The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological approach to determining the key characteristics of the assessment of ecosystem assets of territorial communities related to water. The study considers the theoretical and methodological principles of assessing ecosystem assets for sustainable development of local communities. The initial methodological approaches of the accumulated world experience on the assessment of ecosystem services and ecosystem assets of local level territories in the context of three components (ecological, economic and social) in the context of water-related ecosystems are specified. An algorithm for estimating ecosystem assets is proposed. The key guidelines for assessing the ecosystem assets of territorial spatial entities based on European experience are revealed. The list of scientific recommendations for the assessment of water-related ecosystem assets to enhance the capacity of local communities and preserve and restore ecosystems is substantiated. The novelty of the study lies in the proposals for the implementation in Ukrainian practice of general approaches to the methodology of assessment of ecosystem assets and services, according to the recommendations of the international project of the European Commission “The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity” (TEEB). The key Euro-benchmarks proposed by the author for the assessment of water-related ecosystem assets will help increase the investment attractiveness of spatial territorial formations and create preconditions for the development of a new economy on an ecosystem basis. Further research has prospects in the following areas: formation of a comprehensive strategic approach to the introduction of ecosystem asset valuation at the local level; development and introduction of effective methodological approaches to the assessment of ecosystem assets for the formation of investment attractiveness of the territory through the use of local natural resources, including water, as ecosystem assets of sustainable spatial development.

Efficient management of cash flows of the enterprise provides predict activities in a modern organization. The issue of ensuring balancing and synchronization of outflow and inflow of cash and their equivalents is important for any enterprise. The urgency of the study greatly increases in conditions of complex economic processes that create significant risks and difficulties in conducting a balanced cash flow management policy. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles of management of cash flows of the enterprise, which provides for the determination of the content of the concept of cash flows, their types and classification, as well as the formulation of methodological approaches to the management of cash flows of the enterprise. The theoretical basis for conducting research is the work of domestic and foreign scientists who studied the issue of managing the cash flows of the enterprise. In the course of the study of theoretical and methodological bases of management of cash flows of the enterprise, economic content and value of cash flows of the enterprise are determined. In the course of studying the approaches of various scholars, the proper definition of cash flows, which characterizes them as the receipt and payment of highly liquid assets of the enterprise within the framework of financial, investment and current activities of the enterprise, is formulated in order to ensure uninterrupted production, sales and other work, which leads to a change in the amount on the current account in the bank and the balance in the box office. Also in the article, methodological approaches to managing cash flows of enterprises that provide for quality accounting and collection of information on funds, analysis of preliminary management experience, substantiation of optimization measures, drawing up a payment calendar for the next year, control over the implementation of a substantiated cash flow management policy. Measures are determined to balance cash flow due to leasing, use of leasing, buying, emission or sale of corporate bonds or other securities, changing the policy of selling goods and services.

The article deals with some issues of the development of creative abilities of younger schoolchildren. It is based on the definition of essence (diagnostics, historical aspects, developmental problems), type (creative, mathematical, artistic, artistic talent, sports, musical, academic, etc. д.). From a number of philosophical analyses we conclude that the natural traits and natural abilities of people were created by a powerful god. The article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical aspects of creative endowment and offers a content analysis of the concepts of endowment and creative endowment in the works of researchers. The functions of system approach, interdisciplinary approach, individual approach, synergetic approach, reflexive approach to methodological significance of development of creative individuality of young pupils are revealed. Depending on the essence of methodological approaches, the article analyses the main methodological principles. These include: the principle of support and aspiration, the principle of subjectivity, the principle of creativity and success. This article analyses the process of diagnosing creative talent. A total of 129 students took part in the diagnostics. Diagnostic work was carried out according to A.I. Savenkov's methods "Map of interests of junior grade" (for parents and children), "Description of a pupil" (for teachers in order to systematize ideas about the development of gifted children), the technique of general assessment of talent (for parents and teachers), "Talent map" (for parents). The results of its statistical analysis are presented.

In this chapter, the author aim to approach new ways to understand how emerging technologies can better be applied in organizational contexts. For this purpose, collaborative methodological approaches were addressed—multi, inter, and transdisciplinary paradigms—aiming to promote a better level both of comprehension and adoption of technologies, paying special attention to the healthcare sector and to the One Health initiative, just defined as an interdisciplinary front. As an overall goal for the chapter, the adoption of those methodological principles is advised to the reader, enabling a better understanding of those technologies and their way to be effectively implemented.

The article considers the history of formation of qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches in sociology. The  historical reconstruction of the fundamental ideas of representatives of these areas makes it possible to better understand their relationship, to determine the possibilities of their interaction in the study of social reality. In this regard, the article analyses the qualitative and quantitative strategy of sociological research taking into account their ontological, epistemological, axiological and methodological principles. A meaningful analysis of the three «waves», the stages of sociological cognition makes it possible to understand the specifics of the development of sociological knowledge, determine central ideas and values, and better understand the dynamics of the interaction of existing approaches and paradigms. Qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches in social sciences arose almost simultaneously, but their further development was extremely uneven, and their use to study and explain social reality for a long time was not based on the principles of parity interaction. The expansion of the practice of sociological research in a situation of high dynamics of social processes made it possible to increase the level of research culture, the understanding of values and cognitive differences in qualitative and quantitative methodologies made it possible and necessary to use them together. The basis for combining qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches is their functional additionality, which is expressed in the ability to most fully represent various aspects of the study of the same subject area. We are talking about methodological, conceptual triangulation as a strategy for the interaction of qualitative and quantitative approaches in the study of social problems using qualitative and quantitative methods for collecting and analysing sociological information. Such a technique increases the completeness and reliability of the received information, expands research capabilities.

The article continues the development of the literature on the Strategic Business Units (SBU). In order to fill in the gaps on that subject, an explanatory research was carried out on the theme in the context of Organizational Changes (OC); developing a model that was initially dedicated to guiding traditional organizations that aspire to adopt the SBU-based corporate management philosophy. In order to make the tool robust, during its creation, several studies related to strategic changes in organizations were studied, as well as frequent errors in the management process of these changes and critical success factors that help in the absorption and subsequent solidification of the transformations proposed by the leadership business. Such issues were so carefully considered in the definition and organization of the stages of the model, that it provided the creation of a tool that goes beyond its initial objective - that is - to assist companies that demand to adopt the philosophy by Business Units, giving shape to a pattern that may be used to enable any type of strategic change in organizations: the DP-ACS.

The paper deals with the methodological principles of the dual education development in the hotel and restaurant business taking into account the modernization paradigm. The preconditions for the formation of dual education systems in different countries suggest that such an approach should be more appropriately applied to practically oriented specialties. Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing dual education systems offers an opportunity to suggest ways to modernize them in the conditions of the information society development. The paper proposes a system of principles (general and specific) on which the cooperation of higher education institutions and hotel and restaurant business should be based. The stages and methodological approaches to the analysis of hotel and restaurant business modernization processes in the context of the formation of a dual education system are substantiated.

In the literature, circular economy (CE) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) are increasingly interconnected concepts. Turon at al. (2016) consider CE the guidelines of conduct for designing and developing good CSR strategies. In particular, the corporate management philosophy needs to be translated into mandatory CSR reports that better frames circular economy objectives by identifying and communicating actions to achieve sustainable development goals. The purpose of this paper is to explore a number of CSR reports in order to understand if cosmetic multinationals’ (MNC) nonfinancial reporting is focused on the concept of circular economy and if CSR reports ensure an adequate level of disclosure to circular strategies. Moreover, the paper highlights the advantages that arise by converging the concepts of CSR and CE. The originality of this paper lies on providing evidence on “how” MNC are implementing a circular model. This paper contributes to our understanding on the relation between CSR and CE; it assesses the state of the art of circular strategies in MNC and proposes a consolidation of the concept of CE in terms of sustainable strategic and managerial practices communicated to the market by CSR reports. Moreover, it brings MNC to a better understanding of the ways to communicate their new circular business model. The analysis reveals a good level of attention by MNC to circularity in drafting their CSR reports that in many cases are able to describe objectives and actions that embrace multiple dimensions.

This work aims to demonstrate several methodological approaches to solving problems of controlling the transformation processes of matter at the interface of the macro-surface and in dispersed systems, which, in our opinion, can be used as criteria for the quantitative characteristics of one of the fundamental laws of the scientific direction "Geonics" - the "Affinity of structures" law. The proposed approaches are based on the fundamental principles of physical and colloidal chemistry, crystal energy. The energy interpretation of the kinetic model of the topochemical interaction of thecomponents and the analog Hamaker constant value are proposed as these criteria make it possible to control the structure formation at the interface. We have developed the methodological principles for the experimental determination of these characteristics. We have tested the proposed approaches on various finely dispersed compositions: glyoxal-bark, basalt-bark, basalt-polymineral quartz-feldspar sand, and basalt-saponite. Besides, the colloidal-chemical approach to the creation of suspensions based on finely dispersed particles of rocks with specific properties makes it possible to synthesize aggregately stable suspensions of magnetic fluids. Examples of their use in building materials science are given.
