Background: In pregnancy and nursing, zinc plays an important role, including fetal development and milk secretion. Zinc in the lactation process is a crucial modulator of the mammary gland, which is very important for successful lactation.  Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the total of Lactobacillus Bifidus using Quantitative RT-PCR in the feces of breastfed infants from mothers who were given zinc tablets. Methods: This type of research was experimental using a quasi-experimental post-test only with a control design and a quantitative approach. This research was carried out at Antang Perumnas Public Health Center, Kassi-Kassi Health Center, Jumpanang Baru Health Center and Bara-Barayya Health center from March 22 to June 22, 2021. The Population in this study were all newborns from mother with normal zinc levels in 2021 in the Makassar City Health Center area as many as 62 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, about 12 samples per group. To avoid dropout and increase power, the sample was then added with an estimated drop out of about 30%, 12 + (30% x 12) = 15.6, rounded up to 16. Each group consisted of 16 samples for breastfed infants from mothers who obtained zinc tablets (intervention) and 16 samples for breastfed infants from mothers who did not obtain zinc tablets (control). This study uses an Independent Sample Test. Results: This study showed that the group of breastfed infants from mothers obtaining zinc tablets had a higher mean value of 2947625215.62 compared to the control group of 162374516.97. There was a difference in the number of Lactobacillus in the intervention group after being treated with a statistically significant difference in the mean of –2785250698.65 by the Independent sample test analysis, the value of p = 0.009 (α < 0.05), which means there was a significant difference between the intervention groups and control group. Conclusion: The highest number of Lactobacillus was the intervention group which indicated a difference of Lactobacillus in the feces of breastfed infants from mothers who obtained zinc tablets.

Breastmilk is the only perfect and best food for babies because it contains the nutritional elements needed by babies for optimal growth and development. Although the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the Pringsewu Regency has increased from year to year, support for community participation and empowerment in health development has not been optimal. One solution that can help overcome barriers to exclusive breastfeeding is hypnobreastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hypnobreastfeeding on the motivation of breastfeeding in the Pringsewu Regency in 2019. This research is a quasi-experimental research with pre-post-test design with a control group design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample size of 48 pregnant women from term to breastfeeding. Data analysis was done by using the Independent Two Mean Difference test (T-Test) using the Paired Sample Test. The results of the study on the Paired Sample Test showed a significant value (p) of 0.004, meaning that there was a significant difference in the motivation of breastfeeding before and after hypnobreastfeeding. Midwives always provide hypnobreastfeeding therapy and lactation education to help increase motivation for breastfeeding as part of efforts to increase exclusive breastfeeding and breastfeeding for up to 2 years or more. For other researchers, it is necessary to carry out further research with other variables that can affect the motivation of breastfeeding.

Completeness of nursing documentation is one of the quality indicators of nursing care. Based on the nursing practice law no. 38 article 37, nurses in carrying out Nursing Practices are obliged to document Nursing Care in accordance with the standards. Documentation in Inpatient PKM consisting of Siko, Jambula, and Sulamadaha PKM itself, based on the observations of researchers found several obstacles, namely, the lack of nurses given the large number of PKM programs that must be run, varying levels of education so documentation has a different understanding, this also supported by the lack of education and training related to temporary nursing care documentation relating to the Nursing Process and Documentation experiencing some recent changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the nursing documentation format for the model Problem-Oriented Record (POR) on the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Health Center in Ternate City. The design of this study is quasi-experimental, namely, pre and post-test without control group. The population is nurses with 41 people in PKM Inpatient who are in Ternate City. Samples were taken by total sampling technique and analyzed using statistical tests t-test, Anova, and correlation. The results of the study found a significant difference between the performance of nurses before and after the application of the documentation format for nursing care in the POR model (p-value: 0,0005 α: 0.05) while the characteristics of respondents included age, sex, marital status, length of work and education had no effect on performance.

BACKGROUND: Asphyxia delivery results in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and multiorgan failure. The organ most affected by hypoxia is the cardiovascular system. Newborns with asphyxia have a lack of oxygen (hypoxia) and have an increased heart rate (tachycardia). Giving baby positions, such as supination position, pronation, right lateral, left lateral, and head elevation, are expected to improve the hemodynamic of newborns with asphyxia. AIM: This study was to determine the difference in effect between left lateral position and the head elevation position on the heart rate of newborns with asphyxia in the perinatology room of RSUD Dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. METHODS: This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative study with a pre- and post-test non-equivalent control group design. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique with consecutive sampling. The sample was divided into two groups, namely, the intervention group with 30 respondents who got the left lateral position and the control group with 30 respondents who got the head elevation position. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences parametric test with paired t-test and independent t-test. RESULTS: The results of paired t-test analysis in the intervention group obtained p = 0.003 (p < 0.05) and in the control group obtained p < 0.001 (p < 0.05), which means that both have a significantly on changes in the heart rate of newborns with asphyxia. The results of the independent t-test analysis obtained p = 0.191 (p < 0.05), which means that there is no significant difference in the heart rate of newborns with asphyxia in the intervention and control groups. CONCLUSION: Both interventions, giving the left lateral position and the head elevation position, have a significantly effect on changes in the heart rate of newborns with asphyxia.
