The study aims to analyze the effect of webportal on individual impact and satisfaction as mediating variable. Sample in this study are 381 respondents. This study is using survey. The technique of taking sample is by using convenience sampling.  The hypothesis testing was conducting using multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The result showed that webportal has positive and significant on individual impact. Webportal also has positive and significant on satisfaction. Satisfaction partial mediation the positive influence of webportal on individual impact.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. Objective - This study examines the relationship between perceived stress, athletic burnout and leisure amongst badminton players. Methodology/Technique - The research subjects were all first national ranking tournament badminton players in 2012. The study uses convenience sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey. 350 questionnaires were distrubuted, with 288 valid questionnaires being returned (male 195, female 93). The rate of effectiveness was 82%. All of the data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistic and hierarchical regression analysis. Findings – The research subjects were all first national ranking tournament badminton players in 2012. The study uses convenience sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey. 350 questionnaires were distrubuted, with 288 valid questionnaires being returned (male 195, female 93). The rate of effectiveness was 82%. All of the data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistic and hierarchical regression analysis. Novelty – The study highlights that badminton players who participate in leisure-based activities are able to effectively adjust their perception of pressure to a "reduced sense of accomplishment" which has an effect on athletic burnout. Additionally, the study results give rise to variety of proposed solutions or suggestions for dealing with burnout or stress. This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays taxes . Sources of data used in this study is primary data derived from taxpayer restaurant in Tomohon. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis resulted in the equation r Y = 8.000 + 0.136 X1 + 0.440 X2 . R2 value of 0.303 indicates the proportion of the taxpayer contributes understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays tax at a restaurant in Tomohon 30.3 %. And korelsi coefficient ( r) of 0.550 . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that no taxpayer understanding partial effect on consciousness taxpayer pays tax while the restaurant in Tomohon city restaurant tax benefits significantly influence the consciousness of the top tax payers in the city of Tomohon.

Tax compliance is a major factor affecting tax revenues. To determine the level of compliance of taxpayers in meeting their tax obligations can be seen from the achievement of revenue targets. This research aims to analyzing the influence of taxpayers’ awareness, knowledge of taxation, and taxpayers’ attitude influential on of docility taxpayers in KPP Pratama Boyolali. Convenience sampling was conducted in this research as a method. Data obtained in the form of primary data questionnaire distributed in KPP Pratama Boyolali and data obtained secondary from KPP Pratama Boyolali. Taxpayers taken as sampled was taxpayers who came to KPP Pratama Boyolali who have NPWP good taxpayers people personally and the body was handed SPT in KPP Pratama Boyolali. This research used Multiple Regression analysis tool. The result of research shows that awareness taxpayers influential significantly against of docility taxpayers. The knowledge of the tax is not influential significantly against of docility taxpayers The attitude of the taxpayers significantly influences taxpayer compliance. AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability

This research aims to analyze the influence of trust, consumer satisfaction, perceived value, and commitment in loyalty and to analyze the influence of trust, consumer satisfaction, and the perceived value toward commitment.There are 500 respondents used in this research. They were taken using convenience sampling. The confirmatory factor analysis is employed to find out the validity and reliability of the data. The multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the data.The result of this research shows that in the first analysis, the trust, the perceived value and the commitment positively influences the loyalty, whereas consumer satisfaction had no significancy influence on the loyalty; the second analysis shows that consumer satisfaction and the perceived value positively influence the commitment, whereas the trust had no significant positively influence on the commitment.

This research is aimto analyze the influence of trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman. The population in this research is the Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman in 2015. The sample was taken by purposive sampling using the formula of Slovin, with sample size as much as 90 respondents. Data analysis is performed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t-test. The results of this study show that trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Mitra Beasiswa AJB Bumiputera 1912 of Pariaman.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of taxation socialization, tax service quality and tax rates on individual taxpayer compliance at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Sampling was done using the Convenience Sampling method, with the Yamane formula calculation and a sample of 100 taxpayers was obtained. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire, and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that: (1) Tax socialization has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, (2) Service quality tax does not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers, (3) Tax rates do not affect individual taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxation Socialization, Tax Service Quality, Tax Rates and Individual Taxpayer Compliance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Attitudes, Organizational Commitments, Severity of Cheating Levels, Personal Cost of Reporting and Professional Commitment to whistleblowing intentions. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. The population in this study were all Village government apparatus in Subang Regency and the sample in this study were 200 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) attitude influences the intention to conduct whistleblowing; (2) organizational commitment does not affect the intention to conduct whistleblowing; (3) Fraud severity level influences the intention to conduct whistleblowing; Personal Cost of Reporting has a negative effect on the intention to do a whistleblowing; (5) Job commitment influences the intention to conduct whistleblowing

This study was motivated by the decline in targets at PT. Mod Indi Semarang. For this reason, the problem can be formulated is how the sewing part efforts improve Employee Performance so that production is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation on Employee Performance in the part of sewing production at PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The population of this study was 420 production employees at sewing PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The sample used in this study was 81 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides an opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of collecting data through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 22 which includes tests of validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a t-test, F test, R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient value of 0.884, it is known that in this study the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation has a consequent on the variable employee performance of 88.4% while the rest, which is 11.6% is influenced by other variables that are not explained.
