Tracer studies help educational institutions obtain information to increase the relevance of their curriculum to meet employment’s need and improve the graduate performance. This applied research aims to evaluate the implementation of study programs in order to increase the relevance of the curriculum and the graduate performances. This research adopts a qualitative approach. 77 informants were involved in the research, consisting of 64 alumni and 13 stakeholders. Data were collected through online interviews and questionnaires containing open-ended questions, and then analyzed using content analysis. The results showed that the implementation of study programs, service quality, curriculum relevance, and alumni performance were rated at "good" and "very good" levels. To improve services, MM study program needs to improve the quality of communication among lecturers and academic staff, and organize information technology-based learning, learning activities outside the campus (industry), and learning mechanisms for alumni. The study suggests to the importance of soft and hard skills particularly related to integrity; professionalism; leadership element; and the communication skills of graduates in the curriculum.Keywords :Tracer study, Alumni, Stakeholder, Service quality, Curricullum relevance

This research is a quantitative descriptive study which aims to obtain an overview of alumni assessments in providing service quality and the relevance of the curriculum of the Sport Science Study Program, Faculty of Sport Sciences, Yogyakarta State University. The data collection method used a questionnaire with variables consisting of 1) the quality of financing services and academic activities 2) the waiting period of work, 3) the competence of graduates, and 4) the relevance of the curriculum. The population of this study were all graduates of the Ikor Study Program. Sampling with snowball sampling technique with a total of 113 samples. The research instrument used a questionnaire while for data collection techniques using google form. Data analysis was carried out by means of quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the service quality of the Ikor study program in financing is very good, it is known that the tuition fees are 26.55% with scholarships and 73.45% at their own expense. Meanwhile, the quality of service in academic activities was good at 79.27%. Ikor Study Program graduates in obtaining employment amounted to 65.49% after graduating with an average of 3.47 months and before graduating 34.51% with an average of 5.23 months. The overall competence of graduates was very good, namely 85.3%, the most prominent being competence in working with teams or with other people, namely 88.5%. The results of the relevance of the curriculum are included in the very good category, namely 85.93%, in the relevance of the curriculum from the alumni assessment, the highest percentage of 90.97% was found in practice subjects that were delivered during lectures very well according to work needs. So as a whole it can be concluded that most of the alumni assessments in providing service quality and curriculum relevance are very good. PENILAIAN ALUMNI TERHADAP MUTU LAYANAN DAN RELEVANSI KURIKULUM PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEOLAHRAGAAN FIK UNY AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang penilaian alumni dalam menyelenggarakan mutu layanan dan relevansi kurikulum Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan variabel yang terdiri dari 1) mutu layanan pembiayaan dan kegiatan akademik 2) masa tunggu pekerjaan, 3) kompetensi lulusan, dan 4) relevansi kurikulum. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh lulusan Prodi Ikor. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik snowball sampling dengan jumlah 113 sampel. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data dengan google form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan jalan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa mutu layanan prodi Ikor dalam pembiayaan sangat baik, diketahui bahwa pembiayan kuliahnya sebesar 26,55 % dengan beasiswa dan sebesar 73,45 % dengan biaya sendiri. Sedangkan mutu layanan pada kegiatan akademik hasilnya baik yaitu sebesar 79,27 %. Lulusan Prodi Ikor dalam memperoleh pekerjaan sebesar 65,49 % sesudah lulus dengan rata-rata sebesar 3,47 bulan dan sebelum lulus sebesar 34,51 % dengan rata-rata sebesar 5,23 bulan. Kompetensi lulusan secara keseluruhan sangat baik yaitu 85,3 % yang paling menonjol kompetensi dalam bekerjasama dengan tim atau dengan orang lain yaitu sebesar 88,5 %. Hasil relevansi kurikulum masuk dalam kategori sangat baik yaitu sebesar 85,93 %, dalam relevansi kurikulum dari penilaian alumni persenstase yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 90,97 % terdapat pada matakuliah praktik yang disampaikan saat kuliah sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Sehingga secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian alumni dalam penyelenggaraan mutu layanan dan relevansi kurikulum sebagian besar menyatakan sangat baik.

The name of the Higher Education Institution will be big, because of the alumni. However, the Informatics Engineering University of Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG) continues to be required to always improve the quality of its educational process accompanied by efforts to increase its relevance in the context of global competition. Efforts to make improvements both in the academic and infrastructure fields have been carried out. The management of alumni data at Muhammadiyah Gresik University especially Information Engineering has not been overlooked and is still done manually. Alumni data is only stored in piles of paper in the administrative space, this can cause data damage and even data loss. The UMG Informatics Engineering tracer study activity provides an increase in education in teaching and learning activities so that it can improve the subsequent learning process. Therefore, to get information on the indications of lack of implementation of the study program the success of professionalism (career, status, and income) of alumni is needed. The Web-based Tracer Study Information System in Informatics Engineering Muhammadiyah Gresik University will be made easier for study programs to get information on relevant knowledge and expertise (the relationship between knowledge and expertise with work requirements, work scope, professional position) of the alumni. The value of the convenience obtained from the application questionnaire by users is 75.95% rounded up to 76%.

Abstract: This research is the result of tracer study alumni of Islamic Education programs for Early Childhood students at STAIN Gajah Putih Takengon, Aceh Tengah, Aceh. The need for tracer study data for alumni of study programs is needed to map the alumni existence and as an input for evaluating the internal quality of the study programs that have been implemented and taught to alumni. By using the census method, researchers took the entire PIAUD study program alumni, while the key informants in this study were 428 PIAUD Early Study alumni and graduate users. However, after conducting this research a total of 144 graduates were recorded. While supporting informants came from the head of the PIAUD study program, academic staff of STAIN GPA and other information. From this study it was revealed that graduates of the PIAUD study program had worked in various early childhood education institutions, such as being a TPA teacher, family planning teacher, kindergarten/RA teacher, civil servant, school principal, and school supervisor. And the average waiting period for them to get a job is less than one year. Kebutuhan akan data tracer study Alumni Program Studi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini STAIN GPA sangat dibutuhkan untuk memetakan keberadaan alumni serta sebagai bahan  masukan evaluasi terhadap mutu internal pelaksanaan program studi yang telah dijalankan dan diajarkan kepada alumni. Dengan menggunakan metode sensus, peneliti mengambil keseluruhan alumni prodi PIAUD, adapun yang menjadi informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah 428 alumni Prodi Pendidikan Islam Anak usia Dini dan pengguna lulusan. Namun setelah melakukan penelitian ini total lulusan yang terdata berjumlah 144 lulusan. Sementara informan pendukung berasal dari ketua prodi PIAUD, staf bagian akademik STAIN GPA dan informasi lainnya. Dari Penelitian ini terungkap bahwa lulusan prodi PIAUD telah bekerja di berbagai lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Mulai dari guru TPA, guru KB, guru TK/RA, PNS, kepala sekolah, maupun pengawas sekolah.  Dan rata-rata masa tunggu mereka dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan kurang dari satu tahun. The quality of a study program is assessed from the results of accreditation. Accreditation is also one of the requirements in applying for a job in a public or private institution. The hope is that the results of university accreditation will be satisfactory when students graduate from the college. With the Friedman test statistic, it can be seen the effect of the study program accreditation in the Faculty of Science and Technology on the learning intensity and future expectations in this study. It turned out that descriptively, the A study program's accreditation motivated students to study diligently and students really hoped to get a job or reputable college for further studies. In contrast, the students from study programs are accredited B, and C have medium and low learning intensity. Their hopes of getting a good job or place of further study are almost ordinary or almost nonexistent.

The University of Padang (UNP) is one of the educational institutions in implementing e-learning. This research used quantitative method. The researcher evaluated e-learning by using the information success system DeLone & McClean model. This research was expected to be able to find out the overview of UNP e-learning. Based on data analysis, it showed that respondents’ level of achievement (TCR) reached 88.07% was categorized into good. The quality of information showed that the TCR reached 87.36% was categorized into good. Service quality of TCR reached 87.76% was categorized into good. The use that TCR reached 88.24% was categorized into good. Respondents’ satisfaction showed that TCR reached 88.73% was categorized into good. The benefit of TCR reached 84.10% was categorized into good. So, e-learning of Padang University had "Good" measurement on all variables, of course it would affect the use of e-learning itself, especially managed by educators and students' use.

The Knowledge in a study program or faculty at Higher Education is an asset that must be utilized by universities. Explicit knowledge can be in the form of meeting attendance, meeting schedules, minutes of meetings, teaching materials, documentation of the final session, letters (SK, ST, contract letters, etc.), certificates, reports, guidelines, manuals , memos, strategic plans, curriculum and so on. However, knowledge cannot be easily accessed by cross study programs or cross faculties at the college. Some study programs have done documentation so well that it has an impact on satisfying accreditation assessments. Study programs that have satisfactory accreditation can be an example for other study programs. A knowledge management system is needed to bridge the distance between study programs that have good governance and others. The results of the knowledge management system testing allow for the exchange of knowledge to become a means of improving the quality of governance both at the study program level and at the faculty level.

Customer satisfaction is one of the determinants of the survival of a company. Service quality is an important factor for companies, especially for companies engaged in services. Service quality has a close relationship with customer satisfaction. Satisfaction will be felt maximally by the customer, if the customer gets more than his expectations. Satisfied customers, they will give a positive response. This study aims to broadly improve the quality of Indonesian DigIs services, in the hope that consumers' desires and needs can be achieved and in line with their expectations of management perceptions. The use of Servqual and Kano methods is expected to later identify the GAP between customer needs and needs that must be improved and the technical response that must be carried out by management, so that customer satisfaction is expected to increase the quality of Indonesian DigIs services so that the company can grow rapidly.This research began with interviews and distributing questionnaires to 50 consumer respondents when getting responses about Indonesian DigIs services used to test validity and reliability. Service attributes consist of 30 items using the Servqual method consisting of 5 dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, empathy, assurance, and responsiveness. After distributing questionnaires, the next step is to do data processing with GAP calculations to determine customer satisfaction with the quality attributes of Indonesian DigIs services. Then processed using Kano method.Priority attributes to be repaired and improved by Indonesian DigIs companies to be in accordance with the wishes and needs of customers based on VoC (Voice of Customer) through Servqual and Kano methods is the first priority in the tangible dimension is the neat appearance of employees who need to be improved again, if necessary uniformed ( wearing dresscode). The first priority in the reability dimension is the security of the system that is operated to be further enhanced by maintaining the confidentiality of the consumer database and security in operation. The first priority in the dimensions of responsiveness, is the speed of officers in providing services should management provide training in both soft skills and hard skills that can support the speed of employees in providing services. The main priority in the assurance dimension, namely the officer has the knowledge and ability to provide information, in this case the management should provide additional training that can support the knowledge of the service officers. While the main priority on empathy dimensions, is about providing information and instructions on how to operate the system clearly, the management should conduct an SOP evaluation, so that the operation of the system can run better. The proposal to improve Indonesian DigIs services according to customer desires and needs based on VoC (Voice of Customer) using Servqual and Canoeing methods is the improvement or evaluation of SOPs, reviewing facilities and infrastructure (focused on room facilities) and providing additional training to support HR performance.

Introduction: Educational staff services play a role in determining the quality of education. Service quality is able to provide satisfaction for students. Students who were satisfied with the perceived quality will develop student loyalty to the institution. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of educational staff service quality with the satisfaction and loyalty of nursing students so that the educational institutions as service providers are able to provide the best service and survive in the midst of competition. Method: The study was an explanative survey with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using both quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative (Focus Group discussion/FGD) methods. This study used proportional random sampling, with 110 students as samples. The variables in this research were customer expectations, perceived quality, student satisfaction and loyalty. The data was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by linear regression, while FGD was conducted in two different groups (students and staff’s managers). Result: The result of the study explains the influence of student expectations on the perceived quality of the educational staff with a p-value = 0,002. There was no influence of student expectation on student satisfaction with a p-value = 0,156. The influence of the perceived quality of the educational staff towards student satisfaction had a p-value = 0,000. The influence of student satisfaction on student loyalty had a p-value = 0,000. Conclusion: The fulfilment of student expectations will have a positive impact on perceived quality. Furthermore, the positively perceived quality will create student satisfaction and student loyalty towards the educational institutions. For further research, it is suggested to examine the effect of satisfaction on student complaints.

Introduction. The main goal of obturation is prevention of reinfection of the root canal system and consequently appearance of periapical lesion. Epidemiological studies have confirmed high prevalence of periapical lesions in endodontically treated teeth with inadequate root canal fillings. The aim of this study was to assess the quality of root canal fillings in teeth treated at students? practical sessions. Iatrogenic errors during endodontic interventions were also assessed. Methods. Two hundred dental records of the patients treated by students in the study program Dentistry at the School of Medicine in Foca during the academic year 2010/2011 were randomly chosen. The length and homogeneity of the fillings or the presence of iatrogenic errors were recorded. A root canal filling was considered adequate if it had correct length and homogeneity in the absence of iatrogenic errors. Two students? curricula V1 and V2 were evaluated for the treatment outcome. Results. Out of 128 endodontically treated teeth, adequate length of the canal filling to the physiological apex was observed in 57% of teeth, homogeneity in 78.9%, while both of these criteria were satisfied in 66 teeth (51.6%). Better quality of root canal fillings was achieved by students of the study curricula V2 and the difference between these two programs was significant (p<0.05). Better quality of root canal fillings in both study programs was recorded for incisors and canines as compared to premolars. Conclusion. The quality of endodontic treatment performed by students was considered adequate in 51.6% of cases. The type of curriculum for endodontic course had a significant impact on the quality of endodontic treatment performed by students.

Abstract: The increasing number of students who graduated each year causes a lot of student data that need to be processed, causing difficulties in grouping the data. In this research apply Data Mining by using Clustering method to classify the quality of graduate students of Faculty of Computer Science Dehasen University of Bengkulu based on GPA and Study Program. The algorithm used is K-Means Clustering, where the data are grouped based on the same characteristics will be entered into the same group and the data set entered into the group does not overlap. Information displayed in the form of group ?? a group of graduate students who dominate the Study Program, so it is known to the group that has the best graduate quality. The results of this study will assist the University in analyzing the quality of graduated students and the most potential study programs. Software used to help this grouping is Rapid Miner. Keywords: K-Means Clustering, Study Program, Graduate Quality, Rapid Miner Abstrak: Semakin meningkatnya jumlah mahasiswa yang diluluskan setiap tahunnya menyebabkan banyaknya data mahasiswa yang perlu diolah sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengelompokan data tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan Data Mining dengan menggunakan metode Clustering untuk mengelompokkan kualitas lulusan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu berdasarkan IPK dan Program Studi. Algoritma yang digunakan yaitu K-Means Clustering, dimana data dikelompokkan berdasarkan karakteristik yang sama akan dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok yang sama dan set data yang dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok tidak tumpang tindih. Informasi yang ditampilkan berupa kelompok � kelompok lulusan mahasiswa yang mendominasi Program Studi, sehingga diketahui kelompok yang memiliki kualitas lulusan terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini akan membantu pihak Universitas dalam menganalisa kualitas mahasiswa yang diluluskan dan program studi yang paling berpotensi diminati.
