One indicator states that professional teachers / educators have the ability to manage classes, namely providing a conducive atmosphere for effective and efficient learning processes. If it is not yet conducive, then a teacher or lecturer must work optimally to master, regulate and improve, and create a conducive atmosphere so that the learning process can run optimally to achieve the desired learning goals. Class management is not an easy and easy thing, let alone for teachers who have just fielded themselves into the world of education, for teachers who are already professional, they have felt how difficult it is to manage classes, but never teachers feel dry and then deter from managing classes every time they teach in class. The failure of a teacher to achieve teaching goals is in line with the inability of the teacher to manage the class, from failure it is achievement, learning of students is low, not in accordance with the standards or size limits that are determined, therefore classroom management is very important teacher competency mastered by the teacher within the framework of success teaching and learning process. . In teaching and learning activities, there are two things that determine whether or not a teaching and learning process is carried out, namely class management and managing itself. The two things are interdependent. Students can study well, in a reasonable atmosphere without pressure and in conditions that stimulate learning. To create an atmosphere that fosters passion for learning, improves student learning achievement, and allows teachers to better guide students in learning, adequate classroom management is needed. Therefore, researchers are interested in taking the title of research on the effectiveness of classroom management in increasing learning activities at SD Ta'miriyah Surabaya. This study and discussion aims to: 1) Describe effective classroom management in terms of room management in increasing learning activities. 2) Describe effective classroom management in terms of student management in increasing Islamic Education learning activities. 3) Describe the inhibiting factors in class management to increase learning activities. In the current pandemic era, many schools have closed, causing learning through courage or learning from home. Classroom management is a conscious effort to systematically organize teaching and learning process activities that lead to success, which has a relationship with the encouragement of students to actively learn even though the implementation of the teaching and learning process is online. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant relationship between virtual classroom management and students' online learning motivation and how much virtual classroom management contributes to students' online learning motivation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalifa Nusantara for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of quantitative research uses systematic scientific research on the parts and phenomena and the causality of their relationships. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant relationship between virtual classroom management and online learning motivation of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalifa Nusantara. This is indicated by the virtual classroom management variable, which has a positive regression coefficient towards online learning motivation of 38.355, meaning that if virtual classroom management has an increase of 1 point, online learning motivation will increase by 38.355. It is also known that the count of 6.360 is more excellent than the table at a significant level of 5%, which is 1.693. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it is stated that the correlation of the X variable with the Y variable is significant. 2) The virtual class management variable (X) has a simultaneous contribution of 57.4 to the online learning motivation variable (Y), and the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author.

Effective teaching and learning process can be realized well if there is interaction between teacher and students, fellow students or with other learning resources. In other words, learning is said to be effective if there is a maximum interaction. Furthermore, maximum interaction will be easy to implement if the class and students are in a good arrangement or management. This management in the education literature is called class management. In other words, the effectiveness of learning is closely related to class management. To test this assumption the author conducted research at the Madrasah Aliyah Paradigm especially on fiqh subjects with the formulation of the problem as follows: 1. What are the procedures for Class Management in the Teaching and Learning Process Fiqh Subjects in the Palembang Paradigm of Palembang? 2. What is the impact of Class Management on the effectiveness of Teaching and Learning Fiqh Subjects in the Palembang Paradigm of Madrasah Aliyah? What factors can affect the effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process Fiqh Subjects in the Palembang Paradigm? This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. Acting as key informant is the deputy head of the curriculum, academic supervisors and 2 fiqh teachers. Then in the collection several techniques are used, namely observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation studies. After the data is collected, it is then processed using qualitative descriptive techniques and deductive and inductive conclusions. Based on data analysis can be formulated several research conclusions as follows: 1. Class arrangement and organization of students in Islamic Jurisprudence Aliyah Paradigm class subjects are in accordance with classroom management procedures. Class Management Procedures in the Teaching and Learning Process subjects of jurisprudence in Aliyah Madrasas The Palembang paradigm is intended to begin with an increase in the awareness of educators as teachers. Then increase student awareness. Next is the introduction of student behavior. Making social contracts / class rules and setting alternative solutions through various approaches. 2. Class Management can improve the effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process subject of Fiqh in the Palembang Islamic Elementary School Paradigm, because it has fulfilled and has implemented the elements in the effectiveness of learning. 3. Factors that can affect the effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Subjects of Fiqh in Aliyah Madrasas The Palembang paradigm consists of two factors (external and internal). External factors, including environmental factors and instrumental factors such as; curriculum, program/teaching materials, facilities and facilities, and the factors of the teacher itself. Internal factors, including the physiological and psychological conditions of students in the form of interests, talents and abilities possessed by each student.

Pesantren are traditional Islamic educational institutions which are never used up to be discussed and studied. One of the exciting things to study is how pesantren design basic "classes" so that they can make effective and efficient learning while staying oriented towards learning goals. And how do pesantren make "class" a secure emotional connection between teacher (kyai), student (santri), and teaching material (kitab kuning) in the class so that class harmonization appears within the typical scope of pesantren-style learning. Kitab Kuning learning in pesantren has a unique "model" in carrying out its education; this particularity is then interesting to be used as study material as another alternative in organizing education. Kitab Kuning learning in pesantren adheres to management that is different from class management in general, both in terms of curriculum structure, class construction, and interaction of existing learning components. In general, Kitab Kuning learning in pesantren is divided into 3 (three) levels, namely the primary level (Ula), the intermediate level (Wusta), and the upper level (Ulya). However, this research focuses more on the basic level (Ula), because this level is a determinant of success at the next grade level. Santri at the elementary level are not directly taught the Kitab Kuning, but were introduced first how to read and write the ‘Pegon’ Script. So, students who just entered were conditioned in such a way as to be more familiar with the ‘Pegon’ Script. Therefore, it will be discussed about the patterns and models of class management in the learning of the Kitab Kuning at As-Sunniyah Kencong Pesantren and Baitul Arqom Balung Pesantren in Jember Regency using behavior modification, socio-emotional, and group process approach, which is seen in the classroom conduciveness based on class conduciveness, the element of spirituality, namely the synergistic and harmonious interaction between the kiai, the teacher, and the santri in achieving the learning objectives.

Classroom management is a conscious effort to plan, organize, actualize, and implement supervision or supervision of programs and activities in the classroom so that the learning process can take place systematically, effectively, and efficiently, so that all potential learners can be optimized. Classroom management activities include two activities that outline consists of First learner settings, Both facility settings. Results from the observation of students in MIN 1 Palangkaraya students in class III amounted to 30-39 students so that class management is less effective, and students in the class are doing activities that interfere like chatting with friends so that in the learning process difficult to understand. And also the results of observation of facilities and infrastructure in MIN 1 Palangkaraya, for the facilities are still sufficient such as adequate building for learning process activities, then the absence of LCD facilities in the class tesebut. So less supportive in teaching and learning process. While the infrastructure in MIN 1 Palangkaraya such as yard, school park, the road to school is adequate. In addition, the techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation techniques, note notes, and documentation.
