Ontologies are spreading more and more in the field of information technologies as a privileged solution allowing the formalization of knowledge. The theoretical model of ontologies is most promising. They are increasingly ubiquitous given the benefits they present. Despite the proliferation of research proposing approaches dedicated to the design of a database from an ontology, the tools to design a database from an ontology are rare or inaccessible. Thus, in this contribution, we present our approach for the development of an Eclipse Plug-in, in order to automatically generate a conceptual model of a relational database from an ontology. To evaluate the usefulness of our approach, we used our resulting Eclipse Plug-in to automatically generate a conceptual model of a relational database from an ontology, customize it, and automatically generate the corresponding SQL script for Data Definition. The results of this experiment showed that our Plug-in constitutes a concretization of our approach and a means of automatic translation from the ontological model to the relational model.

Sociocultural transformation of society, its digitalization dictate certain requirements to the system of education. Adaptation of education processes both in kindergartens and universities is related with readiness of teachers for implementation of digital technologies into education process. The significance of their use in education is accompanied by numerous questions regarding elimination of negative influence of digital content on a forming developing person, on their rational and reasonable application at early stages of social and personal development of preschool children. The conceptual field of pedagogy is supplemented by new categories: digital education, digital education environment, digital competence. This article presents results of teachers’ surveying on the issue of readiness to designing information environment and attitude to the digital technologies implemented into education. On the one hand, the teachers highlighted advantages of the applied information technologies: individual education, possibility to master the program by preschool children and to consolidate knowledge and skills in the case of prolonged absence from studies, time saving, mobility and flexibility of education. On the other hand, the teachers mentioned the main drawbacks of the use of digital technologies: possible harm for health of children, inability of full development of speech, communication skills, development of gaming activity. The main problems preventing active use of modern technologies are comprised of low digital competence of university graduates and working teachers; age features of preschool children, which do not allow to study material without assistance by adults; the lack of opportunities of pupil’s parents to actively participate in educational activity of preschool entity.

The article is devoted to the problem of teaching students whose future profession is associated with management. Since the beginning of the 2000s, there has been a steady increase in the interest of managers in ERP-systems, allowing complex automation of the activities of all departments of the enterprise. In the same period, the demand for specialists with the skills to work with modern ERP systems, such as SAP, “1C:ERP 2”, “Galactica”, etc., also increases. Despite the fact that the problem of training specialists in this field for the last 10 years has been paid close attention, and in scientific publications there are new articles on the issues of training, able to work professionally with ERP-systems, currently there is no well-formed approach to this problem. The author of the article shares his experience of training students in the areas of “State and municipal management” and “Management” to work with the system “1C:ERP 2” and offers a number of recommendations for quality training of students. The process of training students becomes more effective if, before studying the ERP-system, they are given the opportunity to work in one of the programs “1C:Accounting public institution” or “1C:Enterprise Accounting 8” to acquire initial skills in working with “1C” software products. In the research process, the method of economic analysis and a systematic approach were used. The scientific and practical significance of the research results is in the development of guidelines for the quality training of future leaders in order to form competencies that allow university graduates to professionally solve problems related to management issues using IT. The article can be useful for teachers engaged in teaching students modern information technologies.

The main components of self-organization and its implementation stages are identified against the background of determining the importance of self-organization skills mastery by technical university graduates for the successful implementation of educational and future professional activities. Based on the social demands generated by the need to form general cultural and professional competencies in the learning process, the necessity to organize students’ independent work in such a way that it motivates self-organization and, as a result, self-education is confirmed. It is proved that the transformation of students’ independent work should be carried out regularly, taking into account the changes taking place in society, using modern information technologies as a kind of organizational resource. In order to reduce time expenditures in the process of updating the educational material for a particular discipline, it is proposed to establish the relationship between the components of the educational process by identifying intersubject communications, which are considered as a means of achieving the applied orientation of the discipline, at the stage of selecting the necessary information. The formation of students’ self-organization skills has been carried out on the basis of data from a frequency analysis of the network information sources. The results of frequency analysis and statistical processing of experimental data show the ability to make a forecast about the weight of specific topics for future professional activities, which will allow to distribute study time correctly. The use of established intersubject communications of disciplines and the fulfillment of the selected conditions contribute to the development of students’ educational activities self-organization.

The article determines the relevance of a system approach in the training of a specialist in the field of managing economic objects. Despite the huge number of university graduates with diplomas in the field of economics and management, in recent years there has been a widespread deficit of qualified specialists. Even successful graduates, possessing a sufficiently large amount of theoretical knowledge in the field of economics and management, are not able to apply this knowledge to solve practical problems of modern business. The main reason for this is the creation of curricula in many educational institutions as a set of disciplines read in different semesters without taking into account their interrelationships and without reference to the main target function of vocational education that is the formation of a specialist. This problem is especially acute in regions where the main “consumers” of educational institutions’ services are mini- and microbusiness, which requires mastering a wide range of practice oriented competencies based on the widespread use of information technologies. The most important, according to the authors, the requirements of mini- and microbusiness, as a potential employer of most graduates of educational institutions of economic profile, to potential employees, are formulated in the article. The work is based on the experience of using the cloud service edu.1CFresh from the 1C company in order to implement a system approach in training specialists in the field of economics and management. The capabilities of the service showed themselves especially brightly during the period of pandemic restrictions, the use of the service made it possible to maintain and even to some extent increase the effectiveness of training due to the redistribution of lectures and practical classes. The service acts as a technological basis for the formation of models of real business processes and is the center around which the knowledge gained in the study of special disciplines is collected. The article discusses the methods for organizing various forms of educational activities using the edu.1CFresh service in the process of training bachelors in “Management” and “Economics” directions.
