The Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on the decline in sales of Micro,  Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because most MSMEs cannot sell their products freely due to physical distancing policies and Large-Scale Social Restrictions. Meanwhile, many MSMEs have not been able to sell their products online because they do not have the skills to sell online. The purpose of this community service is training and online marketing assistance to the Business Group for Increasing Prosperous Family Income (UPPKS) in Lowokwaru District. The method of implementing activities is training to create business Instagram and Facebook accounts, techniques for taking photos of products, producing marketing videos, uploading product photos, tips on finding consumers, packaging techniques and product delivery. Partners are “atiqa” UPPKS members who produce handicrafts such as bags, wallets, tissue holders and mask. The result of the activity for 6 months was the joining of partners at the Shopee market place, active Instagram and business Facebook. Sales increase during the Covid 19 pandemic due to partners producing mask. The gross revenue from 1,500,000 rupiah per month increases to 3,000,000-6,500,000 rupiah per month. Online sales can expand the marketing area, unlimited sales of time so as to increase sales.It is hope that other UPPKS members and MSMEs  can sell online in order to increase revenue.   Keywords : Online marketing, Market place, Handicrafts

The globalization of the labor market led to increased labor competition in the country. The influx of foreign workers makes domestic workers have to prepare themselves to be able to compete competitively. To win the competition, the labor must have the competency certification required by labor users. This competency certification is issued by a competent certification body. Competency certification covers various fields, including competencies in the field of accounting, which has an important role in the company as the party responsible for preparing financial statements. The need for competency information underlies the Community Service team majoring in Accounting to socialize how the mechanisms and techniques to obtain Accounting Technician competency certification. This socialization was packaged in a Webinar forum which invited 21 participants who are members of the Malang City Economics MGMP. This activity provides benefits, including providing solutions to improve the understanding and capabilities of Accounting Teachers, one of which is through training and mentoring by parties experienced in Accounting Technician Professional Certification; provide easy-to-understand training on Accounting Technician Professional Certification and provide tips and tricks for facing the Accounting Technician Competency Test; increase the motivation of the Accounting Teacher to provide training and understanding to students in preparing for the Accounting Technician Competency Test.

Internet banking and mobile banking training for marketing teachers and small and medium enterpries (SMEs) in the Surabaya region is one form of community service activities carried out by the Ubaya Polytechnic Marketing Management Study Program. This activity is carried out with the aim to provide participants with insights on how to use internet banking and mobile banking. This training was held on July 6, 2019 at Ubaya Polytechnic Campus Surabaya, which was attended by 38 participants. The method used in this training is to socialize how to use internet banking or mobile banking as a payment transaction tool that is often used today. The results achieved from this training activity are that participants can utilize existing technology, especially in the banking sector more effectively.

Topographically, Toyomarto Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency, is included in the category of highland areas with an altitude of ± 622 meters above sea level (masl). In 1981, the mortar and mortar handicrafts became the livelihood of residents in Petung Wulung hamlet, Toyomarto village, Singosari sub-district. The purpose of this service is to provide waste benefits as an economic value for local residents. Therefore, the community service team planned a concept to use mortar waste as gabion and brojong stones. In addition, increasing the economic value of the waste will also increase the attractiveness of using mortar waste as a decoration in Toyomerto village in beautifying the environment. In this community service activity 4 (four) gabion or brojong designs were produced. Among them are cylindrical, tubular, and semi-spherical or circular with a conical top for planting media and plants. It also has its own offer for the villagers apart from being a decoration for the environment, as well as a typical souvenir from the village of Toyomarto. Plants that are chosen besides their aesthetics are those that can survive indoors and outdoors and do not require much water or a continuous watering process, for example plants of the Agavesiklok, Portulaca Grandiflora, Cactus and so on. The results of the implementation of this program were well received by the community and could improve the economy of Toyomarto Village.

Abstract:  Nyamu and Rattan bark by the people of Central Kalimantan in general are only used for binding, making traditional clothes that are used in certain events only. Even though there are still many things that can be made from this Nyamu leather raw material, such as alternative materials for making longsongan bags, modified into bags or wallets which can then be further developed in terms of design. To increase the value of beauty and increase the value of handicraft products made from Nyamu bark such as bags and wallets, it is carried out by means of unified matching sequins as a way to enhance the appearance of the products produced and become a special feature of this Nyamu bark product. PKW which is motivated by the assistance of partners in empowering the community in this activity will provide Training and Assistance in the Black and White Craftsmen Group. The method used is active participatory community empowerment through collaboration with partners namely the transfer of knowledge and technology through training activities. All PKW activities went smoothly according to plan. The partner is able to practice what is involved in the activity and has already produced a bag and wallet product with modified sequins. Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation, around 70% of participants succeeded in sewing wallets and purses, while 90% of participants had already started to be skilled at making various patterns of sequin paintings, and several products were sold. .Keywords: Nyamu bark, rattan, sequin, craftsman.

Masa remaja adalah masa pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan  mental emosional, yang masih membutuhkan  bimbingan yang mendasar terhadap masa perkembangan kepribadiannya.  Masa remaja terjadi peristiwa yang dapat membuat bahagia namun juga ada yang membuat menderita karena mendapatkan bullying dari teman dan dari lingkungan hidupnya.  Rumusan masalah adalah adakah pada masa remaja yang menjadi pelaku bullying dan korban bullying. oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan pencegahan perilaku bullying, sebelum terjadi kasus yang sulit diatasi. Metode penelitian kualitatif dan  analisis deskriptif   yang diperoleh dari temuan di lapangan secara langsung, alat ukur menggunakan tes psikologi yaitu BAUM dan DAM dan HTP dan WARTEGG, dan penyuluhan tentang materi bullying. Hasilnya  terdapat beberapa  siswa  yang memiliki karakteristik emosi labil, perilaku, mudah tersiggung, mudah memaki, adanya perilaku kurang santun, teriak-teriak dan  menggoda dengan  mempermainkan barang temannya,  mengejek, mengolok, mengancam, bahasa yang digunakan menyinggung harga diri teman. Bullying yang terjadi pada siswa di SMP yang   menimbulkan dampak yang buruk bagi pelaku dan korban bullying, dampaknya korban bullying mengalami kecemasan, trauma dan depresi, yang perlu mendapatkan penanganan secara tepat yaitu konseling dan psikoterapi. Plunturan is one of villages in Ponorogo, East Java Province. The prime product of Plunturan Village is a cultural heritage that is still maintained by the local village community. The various cultural products are Reyog (Reyog Anak, Reyog Perempuan dan Reyog Taruna); Gajah-Gajahan; Jathilan; Ganongan; Tledekan; Karawitan; Wayang Kulit; Coke’an; Metik Desa; Metri Desa; Metri Tandur; Campursari; and Sego Angkruk. Artists come from across generations, passed down through village elders and art groups. Artists today do not consider the potential of art in their village as their main source of income. They have other livelihoods such as farmers, traders, civil servants, government officials, teachers, health workers, private employees. This condition causes a lack of initiative from artists to attract tourists from outside the region. The role of stakeholders in Plunturan Village is very important in developing cultural tourism. The Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) which is the driving force for cultural tourism development activities must develop a strategy to make Plunturan a tourism village. Therefore, this service uses a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and treath) to find out what strategies should be taken to initiate Plunturan Tourism Village based on local wisdom. So that culture-based development is not only aimed at improving culture, but also in carrying out development it is necessary to base on the culture that is owned, especially regarding value systems, attitudes and customs.

The purpose of this service is to provide assistance related to retail management for traditional traders in Malang Dinoyo Market in order to be able to compete with modern traders. The strategy undertaken is through the stages of customer identification and Dinoyo Market traders, observation and conducting Forum Group Discussions (FGD) with assistance in the form of management of spatial and merchandise management, assistance in preparing simple financial statements and management of merchandise inventory. The result of this dedication is the increasing knowledge of Dinoyo Market traders in selling their merchandise so that the bias can still exist in modern times like today.

The application of e-marketing and packaging development for mealworms  (Tenebrio Molitor) in service partners' business is motivated by the problem of the inability of breeders to meet market demand due to the lack of a wide spread of product marketing networks. Based on this, this community service activity aims to increase breeders’ knowledge, motivation and technical skills to develop online marketing and product packaging and expand the marketing network through online product sales and better packaging. The implementation of this activity is carried out with individual breeder partners for 3 months through the functional participation method by providing direct assistance with interviews, observations, and discussions with partners regarding the problems and solutions applied. The result of this activity is an increase in knowledge, motivation and technical ability of e-marketing as well as the promotion of mealworm products online, informative, illustrative product packaging, able to protect product quality and provide a good image of feed quality. The expansion of marketing and product packaging is able to increase sales of partner products.

Pamekasan is one of the districts whose coastal areas produce bamboo shells or locally known as "Lorjuk". The processed Lorjuk to be products for Pamekasan's typical souvenirs is potentially very large because the bamboo shells can not be found on all beaches around Indonesia. One of the efforts to increase the competitiveness of processed Lorjuk products as typical Madurese souvenirs is to increase production efficiency to spur the economy of the Lorjuk processing community on “Pesisir Biru” in Polagan Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency. Nevertheless, the problem is a lack of knowledge about Lorjuk processing techniques and attractive packaging methods and a lack of understanding the business analysis and marketing efficiency. The offered solution is to carry out training on attractive processing techniques and packaging methods, PIRT permits, and on marketing techniques for the Lorjuk processed business as a Pamekasan's typical souvenirs. Solving partner problems is by implementing a marketing mix model that focuses on products and promotions. The result of the first activity is that the Lorjuk processors gain knowledge on the Lorjuk characteristics from Pamekasan and the kinds of processed products for souvenirs and the packaging techniques. The second activity is to provide training on Lorjuk processing techniques and product packaging, e.i. “Sambal Lorjuk”. The third activity is to calculate the cost analysis and marketing the products virtually via social media such as “Buka Lapak" and Facebook.
