       Agricultural development aims to increase agricultural production to meet the food needs and needs of the domestic industry, increase exports, increase farmer incomes, expand employment opportunities and support opportunities. Vegetable production in North Hulu Sungai is very diverse, such as pumpkin or known as pumpkin. This study aims to (i) find out the total costs, income and income obtained by farmers from side farming in Harusan Village, (ii) find out the side farms that provide the largest farmers' income in Harusan Village. The study began from May - August 2011, namely from preparation to preparation of reports. The type of data collected in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. Sampling for farmers is all farmers who produce Alabio pumpkins and yams in Harusan Village, Central Amuntai District. From a total population of 78 farmers who planted squash by-products spread in Harusan Village, they were taken randomly using purposive random sampling method. The total cost of an average pumpkin is Rp. 936,600.39, - The average receipt of farmer's pumpkin is Rp. 1,466,111.11, -. The average income of pumpkin farmers is Rp. 1,381,791.67, -. Farmers who plant pumpkins in Harusan Village provide a large income for farmers

This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.

ABSTRAKKecamatan Kalawat merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang terletak di wilayah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dengan luas wilayah sebesar 4.714 ha. Umumnya masyarakat Kecamatan Kalawat berprofesi sebagai petani. Populasi ternak sapi di Kecamatan Kalawat adalah sebesar 489 ekor yang tersebar di 12 desa. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah berapa besar usaha ternak sapi dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan petani peternak di Kecamatan Kalawat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk megetahui berapa besar kontribusi usaha ternak sapi terhadap pendapatan petani di Kecamatan Kalawat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kalawat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Waktu penelitian dan pengumpulan data selama 2 bulan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 2 sumber yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling dengan penentuan responden dilakukan secara Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa ternak sapi memberikan keuntungan terhadap pendapatan petani sebesar Rp.181.078.967. Adapun total pendapatan usaha tani maupun diluar usaha tani adalah sebesar Rp.1.017.128.467. Berdasarkan fakta ini maka kontribusi usaha ternak sapi terhadap pendapatan petani adalah sebesar 17,78%.  Kata Kunci: Kontibusi, Ternak Sapi,  Pendapatan Petani ABSTRACTCONTRIBUTION OF BEEF CATTLE BUSSINES TO FARMERS INCOME IN KALAWAT ON NORTH MINAHASA. Kalawat is one of the districts are located in North Minahasa with a total area of ​​4,714 ha. Kalawat’s people living  as farmers.  Population of Beef cattle in the kalawat amounted to 489 cattle spread across 12 villages. The problem in this study is how much beef cattle business can contribute to farmers income in Kalawat, North Minahasa. The research was conducted in the Kalawat of North Minahasa with many respondents as many as 30 people. Duration of the research and data collection is for 2 months. The data in this study were obtained from two sources, primary data and secondary data. Sampling method of purposive sampling is done by determining the respondents were Random Sampling. The results in this study indicate that cattle provide benefits to farmers  income by Rp.181.078.967. Total  income of farm and out of farm amounted Rp.1.017.128.467. Abstrack        The purpose of this research is to know the income and efficiency of sweet corn farm in Tanjung Agung Village, Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency. The study was conducted in Tanjung Agung Village, Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency from July 2016 to September 2016. The method used is simple random sampling method. Total population taken is 20% that is 24 people from 120 farmers sweet corn. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Data analysis method used in this research is analysis of production cost, revenue, income and R / C ratio. Based on the results of research on Sweet Maize Farming in Tanjung Agung Village, Seginim District of South Bengkulu Regency, its known that the average income earned by farmers with land area of ​​0.45 ha is Rp Rp 7,511,225 / ut / ut. The R / C ratio is 3.24 indicating that sweet corn farming is efficient or profitable.

This study aimed to analyze the business of “Cap Tikus” in Poopo Village, District of Eastern Passi of Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study was conducted over two months, from February to March 2016. The population of “cap tikus” farmers in Poopo village many as 44 people. Of the total population taken samples as many as 24 people (54%) by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting a live interview on farmers by using a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the agencies involved in this study of The data analysis used in this study is bussiness income analysis. These results indicate that the production process of “cap tikus” in Poopo Village District of Eastern Passi performed by farmers themselves from the preliminary stage to the manufacturing stage. Raw materials of sugar palm (nira or saguer), firewood and bamboo are materials owned by the farmers themselves (not bought). Business of “cap tikus” is very helpful to the people in the Poopo Village because of this effort farmers can build houses, send children to school, and can meet the needs of daily consumption. Therefore, this business of “cap tikus” is used as the principal livelihood by the people in the Poopo Village District of Eastern Passi of Bolaang Mongondow Regency. *er*

This study aims to determine the influence of the use of production factors on rice farming production. This research was conducted in Urban Village of Koya, Sub-district of South Tondano, Minahasa District by using primary data and secondary data. Sampling in this research was done by using Simple Random Sampling method with 60 farmers as respondents. The variables measured in this research are production, land area, amount of labor, amount of phonska fertilizer, amount of urea fertilizer, number of seeds and amount of pesticide. The data analysis used is Cobb Douglas model regression analysis to see the influence of each factor of production on the produced production. Simultaneously variable of land area, seed, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, pesticide and labor have an effect on rice field production in Koya. Individual variables of land area, urea seed and fertilizer have a significant effect on rice production.

The purpose of this study is to describe the development strategy of curly pepper. The research conducted for 3 months from April to June 2017. The research sites were in three villages in Modayag Sub-district, East Bolaang Mongondow District, in Purworejo, Purworejo Timur and Sumber Rejo villages. This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from observation and direct interview with respondent based on questionnaire. Secondary data collected and obtained from Agriculture Department, Implementation Agency for extension of farming, fishery and forestry (BP4K), BPS-Statistics of East Bolaang Mongondow, Traders / Entrepreneurs, Modayag District Offices and Village Offices in Villages Purworejo, Purworejo Timur and Sumber Rejo. Sampling method using purposive sampling method, as many as 15 samples from the total population in three villages. Samples taken are the curly chili farmers that produce in 2016. Descriptive data analysis and, using analysis of Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT). Based on the result of the research, it can concluded that the alternative strategy of Strength Opportunity (SO) as follows: Utilization of education and experience and skills of farmers in producing quality production and superior in the market and can meet consumer needs and demand. Establish good relationships between farmers and agricultural institutions, in order to sustain the successful development of agriculture and farming. With the development of increasingly modern technology, and the utilization of facilities and infrastructure that allows to obtain optimal results. The need for agricultural products never changes according to their development; the price must always adjusted to market conditions.

This study aims to see the effectiveness and performance of Motor Vehicle Taxation (PKB) and Motor Vehicle Tranfer of Ownership Fee (BBNKB) in BP2RD North Sulawesi Province. The study was conducted at Samsat Office of North Sulawesi Province. The study period lasted from October 2017 to March 2018. This research used qualitative method through primary data and secondary data. Sampling is done used purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation study. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) the effectiveness of motor vehicle taxation and motor vehicle refund in BP2RD North Sulawesi Province is very effective so as to increase Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) of North Sulawesi Province. This can be seen from the calculation of each type of provincial tax with an average percentage above 100%. (2) The performance of motor vehicle taxes and the transfer of motor vehicle name at the Regional Tax and Retribution Board (BP2RD) of North Sulawesi Province, shows very well as the realization exceed the specified target.

This study aims to analyze the cost of harvest and post-harvest cloves. This research was conducted in Kaweng Village Kakas Subdistrict of Minahasa Regency and lasted from July until September 2016. The research method used in this research is survey method. Data collection method in this research is by using primary data and secondary data. Sampling method is by using simple random sampling method. The data analysis used is the data collected tabulated by using cost analysis. The results of this study was that each harvest activity costs vary, it is issued in accordance with the needs of farmers to support harvest and post-harvest activities for 2-3 months during the 1st harvest and post harvest period. The largest average is at the cost of picking of Rp.222.352.500. Each production was influenced by variable costs and fixed costs at one time of production at the price of the cloves present at harvest, where the variable cost amounts to Rp.360.243.500 and fixed costs Rp.1.866.000 in production amount of 8.677 kg with an average price of Rp.106.050 per kg.*jnkd*.

The purpose of this research is to know the level of farmer adoption owards innovation modern rice farming tools. Data used is primary data and secondary data. Sampling method of this research is simple random sampling method with the number of respondents as 30 farmers. Primary data is collected by interview use questioneires and secondary data obtained from Kelurahan Woloan Dua office, and Dinas Pertanian office. Data analysis was carried out descriptively presented in table form. Research result showed that the level of farmers adoption of innovation modern rice farming tools in Kelurahan Woloan Dua Tomohon Barat Subdistrict was high, where most farmers had implemented or adoptedinovation modern rice farming tools. Higher income and education tend to increase the rates of farmer adoption of innovations in modern rice farming tools.-*eprm*

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).
