Batu Jato is a tourist attraction site that frequently visited by local tourists on Sundays or public holidays. Batu Jato ecotourism has natural beauty views, clear river water, and vast expanse of rocks along the river. The descriptive, quantitative, and qualitative method was employed to obtain the primary and secondary data used in the study. Thirty participants were working as the village office staff, tourism department, tourism object management parties, tourists, and community around the Batu Jato ecotourism. The data collection is done by interview and questionnaire. The data analysis was conducted by SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. There were three strategies arranged from SWOT analysis: 1) implementing a collaboration between the tourism object management parties, village office staff, and tourism department through an exhibition, souvenirs, banners, brochures, and pamphlets describing the Batu Jato attraction sites; (2) implementing a verbal communication as a method to deliver information about the Batu Jato attraction site such as through tourism extention and direct communication; and (3) improving the Batu Jato Ecotourism promotion through social media platforms such as website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Youtube using attractive content in the form of pictures and writings.

This study aims to determine the dependence of society on natural resources in Ringinsari village, Boyolali district. To obtain a representative sample there, the qualitative method was carried out by conducting interviews with locals related to the topic of writing. Primary data collection is obtained by means of observation, namely question and answer sessions with the local community. Secondary data is obtained from agencies related to the issue. The data were analyzed by dividing into an analysis of the village environment, an analysis of the lifestyle of the locals, and an analysis of the population's dependence on nature or natural resources. The results showed that the Ringinsari village, Boyolali district is the largest village in one sub-district and has the largest population, namely 66 Family Cards (KK). Most of the locals work as factory workers, farmers and some have set up their own businesses, such as opening basic food stalls. Society is still very dependent on nature because some locals own livestock and manage plantations.

Potential Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon with the beauty of the river that flanked by rocks cliff, this natural beauty can be enjoyed by doing tracking to find a good spot to take photo. Beji guwang hidden canyon present a unique view of nature to tourist that can not be find in another place in bali, this is why I choose this topic “Potential of Beji guwang hidden canyon as a nature tourist attraction in Guwang village Sukawati district, Gianyar” The type and data resources that used in this research are qualitative data, primer and secondary data. This collecting data method was done by observation, in depth interview and documentation by research instrument by in form of interview guide lines. Data analysis that been use was interactive data analysis by use 4A component and SWOT analysis matriks to extract and analysis the potential in Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon The result of the research show that the potensial Beji guwang hidden canyon has is quiet big because having more than one nature tourist attraction. In addition of a tourism activity in Beji Guwang Hidden canyon getting a good respond from the local government and local people.  Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon has a big potential, even though there are lack of knowledge in management and development that must be completed. The purpose of the Student Study Service Programs are 1) Synergizing socio-cultural local wisdom with community economic characteristics for preventing degradation of agricultural land through the KKN program. 2) Formulate strategies to increase the potential of villages towards developed and independent villages. The method of collection is done in two kinds, namely primary data by means of surveys, questionnaires and interviews with the village secretary, village apparatus, community leaders, farmer groups and residents around of Panggung Duwet Village’s related to the KKN program, and secondary data in the form of well-documented data such as Blitar Regency in the Numbers, Kademangan District in the Numbers as well as the Report on the Implementation of the Village Administration and/or the Report on the Accountability of the Panggung Duwet Village’s in 2018. The data analysis method was conducted using the social intervention and SWOT analysis approaches. The results of the implementation of the Student Study Service Programs in Panggungduwet Village, Kademangan District are implemented into a work program that is greening, processing waste into organic fertilizer and crafts, processing food commodities such as corn silk syrup, cassava donuts and cassava chips. Analysis of the village situation shown still has weaknesses, namely lack of water supply, especially in the dry season, especially agriculture in line with the opportunities that exist, namely seeking organic fertilizer by utilizing waste and wood sawdust crafts for sale so that the potential is expected to be a catalyst for village development to become advanced and independent. The existence of the Student Study Service Programs can leave a good impression so that the community is willing to begin to change the bad behavior of agricultural land management that ignores the rules of conservation and increased knowledge and skills of processed waste and food processed in order to improve the economic welfare of the community.

Abstrak : Reformasi dan otonomi daerah sebenarnya adalah harapan baru bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat desa untuk membangun desanya sesuai kebutuhan dan aspirasi masyarakat. Kewenangan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan kepada pemerintah desa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kewenangan BPD dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan sesuai Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dan fakor-faktor yang menjadi kendala Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan kepada pemerintah desa di Desa Sukaharja, Kecamatan Cibingbin, Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode penelitian ini dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris, yaitu menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kewenangan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan sesuai dengan Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 yaitu BPD memiliki hak untuk mengawasi dan meminta informasi tentang administrasi desa kepada pemerintah desa; menyampaikan pendapat tentang pelaksanaan pemerintahan desa, pelaksanaan pembangunan desa, pengembangan masyarakat desa, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat pedesaan; serta mendapatkan biaya operasional untuk pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa serta faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala yaitu dalam menerapkan fungsi supervisi kepada pemerintah desa terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) : faktor internal termasuk: sarana yang tidak memadai, pola komunikasi tidak berjalan dengan baik, dan anggota BPD tidak mengerti fungsi sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi: masyarakat tidak mengerti fungsi BPD, ada sosialisasi pemerintah desa terkait fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa , dan faktor sumber daya manusia masyarakat desa. Kesimpulan adalah kewenangan BPD dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa yaitu BPD yang berhak mendapat pertanggungjawaban kepala desa dan meminta informasi kepada pemerintah desa.Kata kunci: Otoritas, BPD, Pengawasan, dan Pemerintahan Desa.�THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTHORITY OF VILLAGE CONSULTATIVE AGENCY IN RUNNING CONTROL FUNCTIONS ON VILLAGE GOVERNMENT (STUDY IN KUNINGAN REGENCY)�Abstract : The writer conducted this research with background to know the authority of Village Consultative Agency (Badan Permusyawaratan Desa) in implementing supervision function to village government. The purposes of writing this research� are to know the authority of Village Consultative Agency in implementing supervision function according to Law Number 6 of 2014 about Village and what factors that become obstacles are faced by Village Consultative Agency in implementing supervision function to village government in Sukaharja Village, Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency. This research used descriptive analysis research with juridical-normative approach. Stage of research is through literature research using primary and secondary data collected through documentation and analyzed descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research was the authority of Village Consultative Agency� in implementing supervisory function according to Law Number 6 of 2014 namely VCB has the right to supervise and request information about the administration of village administration to village government; to express opinions on the implementation of village governance, implementation of village development, village community development, and empowerment of rural communities; as well as obtaining operational costs for the execution of duties and functions of the village income and expenditure budget. The factors that into two: internal factor including: inadequate means, communication patterns were not working properly, and members of Village Consultative Agency do not understand the functions while external factors include: the community does not understand the functions of Village Consultative Agency, there was a socialization of the village government related to the function of Village Consultative Agency, and the human resource factor of the village community. The conclusion of paper was the authority of Village Consultative Agency in implementing supervision function according to Law Number 6 of 2014 about Village namely VCB was entitled to hold accountability of village head and ask for information to village government.Keywords: Authority, VCB, Supervision, and Village Government.

Poverty is an urgent national problem and it requires systematic handling steps. This study had purpose to analyze poverty alleviation efforts through the Social Welfare Center (Puskesos) from the perspective of public services. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data included primary and secondary data and the collecting data used interviews, observation and documentation. Informants determined by using purposive sampling. Data analysis used Miles & Huberman model, that's data reduction, presentation, making conclusions and verification. Validity of the data used triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of Integrated Database services (BDT) through the Social Welfare Center (Puskesos) had run optimally. This is proven by good administrative services, goods, and servicing the poor society from the process of providing goods, preparation, to the proposals. This service implementation is supported and in collaboration with social strength at the RT / RW level, social cadres, employee and village facilitators. The management of mechanism and registration are done by giving information to the society about the programs, procedures, and requirements that must be completed. Then, This data becomes the government's reference for processing data verification and validation in determining the poor society who have a right to receive the facilities will be given. The obstacles of this implementation are services such as access to distant of part area, networks, BDT processor programs, and society's apathy in completing requirements. So, it needs commitment and principle of picking up the village government by involving social cadres and youth cadets who have been given training to provide assistance to the poor society.  Keywords: Poverty, social welfare, service

ABSTRACTAfter the passing of Law No. 6 of 2014 on 15th January 2014 This is a phenomenon that is quite large. Amendment Act 6 of 2014 occurred considerable changes ranging from power to regulate their own village to changes in the budget revenue and expenditure of the village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the budget revenue and expenditure village before and after the application of the law no.6 of 2014. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Types of data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data by interview and documentation. Results of the discussion in this study is the budget revenue and expenditure village before and after the application of law No. 6 of 2014 concerning the village were analyzed by law no.6 of 2014 and related government regulations and can be obtained from the difference in the format of the structure, development and a recording system used in the kedungpapar village. This conclusion shows that before and after the application of law No. 6 of 2014 on the village applied in villages there are some fundamental differences from the format structure, up to the recording system development and preparation of budget revenue and expenditure of the village. So it takes the human resources better in order to improve the quality in the budget statement of revenue and expenditure of the village and in the preparation of the budget system is required to be accountable, transparent and participatory. Keywords: Budget, Budget revenues and expenditures of the village, a law on village

The batik industry is now growing. Likewise with batik Trusmi that development is now growing rapidly. Revenue is a consequence or impact of the development of the batik industry.  Revenue  Trusmi batik artisans can be used for the basic needs of both basic needs and the needs of batik artisans in the business of making batik and batik artisans revenue also used for industrial development or business Trusmi batik. The problems discussed in this research on the impact of batik artisans Trusmi revenue as a result of the development of batik industry Trusmi. The goal, which is to determine the revenue impact of batik artisans Trusmi batik industry development. The method used in this research is using a descriptive qualitative method with the approach used approach  SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity,  Threat). Data collected by using observation and in-depth interviews with batik artisans  Trusmi and also the village, as well as gathering documentation in the form of images and small notes. Results of research conducted by the researchers, it is known that income Trusmi batik artisans used for a variety of needs, not only for the basic needs of batik artisans but is also used to develop the Business of making batik. By using SWOT analysis of the impact of this revenue is not only powerful, but also has the disadvantage of not yet arranged neatly on the financial statements batik business, and there were also threats, in the form of batik competition from other regions. While the strength of itself is able to carry on business batik and opportunities that can develop the business of making or write Trusmi batik industry. With the aim to maximize profits and the opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats to the batik artisans need to develop the business by using a strategy of differentiation.

The study aimed to (1) describe the characteristics of the socio-economic, (2) describe the characteristic of ecological farming in the region KPHP unit II Bolaang Mongondow district, and (3) analyze the development strategy KPHP Unit II in the district based on empowerment Bolaang Mongondow cultivators. This research was conducted with descriptive and semi-quantitative approach. Data analysing for the development of management strategies used SWOT analysis. The primary data obtained through interviews in three (3) villages namely Pindolili, Village Pindol and Village Totabuan to 20 informants, consisting of 3 (three) the village chief, two religious leaders in the two (2) village, 2 (two) historians the formation of the village and 12 (twelve) cultivators in three (3) villages. While the secondary data obtained through statistical data and information obtained from the forestry policy forestry official website. Results of research on (1) socio-economic condition around the area KPHP unit II Bolaang Mongondow district shows that the agricultural sector is still the main source of livelihood of society. Socio-cultural conditions of communities in the study area are a heterogeneous society with different ethnic groups. They are still implement a culture or tradition that can threaten the sustainability of their livelihoods; (2) Ecological condition in the area KPHP unit II shows that the high danger of erosion due to geography land that shaped mountains with slope ranging from moderate to steep and the actions of farming and poor land management on critical land of steep hills. (3) Based on the results of the SWOT analysis for development strategy is the designation of priority and urgency, the development of nature tourism potential for increased use of environmental services, increased perception and participation of the formal integration of development and the development of food security by reforestation and forest conservation. The implementation strategy of forest management in the region KPHP unit II Bolaang Mongondow needs to be done in the form of maintenance of the water catchment area to ensure the availability of water production for the dam in the village Pindol, increasing role in the development of tourism and recreation participation of the parties primarily concerned to control encroachment and set the direction and strategy of development associated with the function of the ministry of forestry.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in the context of reducing the poverty rate in Bantul Regency in 2018. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the type of data used is secondary data, secondary data, namely collecting data and information obtained by through documentation or archives in Bantul Regency. The results showed that Bantul Regency knew the extent of community understanding of PKH, namely through socialization, as well as providing entrepreneurship training so that beneficiary families (KPM) could be more productive. In addition, Bantul Regency still has several obstacles in implementing PKH. With the PKH, it can make KPM more productive, because there is entrepreneurship training. This entrepreneurship training can make KPM more creative and can increase income in the family. In addition, Bantul Regency still has several obstacles in implementing PKH. The obstacles to PKH in Bantul Regency are the lack of funds to provide supporting facilities and infrastructure for PKH implementers, the lack of availability of human resources, namely PKH facilitators, decreased compliance of PKH participants, and PKH recipient data not being updated so that it is not well targeted. So it is better if this PKH program involves the village government so that someone monitors it directly, the community fulfills its obligations as PKH participants, and there is updating of PKH participant data.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam rangka pengurangan angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2018. Program Kelarga Harapan adalah program bantuan tunai yang bersyarat dalam bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan. PKH ini membantu untuk mencapai tujuan Pembangunan Millenium, ada 5 komponen yaitu mengurangi penduduk miskin dan kelaparan, kesetaraan gender, pendidikan dasar, pengurangan angka kematian bayi dan balita, serta pengurangan angka kematian ibu melahirkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, data sekunder yaitu mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang didapat dengan melalui dokumentasi atau arsip yang ada di Kabupataen Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Bantul untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman masyarakat tentang PKH yitu dengan sosialisasi. Selain itu Kabupaten Bantul masih memiliki beberapa hambatan dalam melaksanakan PKH. Kata kunci: analisis, kemiskinan, PKH, sosialisasi

Slangit is a village in Cirebon, West Java that has potentials to be used as a cultural tourist attraction. These potentials include tradition and custom ceremonies, traditional art of masks and mask performances. This article investigates the the development strategy of cultural attractions in the village of Slangit. Data collection are conducted by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data was analysed using a descriptive qualitative method and by using SWOT analysis. The result shows that theattempt to use arts potential as tourist attraction has been fairly developed by artists group but it is far from adequate becausethe lack of coordination between artists group and the authorityresponsible to promote culture and tourism. It is suggested thatthe government to work together with communities and artists topromote the village potentials as cultural tourism attractions bothas away to preserve arts and to develop tourism as source of localeconomy.
