Personality values serve the function of regulating behaviour and defining its purpose, linking it into a single whole personality and social environment. At each stage of personality development, the choice of the dominant mechanism of value system formation is determined by a complex set of internal and external factors. The importance of the study is the need to follow the process of worldview changes that occur in the period from youth to adulthood. An essential stage in youth is to adequately overcome the crisis of identity, which opens a positive direction in the development and transition to another crisis - the crisis of adulthood. In adulthood, a person is more active in his life, fully reveals his full potential; this leads to the creation of material and spiritual values of society. The main thing during this period of life is a professional activity and family relations. If at a young age there was a mastery of the profession and the choice of a companion, then in adulthood, it is the realization of their capabilities, skill in the chosen activity and family relations. The crisis of youth age is a loss of one's integrity as an individual and a lack of social definition. Because of this, there are "doubts" about my self, my actions, my place in the group, my future. There are possible consequences of frustration with the goals and social tasks of the individual, which can lead to the following options of subjective response: avoidance, passivity or aggressive confrontation. The crisis of adulthood is a reassessment of values, testing them for "effectiveness". The vast majority of mature people raise their offspring and, depending on their skill in coping with crises, this will affect the next generation, their psychological characteristics and their professional activities. The crisis of identity is the loss of self-worth, the blocking of inner identity and the lack of social acceptance. This crisis is both an age and a life crisis of man. It is the most difficult during the self-determination of personality.

In the process of the formation of the information society, the problem of educating a moral personality is becoming increasingly important. The ongoing civilizational breakdown contributed to a change in the value orientations of youth, which also affected the development of leading ideas of professional ethics. Professional activity forms in a person not only professional skills, but also certain personal characteristics, as well as attitude to various aspects of his work activity. In this regard, professional ethics is one of the most important aspects of any professional activity, acting as a regulator of the interaction of people in the professional sphere. As standards that act as reference, those patterns of behavior are accepted that have developed as the content and methods of implementing specific professional activities in the processes of human interaction develop. On the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis, the study proves the existence of a problem requiring the study of professional ethics as a form of morality. The article describes the leading functions of pedagogical ethics: regulatory, ensuring the coordination of elements of the sphere of morality of the teacher; formative and educational, aimed at the development of any personal values; cognitive associated with the reflection in the individual mind of pedagogical values); an analysis of the leading concepts of pedagogical ethics as a form relative to the scope of an independent section of axiological knowledge is proposed. The article is devoted to the psychological peculiarities of the manifestation of coping-resources of educators. The teaching profession belongs to the category of professions especially vulnerable to stress, since the teacher has to solve various professional tasks in the absence of time and information, constant open contact with people, which entails considerable emotional energy. The professional activity of a modern teacher requires constant and maximum mobilization of their personal resources. Maintaining or enhancing a person's stress resistance is associated with finding and using resources well enough to help the educator overcome the negative effects of stressful situations. The article reveals such characteristics of personality and social environment that facilitate or make possible adaptation to life stresses, promotes the development of a means of overcoming it, and increases stress resistance. These personal structures help a person cope with threatening circumstances and facilitate adaptation. The author analyzes the scientific and psychological approaches to understand personal resources, determinants of the choice of coping-strategies, and the influence of the characteristics of professional activity on the behavior of the individual. The article deals with the theoretical approaches and mechanisms of determination of entrepreneurial activity, the formation of individual value orientations of the individual and factors influencing the formation of value and sense of life orientations of entrepreneurs. The analysis of the activity of foreign entrepreneurs shows that among the various personal qualities can be distinguished five of the most important: independence, ambition, perseverance, hard work, stability. The author notes that the increased interest of scientists in the problem of values and valuable orientations is the need for a deeper understanding of the nature of human cognition, which in the process of transformation acquires new characteristics and helps the individual to adapt to qualitatively new socio-cultural living conditions. The work reveals the essence of value orientations of the personality, as those that perform the functions of regulating behaviour and defining its purpose, linking into a single whole personality and social environment. Therefore, at each stage of personality development, the choice of the dominant mechanism of value system formation is determined by a complex set of internal and external factors. Internal psychological factors and factors of the external social environment determine the peculiarities of the development of the system of value orientations, interacting with each other in the implementation of one or another activity. Thus, the article shows that the subject of entrepreneurial activity is characterized by its specific (material, social, spiritual) value orientations, which underlie its activity and determine its structure. Consequently, values that have been identified as specific to entrepreneurial activity are strictly related to the fundamental values of each individual, but have a specific identity to them and determine the direction of the vector-specific business.

High efficiency executive activity is considered as a predictor of a high quality of life and professional activity of an individual. The results of the study of the individual psychological properties of the personality associated with the characteristics of performing activities are presented. A combination of properties is highlighted: irritability, sociability, extraversion, which positively affect the type of execution. They form a triad closely associated with all the properties of executive activities. Some personality properties that inhibit the development of characteristics necessary for effectiveness are identified. Aggressiveness and high emotional lability are characteristic of students with low responsibility. According to the research results, mutually exclusive properties are organization and openness. The definition of determinants and correlates of performing activities opens up opportunities for psychologists and educators to create spaces for the development of a highly effective personality. Executive activity is a system construct. Understanding its structure allows us to see its flexibility and form individual trajectories of learning and personality development.

In the article the author investigates the problem of formation of value orientations of students-vocalists during their studies in a higher educational pedagogical institution. The author believes that the peculiarities of the training of future students-vocalists in the university are the specifics of the age of students associated with early professional orientation and self-determination in the profession; in the organization of the educational process itself, due to the fact that individual classes in music disciplines are held, in the priority development by future music teachers not of fundamental scientific knowledge, but of practically necessary professional skills and abilities. In modern conditions of socio-cultural development, the problem of formation of value orientations of students-musicians becomes especially actual. It is generally accepted that music plays a special role in the life of an individual due to its ability to have a profound impact on the spiritual world of man. This action becomes much greater if the music affects not only externally (passive or active perception), but is also directly reproduced by the performer. In the process of performing, a deeper comprehension of a musical work continues, depending on its cognitive complexity, there is a positive or negative impact on the currently formed hierarchy of personal values. The value orientations of students in the process of musical performance are a prerequisite for the disclosure of aesthetic potentials, adjust not only the musical and aesthetic interests, but also the needs, tastes, ideals, views of young people and more. Acquiring these qualities, the individual joins the accumulated by mankind true values of life, culture and professional activity. The modern stage of music education is the foundation in the spiritual and moral development of the student, when the problem of value orientations of the student is considered as the most important element of the internal structure of personality, which allows to orient in the material and spiritual culture of society.
