Bangsring Underwater is one of the natural tourism attractions in Banyuwangi. Located in Bangsring village, Wongsorejo subdistrict, Banyuwangi regency. Bangsring Underwater is known for its underwater natural beauty that continues to be maintained and developed by community. The aims of the study are: 1) to find out what are the supporting factors and inhibitory factors in the development of community-based Bangsring Underwater tourism attraction. 2) find out of strategy of developing community-based tourism. Data collecting are observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. By using SWOT as data analysis tools in the form of (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities And Threats). The results of this study found the presence of several supporting factors such as; a) supported by the local government, b) the village government of Bangsring, c) the tourism conscious group Samudra Bhakti (pokdarwis Bangsring Underwater) in the development of the attraction of Bangsring Underwater. And factors several inhibitory factors such as; a) lack of human resources and b) some surrounding communities that have not been able to accept the existence of tourism activities in the tourist attraction Bangsring Underwater. In addition, this study also found seven alternative strategies obtained from SWOT analysis resulted in seven such strategies; (SO) tourism attraction development strategy, and tourism attraction promotion strategy. (WO) strategy improves safety and comfort. (ST) strategy to improve the quality of the environment, and sustainable tourism development strategy. (WT) human resource development strategy, and strategy to increase cooperation with elements of government and private partnerships.

Batu Jato is a tourist attraction site that frequently visited by local tourists on Sundays or public holidays. Batu Jato ecotourism has natural beauty views, clear river water, and vast expanse of rocks along the river. The descriptive, quantitative, and qualitative method was employed to obtain the primary and secondary data used in the study. Thirty participants were working as the village office staff, tourism department, tourism object management parties, tourists, and community around the Batu Jato ecotourism. The data collection is done by interview and questionnaire. The data analysis was conducted by SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. There were three strategies arranged from SWOT analysis: 1) implementing a collaboration between the tourism object management parties, village office staff, and tourism department through an exhibition, souvenirs, banners, brochures, and pamphlets describing the Batu Jato attraction sites; (2) implementing a verbal communication as a method to deliver information about the Batu Jato attraction site such as through tourism extention and direct communication; and (3) improving the Batu Jato Ecotourism promotion through social media platforms such as website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Youtube using attractive content in the form of pictures and writings.

he development of increasing tourist arrivals to Bali led to the development of business and tourism in the world of business, one business trip in Bali. PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is the one of the travel agents in Bali in this to win the competition with other companies, the need for proper marketing strategy and correct. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy Full Day tour packages PT. Tour East Indonesia and what strategies can be implemented in the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel to boost sales of tour packages to tourists as well as winning the competition with other companies. In this study using Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques combined with a SWOT analysis to figure out what the right strategy is used to market tour packages Full Day of PT. Tour East Indonesia. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis obtained a marketing strategy that can be applied to PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is a strategy creation and development of tourism products, increased promotion strategies, human resource development strategy, market segmentation strategy development, and strategies for improving the quality of products and services. From the results of this study can be given advice to the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is improving service process management and define market segments and maintain the image of the internal and external environment, while maintaining a cooperative relationship, and held training to staff meetings.

The purpose of this research was to identify the culinary tour in Rungkut Surabaya, to analyze the public participation in the development of culinary tour of mangrove in Rungkut Surabaya and to identify development strategies culinary tour mangrove in Rungkut Surabaya. The existing development strategy can be a material consideration for mangrove or nature tourism Manager for mangrove culinary Manager. The design of this research uses descriptive method with the method mix proportion of qualitative methods is more dominant. To determine the strategy for the development of community- based culinary tourism in Rungkut Surabaya by using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis is obtained the results of the development strategies of community-based culinary tourism in Rungkut Surabaya i.e., among others: (1) to reproduce more human resources due to a product that has possess the raw material is seasonal (2) Increase thoroughness in providing product information to avoid the presence of the consumer that will produce processed independently (3) to make the activities of socialization for tourists in order to reduce the damage doneby tourists.

The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of natural and cultural resources, to know the perceptions, participation and aspirations of the community and to develop a community-based ecotourism development strategy in Selelos Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative case study and exploratory descriptive to find the potential in the form of biodiversity in the Selelos forest area. Data collection was carried out by observing the biodiversity in it, testing water quality, and using a questionnaire to 50 community respondents and 7 respondents from the village government. The results showed that Selelos Village has a forest area ecosystem that holds several potentials to be developed into ecotourism, including: waterfalls, springs, customary forests, and plantations (agro-tourism). In addition, it has a diversity of flora and fauna, there are about 13 high-level plant families with many species in it, as well as about 5 families of fauna and there are also endemic animals such as partridge and deer (senggah). Of the four springs quality tested, all of them are suitable as raw material for drinking water. Meanwhile, based on the questionnaire analysis, the community and village government will work together in developing and managing ecotourism. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy used in developing ecotourism is to take advantage of the strengths of opportunity (S-O), among others; mapping the potential of ecotourism, developing special ecotourism such as agro-tourism, synergizing ecotourism with local culture and customs, equipping, providing facilities and infrastructure, and improving human resources.

KPH Unit XIII Gunung Rajabasa, Way Pisang, Batu Serampok has several potential natural tourism objects including waterfalls and sulfur spring. However the visitors were still a few. This study aimed to assess the natural tourism potential in this area and to develop an appropriate development strategy for priority natural attractions. Potential assessment and determination of natural attractions priority were conducted using Operation Areas Analysis of Object and Natural Tourism Attraction (ADO-ODTWA) guidelines issued by the Director General of Forest Protection and Natural Conservation (PHKA) 2003. Development strategy of natural attractions priority was conducted by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using SWOT analysis. Result showed that among various natural tourism attractions in thearea, Kecapi Waterfall plus Way Belerang Simpur Hot spring were selected as the most potential tourism spot. Based on SWOT analisys, this object is located among growing market area that makes this objectin a favorable condition because they have a positive strength and opportunity in terms of natural tourism development. Strategies needed in order to create a developing plan are increasing the information spreading and promotion trough offline either online mass media. Religious Tourism Development of Gus Dur Sanctuary in Jombang Regency: Community Based Tourism Approach Community based tourism is the concept of tourism development by involving the people or community in its activities and management. This study aims to determine priority factors that may affect community based tourism and development strategy of Gus Dur sanctuary religious tourism in Jombang Regency. The analytical method used in this case is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis. Based on the results of AHP analysis, it was found that the activity of the organization or society groups (0.382), increased cooperation government and society (0.269), the addition of facilities and infrastructure (0.182), and manufacture of regulation (0.167), factor activity of organizations/communities are considered most important in determining the priority development of religious tourism of Gus Dur sanctuary. The results SWOT analysis obtained, six development strategies, namely to involve the local community in tourism development and empowerment activities, to facilitate the development of business/industry through microcredits that can support people’s economy, to optimize the role of the government to increase the planned development targets, to facilitate development of home business/industry through courses and training institutions, improve cooperation with private sector to support tourism development, and improve cooperation between community and government or private sector in developing local economy.

ABSTRAKKajian pengembangan ekowisata bahari di Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung telah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi atraksi wisata bahari yang ada, mengetahui persepsi wisatawan dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan ekowisata dari aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari yang sesuai dengan potensi atraksi wisata bahari dan potensi pasar yang dimilikinya. Sebagai responden dipilih sejumlah 100 orang wisatawan dan 100 orang masyarakat dipilih dari empat objek yaitu Pantai Mutun, Pantai Klara, Pantai Sari Ringgung dan Pulau Pahawang. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis potensi dan daya tarik wisata alam menggunakan pedoman Analisis Daerah Operasi–Objek dan Daya tarik Wisata Alam (ADO-ODTWA). Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan ekowisata dan AHP untuk menentukan tingkat priorotas strategi pengembangan ekowisata. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki potensi yang sangat sesuai untuk pengembangan ekowisata bahari dan disetujui masyarakat setempat. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap potensi objek ekowisata bahari dari aspek ketersediaan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana penunjang masih rendah. Beberapa prioritas strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari telah dibahas pada aspek ekologi sosial, dan ekonomi. ABSTRACTStudy of marine ecotourism development in Padang Cermin, Pesawaran District, Lampung Province has been carried out. The research objectives are to identify the potential of existing marine tourism attractions, finding out the perceptions of tourists and public participation in the development of ecotourism from social, economic and environmental aspects, and to formulate a marine ecotourism development strategy that is in accordance with the potential of marine tourism attractions and its market potential. As respondents, 100 tourists were selected and 100 people were selected from four objects, namely Mutun Beach, Klara Beach, Sari Rutut Beach and Pahawang Island. Data collecting was conducted using interview and observation. Data was collected by interview and observation. Analysis potential and attractive ecotourism used the orientation of operation area analysis object and motivation ecotourism. SWOT analysis was used to determine development strategy of ecotourism and AHP is used to determine the priority level of ecotourism development strategy. The result showed that Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency, has a very suitable potential for the development of marine ecotourism and has been approved by the local community. The perception of tourists about the potential objects of marine ecotourism from the aspect of the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure is still low. Several priority strategies for developing marine ecotourism have been discussed in the aspects of social and economic ecology.

<p>This study proposes community-based tourism as a strategy for sustainable tourism development of Patong Beach. Direct observation, questionnaire and interview are research instruments. A result of analyzing 120 questionnaires of local people which displayed a negative impact including economic impact which was very high )= 4.53(, social impact )= 4.28( and environmental impact) = 4.42( which were high so the total mean score was high )= 4.41(. The Community-Based Tourism was adapted for solution all negative impacts which were mentioned earlier. The sreategies are namely 1. Political development strategy: (1.1) Enabling the participation of local people, (1.2) Giving the power of the community over the outside and (1.3) Ensuring rights in natural resource management. 2. Environmental development strategy: (2.1) Studying the carrying capacity of the area, (2.2) Managing waste disposal and (2.3) Raising awareness of the need for conservation.3. Social development strategy: (3.1) Raising the quality of life, (3.2) Promoting community pride, (3.3) Dividing roles fairly between women/men, elder/youth and (3.4) Building community management organizations. 4. Cultural development strategy: (4.1) Encouraging respect for different cultures, (4.2) Fostering cultural exchange and (4.3) Embedding development in local culture and 5. Economic development strategy: (5.1) Raising funds for community development, (5.2) Creating jobs in tourism and (5.3) Raising the income of local people.<strong></strong></p>

<p><em>Research on Virgin Beach Development as a marine tourism attraction in Bugbug village Karangasem is related to the process of developing a marine tourism destination. Marine tourism is a potential form of tourism, including in "clean industry" activities. Because it utilizes coastal areas and oceans directly or indirectly. Direct activities include boating, swimming, snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Indirect activities such as beach sports activities, picnics, enjoy the ocean atmosphere. Virgin Beach is one of the beaches in Karangasem precisely in the village of Bugbug which has the potential to be developed into a marine tourism. This is because Virgin Beach provides its own uniqueness with beautiful nature, white sand is an atmosphere that is still natural so many tourists who visit marine activities on the beach.</em></p><p><em>The issues studied include: (1) What potentials does Virgin Beach have to develop as a marine tourism attraction in Bugbug village Karangasem? (2) How are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the community in developing Virgin Beach as a marine tourism attraction in Bugbug village Karangasem? (3) How is the strategy of developing virgin beach as a tourist attraction in Bugbug village Karangasem. </em><em>The above problems were studied with several theories. The theory used is the theory of planning and development theory of tourism area. In addition, in obtaining the data used several methods, namely the method of observation, interview and documentation and elaborated with descriptive method, so obtained a thorough conclusion. This type of research is which uses quantitative and and analyzed descritif qualitative, SWOT using External Factor Analysis Summary matrix and Internal Factor Analysis Summary.</em></p><p><em>The potential of Virgin Beach is its natural and cultural potential. The natural potential consists of natural beauty such as white sand, Kuhan island, cliffs surrounding it and cultural potentials such as the presence of gambelan and some preserved dances. From the potential gained then described the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats encountered and developing Virgin Beach as a tourist attraction nautical. These strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are analyzed by the External Factor Analysis Summary matrix and Internal Factor Analysis Summary to determine the development strategy for the next.The strategy chosen is the strategy of natural resource maintenance, human resource development strategy and market penetration.</em></p>
