Microcontrollers of digital electronic devices that have input and output as well as control with programs that can be written and erased in a special way, how the microcontroller actually reads and writes data. Microcontrollers are used in automatic controlled products and equipment, such as machine control systems, remote controls, office machines, household appliances, heavy equipment, and toys. Microcontroller can be a control system in fish farms in controlling water supply and controlling food. an interface with the Android application with bluetooth. The ease in controlling Android fish farms is supported, which android will be given an application placed inside the Android. In the android application interface it provides facilities to control culture.

The automatic home control system is currently one of the interesting discussions to be developed, there are many innovations that can be done to facilitate human work in controlling the tools contained in the house. One of them is the use of android for controlling the tools that are inside the house and MIT Invertor is a software for making android applications with a design designed according to the design of the house. The control of home appliances / electronic devices that are often used nowadays are many that are integrated with mobile / smartphone devices. This study aims to design an automated home control system that can facilitate human activities in the home such as turning on and off lights and other electronics by using Android devices as a controller and using the HC-05 bluetooth module as a communication tool. The results of this study can show that the Android application can replace the function of the switch for controlling home appliances.

The problems of access control to information and technological resources of automatic control systems for water supply companies are considered. The formalized model of the process of reliable access to information and technological resources is shown. The model takes into account the existence of a multitude of communication channels and a possibility of the organization of the operative cross access. A method to ensure a reliable access to information and technical resources of automatic control systems by water supply companies on the basis of the access policy combination, a scheme of deposit and a preliminary distribution of access authenticators. As a base example there was adopted Blom’s scheme. The method allows ensuring an operative cross access in case of emergency. To ensure an operative access in the method mentioned there was used a scheme of a complete division of a secret in the combination with authenticator evolution. As a basic example the evolution of authenticators based on Lamport’s protocol is considered.

Abstract An important role among protective means play the elements of control systems performing safety functions. When the validation process of a safety performance level(PL) achieved by those systems is conducted properly one can draw the conclusion that any defect appearing in those systems would not cause the loss of safety functions. The paper presents formalized validation of the PL procedures for different categories and PL’s for introducing into the computer program which makes more efficient all the operations involved into the validation and documentation processes of safety performance level achieved by machine control systems.

Vibration is a mechanical phenomenon whereby oscillations occur about an equilibrium point.Vibration platform uses machine, control system and information technologies to optimize human performance. In order to explore the mechanical effect of vibration based on machines and control systems on human performance, twenty participants were voluntarily involved in this trial. The findings of this study indicated that automation vibration has significant difference on human performance. It has a positive effect on human body. Therefore, vibration can be used in auto regulation.

In this paper, we examine a design method for control system to attenuate unknown inputand output disturbances using disturbance observers. The disturbance observers have been usedto estimate the disturbance in the plant. Several papers on design methods of disturbance observershave been published. Recently, parameterizations of all disturbance observers and all linear functionaldisturbance observers for plants with any input and output disturbances were clarified. If parameterizationsof all disturbance observers and all linear functional disturbance observers for any input andoutput disturbances are used, there is a possibility that we can design control systems to attenuate unknowninput and output disturbances effectively. However, no paper has examined a design methodfor control system using parameterizations of all disturbance observers and all linear functional disturbanceobservers for plants with any input and output disturbances. In this paper, in order to attenuateunknown input and output disturbances effectively, we propose a design method for control systemusing parameterizations of all disturbance observers and all linear functional disturbance observersfor plants with any input and output disturbances. In addition, control characteristics of the proposedcontrol system are clarified.

The input and output axis equipment is designed in the mechanical automation test platform. The input axis pull (positive pull) completes the noise test of the transmission at different gears. The output axis pull (reverse pull) test the shifting at different gears. The rotate speed adjustment of the input electromotor is done by transducer, and the rotate speed and torque design of the output electromotor is completed by the servo system. The mechanical automation electric control system of automobile transmission assembly test platform was designed. The working condition of the analogue automobile is achieved by means of the electric control systems control over the input electromotor and the output electromotors repeated power switch.

The problem of control of systems with structural and parametric uncertainty for the case when derivatives of input and output parameters cannot be measured is solved. The operability of the designed control systems is modeled for anthropomorphic robots manipulator. Selected example demonstrates the compensation of effect of bounded structure and parametric disturbances. As in the control action organization the effect on subsystem is not allowed, i.e. obtained control system is completely decentralized.

This paper presents a preliminary study on active stability control systems for motorcycles. The design of such a control system is a fully open problem, and it constitutes quite a challenging task due to the complexity of two-wheeled vehicles dynamics. To address this problem, this paper presents a thorough analysis of the input and output variables which may be considered for stability control and proposes a preliminary controller architecture. The closed-loop performance are tested on a multi-body motorcycle simulator and the results favorably witness the potential safety increase enabled by the controller.

The development of a microcontroller system in the control system more advanced, more and enable people to perform the control of a device automatically without a computer device. This makes the control systems in various industries increasingly easy and cheap. In this study will be made of plastic cutting machine control system roll sensor-based optocoupler. This tool uses two dc motors, one as a driver to roll up the plastic so that the plastic to form a roll (a roll), and other dc motor to move the heater (seal) and cutter. For the heating process (seals) used a wire niklin while cutting process using a saw blade. Untukmenentukan long pieces of plastic then used an optocoupler sensor and microcontroller ATmega16 as the main control center.Kata kunci : Mikrokontroller AT Mega 8535

In the article a PC-based CNC machine control system is presented which communicates with servo drives and auxiliary input/output devices via EtherCAT bus. LinuxRTAI real-time operating system and LinuxCNC control software were implemented in the PC controller. A software module implementing EtherCAT communication with the servo drives was developed and integrated with LinuxCNC. Experimental results were presented which show the trajectory smoothing capabilities of the control system. Experimental results were also presented that show following errors obtained by running an example trajectory on a linear motion module. Basic parameters that show the control systems capabilities obtained during the experimental tests have been presented. The CNC control system presented in this article was implemented on a 3-axis machine.
