Abstract: Partners in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities, namely Tuk'ah's mother pastry entrepreneurs who produce cookies on the basis of orders, except on holidays. The equipment used by Partners is very simple and many have been damaged, as well as a place to produce, therefore some equipment is needed in accordance with production capacity and some training both in managerial and product terms. Pastry entrepreneurs have high potential to be developed because pastries are one of the favorite cakes among all people and the marketing area is still around. This community service activity aims to increase production capacity and increase family income. The method applied in this partnership program is training, mentoring and monitoring so that partners continue to grow and be able to compete with similar businesses. The results of this community partnership program are procurement of tools to support the production process, improvement of production sites and training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping, marketing and entrepreneurship, training in variants of pastries. It is hoped that the PKM Program (Community Partnership Program) will be able to solve the problems faced by partners so that it will create a larger pastry business and increase family income. Community service activities, specifically the Community Partnership Program (PKM), aims to improve the ability of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers, both in terms of pronunciation and the methods that support it in Nanggulan sub-district, Kulon Progo district. The target audience for this service program are the PAUD teachers in SPS Tunas Harapan, which amount to 4 (four) people. The programs that have been implemented are training 1) How to pronounce English words, and 2) English methods for PAUD level. The overall process of science and technology transfer is carried out with a pattern of education and training that is equipped with socialization to these teachers to improve the ability and skills to use English developed through English language training (pronunciation on pronunciation or pronunciation) and methods and benefits to improve teacher ability and school quality.

Corn is a superior agricultural product for the Giri Harjo I farmer group, Girikikis Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri. However, farmers process and peel corn manually, so it takes a more time and inefficient. In order to overcome this problem, this community service designed and made a corn sheller machine that was used to simplify and increase the productivity in the corn harvesting process. This service activity begins with the delivery of the corn sheller machine to the farmer group, then exposure and training on the use of the machine. Corn shelling is accomplished by inserting the corn into the sheller shaft, after which the grinding knife separates the corn kernels from the cob. The shelling test results show that this machine works well, is practical to use, is highly portable, the production process is faster, the corncobs are not damaged, and the electric power consumption is low. This machine has a 0.5 HP motor and a production capacity of 183 kg/hour for shelling corn kernels.

This community service program through the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is a training for the development of chrysanthemum cultivation in the Kakaskasen Village, Tomohon City. This activity aims to provide guidance and training to flower farmers in the City of Tomohon, dubbed as the City of flowers in order to be able to cultivate Chrysanthemum flowers without having to import from outside the region. This activity needs to be done considering that the city of Tomohon with its nickname which is the City of Flowers in each year carries out an international-scale tourism promotion program called the Tomohon International Flowers Festival (TIFF). So it is very necessary the readiness of the Flower Farmers in supporting such international scale activities. The availability of Chrysanthemum Flowers will be better if the flower farmer in Tomohon City is able to cultivate his own Chrysanthemum flowers without the need to buy from outside the area, it will be more profitable for flower farmers so that every year Tomohon City holds the International Flower Festival to become the biggest income moment for flower farmers in Kakaskasen Village Tomohon City.  Keywords: cultivation, chrysanthemum Tomohon, chrysanthemum farmers

This community service activity was conducted in Malang regency precisely in Tambakasri Village Tajinan district Malang regency in Siomay Business Group "Fanda." In Siomay, "Fanda" business experienced a decrease in production, and one of them was also due to the packaging process, which was less tight because it still uses a hand sealer not to last. To slice siomay, still use a regular scoop. In addition, the packaging is less attractive and under-sold in the market because it does not use e-commerce marketing techniques and has not been able to project profit-loss business. This activity aims to increase the income of siomay businesses for the welfare of families in times of pandemics. This activity is carried out with mentoring, training, and counseling in marketing techniques, preparation of simple financial statements, assembly of appropriate technology for vacuum sealers and spinners. This activity results in a 20% increase in revenue, 20% increased production capacity, adequate steering process time, and increased marketing area into the city.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di daerah Kabupaten Malang tepatnya di Kelurahan Tambakasri Kecamatan Tajinan Kabupaten Malang pada Kelompok Usaha Siomay “Fanda”. Pada usaha Siomay “Fanda” mengalami penurunan produksi dan salah satunya juga karena proses pengemasan yang kurang rapat karena masih menggunakan hand sealer sehingga tidak bisa tahan lama. Untuk meniriskan tahu goreng siomay masih menggunakan serok biasa. Selain itu juga kemasan yang kurang menarik dan kurang laku dipasaran karena tidak menggunakan teknik pemasaran e-commerce dan belum mampu memproyeksi untung rugi usaha.Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usaha siomay demi kesejahteraan keluarga di masa pandemi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendampingan, pelatihan dan penyuluhan dalam hal teknik pemasaran, penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana, perakitan teknologi tepat guna vacuum sealer dan spinner. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pendapatan 20%, kapasitas produksi bertambah 20%, waktu proses penirisan semakin efektif dan wilayah pemasaran meningkat menjadi kota.

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was a “Soba Padu” UKM. The objectives to be achieved in this service activity are (1) providing management / financial management assistance in making simple bookkeeping to partners and (2) providing promotional media and marketing / selling products in the form of a website as well as conducting training on the use of online sales websites to UKM partners "Soba Padu" in Bongomeme Village, Gorontalo District. Specific targets to be achieved are: (1) Availability of online sales website for UKM partners “Soba Padu” (2) There is simple bookkeeping produced by UKM  partners “Soba Padu”. To achieve these specific goals and targets the method used is through training and mentoring to UKM partners “Soba Padu” with lecture and demonstration techniques and practice. The end results of this Community Service activity are (1) the promotion of products produced by UKM through online sales websites, (2) increased sales of products from UKM "Soba Padu" and (3) creation of regular financial management in accordance with the principles correct financial management.

Community Partnership Program Objectives on workshoop activities to improve teacher and parent understanding of children's development in accordance with the stages of development. Specific targets expected from this activity are teachers and parents understanding and knowing the stages of development so that they can provide stimulus and the potential that exists in children to develop optimally. The target of the community in this service is the teachers and parents in RA Daarus Syifa and RA Tazkya totaling 100 people. Activities are carried out from April to August 2018. Methods of implementing activities are observation, implementation of activities, assistance and evaluation. From the results of the reflection obtained from the results of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of teachers and parents in child development. By providing assistance, the teacher will understand the stages of development in the learning process. This activity should be carried out on a broader target, so that it can help teachers in developing children's development, especially in the learning process.

This community service activity aims to form or develop a community business that is economically independent and helps create jobs and thinking, creative and independent skills for the community. This training activity for making twister chips with potato as an essential ingredient in one of the business product innovations is expected to be a choice for entrepreneurship for Popo Village, Takalar Regency, which is expected to improve their family's economy. The approach method offered to support community service program activities is a participatory method in which partners are directly involved in activities from preparation to implementation. The action is holding meetings in entrepreneurship counseling and training on making twister chips. The type of output produced based on the planned activity in community service is in the form of a modern product with specifications for twister chips with potato as the primary ingredient.

The Community Partnership Program in partnership with the Tani Rahayu Women's Group and the Bakpia Jurug Industry Association have succeeded in helping create economic independence. The results of this program are increased capacity and quality of production of bakpia and tempeh nuggets in the partner group. The implementation of mechanical and automation technology-based tools is able to increase the production capacity of tempe nuggets from 2 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. While the implementation of the use of bakpia kumbu processing equipment was able to increase the production of 3 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. The utilization of these tools has also been followed by quality assurance training and assistance, so that the quality of the products produced is uniform.

This Community Service is a Community Partnership Program that was carried out by to partners of the Brown Sugar Cane Business Group in Latellang Village, Patimpeng District. The processing of sugar cane so far has been very simple, and some of the sugar cane businesses were out of business due to the consumption and need for brown sugar cane by the community, especially the Latellang and other villages, who are reluctant to consume brown sugar cane. This reluctance is caused by the aroma of brown sugar cane. Therefore, diversification of brown sugar cane products was carried out by processing brown sugar cane into Liquid sugar and Recengan sugar. The results of the PKM program were able to provide partners with increased knowledge of processing brown sugar cane into a diversified product that has high economic value and reduced the price of brown sugar cane from Rp. 10,000 per kilogram into products with 250 grams of brown sugar cane as raw material. 2-3 bottles of Liquid Sugar (250 ml plastic packaging) with a price of Rp.10,000 per bottle and produce 15 pieces of Recengan Sugar. Especially for Recengan sugar packaging, it is packaged in pouch containing 8 Recengan sugar ata a price of Rp.10,000. The impact will be revive the production of cane brown sugar to the Cane Brown Sugar Business Group partners, especially in Latellang Village.
