KPH Unit XIII Gunung Rajabasa, Way Pisang, Batu Serampok has several potential natural tourism objects including waterfalls and sulfur spring. However the visitors were still a few. This study aimed to assess the natural tourism potential in this area and to develop an appropriate development strategy for priority natural attractions. Potential assessment and determination of natural attractions priority were conducted using Operation Areas Analysis of Object and Natural Tourism Attraction (ADO-ODTWA) guidelines issued by the Director General of Forest Protection and Natural Conservation (PHKA) 2003. Development strategy of natural attractions priority was conducted by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using SWOT analysis. Result showed that among various natural tourism attractions in thearea, Kecapi Waterfall plus Way Belerang Simpur Hot spring were selected as the most potential tourism spot. Based on SWOT analisys, this object is located among growing market area that makes this objectin a favorable condition because they have a positive strength and opportunity in terms of natural tourism development. Strategies needed in order to create a developing plan are increasing the information spreading and promotion trough offline either online mass media. Conservation areas are known for their significant functions to protect the plant and animal biodiversity, as well as their ecosystems. Lapak Jaru Tahura, which is located in Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan, is one of the conservation areas with potential ecotourism attraction. The strategy for developing tourist objects and natural attractions in Tahura Lapak Jaru needs to be formulated to gain positive impact and to reach its sustainability. The purpose of this study was to dig ecotourism potential in Tahura Jaru Kuala Kurun and to formulate tourism development strategies in the Tahura Lapak Jaru in Kuala Kurun tourist area. This research was conducted through 2 (two) stages of analysis. First, identifying the tourism potential in the Tahura Jaru Kuala Kurun area with descriptive analysis. Second, formulating a tourism development strategy in the Tourism Area of the Lapak Jaru Kuala Kurun tourism area with a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Lapak Jaru Tahura is a very potential site for further development to become a tourist attraction. The strategy of Tahura Lapak Jaru development is aggressive, namely, to use the strength they have to take advantage of current opportunities. These strategies, among others, are, first, to maintain its position as a tourism destination which fully supported by local government and the ease of gaining potential investor. Second, regional development planning needs to include the participation of local communities so that target consumers who tend to like nature tourism can be achieved.

ABSTRAK. Danau Picung merupakan objek wisata alam yang terletak di Muara Aman Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu yang memiliki potensi dan keindahan alam yang sangat menarik. Objek wisata alam danau Picung dilihat dari produk wisata ( atraksi, amenitas, aksesibilitas ) masih belum berkembang dengan baik. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari pola penataan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana belum tertata dengan baik serta jumlah nya masih sangat sedikit sehingga kunjungan wisatawan belum maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT (strenght, weakness, opportunity, theart). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi obyek wisata alam danau Picung ditinjau dari aspek produk wisata, menganalisis strategi pengembangan obyek wisata alam danau Picung terkait aspek produk wisata, dan mengetahui rencana  pengembangan dan arahan desain zonasi kawasan objek wisata alam Danau Picung. Potensi yang bisa dikembangkan di danau Picung adalah sebagai wisata alam dan rekreasi yang memiliki perbedaan keindahan dan keunikan dari objek wisata yang lainnya. Strategi pengembangan kawasan wisata alam danau Picung dengan peningkatan atraksi budaya, atraksi buatan, dan atraksi alam serta amenitas yang memiliki potensi keaslian dan keunikan yang menarik, serta peningkatan SDM di daerah sekitar kawasan objek wisata dengan memberikan pembinaan dan pelatihan sehingga bisa meningkatkan kompetensi. Program pengembangan produk wisata adalah pengembangan atraksi wisata agro, wisata fauna (Kebun binatang, kolam pemancingan), outbond, waterpark, taman hiburan, taman bunga, atraksi kereta gantung, perahu bebek, festival budaya, kesenian dan kerajinan khas ( souvenir ). Pengembangan amenitas hotel/ resort terapung, restoran terapung, pusat informasi wisatawan, toilet, mushola, kios souvenir,  gazebo, loket.  Peningkatan kualitas aksesibilitas dengan menjaga kondisi jalan dan dibuat sarana transportasi umum. Kata kunci: Produk Wisata, Potensi Wisata Alam, Danau Picung ABSTRACT. Lake Picung is a natural tourist attraction located in Muara Aman Rejang Lebong District Province Bengkulu which has the potential and natural beauty that is very interesting. Lake Picung's natural attractions seen from tourism products (attractions, amenities, accessibility) are still not well developed. This condition can be seen from the arrangement of facilities and infrastructure facilities that have not been well organized, and the amount is still minimal so that tourist visits have not been maximum. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The analysis used in this research is a SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat). This research aims to determine the potential of Lake Picung's natural attractions in terms of aspects of tourism products, analyzing the strategy of developing Lake Picung's natural attractions in terms of tourism products and find out about the development plan and direction of zoning design in the area of Lake Picung's natural tourism. The potential that can be developed in Lake Picung is as a natural and recreation tourism that has differences in the beauty and uniqueness of other tourist objects. The strategy for improving the natural tourist area of Lake Picung with the increase of cultural attractions, human-made attractions, and natural attractions and amenities that have the potential for authentic and exciting uniqueness, and increasing human resources in the area around the tourist attraction area by providing coaching and training so that it can improve competence. Tourism product development programs are the development of agro-tourism attractions, fauna tourism (zoos, fishing ponds), outbound, waterpark, recreation park, flower garden, attractions of cable cars, duck boats, cultural festivals, distinctive arts and crafts (souvenirs). Development of hotel/resort amenities, floating restaurants, tourist information centers, toilets, prayer rooms, gazebos, the place to buy an entrance ticket. Study of Ecotourism Management in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. The concept of ecotourism is one alternative to develop an area into a tourist destination that pays attention to environmental sustainability by utilizing the potential of natural and cultural resources of the local community.Therefore, the existence of the concept of ecotourism can ensure the preservation of nature and its ecosystem. This study aims to: 1) Identify the potential and problems in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency, 2) Identify the feasibility level of ecotourism in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, MalangRegency, and 3) Develop a strategy for developing ecotourism areas in Bendosari Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. Collecting data in this study using survey methods (observations and interviews), literature study and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used, namely: first qualitative descriptive analysis, second feasibility analysis based on the Guidelines (ADO-ODTWA) of the Director General of PHKA 2003 and the last is SWOT analysis. The results showed that: 1) The potential of natural resources in the ecotourism area of Bendosari Village, namely: the potential for flora and fauna, the potential for naturetourism, the potential for educational tourism, the potential for craft tourism and the potential for cultural tourism. The problems of ecotourism in Bendosari Village include the low quality of human resources, limited funds and the role of the Malang Regency Government which has not been active. 2) Ecotourism inBendosari Village is feasible to be developed as a tourist attraction with the results of the Guideline assessment (ADO-ODTWA) of 82.71%. 3) The strategy for developing Ecotourism in Bendosari Village is an expansion strategy (supporting offensive strategies) with alternative strategies that include: maximizing thedevelopment of ecotourism packages, empowering local communities in ecotourism activities, increasing security in tourist attractions, and maximizing tourism potential management.

Badung Regency is more dominated by beach tourism. More than ten famous beaches in Bali are in Badung Regency. These beaches are only located in a few districts in Badung Regency. Inequality between sub-districts also occurs between areas that have tourism potential such as beaches and areas that have other tourism potential such as waterfalls or other tourism. This will create new problems for Badung Regency in the future. In fact, sub-districts that do not have coastal tourism potential have challenges as well as opportunities to develop. One of them is Petang District, Pelaga Village. This village does not have beach tourism but has other natural potentials that can be used as an attraction for tourists to come and visit Pelaga Village. These potential differences must be implemented which can then be used as opportunities for Pelaga Village. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategy to develop Pelaga Village as a tourism destination. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data is then processed using data triangulation techniques to reduce the researcher's subjectivity and is also analyzed using SWOT analysis to produce a development strategy. In this study, it was found that Pelaga Village has a lot of potential for agro-tourism and can be developed such as asparagus and some hydroponic plants. . Not only that, the community's high interest in developing agro-tourism also supports the development of Pelaga Village. After assessing the potential that is owned by the opportunity, the threat from Pelaga Village came up with several development strategies for Pelaga Village, namely to further activate the community, especially farmer groups in developing their agro products. increasing the existence of the Agricultural Culture Festival in Pelaga Village, refining the missing destination components such as the availability of restaurants and inns, creating an organization that can bring together various farmer groups in Pelaga Village, in relation to the community in developing and managing the potentials of Pelaga Village.

This article analisys tourism development strategy of Talaud regency, North Sulawesi Province. This regency has a great tourism potential but faces vaious problems. Its tourism potentials is evidenced from the diversity of the natural, culture, and man made tourism attractions. The great tourism potential has not been able to make Talaud widely known by tourists. As the outermost regions, the problems of accessibility are the main obstacles faced by the region of Talaud Islands. Other obstacles such as limited electricity and telecommunication access, and the lack of supporting facilities of tourism activities, have an impact, on the slow development of tourism potential in Talaud. Stages in the research were: described the potentials of tourism, then explained the obstacles that hinder the potential, and finally formulated strategies for the development of tourism potentials. SWOT matrix analysis is used to find the strategies to develop the tourism potential in Talaud. S-O strategy includes the development strategy of attraction. S-T strategy is the institutional strategy. W-O strategy includes the development strategy of public facilities and the supporting facilities at each tourist attraction. W-T strategy includes the making of programs intended for the community participation.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. In modern times, the potential opportunities of the regions are studied using  different methodological approaches to achieve sustainable socio-economic development,  and zoning is carried out in different directions to stimulate their future activities. The  zoning is based on the demand for available resources and takes into account the level of  socio-economic development of the region. At present, the study of tourism in the Republic of Azerbaijan by regions is encouraging  attention due to its relevance. However, research work on the identification of tourism zones in the country and the zoning of these  areas is weak. From this point of view, the article studies the tourism potential of Gusar region and provides a scheme for its tourismrecreation zoning which meets present-day requirements and attracts attention due to its relevance. The article analyses the development  strategy of tourism, which is a new and promising field in the Republic of Azerbaijan, identifies the main directions of this strategy,  and explores ways to solve existing problems. For this purpose, first, the criteria for zoning of tourism and recreation resources were  determined; then natural and anthropogenic tourism resources were assessed through the example of Gusar region; information on  natural and historical-architectural monuments of interest to tourists was provided; the number of hotels operating in the region over  the past five years, the number of rooms, full hotel capacity and overnight stays, as well as the income, expenses, and the difference between them were made on the basis of statistical and comparative analysis. Based on the information obtained, for the first time, a  “Zoning Map of Tourism and Recreation Resources of Gusar Region” was compiled; the strengths and weaknesses of the tourism sector  were identified, and future threats and opportunities for the development of this sector were analysed by means of the SWOT analysis.  According to the analysis, the strengths of the region included the favourable economic and geographical position, the availability of  unique natural and historical-architectural monuments, the availability of natural and ecological conditions to provide recreation for  tourists, and opportunities for ecological, rural, religious, trekking, and other tourism types, etc. Weaknesses included the concentration  of hotels mainly in the region’s centre, insufficient promotion of tourist attractions, poor level of service and vocational training, lack  of guides, etc. The opportunities were high tourism potential, organisation and development of local tourist routes, an abundance of  labour resources, etc., while the threats included the aggravation of the geopolitical situation in the border areas, the intensification of  natural disasters, etc.

The purpose of this research was to identify the culinary tour in Rungkut Surabaya, to analyze the public participation in the development of culinary tour of mangrove in Rungkut Surabaya and to identify development strategies culinary tour mangrove in Rungkut Surabaya. The existing development strategy can be a material consideration for mangrove or nature tourism Manager for mangrove culinary Manager. The design of this research uses descriptive method with the method mix proportion of qualitative methods is more dominant. To determine the strategy for the development of community- based culinary tourism in Rungkut Surabaya by using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis is obtained the results of the development strategies of community-based culinary tourism in Rungkut Surabaya i.e., among others: (1) to reproduce more human resources due to a product that has possess the raw material is seasonal (2) Increase thoroughness in providing product information to avoid the presence of the consumer that will produce processed independently (3) to make the activities of socialization for tourists in order to reduce the damage doneby tourists.

The growing public interest in travelling has become a different strength for the tourism industry currently. The existence of a person on a trip that can be shown on social media can be a force that indirectly becomes a promotional tool. The tourist village that is currently trending is a form of tourism which consists of natural tourism which is integrated with other tours, to provide a unique value compared to additional terms. The Karst area in Maros and Pangkep Regencies has the potential to be used as a tourist area, but currently, these karst areas have been widely used as raw material for the cement industry. One of the villages that has natural karst tourism in Maros Regency is the village of Botolempangan which has been planned by the village government as a tourism village because it has various unique natural resources that can become new income alternatives for the community, so it is essential to be developed as well as a reason to maintain the area. Karst which began to be eroded by industrial companies. The purpose of this study was to identify tourism potential and analyze the development strategy of the tourist village of Botolempangan. The research method used is observation, in-depth interviews and FGD. The analysis used is a descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the village of Botolempangan has tourism potential in the form of natural karst tourism, cave tourism (leang), fisheries tourism, Sulawesi endemic monkeys, natural scenery, outbound, camping and educational tours. Based on the SWOT analysis, there are four strategies that can be carried out to develop the tourist village of Botolempangan, i.e. 1). The increased synergy between the government, universities and the community, especially managers in maximizing the supporting factors for the implementation of tourism villages 2). We are managing the Botolempangan karst area into a tourism village that is integrated with nature tourism, fisheries tourism, culinary tours and educational tours 3). Optimizing village budgets to improve tourist facilities and providing education for managers in supporting tourism 4). Increased promotions that prioritize the uniqueness of the region, facilities and the convenience of visiting through social media and partnerships with a local travel.

<p>Batu Rongring Ecotourism is in the buffer zone of National Park of Gunung Leuser (TNGL). The uniqueness of ecosystems, customs, and flora of the flora makes Batu Rongring Ecotourism interesting to visit. Batu Rongring Ecotourism Planning and Development must be in accordance with the characteristics and potential of the Natural Attraction Attraction (ODTWA) in Batu Rongring. This study aims to analyze landscape planning in developing Batu Rongring ecotourism as a buffer for TNGL. ODTWA potential analysis for the Rongring Stone Development Strategy uses internal factor analysis (IFAS), external factors (EFAS) and SWOT Analysis. Landscape planning is done by involving stakeholders in the Forum Group Disscusion (FGD). The results of the assessment in the development of Batu Rongring Ecotourism is known the value of IFAS = 2.71 which makes the strategy in the development of Rongring Stone is the strength and the value of EFAS = 3.33 establishes the strategy used in developing the Rongring Stone is an opportunity. Batu Rongring Ecotourism has ODTWA that can be developed. Potential ODTWA found in Batu Rongring are: Sei Musam River, Flora fauna, Community huts, Customs, Caves. Batu Rongring Ecotourism development strategies are: Nature Tourism Attraction, Tourism Cooperation, Ecotourism Training, Capital, Sarpras, Economic Tourism, Traditional Tourism, Perdes, Online Promotion.</p>
