Abstract: Inter-teacher collaboration is one program that can improve teacher competency releasing. Teacher collaboration activities are channeled in the subject teachers' consultative forum or MGMP. Most MGMP activities are carried out at the sub-district, city or district level. However, not all teachers in one school join MGMP forums in sub-districts, cities, or districts, resulting in competency gaps between teachers of one subject in a school. MGMP forums at the school level need to be encouraged and carried out more routinely than MGMP activities to improve teacher professionalism in improving the quality of education in schools. This research is a qualitative research. The process of data acquisition is done by in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation related to the MGMP teacher collaboration activities in the MTs Unggulan PP Amanatul Ummah and their impact on the quality of learning in the classroom. Based on the results of the study it can be revealed that there are three forms of MGMP work meeting activities in the MTs Unggulan PP Amanatul Ummah. The most effective form of activity is the MGMP meeting for each subject. The program activities carried out include routine programs and development programs. MGMP teacher collaboration activities affect the improvement of the quality of education which is reflected in the increase in teacher competency and professionalism as well as improving the quality of learning.

in an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, supervision is needed to improve the quality of teacher professionalism, this is because the quality of learning in Indonesia has not been maximized. With the supervision of education is expected to improve the quality of education personnel and student achievement. Improvement of the national education system is needed so that the quality of education increases one of the efforts to improve the quality of education is by increasing teacher professionalism. Increased professionalism of teachers is characterized by an increase in competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely pedagogical competencies related to management of students, social competencies related to communication skills, personal competencies related to the ability of teachers to have wise personalities, and professional competencies related to ability teacher to master knowledge and improve the quality of learning. One way that can be taken in improving the quality of learning is to carry out classroom action research. Class action research is a research activity to solve learning problems. By conducting classroom action research, teachers are able to improve the learning process through a study of what is happening in their classrooms. The purpose of this training is to find out how far the teacher's knowledge and practices are about Classroom Action Research. The methods that will be used to provide this training include: lectures, questions and answers, discussions, assignments, individual guidance, and independent training in the form of projects. From the results of the overall evaluation of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research training at SD Nurul, Sidoarjo Wisdom was fairly successful, it was seen from the implementation indicators and the results obtained from this training with fairly good values.

: The way in improving the quality of education institution or a school is determined by the headmaster leadership in an effective management. The progress of school retreat is inseparable from the role of the principal, because the principal acts as a central force which is the driving force of school life. In order for schools to be able to compete, the principal must be committed to change by carrying out his role as the principal. The totality of the role of the principal must have a vision of the future and be able to actualize all existing potential into a synergistic force in order to achieve educational goals. The research objective is to describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of education in SDIT Muhammadiyah Jumapolo Karanganyar 2018/2019 academic year. This type of research is in the form of field research with qualitative descriptive analysis, and uses a sociological approach. Methods of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that, First, the role of principals in improving the quality of education in SDIT Muhmamadiyah Jumapolo is realized by: 1) Increasing teacher professionalism, 2) Improving the quality of learning, 3) Improving facilities and infrastructure, 4) Increasing student learning motivation. Second, the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education at SDIT Muhmamadiyah Jumapolo is done by: 1) Increasing teacher professionalism carried out with the OJT period (On Job Training) for new teachers and self-development for old teachers and intensive motivational development, 2) Improving the quality of learning done by integrating four curricula (DIKNAS, KEMENAG, PONPES GONTOR and ISMUBA) with a variety of learning methods approach 3) Improvement of facilities and infrastructure carried out by optimizing the utilization of existing SARPRAS and procurement of SARPRAS needed, 4) Increasing motivation for student learning by giving reward and punishman, giving praise and competition.The key word: visionary leadership, headmaster, quality of education. Third, the obstacles and solutions to the role of principals in improving the quality of education at SDIT Muhmamadiyah Jumapolo include: 1) Increasing teacher professionalism such as teacher recruitment that is not suitable for qualifications. The solution is to participate in self-development activities and re-study or further study, 2) Improving the quality of learning such as school status that is not ful day school. The solution is by organizing material and reducing material in the gontor curriculum, 3) Improving facilities and infrastructure such as funding problems. The solution is cooperation with student guardians and donors, 4) Increased learning motivation of students such as children lacking assistance at home. The solution is intense collaboration and communication between the teacher and parents of children through via cell phones, contact books and home visits.Abstrak: Upaya memperbaiki kualitas dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan atau sekolah sangat ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam manajemen yang efektif. Maju mundurnya sekolah tidak terlepas dari peran kepala sekolah, karena kepala sekolah berperan sebagai kekuatan sentral yang menjadi kekuatan penggerak kehidupan sekolah. Agar sekolah mampu bersaing, kepala sekolah harus memiliki komitmen dalam perubahan dengan menjalankan perannya sebagai kepala sekolah. Totalitas peran kepala sekolah harus mempunyai visi masa depan serta mampu mengaktualisasikan seluruh potensi yang ada menjadi sesuatu kekuatan yang bersinergi guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendiskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Muhammadiyah Jumapolo Karanganyar tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian lapangan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan memakai pendekatan sosiologis. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama, peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Muhmamadiyah Jumapolo diwujudkan dengan: 1)Peningkatan profesionalisme guru, 2)Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, 3)Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, 4)Peningkatan motifasi belajar siswa. Kedua, strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Muhmamadiyah Jumapolo dilakukan dengan: 1)Peningkatan profesionalisme guru dilakukan dengan masa OJT (On Job Training) bagi guru baru dan pengembangan diri bagi guru lama serta pembinaan motivasi secara intensif, 2)Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan empat kurikulum (DIKNAS, KEMENAG, PONPES GONTOR dan ISMUBA) dengan pendekatan berbagai metode pembelajaran 3)Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan dengan cara optimalisasi pemanfaatan SARPRAS yang ada dan pengadaan SARPRAS yang dibutuhkan, 4)Peningkatan motifasi belajar siswa dilakukan dengan cara pemberian reward dan punishman, pemberian pujian dan kompetisi. Ketiga, kendala dan solusi peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Muhmamadiyah Jumapolo diantaranya: 1)Peningkatan profesionalisme guru seperti rekruetmen guru yang tidak sesuai kualifikasi. Solusinya adalah dengan menguikutsertakan dalam kegiatan pengembangan diri dan studi ulang atau study lanjut, 2)Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran seperti status sekolah yang bukan ful day school. Solusinya dengan pengorganisasian materi dan pengurangan materi di kurikulum gontor, 3)Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana seperti masalah pendanaan. Solusinya adalah kerja sama dengan wali murid dan pendonatur, 4)Peningkatan motifasi belajar siswa seperti anak kurang pendampingan di rumah. Solusinya adalah kerja sama dan komunikasi intens antara guru dan orang tua anak melalui via HP, buku penghubung dan home visit.

Vocational schools (SMK) is a secondary education that preparesstudents primarily for working on a particular field. Diverse efforts made by SMKgraduates increased 8 Medan include improving the quality of education byreforming both the substance of the material and the provision of facilities andinfrastructure. However, the results have not been up, cermatan can be seen fromthe low competence of graduates, making it less able to play a role in meeting thedemands of the workplace. Assumed to be an indication of the quality of learning isstill performed during less effective, less efficient and unable to increase studentinterest. In order to achieve maximum learning outcomes is through theimprovement of learning strategies to utilize the educational facilities in accordancewith existing conditions, ie, by examining one of the subjects namely Constructiondressmaking pattern. Various components influence quality religious education. One of the dominant ones is the teacher. Learning will be of high quality if the teacher is competent and professional. The professional development of teachers is a stage in strengthening skills, competencies, and career advancement, which leads to an increase in the quality of learning being taught. This research uses a literature study method. Sources of data obtained through references and other reading sources related to teacher professionalism, the results showed that the problem of teacher professionalism originated from three components, namely self-development, scientific publications, and innovative work. Quality improvement is more dominantly influenced by teacher professionalism, where teachers are required to achieve predetermined qualifications. by meeting adequate qualifications, the teacher's position will automatically increase. Professional development is related to advancing knowledge and skills by considering attitudes and approaches to improving the quality of learning. It is a process of growing teacher professionalism in strengthening the skills, duties and careers of teachers in facing the changes that occur.Pendidikan agama yang bermutu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai komponen. Salah satunya yang dominan adalah guru. Pembelajaran akan bermutu, apabila gurunya kompeten dan profesional. Pengembangan profesionalitas guru merupakan tahapan dalam penguatan keahlian, kompetensi, dan peningkatan karir yang berujung pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran yang diampu. Riset ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, sumber data diperoleh melalui referensi dan sumber bacaan lain yang berkaitan dengan profesionalisme guru.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah profesioalisme guru berawal dari tiga komponen, yaitu pengembangan diri, publikasi ilmiah, dan karya inovatif. Peningkatan kualitas lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme guru, dimana guru dituntut untuk mencapai kualifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. dengan memenuhi kualifikasi yang memadai maka posisi guru akan secara otomatis meningkat. Pengembangan profesionalisme terkait dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan mempertimbangkan sikap dan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Merupakan proses peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam memperkuat keterampilan, tugas dan karir guru dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi.

The principal plays an important role in providing education in the school and is responsible for the management of education in the school. Efforts to improve the quality of education is a strategic stage in the effort to realize quality education. This study aims to describe how the principal, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the principal as a manager to improve the quality of education in MTs N Kanigoro Kras Kediri. The method used in this study is qualitative and data collection techniques in this study, namely: 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation. It was found: 1) In the management arrangements implemented by MTsN head Kanigoro Kras Kediri based on national curriculum and curriculum management as well as the results of MGMP teacher subject clusters. 2) Supporting factors for improving the quality of education in MTsN Kanigoro Kras Kediri are geographical locations that are far from coordination, shady and far from the air, teacher competency in accordance with the standards that were passed. While the limiting factor is lack of funds and infrastructure. 3) The principal's contribution to improving the quality of education in MTs N Kanigoro Kras Kediri improves the quality of teachers and students, by completing the academic year 2011/2012 students have obtained 100% and has supported increasing as much as 99.8% of students to improve to higher education. Kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan pendidikan di sekolah dan bertanggung jawab atas manajemen pendidikan di sekolah. Upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan merupakan titik strategis dalam upaya mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimana manajemen kepala sekolah, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta kontribusi kepala sekolah sebagai manajer untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MTsN Kanigoro Kras Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) observasi, 2) wawancara, 3) dokumentasi. Ditemukan bahwa: 1) Dalam pengaturan manajemen yang diterapkan oleh kepala MTsN Kanigoro Kras Kediri didasarkan pada manajemen kurikulum dan kurikulum nasional serta hasil dari kluster mata pelajaran guru MGMP. 2) Faktor pendukung untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MTsN Kanigoro Kras Kediri adalah lokasi geografis yang jauh dari kebisingan, suasana teduh dan jauh dari polusi air, kompetensi guru sesuai dengan standar yang disyaratkan. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya dana dan infrastruktur. 3) Kontribusi kepala sekolah sebagai manajer untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MTsN Kanigoro Kras Kediri meningkat dalam kualitas guru dan siswa, dengan bukti pada tahun akademik 2011/2012 siswa telah lulus 100% dan telah mampu mendorong sebanyak mungkin sebagai 99,8% siswa untuk melanjutkan ke pendidikan tinggi.

ABSTRACT             Curriculum management and teacher professionalism are an important part of educational components in improving the quality of education. The order to achieve a good education and quality it is necessary to a good management, especially in the area of ​​curriculum that will be taught to students about the objectives, content or materials, implementation and evaluation of curricula. In addition to curriculum management there is also a need for professional educators to get students the best service from their teachers. This research inted to (1) Know the impact of curriculum management on the educational quality of Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok, (2) Know the impact of teacher professionalism on the quality of education at Qotrun islamic boarding school Depok, (3) Know the impact of curriculum management and teacher professionalism on quality education Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok. In this research the researcher uses quantitative descriptive with type of correlative research. The data were collected through a questionnaire from a population of 150 who were all teachers at the Qotrun Nada boarding school. Based on the analysis of the research data, the: Management of curriculum boarding, teacher professionalism and quality of education at Qotrun Tada boarding school Depok is good. Simultaneous boarding curriculum management and teacher professionalism influence the quality of education at Qotrun Nada boarding school. This is evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation model with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. In this paper an interactive recommending agent is proposed which helps an e-learner to enhance the quality of learning experience resulting in efficient achievement of learning objectives. The agent achieves this with the help of a fuzzy rule base working on a variety of learning materials and recommending the appropriate learning path through them. In a learner-centric environment the learning behaviour of a learner may vary to a great extent due to the characteristics of the learner and his environment. Students are often misled while choosing the appropriate path of web learning tools owing to non-availability of a human teacher/guide. By the response of a learner to different positive and negative motivation factors the proposed system employs a fuzzy machine that is fed with realization parameters e.g. Satisfied, Depressed etc. The fuzzy machine working on the paradigm of fuzzy inference system processes these realization parameters with the help of a fuzzy rule base to produce the crisp measures of the learner’s cognitive states in terms of Belief, Behaviour and Attitude. On the basis of these defuzzified crisp diagnostic parameters the proposed system will enhanced the quality of learning experience of an e-learner. To ensure this the system will provide more detailed discussion on the subject matter along with some additional learning tools. Learners often get confused to select the proper tools among various. Therefore the proposed system will also suggest most popular path among those learners with the same understanding. This recommendation comes from the analysis of data mining result. The system was tested with a wide variety of school-level students. The response obtained indicates that it is able to enhance the quality of learning experience through its recommendation.

Educational institutions hold scientific activities that can improve the ability or potential of educators so that professional educators can be created who can later improve the quality of learning in schools. This article discusses the factors that can improve the quality of education, elements and strategies in improving the quality of education.
