. In teaching and learning activities, there are two things that determine whether or not a teaching and learning process is carried out, namely class management and managing itself. The two things are interdependent. Students can study well, in a reasonable atmosphere without pressure and in conditions that stimulate learning. To create an atmosphere that fosters passion for learning, improves student learning achievement, and allows teachers to better guide students in learning, adequate classroom management is needed. Therefore, researchers are interested in taking the title of research on the effectiveness of classroom management in increasing learning activities at SD Ta'miriyah Surabaya. This study and discussion aims to: 1) Describe effective classroom management in terms of room management in increasing learning activities. 2) Describe effective classroom management in terms of student management in increasing Islamic Education learning activities. 3) Describe the inhibiting factors in class management to increase learning activities. In the current pandemic era, many schools have closed, causing learning through courage or learning from home. Therefore, the researchers took the title regarding classroom management during this pandemic

Class management is an effort to utilize classroom management in the context and content of teaching and learning activities. Class management is a skill that must be possessed by the teacher in deciding, understanding, diagnosing and the ability to act towards improving classroom atmosphere on aspects that need to be considered in class management are: class nature, driving class strength, class situation, selection and creative actions. Class management is the teacher's skill in managing, directing and managing student learning activities to be better in learning or learning activities, so that in classroom management learning or learning activities can run well. Class management is a conscious effort to regulate all teaching and learning activities or learning in order to run systematically and dynamically. The conscious effort leads to preparation in teaching, student learning, facilities and infrastructure, learning media, designing learning spaces, creating situations and conditions in teaching and learning activities, managing time and other matters related to teaching and learning activities or learning to run well . The objectives to be achieved in classroom management are: achievement of instructional objectives (core competencies, basic competencies and indicators). Abstrak Manajemen kelas adalah upaya mendayagunaan pengelolaan kelas dalam konteks dan konten kegiatan belajar mengajar. Manajemen kelas merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki guru dalam memutuskan, memahami, mendiagnosis dan kemampuan bertindak menuju perbaikan suasan kelas terhadap aspek-aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam manajemen kelas adalah: sifat kelas, pendorong kekuatan kelas, situasi kelas, tindakan seleksi dan kreatif. Manajemen kelas merupakan keterampilan guru dalam mengatur, mengarahkan dan mengelola kegiatan belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik dalam kegiatan belajar atau pembelajaran, sehingga dalam manajemen kelas kegiatan belajar atau pembelajaran dapat berjalan baik. Manajemen kelas merupakan usaha yang dilakukan secara sadar untuk mengatur segala kegiatan belajar mengajar atau pembelajaran agar dapat berjalan secara sistematis dan dinamis. Usaha sadar tersebut mengarah pada persiapan dalam mengajar, belajar siswa, sarana dan prasarana, media pembelajaran, mendisain ruang belajar, menciptakan situasi dan kondisi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, mengatur waktu dan hal-hal lainnya yang berhubungan kegiatan belajar mengajar atau pembelajaran agar berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam manejeman kelas adalah: tercapainya tujuan intruksional (kompetensi inti, kompetensi dasar serta indikator).

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between classroom management and student achievement in the Building Engineering Education Department, The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado, and look for obstacles or obstacles that inhibit the success of student learning while looking for efforts to overcome these problems. This research method is correlational research. The results of a simple linear regression analysis of the variables of classroom management and student achievement in the Building Egineering Education Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Manado obtained the equation of the regression line ỷ = 34.80 + 0.42 X, which illustrates that if class management increases by one unit, student achievement will increase amounting to 0.361 units. Similarly, the results obtained that the regression model is good enough, because based on the model deviation test shows that the deviation is not significant at the 5% test level in this case F (Calculate) = 0.73 <F (Table) = 2.43. Thus, the regression equation above can be used to estimate or predict learning achievement (Y) if class management (X) is known. The results of testing the hypothesis, it is evident that the classroom management variables (X) have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement at the Building Egineering Education at Universitas Negeri Manado. Based on these results, there is a significant and positive relationship between classroom management and student achievement in the Building Egineering Education Department students at Universitas Negeri Manado.

Abstractlearning process  good teaching  can create a situation that allows children to learn, so that is the starting point of the success of teaching. The low quality of education depends on the management of the teaching and learning process which can be interpreted as being less effective in the teaching and learning process, the causes: (1) Low learning activities, (2) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The case in Solok City Middle School, the low level of student learning activities allegedly influenced the low student learning outcomes. Based on observations on class VIII A which included the superior class had not yet achieved the desired completeness, the class with the least completeness was class VIII B which was 33.33% with KKM 65 criteria. Seeing this reality, teachers were required to motivate students and foster enthusiasm student learning. Therefore, to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, the author tries to apply student learning activities through discussion methods in small groups.Keywords: Learning, discussion AbstrakProses belajar mengajar yang baik dapat menciptakan situasi yang mmemungkinkan anak belajar, sehingga merupakan titik awal keberhasilan pengajaran. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan tergantung pada pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar yang dapat diartikan kurang efektifnya proses belajar mengajar, penyebabnya: (1) Rendahnya aktifitas belajar,  (2) Sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai. Kasus pada SMP Negeri % Kota Solok rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa diduga berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan pengamatanpada  kelas VIII A yang termasuk kelas unggul belum mencapai ketuntasan yang di inginkan, sedangkan kelas yang paling sedikit ketuntasannya adalah kelas VIII B yaitu sebanyak 33,33 % dengan kriterian KKM 65. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, guru dituntut untuk dapat memotivasi siswa dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa. Karena itu, untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa, penulis mencoba untuk menerapkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui metode diskusi dalam kelompok kecil. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, diskusi

In the process of learning teaching the most important aspects of it is classroom management. Classroom management must be mastered by teachers in a theoretical and practical way. Teachers should understand how to organize and utilize all the facilities and infrastructure in the learning process to learn effectively and in fun. Sitting formation Setup is one of the most enjoyable and effective class management components because it can involve all students and teachers more able to know and understand the ability of pupils with all the advantages and disadvantages. Various seating models with all advantages and disadvantages can be tested to maximize the utilization of school facilities and infrastructure and motivate students in the teaching and learning process.

This study aims to see the problems faced by teachers in Islamic Education learning (PAI) and the factors that cause these problems to occur. Data collection was focused on islamic junior hight school in five districts in the South West of Aceh, namely Aceh Jaya, Aceh Barat, Nagan Raya, Aceh Barat Daya and Aceh Selatan. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and observing Islamic education teachers and the principle. the result showed that the problem of islamic eucation learning occurs because of the lack of facilities and infrastructure of learning, such as reading books and other supporting learning facilities in which it affects the lack of interest in reading and student learning at school. While the factors that led to these problems were limited variations in methods and models of teaching in learning esed by the teachers. furthermore, Student learning motivation is not so increased and learning is more dominant in cognitive nature, so that students understand about religion only but have not been able to maximize it in daily life. In addition, the solution given by Islamic education teachers motivate and advice the students to get better learning. then, teachers develops learning media for education by utilizing all available facilities so that the enthusiasm of students' learning in the teaching and learning process are able to increase.

One indicator states that professional teachers / educators have the ability to manage classes, namely providing a conducive atmosphere for effective and efficient learning processes. If it is not yet conducive, then a teacher or lecturer must work optimally to master, regulate and improve, and create a conducive atmosphere so that the learning process can run optimally to achieve the desired learning goals. Class management is not an easy and easy thing, let alone for teachers who have just fielded themselves into the world of education, for teachers who are already professional, they have felt how difficult it is to manage classes, but never teachers feel dry and then deter from managing classes every time they teach in class. The failure of a teacher to achieve teaching goals is in line with the inability of the teacher to manage the class, from failure it is achievement, learning of students is low, not in accordance with the standards or size limits that are determined, therefore classroom management is very important teacher competency mastered by the teacher within the framework of success teaching and learning process. The Covid-19 pandemic that has spread throughout the country has made the government decide teaching and learning activities to be carried out boldly (online). Learning makes students bored and eventually lazy to learn. Researchers are trying to create new breakthroughs to increase student learning motivation to increase, namely by utilizing interactive learning media based on kahoot in brave learning. This study uses a literature review method where the data obtained from research comes from articles or journals that are relevant to the topic, or other people's research results are then analyzed again to draw a conclusion. The results of this research kahoot interactive media can be used in bold learning because of its easy use and includes a link or website so that it can be accessed by students. This interactive media also makes students not easily bored in the learning process. Learning that increases in fun can make students' learning motivation, this is because students do not feel bored easily when learning takes place, so students feel motivated and feel comfortable when learning using Kahoot media.

Education has certain achievement standards such as school supervision. An educational institution is required to meet the requirements of school administration. For that, school accreditation activities are conducted to improve the quality of education, especially at the institution. Some components that must be completed to conduct school accreditation activities are the instruments related to school activities such as curriculum, educator, learning process, facilities and infrastructure and financing. In the standard of facilities and infrastructure, the existence of the class becomes the core assessment as it relates to teaching and learning activities. This study discusses the application of reward in the learning process in order to improve the learning achievement of students of accounting class X in SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas on economic and business subjects aiming to find out how the application of rewards in learning to improve learning achievement. Learning treatment in the form of reward giving is one type of approach in the process of teaching and learning activities that can provide stimulus to students to be more academically achievers in economics and business subjects. Academic achievement is the cognitive ability that begins with enthusiasm and the emergence of student enthusiasm in dealing with the process of teaching and learning activities.This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas- Serang Banten. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with a qualitative approach. The sample of this study were all students of class X accounting SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas as many as 36 students.The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning achievement in economic and business subjects by using a learning approach with the application of rewards in class X Accounting students in SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas .This is evidenced by an increase in learning achievement in economics and business subjects by using a learning approach with the application of rewards in class X Accounting students in SMK Negeri 1 Ciruas. This is evidenced by an increase in the number of students who passed the Minimum completeness criteria by 28 people or 77.78%.

Inclusive education, especially in the Islamic education (PAI) subject, is a guaranteed concept for citizens to get their right for education without exception. This study aims to determine how inclusion-based PAI learning management for children with disabilities in Makassar City uses qualitative methods and uses observation, interview and documentation study techniques. There are four findings in this study, namely: (1) learning planning has been prepared by Islamic Education teachers based on the curriculum of 2013 and adapted to the characteristics of the child and documented in the form of a syllabus and learning implementation plan, (2) the implementation of PAI teaching and learning activities are implemented with a strategy diverse learning; selecting and using varied learning methods; as well as the use of learning media, (3) evaluation of Islamic Education learning outcomes for children with disabilities is carried out by using test and non-test techniques, (4) there are obstacles in learning Islamic Education with children with disabilities, namely the competence of Islamic Education teachers in presenting the learning process, supporting facilities and the lack of handbooks (textbooks) for PAI for children with disabilities so that Islamic education learning is not optimal.
