The article discusses the implementation of the digital economy in Russia related to the economic security of our country. The digital economy brings both substantial positive results and many problems. The article shows main advantages and disadvantages of the introduction of the digital economy and the conclusion about the necessity of their joint consideration in the implementation of digital projects in the Russian economy to ensure the economic security of the state.

В статье автором изучен такой общественно опасный феномен как коррупция, в частности, коррупционные правонарушения сотрудников УИС, вызывающие наибольший резонанс и создающие реальную угрозу не только пенитенциарной, но и национальной безопасности государства, поскольку именно сотрудники УИС должны являться гарантом обеспечения законности, правопорядка и справедливого исполнения наказаний. Показывается, что в борьбе с данным негативным явлением одним из эффективных средств является правовое просвещение и воспитание, поскольку причиной многих коррупционных правонарушений, совершаемых в УИС, является правовая безграмотность сотрудников. На основе проведенного анкетирования были изучены содержание, формы и методы работы сотрудниками УИС по правовому просвещению в рамках профилактической деятельности в борьбе с коррупцией в УИС. Автор приходит к выводу, что достижение реальных результатов в деле формирования атмосферы нетерпимости к коррупционным проявлениям, подрывающим авторитет государственной службы в Российской Федерации, возможно только путем консолидации всех усилий, а проводимый комплекс информационно-пропагандистских и просветительских мероприятий дает положительные результаты. In the article the author studied such socially dangerous phenomenon as corruption, in particular - corruption offenses of CES employees, causing the greatest resonance and creating a real threat not only to penitentiary, but also to national security of the state, since it is the CES employees should be the guarantor of legality, law and order and fair execution of punishment. It is shown that one of the effective means to combat this negative phenomenon is legal enlightenment and education, since the cause of many corruption offenses committed in the CES is the legal illiteracy of employees. The content, forms and methods of work on legal education as part of preventive anti-corruption work with employees of prisons have been studied on the basis of the questionnaire. The author concludes that the achievement of real results in the formation of an atmosphere of intolerance to corrupt practices that undermine the authority of public service in the Russian Federation is possible only through the consolidation of all efforts, and the ongoing set of outreach and educational activities gives positive results.

The problem of ensuring the economic security of the state is quite urgent. This study examines theoretical approaches to defining this definition, as well as the structural elements of the concept of economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the economic security of the state and the development of strategic directions for ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation in the face of modern global challenges. The stages for assessing the level of economic security of the state are determined. Based on the existing methods for assessing the economic security of the state, a methodological approach to this assessment is proposed, taking into account the totality of macroindicators, industry, financial and social indicators. The calculation of the indicators of the economic security of the Russian Federation showed that the indicators do not go beyond the threshold values. The results of constructing an econometric model made it possible to determine the indicators of national economic security that have the most significant impact on the level of economic development of the state, as well as to identify internal and external threats to the Russian Federation. Thus, we can conclude that the economic security of the state can be represented as the state of protection of the national economy from external and internal threats, which ensures the progressive development of society, its economic and socio-political stability, despite the presence of unfavorable external and internal factors; ensuring national economic security and neutralizing all possible threats is the fundamental task of the state government. The level of economic development of the country as a whole and the quality of life of its citizens depend on the success and effectiveness of countermeasures.

Economic security is an important system-forming element of the country of laws and the well-being of the population. The negative phenomenon of crime has a significant impact on all processes taking place in the socioeconomic sphere. The purpose of the study is to determine the degree of influence of criminal activity in the economic sphere of society on the state of economic security of the Russian Federation and the southern regions of the country in particular. The study is devoted to the search of ways to prevent crimes in the economic sphere, as well as ways to improve the investigation methodology. The methodological basis of the study is presented by the methods of formal logic (analysis, synthesis and analogy), general scientific (comparison), and specific methods of cognition (statistical method, typology method). As a result of the structural analysis of the state of economic and corruption crime in the Russian Federation and Krasnodar Krai in particular, the specific vectors of its influence on the living standards of the population and accordingly on the economic situation in the country have been determined. The trend in recent years, on the one hand, is characterized by positive dynamics in the form of a decrease in the total number of committed crimes. On the other hand, the proportion of economic and corruption crimes in the structure of the total number of officially registered crimes in Russia is characterized by growth. In addition, the damage caused by crime types under analysis also grows annually. This negative trend of illegal acts in the economic sphere damages the entire organizational and managerial activity of the government and negatively affects the state of national business. On the basis of the results of the study, specific measures which prevent economic and corruption crimes are proposed, the use of which will help to achieve the necessary level of economic security of Russia as a country with a well-developed infrastructure and an attractive socio-economic climate. Besides, the use of these measures will contribute to the normal functioning of the government machine and achievement of a high level and standard of living of the population.

The article analyzes trends in the development of digitalization of the economy of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan; reveals the regional aspect of the state of digital transformation of the Russian economy; examines the correlation of the digital economy of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Digital transformation of the economy, and in particular the bilateral cooperation plan between the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry digital development, defense and aerospace industry of Kazakhstan in the field of industrial and scientific-technical cooperation, promotes more effective engagement of countries in all regions. In the sphere of building a digital economy, cooperation between countries can have an emergent effect. An important component of the transition to the digital economy is the exchange of experience and accumulated knowledge at the interstate level. Russia and Kazakhstan, as strategic partners, have many points of contact in the field of digital economy. The authors noted the need for an integrated approach to the digital economy development in Russia and Kazakhstan, both at the microeconomic and at the macroeconomic level, the features of the digital economy in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, the basic characteristics of the directions of the state support in the field of digital economy, as well as the criteria of selection of projects, explored the actors involved in the creation of the digital economy, able to organize meetings of various institutions, ready to implement advanced information and communication solutions in various spheres of life. The paper analyzes the areas of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of information and digital technologies. Both in Russia and Kazakhstan, serious work is being done in the field of digitalization, programs have been adopted at the state level, and detailed schemes for moving the economy into a digital future are being developed. The creation of infrastructure for the digital economy implies a constant exchange of experience, the creation of a common digital agenda, to ensure technological compatibility of the two countries' actions. Digital transformation requires people who have a clear understanding of how to integrate new digital methods and processes into existing ways of working. В статье рассмотрены проблемы развития цифровой экономики в России, а также проблемы цифровой трансформации, в частности, цифровизации процессов налоговой системы Российской Федерации. Целью исследования является анализ изменений налоговой системы Российской Федерации и системы налогового контроля под влиянием цифровых технологий. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в определении дальнейших перспектив и направлений развития налоговой системы РФ в условиях цифровизации российской экономики, которые необходимы для принятия эффективных решений по управлению налоговой системой региона и страны в целом. The article considers the problems of the development of the digital economy in Russia, as well as the problems of digital transformation, in particular, the digitalization of the processes of the tax system of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to analyze changes in the tax system of the Russian Federation and the system of tax control under the influence of digital technologies. The scientific novelty of the results obtained consists in determining the further prospects and directions for the development of the tax system of the Russian Federation in the conditions of digitalization of the Russian economy, which are necessary for making effective decisions on managing the tax system of the region and the country as a whole.
