In modern economic conditions the consumer imposes strict requirements in the sales and service sector. The desire to choose the channel of purchasing goods and the ability to move from one channel to another are highlighted, while maintaining all the parameters of the goods and trade services. First of all, this applies to the cost of goods, logistics services and advertising campaigns. Thereby, it is obvious that omnichannel retailing model can be the most competitive. This trading model includes all possible sales channels, including telephone sales and social commerce. Many market participants have the opinion that social networks are a means to familiarize potential customers with the brand of the company. However, the dynamics of sales through this channel suggests otherwise. Practice shows that the competent use of marketing tools allows to effectively use this channel for both sales and to bring necessary information to the potential consumers and at the same time significantly save money allocated to the advertising campaign.
