Tertiary institutions all over the world including Nigeria are known for academic and moral excellence aimed at shaping leaders and intellectuals for the development of the world. However, the moral fabric that holds the tertiary institutions is seriously eroded because of the menace of sexual harassment to the female students in a developing country like Nigeria. Although, the menace is not only peculiar to tertiary institutions but across all workplace where male and female interact and relate with each other. In recent time the menace has negatively change the integrity and respect accosted for people in the tertiary institutions occasioned by incessant report of sexual harassment mostly directed to female students. Thus, there is constant need and clamour for way through which female students sexual harassment can be fight to the barest minimum in our tertiary institutions especially as attempt to stop this menace in the past has not yielded little or no positive outcomes. The methodology adopted in the study is the qualitative method using a content analysis approach. The concept of sexual harassment as given by various scholars and researchers were adequately domesticated in the study. The paper also beams its search light on some disturbing sexual harassment directed to the female students in the past so as to justify the presence of this menace. The study also analyses factors contributing to sexual assault. Based on these summations, the paper was able to give stringent policies that could be used to fight the scourge of sexual harassment.   Received: 16 November 2020 / Accepted: 8 March 2021 / Published: 17 May 2021

<p>The study aimed at revealing the motives and the obstacles of using internet as a source of<br />learning by the human colleges at WISE. And to achieve the study’s goals , a questionnaire<br />was developed consisting of 40 items; 20 items addressed motives of using internet as source<br />of learning and other 20 items addressed obstacles of using internet as a source of learning .<br />The sample of the study which consisted of 520 male and female students was selected<br />randomly in the second semester for 2012/2013. After data were collected, they were<br />analyzed using descriptive methods, t-test and ANOVA. Results showed the motives of using<br />internet ranged from high degree to moderate. The degrees of obstacles facing using internet<br />were moderate.<br />The researcher recommended the necessity of activating the students’ use of internet with<br />their teachers’ guidance, facilitating the use of internet by increasing the number of computer<br />labs and supervisors, in addition to provide flexible and easy electronic programs for studying<br />university courses.</p>

This study aims to see the potential of students in digital literacy transformation entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 at the Modern Muhammadiyah Boarding School Sleman Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation and interviews with 10 students. The results of this study found that students have mastered the technology of digital literacy transformation of students in the potential of mastering digital literacy. This is because Islamic boarding schools still limit the length of time they use technology. Although this pesantren has used modern pesantren. Pesantren leaders must balance religious education with technology so that graduates are not less competitive when they enter tertiary institutions and the world of work. For future researchers, it will be deeper in digging up information and using more samples.

This study aimed to explore the source of IL errors on male and female students’ pronunciation. The participants in this research were ten college students who were participated in an English speech contest organised by English Student Association of UNNES 2019. The ten participants consist of five male and five female students who came from different kinds of University in Indonesia. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the data by using a video recorder as an instrument to collect the data. The result of this research showed that there were four sources of errors which influenced male and female students in producing IL errors on pronunciation. Those were L1 transfer, different form of plural between L1 and L2, the existence of sounds with the same phonetic features but different in distribution, and English foreign sounds. The second result described that the source of errors on male and female college students was mostly similar, and they had no significant differences. Last result showed that male students made more variation of IL errors on their pronunciation than female students.

This paper discusses the impacts of sexual abuse found in the novel Speak which has been selected as the source of data because this novel has a strong impact on sexual abuse victim. The story is about a female teenager who becomes a victim of abuse and it gives her many impacts. The aims of this study are to find out and analyze the impacts of sexual abuse and is conducted based on the concept of sexual abuse, a crime related to sexuality and more specifically related to male and female sexuality. Sexual abuse can include sexual harassment and sexual assault. Sexual abuse is an act that can harm and damage the victims with physical, psychological, sexual and even emotional impacts.  This study applies descriptive qualitative method which collects the data taken from the novel that has been read. The result of the study shows that there are three forms of sexual abuse impacts: physical, psychological and behavioral.

This article is motivated by the polemic surrounding watching the G30S/PKI film. The purpose of writing is to find new insights from film as one of the artifacts of popular culture: where film is a mirror of oneself, even a mirror of a nation. Through an effort to analyze the film Peng betrayan G30S/PKI, we capture a moral message about the gripping culture of a society that has suffered from chronic and traumatic historical wounds for so long. Through this film, we find a picture of power that appears as an “interpretation regime”, which monopolizes and controls the interpretation of the world of signs and symbols, namely the G30S/PKI film, so that the truth is bent for the sake of political propaganda. With a qualitative method, this paper intends to construct emancipatory meanings through reading films that speak of small narratives that function as trauma healers, and whose presence becomes an opponent for the domination of the big narratives of a nation's history. The results of this study confirm that the trauma passed down from generation to generation is faced not by running from it, but rather by facing it, re-watching it, making it a mirror of our own modesty in the past. It can be concluded that the narrative of a film is a means to restore spiritual shame, so that we can appreciate the shame of failing before God, to be restored and empowered again as a new human being.

Abstract This research focuses on the analysis of the in Arabic writing skill at Ningxia University of China. The research focuses on two main questions: how do students are proficient in writing skill, and how can teachers have a good command of the skills of writing. The aim of this research is teaching and learning skill for writing in Arabic lessons. The researchers explained the reasons for error in writing to students. This research was based on the collection of information for world scholars and their theories. This research was used by observation and questionnaire for digital analysis, according to the observations of writing skill and by the data analysis, the researcher will benefit from the teaching and learning skill of writing in Arabic in this university. During the case of correct analytical study, the research followed the inductive approach, the descriptive approach and the analytical approach. This research was based on the inductive and descriptive approach for collecting information of the world scholars and their theories. The research analyzes the data to use analytical approach. The research sample consisted of 100 male and female students from this university. It collected 100 copies of the questionnaire for students. The researchers used the spss tool to perform the number analysis. At the end of the research results, in view of the fact that students specializing in Arabic obtained good results in the written tests conducted in this research. The researchers found that students tend to textbooks to acquire the skill of writing in Arabic.

Relating emergency contraception, commonly referred to as "the morning-after pill," to the menstrual cycle can be used both to teach endocrine function and to show how physiology relates to the world outside the undergraduate classroom. The menstrual cycle is an excellent topic for teaching many features of the physiology of the human endocrine system. Relating emergency contraception to the menstrual cycle makes this topic relevant to both male and female students, provides opportunities for discussions that require the students' understanding of endocrine functions, and illustrates how physiology is connected to social economic, and political issues. The overview of emergency contraception and literature survey provided here are meant to be adapted for use in a variety of teaching contexts. The depth of coverage and the extent of consideration of issues beyond physiology would depend on many factors including the level fo the course and the size of enrollment.

Background: In the Muslim world Madrasa is the main source of education. Throughout the world Madrasas are imparting education to Muslim students. Due to lack of modern education and Urdu medium system in the Madrasa, the students enrolled in these Madrasa could not compete with the other students. So, they face lot of problems in making their psychological and social adjustment. They get alienated from themselves and their society because their degree‟s are not recognized anywhere. This creates lot of difficulties in getting jobs. Objective: The main objective of paper is to assess the level of alienation among male and female madrasa students. Method: The present study was conducted on the sample of 120 male and female Madrasa students. The data was collected from the Kashmir (India). For the purpose of data collection from different Madrasa students, alienation scale developed by Kureshi and Dutt (1979) was administered on subjects. The subjects were randomly selected. For the result purposes Mean, S.D. and t -test were calculated. Results: The results showed that both male and female madrasa students are experience the level of alienation. However, on the basis of mean score male students shows high mean score (M=48.98) as compared to female students (M=44.98).While as no siginificant difference were found in their alienation scores. Conclusion: Alienation was found to be common in madrasa students especially in male as compared to female students. There is need of further research in this area. So that this problem could be highlighted and addressed in order to prepare and to generate the coping ability among them.

<p>Diversity is the initial trigger of changing attitudes among individuals. The attitude change can be negative or positive, depending on each individual whether to menfilter anything that indicates the creation of a change of attitude towards a positive or negative. Writing this article aims to provide an overview of male and female students of SMK Plus Nurul Ulum were able to create a positive change in attitude towards the tolerance with teachings based on Islamic religious and cultural values Pendhalungan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is by conducting indepth interviews with some of the parties in the relevant schools. Then the data were also obtained from journals and literature support.</p>

The article attempts to depict the experience of melancholy in family dramas by an Israeli playwright Hanoch Levin. With regard to their themes Levin’s domestic comedies can be divided into dramas of ‘lonely hearts’, ‘family relationships’, and ‘neighborhood’. What is common to these three groups of dramas is the gallery of the same personae – melancholy men: depressed, detached subjects, deprived of any possibility of symbolization. Firstly, melancholy appears to be a general condition of the depicted world; secondly, it is deeply related to the inner dramas of personae of the drama – their embodiment and their perception of the world. The condition of male and female characters in Levin’s domestic comedies is determined by the longing for the past and the sadness of passive existence. The basic purpose of the article is to provide an analysis of the selected issues in the context of psychoanalytical readings of melancholy, especially Sigmund Freud’s as well Julia Kristeva’s works. This perspective allows to elucidate the melancholic condition of dramatis personae, and also to describe some complicated relationships between them (especially the relation between mother-figure and the son).
