ABSTRAKKajian pengembangan ekowisata bahari di Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung telah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi atraksi wisata bahari yang ada, mengetahui persepsi wisatawan dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan ekowisata dari aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari yang sesuai dengan potensi atraksi wisata bahari dan potensi pasar yang dimilikinya. Sebagai responden dipilih sejumlah 100 orang wisatawan dan 100 orang masyarakat dipilih dari empat objek yaitu Pantai Mutun, Pantai Klara, Pantai Sari Ringgung dan Pulau Pahawang. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis potensi dan daya tarik wisata alam menggunakan pedoman Analisis Daerah Operasi–Objek dan Daya tarik Wisata Alam (ADO-ODTWA). Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan ekowisata dan AHP untuk menentukan tingkat priorotas strategi pengembangan ekowisata. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki potensi yang sangat sesuai untuk pengembangan ekowisata bahari dan disetujui masyarakat setempat. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap potensi objek ekowisata bahari dari aspek ketersediaan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana penunjang masih rendah. Beberapa prioritas strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari telah dibahas pada aspek ekologi sosial, dan ekonomi. ABSTRACTStudy of marine ecotourism development in Padang Cermin, Pesawaran District, Lampung Province has been carried out. The research objectives are to identify the potential of existing marine tourism attractions, finding out the perceptions of tourists and public participation in the development of ecotourism from social, economic and environmental aspects, and to formulate a marine ecotourism development strategy that is in accordance with the potential of marine tourism attractions and its market potential. As respondents, 100 tourists were selected and 100 people were selected from four objects, namely Mutun Beach, Klara Beach, Sari Rutut Beach and Pahawang Island. Data collecting was conducted using interview and observation. Data was collected by interview and observation. Analysis potential and attractive ecotourism used the orientation of operation area analysis object and motivation ecotourism. SWOT analysis was used to determine development strategy of ecotourism and AHP is used to determine the priority level of ecotourism development strategy. The result showed that Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency, has a very suitable potential for the development of marine ecotourism and has been approved by the local community. The perception of tourists about the potential objects of marine ecotourism from the aspect of the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure is still low. Several priority strategies for developing marine ecotourism have been discussed in the aspects of social and economic ecology.

Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Branta sama dengan pasar tradisional yaitu sebagai tempat yang kumuh, kotor dan bau. Padahal kegiatan membeli ikan segar merupakan kegiatan menarik yang bisa dijadikan sebagai wisata untuk melihat beberapa jenis ikan. Oleh karena itu, dengan pengembangan konsep yang lebih menarik menjadikan TPI Branta Pesisir sebagai wisata bahari ikan segar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kelayakan TPI Branta sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari di Pamekasan dan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan tempat pelelangan ikan dari hasil uji kelayakan. Deskriptif dan SWOT digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner kepada 30 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis objek potensial sesuai dengan Pedoman Objek Operasional Daerah dan Analisis Objek Wisata Alam Direktur Jenderal PHKA tahun 2003 dengan kriteria Daya Tarik, Aksesibilitas, Akomodasi, dan Fasilitas. Sebagai alat untuk merancang strategi pengembangan TPI Branta menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis bahwa TPI Branta layak untuk dikembangkan sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari dengan tingkat kelayakan 70,7%. Strategi pengembangannya yaitu: (1) menambah wahana permainan keluarga, taman bunga, fotospot, fasilitas umum dilengkapi tempat tunggu yang free wifi; (2) membentuk POKDARWIS (kelompok Sadar wisata) dengan dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat; (3) meningkatkan produk ekonomi kreatif dan memperbaiki manajemen TPI; (4) meningkatkan keamanan, keramahan, kebersihan, perbaikan jalan dan pelestarian lingkungan, dan; (5) meningkatkan promosi TPI sebagai wisata.Title: FeasibilityStudy and Development of Fish Auction Branta As A ‘Bahari’ Tourism Fish Market In PamekasanFish Auction Branta is the same as a traditional market, which is a dirty and smelly place. Though, fresh fish buying could be an interesting tour activity. Therefore, the more interesting concept of its development could promote Fish Auction Branta as a marine tourism for fresh fish. The aimed of this study was to determine the feasibility of the Branta Fish Auction Place as a marine tourism fish market in Pamekasan, and to analysed the development strategy for fish auction place based on the feasibility test. The research used descriptive and SWOT analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires towards 30 respondents with purposive sampling method and analysis of potential object in accordance with the Regional Operational Objectives Guidelines and Analysis of Nature Tourism Objects Director General of PHKA in 2003 with criteria of Attraction, Accessibility, Accommodation, and Facilities. The development strategies for developing Branta Fish Auction Place were designed based on SWOT analysis. The results showed that Branta Fish Auction Place is feasible to be developed as a marine tourism fish market with a feasibility rate of 70.7%. The development strategies are as follows: 1). Build family games, flower gardens, photospots, special public facilitiy, waiting rooms and free wifi, 2). Create tourism conscious group “POKDARWIS” to get support from the government and community, 3) Improve the economic creative products of local community and the management of Branta Fish Auction Place, 4). Improve safety, friendliness, cleanliness, road repair and environmental preservation, and 5). Improve promotion of Branta Fish Auction Place as tourism place.


Ende Regency has a huge potential to be developed into a tourist attraction. One of them is the marine tourism attraction located in Aewora Village, Maurole District, namely Pantai Enabara. The beach has not been developed because of the lack of government attention and the low level of tourism human resources of the local community. This study aims to determine the role of stakeholders, to know the perceptions of the local community and tourists, and to conduct a strategic development of tourist attractions. The research used a qualitative method with Likert scale assisted. The data were collected by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation study. The number of respondents in the data collection of 20 respondents selected incidentally. The concept used in research is the concept of tourist attraction, marine ecotourism, and perception. The results showed that tourists are very enthusiastic to welcome the proposal to make Enabara Beach a tourist destination. In terms of tourists, tourists realize that Enabara Beach has a very attractive appeal and tourists also agree if the beach is managed based on the principles of eco-tourism. In supporting the maritime tourism development strategy based on ecotourism, active participation from the community, Local Government, and coordination of all stakeholders are needed to improve the quality of service and tourism attractions, accessibility, facilities, and institutions. The study aims to determine Development Strategy the potency of the Tunda Island as a tourist attraction in the Serang Regency, Banten Province. How the development of appropriate strategy to overcome obstacles in the development of Tunda Island Coast region as a Marine Tourism attraction in Serang Regency, Banten Province. This study was conducted to determine the Tunda Island as a marine tourism destination Serang Regency were reviewed by using SWOT analysis. This study uses quialitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research carried out that Pulau Tunda as a marine tourism attraction in Serang Regency has the power in the form of underwater natural potential that is different from other islands in Serang Regency, besides Tunda Island has a considerable opportunity for increasing tourism needs and locations that tend to strategic. However, Pulau Tunda has weaknesses in the quality of human resources as well as low tourism support facilities and garbage that has not been managed properly. Meanwhile the threat faced by Tunda Island is currently the operation of sand miners and the lack of attention from the local government.   Keywords: Development Strategy, Tunda Island, Marine Tourism


East Nusa Tenggara Province surrounded by many potentials nature-based attractions, one of them is Mulut Seribu beach, in the Rote Ndao Regency. This beach is one of seven priority tourist attractions by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. Local Government initiation is welcomed by the local community and this research aims to create a strategy to develop the Mulut Seribu beach attraction with marine-based tourism to support sustainability. The research type is using descriptive qualitative, with interviewing stakeholders from five key informants living around the tourist attraction namely government representatives, tourists, and the local community. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis Mulut Seribu Beach is among Curve 1, which means the development of this destination still aggressive to be developed with a concentration of development in SO, namely strength and opportunity. This result is shown by the Mulut Seribu festival as a form of coordination between community and government participation in developing marine tourism in Mulut Seribu Beach. KPH Unit XIII Gunung Rajabasa, Way Pisang, Batu Serampok has several potential natural tourism objects including waterfalls and sulfur spring. However the visitors were still a few. This study aimed to assess the natural tourism potential in this area and to develop an appropriate development strategy for priority natural attractions. Potential assessment and determination of natural attractions priority were conducted using Operation Areas Analysis of Object and Natural Tourism Attraction (ADO-ODTWA) guidelines issued by the Director General of Forest Protection and Natural Conservation (PHKA) 2003. Development strategy of natural attractions priority was conducted by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using SWOT analysis. Result showed that among various natural tourism attractions in thearea, Kecapi Waterfall plus Way Belerang Simpur Hot spring were selected as the most potential tourism spot. Based on SWOT analisys, this object is located among growing market area that makes this objectin a favorable condition because they have a positive strength and opportunity in terms of natural tourism development. Strategies needed in order to create a developing plan are increasing the information spreading and promotion trough offline either online mass media. Abstract. This study aimed to identify what factors affecting the development of tourism in Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. As well as to identify a strategy for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. The variables used consisted : (1) Tourist Attraction; (2) Supporting Facilities; (3) Safety and Comfort; (4) Information and Promotion; (5) Accessibility; (6) Job Opportunities; (7) (Income). The analytical method used chi-square, likert scale scoring, and SWOT analysis. There were four variables that have effect on the tourism potential development strategy in Kuri Caddi Beach, which are tourist attraction, safety and comfort, job opportunities and income. Meanwhile, there were three variables that have no effect, such us supporting facilities, information and promotion, and accessibility. The strategy that can be used for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach is by utilizing the tourist attraction of Kuri Caddi Beach by referring to the Maros Regency Regional Regulation number 2 of 2014, concerning the implementation of tourism, involving the community in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism  based on the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan, and involves investors in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism, so that PAD and local community income are increased.. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengembangan pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros. Serta untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari tujuh diantaranya: (1) Daya Tarik Wisata; (2) Sarana Penunjang; (3) Keamanan dan Kenyamanan; (4) Informasi dan Promosi; (5) Aksesibilitas; (6) Peluang Kerja; (7) (Pendapatan). Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa chi-square, sistem skoring Skala Likert dan analisis SWOT. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi ada empat variabel yaitu daya tarik wisata, keamanan dan kenyamanan, peluang kerja dan pendapatan. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak memiliki pengaruh ada tiga yaitu sarana penunjang, informasi dan promosi, serta aksesibilitas. Sehingga strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros yaitu dengan memanfaatkan daya tarik wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi dengan mengacu pada pada Perda Kabupaten Maros nomor 2 Tahun 2014, tentang penyelenggaraan kepariwisataan, melibatkan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pengembangan Kepariwisataan Daerah, serta melibatkan investor dalam mengembangkan wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan PAD dan pendapatan masyarakat lokal.

<p>Pariwisata ditegaskan dalam berbagai Rencana Strategis (RENSTRA) maupun Rencana Induk Pariwisata Nasional (RIPARNAS) sebagai andalan penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Aset berupa sumberdaya budaya dan sumberdaya alam yang dimiliki seperti keunikan wisata alam berupa wisata bahari dan berbagai event budaya daerah serta keaslian budaya dapat dikelola dan dimanfaatkan untuk bersaing dengan destinasi wisata lain. Kesemuanya itu untuk menarik wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik untuk datang ke Indonesia. Salah satu program pemerintah dalam  pencapaian target tersebut adalah penciptaan 10 (sepuluh) destinasi wisata prioritas atau dengan istilah “Menciptakan 10 Bali Baru” yang tersebar diseluruh Indonesia, yaitu Danau Toba, Tanjung Lesung, Tanjung Kelayang, Kepulauan Seribu, Borobudur, Lombok Mandalika, Wakatobi, Morotai, Bromo-Tengger-Semeru dan Labuan Bajo. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan strategi pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah tata kelola destinasi antara lain inventarisasi kesiapan terhadap keadaan daya tarik wisata alam maupun budaya, dapat dimanfaatkan dan kesiapan aksesibilitas, amenitas serta akomodasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  dan analisis SWOT. Dari sisi ekonomi, diharapkan berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga peluang pemanfaatan dan pengembangan wisata bahari di Lombok Barat diharapkan dapat menguntungkan semua pihak. Religious Tourism Development of Gus Dur Sanctuary in Jombang Regency: Community Based Tourism Approach Community based tourism is the concept of tourism development by involving the people or community in its activities and management. This study aims to determine priority factors that may affect community based tourism and development strategy of Gus Dur sanctuary religious tourism in Jombang Regency. The analytical method used in this case is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis. Based on the results of AHP analysis, it was found that the activity of the organization or society groups (0.382), increased cooperation government and society (0.269), the addition of facilities and infrastructure (0.182), and manufacture of regulation (0.167), factor activity of organizations/communities are considered most important in determining the priority development of religious tourism of Gus Dur sanctuary. The results SWOT analysis obtained, six development strategies, namely to involve the local community in tourism development and empowerment activities, to facilitate the development of business/industry through microcredits that can support people’s economy, to optimize the role of the government to increase the planned development targets, to facilitate development of home business/industry through courses and training institutions, improve cooperation with private sector to support tourism development, and improve cooperation between community and government or private sector in developing local economy.

East Java is included in the strategic area of national halal tourism development by the Ministry of Tourism. This was supported by the existence of religious tourism objects, natural and artificial tourism attractions, organizing annual cultural events, and adequate infrastructure. The purpose of this research is to review the potential and formulate strategies for the development of halal tourism in East Java. This research uses secondary data with qualitative method and SWOT analysis technique. Internal analysis shows the strengths and weaknesses factor as well as external analysis shows the opportunity and challenge factors of weakness in the development of halal tourism in East Java. Strength factors include diversity of tourist destinations, infrastructure to support the mobility of tourists, and level of tourist visits. Weakneses factors include promotion and branding, skilled human resources, as well as supporting facilities for halal tourism. Opportunity factors include government policy support, existence of supporting institutions and international reputation of halal tourism Indonesia. Threat factors include economic stability, security stability and competition for the halal tourism industry. Based on the analysis of internal and external factors, the formulation of the development strategy of halal tourism in East Java among others : a) S-O strategy: encouraging domestic and foreign investment in the development of halal tourism in East Java; b) W-O strategy: development of East Java halal tourism information center platform; c) S-T strategy: create a brand identity for East Java halal tourism titled “Khazanah Jawa Timur”; d) W-T strategy: establishment of special economic zone for east java halal tourism.

Bogor Regency of West Java Province that is developing the potential of its territory for tourist destination and attract the attention of local and foreign tourists to visit. The location that researcher has been choosed to do research is Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng which is located in Bogor regency. Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng located in the village of Cihideung Udik, Ciampea District has a tourism concept based on nature tourism and educational tourism. The purpose of this research are to identify the development component of the destination (factual conditions in the field), identify the tourist tipology who visit Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng and develop strategies Kampoeng Tourism Development Cinangneng based on tourist tipology. This research is a descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative research. Quantitative research is conducted to determine the tourist characteristics and tourist tipology that calculated by used percentages. Qualitative research is conducted to find out the development strategy in Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng. Generally qualitative research method is intended for research that is observed case. The collected data will be analyzed using SWOT analysis, followed by compiling alternative strategies using SWOT matrix. Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng has a good enough strength to be developed based on the tourist tipology, but the nature and culture of the existing tourism has not been maximally utilized, although it has a good accessibility, less complete amenitas, condition of supporting facilities is complete enough. The result of typology is that tourists who visit Kampoeng Wisata Cinangneng tend to mid-centric tipology. Based on the results of SWOT analysis bring out an alternative strategy that is: Invite local people to teach tourists to make souvenirs that them make, adding outbound packages to be variants that can be offered to tourists, make a places to eat in the middle of rice field with food from local community.
