Abstract   Intertextuality helps to understand the influences in a literary text and its content from previous texts, be they religious or literary. As the Noble Qur’an has been central to poets’ view, they drew from it and were influenced by it. The effects were evident at the level of the image, its pronunciation and the composition. This research aims to analyze the poetic texts that are related to Qur'anic texts in ‘Amr al-Nami’s poetry in order to reveal his techniques of using Quranic intertextuality, and how he employed it to serve his poetry by creating new semantic meanings, highlighting the effect of religious culture in his poems, and showing his ability to reform what he was inspired by the absent texts in a new form. It also kept track of the Quranic verses that the poet was able to benefit from in forming his poetic and intellectual vision. This is assisted by employing descriptive and analytical method of some models of Quranic intertextuality in his poetry so as to know the forms of Quranic intertextuality being used and how he used them to present his poetry. It was found that Qur’anic intertextuality had an effect on shaping his poetry and gained its connotation and artistic maturity. It served and strengthened the poet’s meanings and images, and the diversity of intertextuality in the level of pronunciation in his poetry was found to be of direct intertextuality and indirect intertextuality in the form of ruminating, absorption and dialogue, while the use of Quranic texts was exploited for psychological purposes represented in promoting reassurance and self-assuredness in the face of calamities, patience and restraint, which reflects his deep belief.

This article is aimed at presenting a methodology for the conceptual analysis of poetic texts based on their lexical structure using the theory of communicative stylistics. The lexical structure of the literary text is considered to be a means of aсquainting the reader with the values manifested therein. The study of values intertwined within written works is particularly significant for the development of an axiological approach to teaching the Russian language. This article proposes a method for a sequential analysis of the lexical structure of a poetic text, which can be used at Russian language lessons.

AbstractThe aim of this work is to study perturbations of planets of a period of some thousands of years. The use of an analytical method allows us to separate all different influences, e.g. near resonances and is combined with the very precise method of the numerical integration. The truncation to low orders can be avoided which is made by analytical methods in using developments with respect to the small parameters inclinations and eccentricities. For this purpose a special form of the Lagrange Equations is used where the terms containing the inverse distancefrom the planet to the perturbing one are separated as it is the most difficult to compute. To develop this a specific formulation has been found where the short periodic terms can precisely be determined. Although the development seems to be of a certain complexity the small numbers of quantities used can be tabulated once and for all in a specific problem. It should be possible to integrate the new form of the Lagrange Equations within a reasonable computer-time to determine the long periodic perturbations.

New documentary evidence throws light on the genesis of Das unauslöschliche Siegel and on Langgässer's narrative techniques. Her hitherto unpublished notes on Donoso prove that the extensive quotations from his works in the “Turm-Kapitel” derive from one source: L. Fischer's introduction to his translation of the Ensayo sobre el calolicismo. Further evidence supplied by her widower shows that she wrote the chapter before 1944, and that its mise-en-scène was prefigured in her visit to Senlis, France, in 1937. Thus, the hypothesis is untenable that—as an attempt at self-justification in the face of charges of manichaeism—she inserted the chapter only after she had completed the rest of the novel. It seems probable that Langgässer considered Donoso's life exemplary from a Christian viewpoint, and that her montage of his writings stemmed from her desire to create a “new form” for the Christian novel. Donoso's religious beliefs and his hostility to the Enlightenment not only provide appropriate material for the chapter (the “counterpointing” of religious, cultural, and political events in Europe over a period of several centuries), but also reflect Langgasser's own religious attitudes, which any critical appreciation of the novel as a whole must take into account.

Terrorism is defined as use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to indulge fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, social or religious. Bioterrorism is terrorism by intentional release or dissemination of biological agents, mainly bacteria or viruses. Use of biological weapons is attractive from the terrorists’ point of view because of low production costs, major range and easiness of transmission. The first mention of the use of primitive biological weapons date back to the 6th century. Use of plague-infested corpses as offensive means in the 14th century caused a spread of bubonic plague through the whole Europe. The biggest development of biological weapons took place in the interwar period and in the cold war era. Biological weapon trails and research were conducted by super powers such as USSR, UK, USA and Japan. At the beginning of the 20th century a new form of bioterrorism occurred, which put humanity in the face of a terrifying threat.

In this most recent era, sexuality has found a new form that is inseparable from the sophistication of technology that shapes the face of sexual digitalization / digisexuality. This research seeks to describe Al-Qur'an's view of digital behavior from the perspective of Maqashid Syari'ah Al-Ghazali. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and taking data from various literature (library research). In this study, the writer used the theory of maqāṣīd al-syarī'ah which was initiated by Al-Ghazali to analyze the verses about sexuality to obtain Al-Qur'an's view on digisexuality. The results of this study indicate that digital behavior when viewed from the aspects of Maqashid Al-Syar'ah, including protection of the soul, mind, religion, descent, and property has many shortcomings and does not achieve the purpose of sexuality by the guidance of the Al-Qur'an.

The paper examines Polish reception of the poem by Sergei Yesenin “The Black Man”. It attempts to intertextually analyze the work at the level of various kinds of analogies with Polish poetic texts, translated and original. The subject of comparative analysis is the content-formal aspects of translated texts. At the same time, the theory of translation, becoming a part of the comparative methodology, allows one to reach a broader level of generalizations, cultural projections, and socio-historical parallels. The study addresses a number of translations (W. Słobodnik, L. Podhorski-Okołów, W. Broniewski, A. Pomorski), illustrating the degree of freedom of interpretation of a literary text, proportion of congeniality as a special criterion of poetic correspondence. The very process of circulation, transfer, continuous cultural exchange of motives, lyrical situations between the texts of different national literatures and linguistic elements came to be an undeniably important aspect of artistry as a new quality of imagery and the birth of “explosive” poetic meanings. The issue of cultural transfer allows perceiving in individual translation versions mental worlds of the authors refracted in them, life-creating and biographical contexts, as well as historical collisions. In this case literary translation acts as a reliable tool, through which typological and comparative-historical comparisons of poetic worlds are carried out. Analysis of the micro-poetics of texts, motif structure and sensory layer appears more or less convincing on the way of studying reception and a broad intertextual field of selected works.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused dynamics in the budget absorption process, sothat budget revisions are very crucial in determining the absorption rate and work unit operations. This study aims to measure the accuracy of KPPBC TMP A Marunda in preparing the budget and knowing the policies taken in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The analytical method used is a qualitative analysis by processing data through interviews, observations, and literature studies. Based on the results of data processing, the budget revision in the 2020 fiscal year was carried out with several themes, including budget revisions in terms of changing budget ceilings, revisions to budget shifts in terms of fixed budget ceilings, and administrative revisions by making budget savings during the Covid-19 pandemic, adding a special account for handling Covid-19 and revision of the minus ceiling. Budget revisions are carried out by paying attention to budget performance against realization and the amount of the budget ceiling. Budget revisions in the context of budget savings to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic are carried out by reducing budgets sourced from accounts that are considered not become a priority. The presentation of the special account for handling Covid-19 in the financial statements does not have a special segment, it is presented as goods expenditure in the budget realization report and presented as goods and services expense in the operational report.

Abstract This paper presents an analytical method developed to design and study the tooth geometry and contact characteristics of helical face gears. The tooth geometry is first defined while simulating the meshing of the face gear with the shaper used to cut it. A second meshing simulation is then performed between the face gear and the meshing pinion to determine some characteristics of kinematics, i.e. exact location of contact points, theoretical contact ratio, kinematics transmission error. The computation method is very general and allows to study several types of face gears : crossed axes or offset, varying shaft angle, spur or helical pinion. Cutting and assembling errors are also included in the simulations. The study has shown the influence of the different errors on the kinematics characteristics. Relative sensibility of helical face gears under various misalignments has been also established.

The article is devoted to the problem of punctuation transmission in poetic translation. Punctuation helps to understand the written form of the text. The structure, meaning, and intonation of the utterance dictate the setting of the necessary punctuation mark. In poetic works, punctuation also serves the purpose of highlighting or emphasizing the most significant elements. The search for adequate means of conveying intonation and highlighting semantic segments leads to a combination of various additional ways of formatting the text. The individual style of a writer or poet in a literary text is conveyed through stylistically significant marks of the author's punctuation. The translator must decide whether to keep the author's punctuation, omit it, or include the punctuation marks of the receiving language in the translation. Poetic translation often leads to a significant rearrangement of the text, in which the punctuation component refers to other speech segments than in the original text, what was shown by the example of translations of I. Bunin's poetic works.
