he development of increasing tourist arrivals to Bali led to the development of business and tourism in the world of business, one business trip in Bali. PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is the one of the travel agents in Bali in this to win the competition with other companies, the need for proper marketing strategy and correct. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy Full Day tour packages PT. Tour East Indonesia and what strategies can be implemented in the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel to boost sales of tour packages to tourists as well as winning the competition with other companies. In this study using Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques combined with a SWOT analysis to figure out what the right strategy is used to market tour packages Full Day of PT. Tour East Indonesia. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis obtained a marketing strategy that can be applied to PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is a strategy creation and development of tourism products, increased promotion strategies, human resource development strategy, market segmentation strategy development, and strategies for improving the quality of products and services. From the results of this study can be given advice to the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is improving service process management and define market segments and maintain the image of the internal and external environment, while maintaining a cooperative relationship, and held training to staff meetings.

Penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan selama ini pada Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Selain itu juga untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal serta memformulasikan pengembangan strategi yang dilakukan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati di Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta dilakukan dalam empat langkah, yaitu menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari l okasi penelitian, objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua, melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Ketiga, menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor ekstenal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukan analisis data dengan metode kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian pertama, berdasarkan matrik IE Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada posisi IV yaitu Stability Strategy. Tidak menambahnya program dan kurikulum pembelajaran yang telah diterapkan sanggar namun, diperjelas lagi dari materi pembelajaran, kurikulum yang ada dan standar kelulusan siswa. Kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada kua dran IV, yaitu retrenchment strategy, melepaskan diri dari KPB Purantara atau menentukan sekretariat yang tepat untuk dijadikan secretariat sanggar adalah strategi yang tepat dilakukan. Ketiga, berdasarkan analisis matrik SWOT strategi umum yang diperoleh yaitu menyelenggarakan kegiatan lomba tari Bali setiap semester untuk anak-anak tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA se-Yogyakarta. Bekerja sama dengan panitia upacara keagamaan Hindu (pangempon Pura) yang ada di Yogyakarta. Memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian (ngayah) dan event yang mengatasnamakan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Perlu meningkatkan kesadaran dan rasa memiliki dari pengelola Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati, anggota KPB (Keluarga Putra Bali) Purantara dan Asrama Bali. Research on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio Yogyakarta aims to identify the strategy used at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. In addition, to analyze the internal and external factors and formulate the development of strategies conducted by Bali Saraswati Dance Studio in Yogyakarta. The research method on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is done in four steps, those are determining the scope of research consisting of research location, research object and research subject. The second step, perform data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collection and secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors, namely internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and extensions (opportunities and threats). The last step is to perform data analysis with qualitative method with SWOT analysis. The results of the first study, based on the matrix IE Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in the fourth position of Stability Strategy. Not adding to the program and learning curriculum that has been implemented by the studio but made clear from the learning materials, the existing curriculum and the students' graduation standard. Second, based on quadrant of SWOT analysis Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in quadrant IV, that is retrenchment strategy, breaking away from KPB Purantara or determining the right secretariat to be used as studio secretariat is the right strategy to do. Third, based on SWOT matrix analysis, the general strategy obtained is to hold Balinese dance activity every semester for elementary, junior and senior high school students in Yogyakarta. In cooperation with the committee of Hindu religious ceremonies (Pangempon Pura) in Yogyakarta. Provide opportunities for students to participate in the activities of devotion (ngayah) and the event on behalf of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. Need to increase awareness and sense of ownership of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio, member of KPB (Family of Putra Bali) Purantara and Bali Dormitory.

Baluran National Park in the regency of Situbondo, East Java-Indonesia, highly prospective for development of sustainable tourism that can improve the welfare of local people. The suitable tourism type is eco-tourism with local people envolvement.The purposes of this study were: 1). To know the local people envolvement in eco-tourism development; 2). To know the potenciesof Baluran National Park; and 3). To formulateEco-tourism Development Strategy.Using the matrix analysis method of IFAS and EFAS, produce a common strategy; SWOT analysis generates alternative strategies. This research was exploring, to formulate policies and programs based internal and external conditions. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and observation. The number of respondents 25 people who are competent in the field of tourism.The results showed, local people envolvement of Wonorejo, Bajul Mati, Bimo Rejo, Watu Kebo, Sumber Waru and SumberAnyaras buffer villages, in the development of eco-tourism in Baluran National Park needs to be improved through approach, training and community empowerment. Alternative strategy obtained eco-tourism product development strategy; development of basic infrastructure and facilities as well as supporting tourism; tourist market penetration and promotion; increased security; as well as institutional and human resource development strategy of eco-tourism. Eco-tourism development strategy is a strategic priority of generating eco-tourism product development programs and maintaining biological resources.

The purposes of this research are to describe, analyze, and determine the online marketing strategy of domestic travel agent at Bandung Tour Expert. In this case, the authors focused on SWOT analysis to find out the right marketing strategy for the tour packaging. In this research, the data was collected using the observation method, meanwhile the data analysis method used were descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. Internet users number are increasing, especially adults with high mobility. For them who often travel outside the city, internet is crucial because it connects them with the travel agent. Nowadays, the convenient use of Internet technology is used to market products and services offered by travel agents, so that it provides many benefits for business travel agents with minimum marketing costs. The results of this study were the use of internet and online marketing had impacts on the increasing profits of the travel agents. The conclusion of this research is Bandung Tour Expert as a company need to improve their variant of tour package to make tourist more interest to visit the company website.

Micro, Small And Medium Enterprise Development Strategy of Creative Economy Leather In Magetan (Study At Magetan Industry And Trade Office). In the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises leather crafts needed a good strategy to foster a more positive direction. The government, ie related agencies and related stakeholders are expected to provide solutions in every problem that exists. The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze and provide the right strategy formula to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises leather crafts. The method chosen in this research is SWOT with score card.   This study aims to determine the right marketing strategy in an effort to increase songket fabric sales at Mayang Taurai Embroidery shop in Bukittinggi. The analysis method in this research is to use SWOT analysis (Strong, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), and IFE and EFE Matrix Analysis which is used as a measure of the company's internal and external environment. Then proceed with the analysis of the score weight table is a table that shows the scores on each SO Strategy, ST Strategy, WO Strategy, and WT Strategy. Based on the analysis that has been done previously, in order to increase sales in Mayang Taurai Embroidery shop in Bukittinggi, the strategy used by Mayang Taurai Embroidery shop is by utilizing SO (Strength, Opportunity) strategies, where SO strategies are strategies that utilize strengths and fill opportunities. existing, where strategies can be utilized by Mayang Taurai Embroidery shop

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

This article investigates and identifies the involvement of stakeholders, analyzes internal and external factors that influence the planning of country border areas, and formulates strategies and programs for developing national border areas. This study used qualitative methods with IFE, EFE, IE and SWOT analysis. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation study, literature study, and FGDs. The number of informants was 13 people who are competent and chosen deliberately. The results of this study indicate that the country border area is in a medium internal and external position, meaning that the border area of the country is in quadrant V, the strategy in quadrant V is to hold and maintain. Quadrant V indicates that the border area has developed and needs to be maintained. Therefore, the right grand strategies to be applied are market penetration and product development.Strategies and programs for developing country border areas with the Strengths-Opportunities strategies are mapping and polarization of tourist attractions, maximizing the types and diversity of tourism products in the border areas of the country, and evaluating cross-border festivals. Development programs by Weaknesses-Opportunities analysis are dissemination and training for human resource development particularly for the local people, construction of public facilities, tourism infrastructure, and coordination between stakeholders, and development programs. Meanwhile, by Weaknesses-Threats analysis, namely focus group discussions, seminars, workshops, entrepreneurship training, formal education for the local youths, security and cleanliness of tourist attractions, and regulatory evaluation. The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. To be able to survive in a continuously growing competitive environment, the right business strategy is needed. Aim of this research is to formulate a set of marketing communication mix strategies to increase room sales and hotel profits for The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan. The methods used in this research are SWOT analysis and IFE-EFE matrix. The findings  suggested that the Hotel must hold and maintain strategy whereas it can be elaborated into four aspects 1) horizontal integration strategy by seeking ownership or increased control over competitors; 2) market penetration strategy; by seeking increased market share for present products or services in present markets through greater marketing efforts; 3) market development strategy by  introducing present products or services into the new geographic area, and 4) product development strategy; by seeking increased sales through improving present products or services or developing new ones.

<p><em>Existence of Catur Eka Budi as a new product component in Bali’s tourism must be remaining to maintain. For continuation of all problems that emerge relate to marketing so that to overcome. With the result that this research discuses about Catur Eka Budi marketing strategy at Kesiman village, Denpasar Timur cities.</em></p><p><em>Aim of this research is to know of internal factor and external factor of Catur Eka Budi and next formulates its marketing strategy then formulated with several of marketing programs. Data was collected by observation, interview, questioner and bibliography study, later data was analyzed with Internal-External approach (IE) and SWOT analysis. The research result indicates that strength factor of Catur Eka Budi is the product owned by Catur Eka Budi, employee’s attitude, and appearance is good, facility is enough complete, beauty and building architecture is beautiful, hygience, ticket price is cheap and hotel distance to Catur Eka Budi is not too far. Whereas its weakness is lack of transportation to Catur Eka Budi, lack of promotion intensity, employees quality in informing about Catur Eka Budi and employees ability in English. Opportunity factor in marketing is its conducive on security in Bali, local society’s attitude, price level that given by tourism travel agent, rupiah rate is weak, modern technology utilization, level of purchasing power of tourist and supporting government. Whereas threat that pursuing is Travel Advisory from some countries, lack of local government support, threat entry of new comer, competition between object and the influence increasing fuel oil price. Based on grand strategy that analyzed with matrix Internal-External (IE), position of Catur Eka Budi is in cell IV, that means grow and construct that is human resource improvement through by training and course. Whereas alternative strategy that formulated by SWOT analysis namely product development strategy and improvement of huan resource. Based on the alternative strategy can be formulated some marketing program fundamental that are: mprove human resource trought by training, education, compensation, optimally website, set billboard or banner always cooperate with all parties that related to marketing of Catur Eka Budi, improve bonus and reward to the guide and it is maintaining market share this time.</em></p><p><em>Based on the discussion result can be suggested to marketing strategy of Catur Eka Budi that is improve product quality, target on market share and improve promotion, keep and cooperation improvement and improve education and training to employees.</em></p>
