In an agency, it takes an employee who is able to carry out the work in accordance with the objectives in achieving a target becomes an assessment by the leaders. Not only attendance, but also leadership, commitment, cooperation, discipline, service orientation, integrity and ability to perform the task given also need to be used as an indicators . The purposes aim to motivate employees to be passionate in doing every activity and to have a positive influence on their work in facing challenges of globalization. Decision Support System is a need. It is called a Multi Attribute Utility Theory method is a quantitative comparison method that usually combines measurements of different risk costs and benefits. The data processed for employee performance assessment in this study as many as 20 samples sourced from the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pesisir Selatan Regency. This based on several specified criteria and weights. There are 6 data that are used in it. Such as service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation and employee performance goals. The result is able to support employee decisions using predetermined criteria. So that  highest value is in the 6th alternative with a value of 1.8 and the lowest value on the 16th alternative with a value of 0. Later it will be a consideration for Population and Civil Registry Office of South Coast Regency to assess its employees in  certain period. Employee performance assessment is proven to be able to help the South Coast Population and Civil Registration Office.

    Implementation of a clear system of remuneration and to be fair to all employees at all levels of office can provide motivation to employee performance so it will be the human form of competent and qualitified companies. In other word the expected relationship management system of remuneration which is applied against the employee can improve employee performance in work environment so that it can increase company productivity.   The analysis showed that (1) of the Remuneration System Employee Performance there was a positive relationship and significant at a value r + 0.478 and a significance of probilitas 0000 <= 0.05, then there is a positive and significant between Remuneration of Employees Performance shown with a regression coefficient value of 0.272 and 0.000 significance probability <0.05, whereas the contribution system which explains the performance of Employee Remuneration of 22.9%, while the regression equation is Y + 19.573 + 0.272X1, (2) of Assessment Work with Employee Performance there and positive relationship was significant with a value of r + 0.543 and a significance of probilitas 0000 <= 0.05, then there is a significant and positive effect between Employee Performance Assessment Working against the value shown by the regression coefficient of 0.302 and 0.000 significance probability of <0.05, while the contribution of Assessment Work which explains 29.4% of Employee Performance, while the contribution of Assessment Work which explains of Employee Performance, while the regression equation is Y = 20.500 + 0.302 X2 and simultaneously the relationship between Remuneration and Employee Performance Assessment Work with positive and significant areindicated by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.557.    In addition there are jointly significant and positive influence Remuneration and Employee Performance Assessment Working against, while the contribution of Remuneration and Appraisal Employee Performance Work which explains 33.3%. The regression equation to expresss the influence of Remuneration System (X1) and Assessment of Work (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) is Y = 18.269+0.139+0.223X1 X2.

Flood disaster is a dangerous disaster, an event that occurs due to overflow of water resulting in submerged land is called a flood disaster. Almost every year Bantul Regency is affected by floods due to high rainfall. The flood disaster that struck in Bantul Regency made the Bantul District Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) difficult to handle so that it needed a mapping of the level of the impact of the flood disaster to minimize the occurrence of floods and provide information to the public.This study will create a system to map the level of impact of floods in Bantul Regency with a decision support method namely Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). The MAUT method stage in determining the level of impact of flood disasters through the process of normalization and matrix multiplication. The method helps in determining the areas affected by floods, by managing the Indonesian Disaster Information Data (DIBI). The data managed is data on criteria for the death toll, lost victims, damage to houses, damage to public facilities, and damage to roads. Each criteria data has a value that can be used to determine the level of impact of a flood disaster. The stages for determining the level of impact of a disaster require a weighting calculation process. The results of the weighting process display the scoring value which has a value of 1 = low, 2 = moderate, 3 = high. To assist in determining the affected areas using the matrix normalization and multiplication process the process is the application of the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method.This study resulted in a mapping of the level of impact displayed on google maps. The map view shows the affected area points and the level of impact of the flood disaster in Bantul Regency. The mapping produced from the DIBI data in 2017 produced the highest affected area in the Imogiri sub-district. The results of testing the data can be concluded that the results of this study have an accuracy rate of 95% when compared with the results of the mapping previously carried out by BPBD Bantul Regency. The difference in the level of accuracy is because the criteria data used are not the same as the criteria data used by BPBD in Bantul Regency so that the accuracy rate is 95%.

The Population and Civil Registration Office of South Lampung Regency is one of the South Lampung Regency Government Agencies that directly provides public services, as stated in the Decree of the South Lampung Regent Number 11 of 2003 concerning the Job Description of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency. In connection with the foregoing, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency has the responsibility to carry out the said public service which is also based on the goal of excellent service in order to create good governance. Community satisfaction in receiving service from the service is measured by understanding the dimensions of service quality that are closely related to community satisfaction, namely tangiables (physical evidence), relianility (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee) and empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms of financial motivation implemented at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency, therefore the hypothesis proposed in this study was "There is a positive influence between financial motivation on employee performance". Meanwhile, the data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. While the analysis used is qualitative and quantitative. From the calculation of the data analysis, it is obtained that r count 0.899 when consulted with the r value of the moment product label for N 49 both at a significant level of 5% = 0.325 and a significant level of 1% = 0.418 turns out that r count is greater than r table or r 0.899 > 0.325 and 0.899 > 0.418. Thus, it can be shown that there is a positive relationship between financial motivation and employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Lampung Regency. In other words, the better the financial motivation by the leadership to subordinates or employees, the better the employee's work performance will be. This study was conducted to analyze the test effect of competence to employee performance at BPJS Employment Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, to analyze the effect of human resource development to employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, to analyze the influence of organizational culture influence on employee performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Regional Office Sulawesi, Maluku, to analyze the more dominant variables affect the performance of employees at the Regional Office of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sulawesi, Maluku. This study uses data questionnaire, literature study and interviews with quality test data analysis techniques, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The study found that the results of the regression equation obtained results for the regression coefficient for the competence of 0.343 and has a value ρvalue of 0.002, so it can be concluded that the competency has a positive influence and significant impact on employee performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, the results of the regression equation to variable human resource development at .290, and has a value ρvalue amounted to 0,018, so that it can be concluded that the development of human resources has a positive influence and significant impact on employee performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, based on the results of data processed regression coefficient of the obtained regression coefficients for the variables Organizational culture of 0.724 and has value ρvalue = 0,000 so it can be concluded that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence terahdap employee performance on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi Maluku, from h Regression test regression then it can be concluded that the organizational culture variable is the dominant variable affecting the improvement of employee performance on BPJS.

The Company is required to have a reliable employee performance, at PT. Parkland World Indonesia 2, especially Stockfit Cell 5, has some obstacles in achieving the company's target due to the lack of focus of employees while working, causing a decrease in employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of work conflicts and work environment on employee performance at PT. Parkland World Indonesia Plant 2 Serang-Banten. The research method used is Quantitative. With a population of 50 employees and a sample of 50, using saturated techniques, with the spread of questionnaires to 50 respondents employees at PT. Parkland World Indonesia 2 Serang-Banten. Based on the analysis of the study obtained the calculation value in the form of a coefficient of determination (R2 ) has a value of 66.6% which contributes enough in attachment to the influence between free variables against bound variables. T test result is variable work conflict obtained tcount value 7,002 > 2,010 ttable and work environment obtained tcount value of 4,354 > 2,010 ttable and signification value less than 0.05.The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results of Fcount of 46,844 > Ftable of 2,804. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the relationship between work conflict variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously to employee performance has a positive influence even very significant

Pesticides are chemicals and organic which are used by farmers to protect rice plants from pests, farmers often experience difficulties in choosing the pesticides to be used. Where pesticide products circulate very much in the market and offer various advantages of each product, but often farmers experience incompatibility with what has been offered by each product Where pesticide products circulate very much in the market and offer various advantages of each product, but often farmers experience incompatibility with what has been offered by each product. The incompatibility of pesticides used by farmers can affect the yields of farmers. The purpose of this study is as knowledge of farmers in determining the best pesticides to eradicate pests in rice plants, especially in the village of Bah Sampuran and apply the MAUT method (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) to calculate each criterion of alternatives and produce cracking in recommending the best pesticides to eradicate pests in plants rice. The criteria used are: the workings of the pesticides, the price of pesticides, many pests, shelf life, the effect on humans, the influence on rice plants, the influence on other animals, climate resistance. This application was built using Vb net programming language and MySql database. From the results of this study it was found that Alternative Plenum had the highest value with a value of 0.79 so that it became the best Pesticide recommendation.Keywords: Decision Support System, Pesticides, FOREIGN, Vb net, MySql

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is one of the government programs in guidance aimed at children from birth to the age of six years which is carried out through providing educational assistance to help growth and physical and spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering further education. MAUT application (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) is intended to select PAUD that has the right to get assistance from the government. Determination of policies taken as a basis for decision making, must use criteria that can be defined clearly and objectively. The criteria used as a requirement in the selection of receiving operational assistance (BOP) for early childhood education are parents 'work (C1), parents' income (C2), number of children (C3), number of children attending school (C4), number of college children (C5). The results of the calculation using the MAUT algorithm are alternatives that can receive the operational assistance of the organizer who has the highest value is alternative A1 with a value of 1, alternative A3 with a value of 0.7, alternative A9 with a value of 0.63, alternative A7 with a value of 0.46 , alternative A4 with a value of 0.43. Therefore, it can be concluded that the MAUT algorithm can be applied to VBNet-based applications where from the results of the calculation we get the similarity between the system and calculations using the MAUT algorithm. This research is expected to be a recommendation to the Principal in selecting the selection for receiving operational assistance for early childhood children at Kindergarten Daniel HKBP Tomuan Pematangsiantar.

Pengelolaan SDM dari suatu perusahaan sangat mempengaruhi banyak aspek penentu keberhasilan kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Jika SDM dapat di organisir dengan baik, maka diharapkan perusahaan dapat menjalankan semua proses bisnisnya dengan baik. Oleh karena hal tersebut, PT. Aerofood ACS yang memiliki banyak karyawan kontrak, perlu adanya penilaian kinerja karyawan dalam menentukan perpanjangan kontrak. Peran sistem pendukung keputusan sangat dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan keputusan. Dalam hal ini membantu pihak manajemen dalam mencapai tujuan dari penilaian kinerja karyawan kontrak melalui parameter-parameter yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak perusahaan tersebut, diantaranya Discipline, Integrity, Achievement Orientation, Continnous Learning, Continunous Improvement, Quality Orientation, Customer Service Orientation, dan Teamwork. Untuk mencari solusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, metode dalam Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Semua parameter yang dinyatakan mempunyai pengaruh penting dalam penetapan alternatif keputusan terbaik dalam menentukan perpanjangan kontrak karyawan.

Abstrak: Mobil adalah salah satu alat transportasi darat yang penting pada saat sekarang ini. Memiliki mobil bagi sebagian besar kalangan masyarakat pada saat ini bagaikan suatu hal yang pokok dimana dapat membantu mereka dalam beraktivitas khususnya dalam bekerja.Sistem Pendukung Keputusan membantu mengambil keputusan memanfaatkan data dan model keputusan untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang tidak terstruktur dan semi terstruktur. SPK dirancang untuk menunjang keseluruhan tahapan pembuatan keputusan, yang dimulai dari tahapan identifikasi masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunkan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory (Maut), dan dapat memberi manfaat bagi calon pembeli mobil baru. Metode Maut merupakan suatu skema yang evaluasi akhir, v (x) dari suatu objek x didefinisikan sebagai bobot yang dijumlahkan dengan suatu nilai yang relevan terhadap nilai dimensinya. Kelebihan dari metode ini adalah dapat mengetahui dengan cepat tentang status akhir atau hasil. DSS is designed to support all stages of decision-making, starting from the problem identification stage. This study aims to build a decision support system using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (Death) method to benefit prospective new car buyers. The Death Method is a scheme in which the final evaluation, v (x) of an object x, is defined as the weight added to a value relevant to its dimension value. The advantage of this method is that it can quickly find out about the final status or result.
