The objective of this work is to present the research that was carried out with the students of the Higher University Technician (TSU) careers in Digital Network Infrastructure and Multiplatform Software Development, where the elements of the educational model of the Fidel Velázquez Technological University were identified (UTFV) that are being used in the virtual learning teaching process as a learning strategy in the COVID-19 pandemic. The research that was applied was quantitative, a questionnaire on Google with closed-ended questions was used as an information gathering instrument, and the sample that was taken was on students enrolled from first to fourth semester. Where it was identified that 100% of the students consider that the virtual learning strategy in UTFV is adequate and allows the feedback sessions to be carried out by meet, in addition to the fact that the teacher uses electronic presentations and vodcast as a teaching method in the classroom platform and classes are carried out in 2 synchronous and asynchronous modes. The result obtained is to propose the generation of a platform where Vodcasts are uploaded as a didactic resource that strengthens the learning and competencies of the TSU.

Ceramic fibers are being used to improve the mechanical properties of metal matrix and ceramic matrix composites. This paper reports a study of the structural and other microstructural characteristics of silicon nitride whiskers using both conventional TEM and high resolution electron microscopy. The whiskers were grown by T. E. Scott of Michigan Technological University, by passing nitrogen over molten silicon in the presence of a catalyst. The whiskers were ultrasonically dispersed in chloroform and picked up on holey carbon grids. The diameter of some whiskers (<70nm) was small enough to allow direct observation without thinning. Conventional TEM was performed on a Philips EM400T while high resolution imaging was done on a JEOL 200CX microscope with a point to point resolution of 0.23nm.

Summary Purpose: to determine the relationship between achievement motivation and the attitudes of schoolchildren of 11-17 years old and students of 18-21 years old to independent sports and passing control standards in the discipline \”Physical Education\”. Material: 1576 schoolchildren (boys n = 780 and girls n = 796) of comprehensive schools of Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Stroitel and Shebekino (Belgorod region, Russian Federation) and 246 students (men n = 127) were surveyed. and women n = 119) Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov (Belgorod, Russian Federation). The questionnaire consisted of three blocks of questions: the 1st block of questions - questions aimed at determining the age, sex, place of study of the respondent; 2nd block of questions - 8 questions, allowing to assess the attitude of the respondent to independent sports activities and the desire to take control standards of the discipline Y’Physical Education\”; 3rd block of questions is a test of 20 questions, developed by A.A. Rean, to assess the motivation to achieve success and avoid failures. Results: the motivation for avoiding failures was diagnosed in 5% male students and 10% female students. A direct correlation between achievement motivation and the attitude of schoolchildren and students towards independent sports activities and passing control standards has been revealed. Conclusions: there are no differences in the correlation between the relationship between achievement motivation and attitudes toward independent sports by gender. Schoolchildren and students with motivation to achieve regular self-exercise. Schoolchildren and students with a pronounced motivation for avoiding failures prefer a passive way of life. They do not want to pass standards on the discipline \”Physical Education\” and do not go in for sports on their own.

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to give understanding and clear explanation about teaching students’ listening skill by English video. Commonly, teaching listening through tape recorder, but in this research teacher shows different way, video is collaboration between pictures and sound components, and it contains a recording of a movie or television program. Students can be able to know the activity or a topic being discussion through visual aid and knowing the pictures expression clearly, this way can help students to get clear information both pronunciations and expression. Grade VIII of SMPN 15 Tangerang with total number is 20 students and 10 English teachersas the subject of the research.  Qualitative descriptive method is applied in this research to explain teaching process through video clearly, however, literature and questionnaere with close answer form is given to get the data. The result of this research are: firstly, teaching listening skill through video can be used by the teacher to make a listening class is more enjoyable and understandable, because audio visual aid can cover students various learning style, finally at the end of teaching and listening process the objectives of study can be gained. Secondly; teaching listening through video is very useful way to encourage and foster students’ listening skill and their interest.      Keywords: Using Video, Listening skill, teaching listening

The Technological University of Bahía de Banderas offers the career of Advanced University Technician and Engineering in Renewable Energies. Considering that its program of studies is 70% practical and 30% theory, it is of the utmost importance to have inside a system that serves to perform tests of operation and assembly of hybrid systems (wind, photovoltaic) so that students can acquire the necessary skills to a demanding work field. In addition, a space for solar pumping is contemplated, due to one of the eco-economic areas of the regios; agriculture and livestock, although there are irrigation channels there are remote areas with water needs. It is intended to use equipment, accessories and conditions attached to a common facility in the field of work, so that students when they arrive at a private facility are familiar with real, not theoretical marks, models and diagnoses, as the academic modules normally do. of manufacturers.
