Personality values serve the function of regulating behaviour and defining its purpose, linking it into a single whole personality and social environment. At each stage of personality development, the choice of the dominant mechanism of value system formation is determined by a complex set of internal and external factors. The importance of the study is the need to follow the process of worldview changes that occur in the period from youth to adulthood. An essential stage in youth is to adequately overcome the crisis of identity, which opens a positive direction in the development and transition to another crisis - the crisis of adulthood. In adulthood, a person is more active in his life, fully reveals his full potential; this leads to the creation of material and spiritual values of society. The main thing during this period of life is a professional activity and family relations. If at a young age there was a mastery of the profession and the choice of a companion, then in adulthood, it is the realization of their capabilities, skill in the chosen activity and family relations. The crisis of youth age is a loss of one's integrity as an individual and a lack of social definition. Because of this, there are "doubts" about my self, my actions, my place in the group, my future. There are possible consequences of frustration with the goals and social tasks of the individual, which can lead to the following options of subjective response: avoidance, passivity or aggressive confrontation. The crisis of adulthood is a reassessment of values, testing them for "effectiveness". The vast majority of mature people raise their offspring and, depending on their skill in coping with crises, this will affect the next generation, their psychological characteristics and their professional activities. The crisis of identity is the loss of self-worth, the blocking of inner identity and the lack of social acceptance. This crisis is both an age and a life crisis of man. It is the most difficult during the self-determination of personality.

In the process of the formation of the information society, the problem of educating a moral personality is becoming increasingly important. The ongoing civilizational breakdown contributed to a change in the value orientations of youth, which also affected the development of leading ideas of professional ethics. Professional activity forms in a person not only professional skills, but also certain personal characteristics, as well as attitude to various aspects of his work activity. In this regard, professional ethics is one of the most important aspects of any professional activity, acting as a regulator of the interaction of people in the professional sphere. As standards that act as reference, those patterns of behavior are accepted that have developed as the content and methods of implementing specific professional activities in the processes of human interaction develop. On the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis, the study proves the existence of a problem requiring the study of professional ethics as a form of morality. The article describes the leading functions of pedagogical ethics: regulatory, ensuring the coordination of elements of the sphere of morality of the teacher; formative and educational, aimed at the development of any personal values; cognitive associated with the reflection in the individual mind of pedagogical values); an analysis of the leading concepts of pedagogical ethics as a form relative to the scope of an independent section of axiological knowledge is proposed. The analysis of the literature of the era showed that the forms of categories among the professional environment of the pedagogical group of ethics, the words of the most important forms for axiological understanding of the essence and the content of moral requirements of duty to the personality of the teacher, the categories of “pedagogical sheet of justice”, “pedagogical duty”, “pedagogical tact tact”, “pedagogical authority as well”.

An article presents the empirical study on the peculiarities of selfactualization of civil servants with different types of work motivation. The two groups of respondents (civil servants and non-governmental workers) were compared. “Professional”, “instrumental” and “patriotic” types of work motivation were more pronounced among non-governmental employees. Civil servants-respondents were less interested in work content, they were more likely to take an uninteresting job; their motives for self-improvement were less pronounced, and therefore, they were not so interested in difficult tasks, regarded by the respondents of the other group as a professional challenge and a way for self-expression. Professional recognition was not so important for civil servants as social recognition; they were less likely to think about fair remuneration for their labor. They did not so much need “the idea” as a driving force for work, as well as recognition by others of their indispensability in organizations where they worked. At the same time, a higher percentage of civil servants (in comparison with the other group) did not seek to improve their skills and were characterized by reduced professional activity, responsibility, desire to share their skills and achievements with others. It was more difficult for civil servants (compared to non-governmental workers) to live in the present, not to postpone life “for later”; they felt more insecure, were “up in the clouds”; such self-actualizing values as goodness, beauty, integrity, truth, uniqueness, psychological hardiness, justice, achievement, order, self-sufficiency, etc., although demonstrated quite closely by both groups, were still less pronounced among civil servants. The need for knowledge was also much less expressed by civil servants, as well as autonomy, independence, a sense of freedom. Civil servants were inclined to focus on other worker’s opinions and external social standards; it was more difficult for them to establish strong and friendly relationswith others; they were more anxious and insecure comparing to nongovernmental workers. Civil servants with instrumental work motivation had neither a general benevolent attitude towards people, nor the values of self-actualization in general. In contrast, civil servants with professional work motivation not only shared such values, but also valued life “here and now”, strived for knowledge and creativity in professional work. Patriotic and lumpenized types of work motivation were expressed by civil servants indirectly. At the same time, employees with the patriotic type had very similar tendencies to self-actualization as employees with the professional type: they tended to live today, appreciated a current moment, strived for harmonious relationships with others, felt natural sympathy, trust in people, sought for new knowledge. The main features of this type, according to the respondents, were increased anxiety, self-doubt, neuroticism. All identified correlations between self-actualization indicators and lumpenized work motivation were negative for civil servants. Economic work motivation was the rarest for civil servants, respectively, the corresponding selfactualization tendencies included only a friendly and impartial attitude towards other people.

The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental research of psychological peculiarities of emotional burnout of preschool educational institutions teachers with different work experience. As a result of theoretical analysis, it was found that the process of professional burnout is significantly influenced by the specifics of the subjects’ profession, and the teaching profession is characterized by increased responsibility and tension. However, in this context, more attention is paid to school teachers, and the predisposition to emotional burnout of preschool teachers is covered only in fragments in scientific publications. Data of an experimental research of the psychological peculiarities of the predisposition to emotional burnout of preschool educational institutions teachers with different work experience showed the differences in all components of emotional burnout of preschool teachers with different work experience. We were able to prove that young professionals are characterized by lower rates of emotional burnout, while experienced workers are characterized by higher one. Younger educators, despite the difficulties in their professional activities, have a positive attitude to their own professionalization, respond to difficulties and successes adequately. Instead, more than half of senior employees tend to respond inadequately to their own professional difficulties and successes. Preschool educational institutions teachers with little work experience almost do not feel emotional stress and alienation from professional activity. Instead, many experienced professionals are emotionally vulnerable, and they try to hide their reactions to the events of their lives by feeling personally alienation.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of psychological support of the transition of office workers to remote work. The purpose of the article is the definition of psychological and socio-demographic determinants of the activities of managers in the context of junior personnel transfer to virtual / home office. This problem is considered on the example of IT-professionals (n = 182) from four countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It is proved that the basic dispositional features that contribute to the realization of the activity potential are conscientiousness and openness to experience. Among the value orientations such predictors are the orientations towards competent and tolerant leadership. Another important thing is the value orientations of altruism and independence. The author makes conclusion that duing formation of uncertainty in their actions, individual personal traits play a great role, especially such traits as: ease of occurrence of negative emotions, individualism, preference for independence, disorganization, spontaneity, low level of purposeful behavior. Therefore, an orientation towards social support makes it difficult to implement an orientation towards quality in an activity and reinforces the lack of self-confidence feelings. It was revealed that under conditions of restructuration dispositional factors begin to play a major role, and the degree of value regulation decreases. In addition, the author suggests that a low level of integrity promotes creativity. This can be explained by the fact that an individual, who has such low level, remains open for longer to various possibilities of thought and action. The results of the analysis of the research data indicate that value orientations act as a kind of basis. They head the realization of the personal characteristics of a specialist in professional activity and they are important qualities in everyday life. In the article it is determined that the desire for success decreases in the specialists who get older, and the value orientations for support and leadership contribute to this aspiration. The author has shown that openness of experience, combined with tolerant leadership, is a prerequisite for determination in promoting organizational change.
