The article analyzes the current economic conditions in Russia. The purpose of the article it consists in the substantiation of innovation and investment principles of competitive development of fisheries and aquaculture in order to effectively conduct business in modern economic conditions and to comply with technological parameters of production, introduce innovations in production, and economical attitude to fish and water resources. Methodology research consists in using a combination of methods: economic-statistical, monographic, systemic, economic-mathematical, abstract-logical and others. The scientific novelty the re- sults obtained include the introduction of innovative, economically viable and competitive production technologies based on a scientific approach to organizing an aquaculture business, namely the ability to quickly and efficiently respond to external challenges, find a way out of a critical situation and correctly adjust production plans in accordance with changes in market conditions. Conclusions. Substantially modern principles of the effective functioning of fisheries in order to ensure competitive activity. Regulatory tools are proposed to ensure the profitability of the aquaculture business, which include attracting in- vestments for the acquisition of capital goods, training specialists and constantly improving their skills, and ensuring efficient fisheries production in an innovative economy.

The article presents the author's formalized approach to the formation and evaluation of the system of indicators for conducting electronic business in static and dynamic states, contributing to the detailed disclosure of the interaction of factor and resultant parameters by which organizations will be able to justify the decisions taken by entrepreneurs in modern economic conditions to ensure the best final and intermediate benchmarks for themselves. The purpose of the study is aimed at creating a reliable system that integrates general and private indicators of e-business for the subsequent balancing of results, costs and extraction of marginal financial benefits. The objectives of the study are focused on annotating the activities of organizations that operate and implement business processes in the current economic environment, as well as integrating indicators based on it that reflect static and dynamic cause-and-effect relationships in the field of commerce. The methods for performing the research were chain substitutions supplemented with mathematical analysis, which will allow organizations to obtain complete and reliable information about the quality of e-business. The COVID-19 pandemic has really become a real shock for the whole world. The way of life has changed not only for people, but also for companies in various industries. Today, the real estate market, like many other industries, is in conditions of economic instability. The study highlights the problems faced by the construction sector in the current conditions of the coronavirus pandem-ic. One of these problems is the sustainable competitiveness of construction and its compliance with new consumer preferences. Aim. The study of the influence of engineering solutions and other fac-tors on the competitiveness of construction in modern economic conditions, the definition of key criteria. Development and description of the decision-making methodology for choosing the optimal construction enterprise from the point of view of competitiveness. Materials and methods. The methods of system analysis, optimization methods, hierarchy analysis and decision theory are ap-plied in the work. Within the framework of the proposed methodology, the author's method of identifying key competitiveness criteria has been developed. Since the problem of choosing the optimal solution from among the alternatives is based on a multi-criteria approach, the use of this method is quite appropriate. The template for the formation of the methodology was identified based on the analy-sis of existing research in this area. Results. The author summarizes and supplements the criteria and factors affecting the competitiveness of construction organizations in the study. The author's method of making a decision on determining the optimal construction enterprise from the point of view of competitiveness based on the criteria considered by the author is presented. This technique includes several stages: 1) forming a goal; 2) formation of criteria by which organizations will be evaluated; 3) calculation of criteria for each organization and bringing them to a homogeneous type of data; 4) building a tree of goals and a matrix of priorities; 5) Determining the values of priority vectors for each organization under study. Conclusion. The total influence of criteria and engineering solutions on the competitiveness of construction is determined. In this regard, the implementation of the con-struction project should be carried out taking into account the strategic goals of the organization and binding to the identified criteria. The proposed methodology is developed for Russian construc-tion companies operating in modern economic conditions.

The article is devoted to topical issues of improving the methodology and organization of fixed assets accounting. Fixed assets play a huge role in the labor process, as they together form the production – technical base and determine the production capacity of the enterprise. Their condition directly affects the activities of the enterprise, namely its continuous operation. Over a long period of use, fixed assets enter the enterprise and are put into operation; wear out as a result of operation; are repaired, by means of which their physical qualities are restored; leave the enterprise due to obsolescence or inexpediency of further use. Fixed assets used in enterprises in modern economic conditions are one of the most important economic resources. Fixed assets, formed at the initial stage of the organization, require constant management. In the process of accounting at enterprises there are a number of problems of methodological and practical nature in the organization of accounting, valuation and depreciation of fixed assets. In the course of writing the article, the economic characteristics and concepts of fixed assets, theoretical aspects of fixed assets accounting, normative documents related to the researched problem were investigated. The analysis of fixed assets can be carried out in several areas, the development of which in the complex allows to assess the structure, dynamics and efficiency of fixed assets and long-term investments. Options for solving problems in accordance with modern economic conditions are revealed. The correct organization of accounting of fixed assets ensures the efficiency of their use, the timeliness of determining and reflecting transactions with changes that occur with them, the completeness of the reflection of these changes in value terms in accounting. Thus, the fixed asset accounting system needs to be improved. A comprehensive approach to the organization of fixed assets accounting is needed, which is able to provide the necessary conditions and opportunities for the use of valuable accounting information to make management decisions on the evaluation and effective use of fixed assets.
