Ontologies are spreading more and more in the field of information technologies as a privileged solution allowing the formalization of knowledge. The theoretical model of ontologies is most promising. They are increasingly ubiquitous given the benefits they present. Despite the proliferation of research proposing approaches dedicated to the design of a database from an ontology, the tools to design a database from an ontology are rare or inaccessible. Thus, in this contribution, we present our approach for the development of an Eclipse Plug-in, in order to automatically generate a conceptual model of a relational database from an ontology. To evaluate the usefulness of our approach, we used our resulting Eclipse Plug-in to automatically generate a conceptual model of a relational database from an ontology, customize it, and automatically generate the corresponding SQL script for Data Definition. The results of this experiment showed that our Plug-in constitutes a concretization of our approach and a means of automatic translation from the ontological model to the relational model.

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to update the methods of teaching physical culture in universities based on information technologies in accordance with the socio-cultural conditions of the present time. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need to use information technologies in physical education in Ukrainian universities, followed by the development of a conceptual model based on the experience of foreign higher education institutions. The research of the selected problem was conducted in two stages based on systematic and innovative approaches using the method of analysis, synthesis, generalisation, systematisation, and comparison. The paper identified the need to introduce information technologies in the educational process of physical culture in universities based on the research of Ukrainian and foreign authors. The article analysed and compared the practices of using information technologies in physical education classes in universities of European countries, such as Spain, Ireland, Portugal, the Russian Federation, as well as Asian countries, among which are Japan and China. It was found out that the introduction of informatisation tools in the educational process of physical education in Ukrainian universities is accompanied by certain difficulties, and at the same time, the actualisation of the search for solutions to these problems was identified. The main ways of introducing information technologies in physical education classes in leading Ukrainian universities were considered. Based on the experience of Ukrainian and foreign universities, a conceptual model of information technologies usage in the educational process of physical education was developed, which is based on improving individual and collective skills using a universal mobile application and fitness games. The value and prospects of further research lie in creating a universal mobile application and implementing the author's methodology in practice

The aim of the study is to develop an automated system for generating tourist routes in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic using modern information technologies. The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the use of IT technologies in tourism, as well as the systematization of electronic data on the recreational complex of the CBD. The subject of the study is the IT-system of tourist assistance. To build routes between sights, graph theory methods are used, and an expert system is used to select the optimal route at the request of the user. This paper considers ways to generate up-to-date information for comfortable tourism based on open electronic resources. The scientific novelty of the study is the development of an intelligent tourist assistance system in the region, as well as a mobile application with similar capabilities. As a result of the study, conclusions will be obtained that allow to develop an IT service for creating a personal tourist route along the CBD, which will meet modern requirements and exceed existing analogues.

Nowadays, in the entire palette of famous types of tourism, accessible ecotourism is one of the most promising ones. This area of tourism plays an important social role in the life of people with physical disabilities. Thanks to accessible ecotourism, the environment for people with disabilities is expanding. The paper analyzes the development of accessible tourism using the example of Krasnodar and the Krasnodar Krai, actualizes the need for the development of this type of tourism and establishes its importance for people with disabilities. It was revealed that it is necessary to carry out the state policy of the field of accessible tourism and plan the development of this sector at the state and regional levels using advanced information technologies. Routes that will be equipped with the necessary equipment for a comfortable moving and stay of people with disabilities are presented. The project approach allowed developing a model of mobile application for the development of accessible ecotourism in the Krasnodar Krai and throughout the whole country with the inclusion of all interested authorities in the solution of the problem, pooling the necessary resources and social survey. The results of the study and the experience of personal participation of the authors are given in this paper.

Nowadays, information technologies play an important role in education. In education, mobile and TV applications can be considered a support tool in the teaching - learning process, however, relevant and appropriate mobile and TV applications are not always available; teachers can only judge applications by reviews or anecdotes instead of testing them. These reasons lead to the needs and benefits for creating one?s own mobile application for teaching and learning. In this work, we present a cloud-based platform for multi-device educational software generation (smartphones, tablets, Web, Android-based TV boxes, and smart TV devices) called AthenaCloud. It is important to mention that an open cloud-based platform allows teachers to create their own multi-device software by using a personal computer with Internet access. The goal of this platform is to provide a software tool to help educators upload their electronic contents - or use existing contents in an open repository - and package them in the desired setup file for one of the supported devices and operating systems.

Theadvancement of smartphones, global positioning system, and information technologies have a great influence on our travelling preferences and behaviour, dynamically shaping the transportation industry. In addition to providing convenience to the riders, it also has created some debate among the stakeholders, including the policy makers. This paper presents a quantitative study of Taxi service experience in Jordan. The aim of the study is to evaluate Jordanians’ experiences with yellow taxi services, assess their opinion toward advantages and disadvantages of Uber taxi services in Jordan and obtain opinions on the expected future of Uber taxi services.

Language is the primordial element for cultural transfer in indigenous communities; if it is not practiced, there is a risk of losing it and with it, a large part of the history of a community. Ecuador is a multicultural and multiethnic country with 18 indigenous peoples. Currently, in this country, some native languages are at risk of disappearing due to factors such as racial discrimination, underestimation of the language, and, above all, the lack of interest and motivation of the new generations to learn this language. Information technologies have made it possible to create mobile applications such as games, dictionaries, and translators that promote the learning of the Kichwa language. However, the acceptance of technology has not been evaluated, nor the intention to involve mobile devices in the process of teaching this language. Subsequently the objective of this work is to explore the acceptance of technology and the use of mobile devices to motivate the learning of the Kichwa language. For this purpose, the mobile application “Otavalo Rimay” was used with several students of a Kichwa language learning center. The methodology used to verify the hypothesis of this work was Design Sciences Research (DSR) together with the theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). The instrument used for this evaluation was a survey carried out after the use of the mobile application. The statistical analysis of the results obtained indicates characteristics such as the utility and perceived ease of use, positively influence students to motivate the use of mobile devices in learning a language. The results also show the great technological acceptance by students for learning and confirm that currently, mobile learning is accepted for use in education.
