Abstract: This research is the result of tracer study alumni of Islamic Education programs for Early Childhood students at STAIN Gajah Putih Takengon, Aceh Tengah, Aceh. The need for tracer study data for alumni of study programs is needed to map the alumni existence and as an input for evaluating the internal quality of the study programs that have been implemented and taught to alumni. By using the census method, researchers took the entire PIAUD study program alumni, while the key informants in this study were 428 PIAUD Early Study alumni and graduate users. However, after conducting this research a total of 144 graduates were recorded. While supporting informants came from the head of the PIAUD study program, academic staff of STAIN GPA and other information. From this study it was revealed that graduates of the PIAUD study program had worked in various early childhood education institutions, such as being a TPA teacher, family planning teacher, kindergarten/RA teacher, civil servant, school principal, and school supervisor. And the average waiting period for them to get a job is less than one year. Keywords: Tracer Study, Alumni, Islamic Education programs for Early Chilhood Students   Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan hasil tracer study alumni program studi Pendidikan Islam Anak usia Dini pada Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Takengon, Aceh Tengah, Aceh. Kebutuhan akan data tracer study Alumni Program Studi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini STAIN GPA sangat dibutuhkan untuk memetakan keberadaan alumni serta sebagai bahan  masukan evaluasi terhadap mutu internal pelaksanaan program studi yang telah dijalankan dan diajarkan kepada alumni. Dengan menggunakan metode sensus, peneliti mengambil keseluruhan alumni prodi PIAUD, adapun yang menjadi informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah 428 alumni Prodi Pendidikan Islam Anak usia Dini dan pengguna lulusan. Namun setelah melakukan penelitian ini total lulusan yang terdata berjumlah 144 lulusan. Sementara informan pendukung berasal dari ketua prodi PIAUD, staf bagian akademik STAIN GPA dan informasi lainnya. Dari Penelitian ini terungkap bahwa lulusan prodi PIAUD telah bekerja di berbagai lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Mulai dari guru TPA, guru KB, guru TK/RA, PNS, kepala sekolah, maupun pengawas sekolah.  Dan rata-rata masa tunggu mereka dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan kurang dari satu tahun. Tracer studies help educational institutions obtain information to increase the relevance of their curriculum to meet employment’s need and improve the graduate performance. This applied research aims to evaluate the implementation of study programs in order to increase the relevance of the curriculum and the graduate performances. This research adopts a qualitative approach. 77 informants were involved in the research, consisting of 64 alumni and 13 stakeholders. Data were collected through online interviews and questionnaires containing open-ended questions, and then analyzed using content analysis. The results showed that the implementation of study programs, service quality, curriculum relevance, and alumni performance were rated at "good" and "very good" levels. To improve services, MM study program needs to improve the quality of communication among lecturers and academic staff, and organize information technology-based learning, learning activities outside the campus (industry), and learning mechanisms for alumni. The study suggests to the importance of soft and hard skills particularly related to integrity; professionalism; leadership element; and the communication skills of graduates in the curriculum.Keywords :Tracer study, Alumni, Stakeholder, Service quality, Curricullum relevance

This study aims to evaluate the internal quality management of each study program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Place of the research is Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The type of the research used is quantitative research with Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Education (MBCfE) method. The results of the assessment use the Baldrige criteria. The results of the research  show that the performance of the Study Programs which occupy the Benchmark Leader level include: Islamic Education Management, English Education, Mathematics Education, Physics Education and Islamic Education, while the Study Programs which occupy the Industry Leader level include: Counseling Guidance, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Training (PGMI),  Raudatul Anfal Teacher Training (PGRA), Arabic Education, and Biology Education. The results of the study found that the main factors in determining the success of the study program management are leadership and human resources factors. While the factors that need to be developed in an effort to improve the quality of the study program are the factors of information management and analysis, strategic planning, and results of educational activities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen mutu internal masing-masing program studi di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Tempat penelitian di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Education (MBCfE). Hasil dari penilaian menggunakan kriteria Baldrige. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja program studi yang menempati level Benchmark Leader meliputi: Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Matematika, Pendidikan Fisika, dan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Sedangkan Kinerja Program Studi yang menempati level Industry Leader meliputi: Bimbingan Konseling, Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI), Pendidikan Guru Raudatul Anfal, Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, dan Pendidikan Biologi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor utama dalam menentukan keberhasilan pengelolaan program studi adalah faktor kepemimpinan dan sumber daya manusia. Sementara faktor yang perlu dikembangkan dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu prodi adalah faktor manajemen informasi dan analisis, perencanaan strategis, dan hasil-hasil kegiatan pendidikan.

The Tracer Study process at STAKN Kupang has not run well. Documents about graduate users cannot be obtained at the Department or the Internal Quality Assurance Agency (LPMI). This makes it difficult to get information from Graduates about the existence of STAKN Kupang Graduates. Though it is very important in relation to the preparation of the curriculum and in filling the instrument during Accreditation.This is the background of the writer to do the Study Tracer for the user of Graduates. Therefore the authors in this study are interested in examining the response of graduate users to the graduates of STAKN Kupang and discuss them in Scientific work with the title, "Analysis of Graduation User Satisfaction Study Program of STAKN Kupang Christian Religious Education in 2019"

At the present stage, in the context of global economic and political problems, the educational space in countries with a small open economy is of particular importance, since it is recognized as one of the key elements of ensuring public welfare. In addition to the costs directly allocated to education in Georgia, the government finances various retraining courses, the need for which is due to the higher education programs which seem to be incompatible with the labour market. The purpose of this article is to determine the cost efficiency of retraining incurred by the state, and the reasons for these additional costs as well as the aspects of retraining (profession / qualification) provided to higher education diploma holders. This last group is of particular interest to us to determine what causes the need for services provided by the employment agency in the case of people with higher education which, possibly, leads us to gaps in study programs, which, in turn, can be caused by a) higher education programs, which cannot give graduates the proper skills; or/and b) the institution of higher education has not studied the required number of graduates/skills needed in the market (and determines the number of students according to its academic staff) and/or graduates with low academic performance (which are supported by the institution of higher education so as not to lose a voucher) need retraining.

STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang was established in the year 2000 as an information technology-based tertiary institution which has three study programs, namely under graduate of informatics engineering, diploma three informatics engineering and under graduate of information systems. The three study programs always strive to improve the status of accreditation by continuously improving internal quality and making accreditation a strategy to compete with other universities. To maintain quality, STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang, especially the undergraduate informatics engineering study program routinely monitors and evaluates the performance of lecturers. The problem that is often faced in routine monitoring and evaluation of lecturer performance is the performance evaluation process that is still objective so that to overcome these problems, a decision support system is needed that can assist in evaluating the performance of lecturers at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang. The purpose of this study is to make a decision support system for the assessment of performance of lecturers of the first-degree informatics engineering study program at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang using TOPSIS method. The results of this study are in the form of a desktop-based application that can facilitate the monitoring and performance evaluation teams of lecturers in evaluating the performance of lecturers of study programs.

Instititut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Lhokseumawe is the only Islamic education campus in Lhokseumawe city, which one of its faculties is the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, consisting of Sharia banking and Sharia Accounting study programs. This research tries to determine factors influencing the students' decision to choose the new study program in the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, IAIN Lhokseumawe. This research used analysis factor methods using SPSS. The study samples are Sharia banking and Sharia Accounting students. The research results explained that the investigated two-factor groups: the first-factor group includes the place, process, physical evidence, price, product, decision, and economy. The second-factor group includes positive issues and promotion. The positive issue factor is the highest and dominated the students' decision to choose the study programs. The following factors included place, process, physical evidence, price, product, promotion, decision, and economy. Thus, there is no difference between factor 1 and factor 2 variables influencing the students' decision when choosing the departments. This research is limited to two study programs in an Islamic higher education institution. Future research can involve students' parents and compare with other study programs using other research methods to get a complete picture to deepen the factors influencing students to choose a new study program.

The name of the Higher Education Institution will be big, because of the alumni. However, the Informatics Engineering University of Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG) continues to be required to always improve the quality of its educational process accompanied by efforts to increase its relevance in the context of global competition. Efforts to make improvements both in the academic and infrastructure fields have been carried out. The management of alumni data at Muhammadiyah Gresik University especially Information Engineering has not been overlooked and is still done manually. Alumni data is only stored in piles of paper in the administrative space, this can cause data damage and even data loss. The UMG Informatics Engineering tracer study activity provides an increase in education in teaching and learning activities so that it can improve the subsequent learning process. Therefore, to get information on the indications of lack of implementation of the study program the success of professionalism (career, status, and income) of alumni is needed. The Web-based Tracer Study Information System in Informatics Engineering Muhammadiyah Gresik University will be made easier for study programs to get information on relevant knowledge and expertise (the relationship between knowledge and expertise with work requirements, work scope, professional position) of the alumni. The value of the convenience obtained from the application questionnaire by users is 75.95% rounded up to 76%.

<p><span>This study aims to determine the development of learning evaluation in Islamic Education Management Study Program at STAI Darunnajah Bogor. With the research and development research method with the ADDIE research model. Based on the results of research and development that the researchers did that students gave 84% response very effective and efficient, 14% effective and efficient, and 4% less effective and efficient. Then 64% strongly agree, 34% agree and 2% quite agree. Thus, the development of Google Form is worthy of being used as an effective and efficient learning evaluation media for students of Islamic education management study programs at STAI Darunnajah Bogor.<br /><strong></strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Abstrak</strong><br /></span></p><p><span>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran pada Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam di STAI Darunnajah Bogor. Dengan metode penelitian pengembangan R&amp;D (research and development) dengan model penelitian ADDIE. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan yang peneliti lakukan bahwa mahasiswa memberikan respon 84% sangat efektif dan efisien, 14% efektif dan efisien, dan 4% kurang efektif dan efisien. Kemudian 64% sangat setuju, 34% setuju dan 2% cukup setuju. Dengan demikian bahwa pengembangan Google Form layak digunakan sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien mahasiswa prodi manajemen pendidikan Islam di STAI Darunnajah Bogor.<br /></span></p>

Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Gorontalo berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh melalui tracer study. Secara khusus, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang lulusan, yang meliputi (1) rata-rata masa tunggu lulusan, (2) jenis pekerjaan yang ditekuni, dan (3) tanggapan terhadap pengguna lulusan.Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah: (1) berapa rata-rata masa tunggu lulusan?, (2) jenis pekerjaan apa yang ditekuni lulusan?, dan (3) bagaimana tanggapan pengguna terhadap lulusan?. Anggota populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 408 orang, dari jumlah tersebut 58% (238 orang) dijadikan sebagai anggota sampel dengan menggunakan cluster sampling. Indikator penelitian meliputi: (1) rata-rata masa tunggu lulusan, (2) jenis pekerjaan yang ditekuni lulusan, dan (3) tanggapan pengguna terhadap lulusan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tracer study. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) rata-rata masa tunggu lulusan adalah 3 bulan; (2) jenis pekerjaan yang ditekuni lulusan terdiri dari 13 kategori yakni (a) Guru BK (PNS) sebanyak 27.31%; (b) Guru BK (Non PNS) sebanyak 50.00%; (c) Guru PAUD sebanyak 0.84%; (d) Guru TK sebanyak 5.04%; (e) Guru SD sebanyak 4.20%; (f) Guru SLB sebanyak 0.42%; (g) Pegawai instansi pemerintah sebanyak 2.52%; (h) Pegawai perusahaan sebanyak 0.84%; (i) Dosen sebanyak 1.26%; (j) Dosen luar biasa sebanyak 1.26%; (k) Wirausaha sebanyak 3.78%; (l) Anggota DPR sebanyak 0.42%; (m) dan lain-lain sebanyak 2.10%; dan (3) tanggapan pengguna terhadap lulusan, yang menyangkut: (a)  integritas (etika dan moral) = 89.60 (sangat baik); (b) keahlian berdasarkan bidang ilmu (profesionalisme) = 82.92 (baik); (c) bahasa Inggris = 67.89 (cukup); (d) penggunaan teknologi informasi = 81.71 (baik); (e) komunikasi = 84.06 (baik); (f) kerjasama tim = 85.04 (sangat baik); dan (g) pengembangan diri = 83.83 (baik).      AbstractThis research is expected to improve and improve the quality of the management of Study Program Guidance and Counseling of State University of Gorontalo based on information obtained through tracer study. Specifically, this study was undertaken to obtain information about graduates, which included (1) the average waiting period for the graduates, (2) the type of work being undertaken, and (3) responses to graduate users.The problems of this research are: (1) what is the average waiting period of graduates ?, (2) what kind of work is graduated ?, and (3) how is the user's response to the graduates ?. The population members in this study amounted to 408 people, of which 58% (238) were used as sample members using cluster sampling. Research indicators include: (1) average waiting period for graduates, (2) types of work occupied by graduates, and (3) user responses to graduates. Data collection was done by using tracer study instrument. The collected data is analyzed quantitatively.The results showed: (1) the average waiting period of the graduates was 3 months; (2) the type of work occupied by graduates consists of 13 categories, namely (a) Teacher BK (PNS) as much as 27.31%; (B) Teacher BK (Non PNS) as much as 50.00%; (C) PAUD teachers as much as 0.84%; (D) Kindergarten teachers as much as 5.04%; (E) elementary school teachers as much as 4.20%; (F) SLB Teachers as much as 0.42%; (G) Employees of government agencies as much as 2.52%; (H) Company employees 0.84%; (I) Lecturer as much as 1.26%; (J) Unusual lecturer as much as 1.26%; (K) Entrepreneur as much as 3.78%; (L) Members of the People's Legislative Assembly of 0.42%; (M) and others as much as 2.10%; And (3) user responses to graduates, which include: (a) integrity (ethics and morals) = 89.60 (excellent); (B) expertise by field of science (professionalism) = 82.92 (good); (C) English = 67.89 (enough); (D) use of information technology = 81.71 (good); (E) communication = 84.06 (good); (F) teamwork = 85.04 (excellent); And (g) self-development = 83.83 (good).
