Flood disaster is a dangerous disaster, an event that occurs due to overflow of water resulting in submerged land is called a flood disaster. Almost every year Bantul Regency is affected by floods due to high rainfall. The flood disaster that struck in Bantul Regency made the Bantul District Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) difficult to handle so that it needed a mapping of the level of the impact of the flood disaster to minimize the occurrence of floods and provide information to the public. This study will create a system to map the level of impact of floods in Bantul Regency with a decision support method namely Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). The MAUT method stage in determining the level of impact of flood disasters through the process of normalization and matrix multiplication. The method helps in determining the areas affected by floods, by managing the Indonesian Disaster Information Data (DIBI). The data managed is data on criteria for the death toll, lost victims, damage to houses, damage to public facilities, and damage to roads. Each criteria data has a value that can be used to determine the level of impact of a flood disaster. The stages for determining the level of impact of a disaster require a weighting calculation process. The results of the weighting process display the scoring value which has a value of 1 = low, 2 = moderate, 3 = high. To assist in determining the affected areas using the matrix normalization and multiplication process the process is the application of the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. This study resulted in a mapping of the level of impact displayed on google maps. The map view shows the affected area points and the level of impact of the flood disaster in Bantul Regency. The mapping produced from the DIBI data in 2017 produced the highest affected area in the Imogiri sub-district. The results of testing the data can be concluded that the results of this study have an accuracy rate of 95% when compared with the results of the mapping previously carried out by BPBD Bantul Regency. The difference in the level of accuracy is because the criteria data used are not the same as the criteria data used by BPBD in Bantul Regency so that the accuracy rate is 95%.

In this work, laser-induced plasma spectroscopy was used to identify the elemental composition, at different depths, of a commercial Peruvian ceramic. The IVEA MobiLIBS system and IUMTEK TX1000 system were used, under environmental conditions and 5.6 mJ of energy, forming craters of approximately 60 μm in diameter. To improve accuracy, repetitions of the impact points were performed, accumulating the signals at the same depth. The blue and white pigments that covered it, as well as the matrix paste, were characterized, making different levels of penetration in the material, obtaining their respective elemental composition. This allowed finding the difference between stratigraphic layers, based mainly on the variation of the intensities of Copper, Titanium, Carbon and other characteristic elements of the clays that make up the matrix paste. Contemporary pottery was found to have sequential layers of decoration, engobe and matrix paste.

The microbond test was one of the methods to examine the interfacial shear strength (IFSS) value of fiber and polymer matrix. The meniscus angle that formed at both ends of the matrix is difficult to control while manufacturing the specimen for the microbond test. Therefore, the effect of meniscus angle must be evaluated. In this paper, we evaluated the impact of variations of the meniscus angle against the maximum von-mises stress and the IFSS value of the Typha fiber epoxy matrix by finite element method. The geometry of the microbond test specimen was modeled with 0.25 mm fiber radius, 2 mm fiber length, 1.75 mm embedded length of the matrix, and varied the meniscus angles with 22°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°. The mesh type quad-dominated CAX4R is used on fiber and matrix, while quad COHAX4 is applied to the cohesive element between fiber and matrix. The constantly applied displacement was adjusted to the upper end of the fiber at 0.6 mm. The simulation results showed that the difference in maximum stress obtained in each model. Furthermore, that is not given much difference in IFSS value. It can be concluded that the meniscus angle affects the maximum von-mises stress but not too much-affected IFSS value of the fiber and epoxy matrix.

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is one of the government programs in guidance aimed at children from birth to the age of six years which is carried out through providing educational assistance to help growth and physical and spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering further education. MAUT application (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) is intended to select PAUD that has the right to get assistance from the government. Determination of policies taken as a basis for decision making, must use criteria that can be defined clearly and objectively. The criteria used as a requirement in the selection of receiving operational assistance (BOP) for early childhood education are parents 'work (C1), parents' income (C2), number of children (C3), number of children attending school (C4), number of college children (C5). The results of the calculation using the MAUT algorithm are alternatives that can receive the operational assistance of the organizer who has the highest value is alternative A1 with a value of 1, alternative A3 with a value of 0.7, alternative A9 with a value of 0.63, alternative A7 with a value of 0.46 , alternative A4 with a value of 0.43. Therefore, it can be concluded that the MAUT algorithm can be applied to VBNet-based applications where from the results of the calculation we get the similarity between the system and calculations using the MAUT algorithm. The largest published data matrix for phylogenetic analysis of Paleozoic limbed vertebrates (Ruta M, Coates MI. 2007. Journal of Systematic Palaeontology 5:69–122) supported variously controversial hypotheses; e.g., it recovered Seymouriamorpha, Diadectomorpha and (in some trees) Caudata as paraphyletic and found the “temnospondyl hypothesis” on the origin of Lissamphibia (TH) to be more parsimonious than the “lepospondyl hypothesis” (LH) – though only, as we show, by one step. We report thousands of suboptimal scores due to typographic and similar errors and to questionable coding decisions: logically linked (redundant) characters, others with only one described state, even characters for which most taxa were scored after presumed relatives. Even continuous characters were unordered, the effects of ontogeny were not sufficiently taken into account, and data published after 2001 were mostly excluded. After these issues are improved – we document and justify all changes to the matrix –, but no characters are removed or added, we find (Analysis R1) much longer trees with e.g. monophyletic Caudata, Diadectomorpha and (in some trees) Seymouriamorpha; Ichthyostega rootward of Acanthostega; Anthracosauria rootward of Temnospondyli which includes Caerorhachis; the LH is 9 steps shorter than the TH (R2; constrained) and 12 steps shorter the “polyphyly hypothesis” (PH – R3; constrained). We then added 48 OTUs to the original 102. This destabilizes some parts of the tree, e.g. the positions of Anthracosauria, Temnospondyli and Caerorhachis. Yet, many added taxa have well-resolved positions, ranging from the well known Chroniosaurus (Chroniosuchia), which lies just crownward of Temnospondyli and Gephyrostegidae, to isolated lower jaws. Even though Gerobatrachus, Micropholis and Tungussogyrinus and the extremely peramorphic salamander Chelotriton are added, the difference between LH (R4) and TH (R5) rises to 12 steps, that between LH and PH (R6) to 17 steps; the TH also requires several more regains of lost bones than the LH. Brachydectes (Lysorophia) is not found next to Lissamphibia. We duplicated all analyses after coding losses of bones as irreversible. The impact on the results is modest. Anthracosauria is always rootward of Temnospondyli. With 102 OTUs, the LH (R7) is 10 steps shorter than the TH (R8) and 11 steps shorter than the PH (R9); with 150, the LH (R10) is 14 steps shorter than the TH (R12) – and 13 steps shorter than the PH (R11). Bootstrap values are mostly low, and plummet when taxa are added. Statistically, the TH (R2, R5, R8, R12) is not distinguishable from the LH or the PH, but the LH (R1, R4, R7, 53 R10) and the PH (R3, R6, R9, R11) may be distinguishable from each other under both taxon samples and both reversibility settings. A reliable test is not available. We discuss the relationships of certain taxa, approaches to coding, some character complexes, and prospects for further improvement of this matrix.

To date, the macroeconomic trends of the aviation industry, affect not only consumer demand, but also the development of business and government. The article reviewed the main aspects of the impact of macroeconomic trends on the market of modern civil aviation equipment. Taking into account modern macroeconomic trends, to maintain competitiveness in the civil aviation market, the possibility of structuring the quality function of a complex technical system was described, using elements of one of the home quality techniques that identify consumer requirements and provide some order ensuring that these requirements determine the development of products and production process planning. Taking into account the opinions of various consumer groups, a consumer voice matrix was formed, the relative importance of which is based on a value scale of 100 units. By translating consumer requirements into technical characteristics, pairwise comparison of consumer requirements of the main participants in the civil aviation market segment formulated a dependency matrix. And also correlated is the matrix of interrelations between quality characteristics, which made it possible to assess the degree of possible modernization of the object under study and increase the demand in the market for civil aviation technology, setting a new trend to macroeconomic indicators.

Bandung Regency is a highland area with a slope between 0 - 8%, 8-15% to above 45%. The district is located at an altitude of 768 m above sea level with the northern region higher than the south. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of Vs30 waves and determine the impact of damage due to wave amplification (amplification). To minimize the impact of this earthquake identification can be done including a survey to map soil characteristics in response to earthquake shocks using the seismic Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method. Based on the results of the study, the distribution of the dominant frequency values, Bandung Regency was identified as having hard and soft rock soil and having solid clay with a thickness of tens of meters. The amplification value in Bandung Regency has a value (0 Ao 6) which can be categorized that Bandung Regency has a small impact on the earthquake. The difference between the results of inversion processing and HVSR is due to the assumption that the layer inversion is heterogeneous and the HVSR layer is homogeneous.

With the deregulation of the retail electricity market and the increase of the types of electricity price packages, electricity retail companies provide the recommended service of price packages for users, so as to improve the market competitiveness and user stickiness of enterprises. The existing research does not fully consider the impact of user characteristics and package attributes on recommendation results. This paper proposes a hybrid recommendation method of retail electricity price package based on the characteristics of power users and the multi-attribute utility of price package. Firstly, the hierarchical model of hybrid characteristics of power users in retail electricity market is constructed based on the tree structure, and all characteristics are analyzed quantitatively by proximity measurement method. Then, based on the multi-attribute utility theory, the utility model of retail electricity price package to users is constructed. Secondly, the accurate recommendation of the package is realized according to the characteristics of power users and the multi-attribute utility of price package. Finally, the rationality of the hybrid recommendation method of the retail electricity price package is verified by empirical analysis. This study provides valuable support for user to choose the retail electricity price package and improve the competitiveness of power retail companies.
