.
