The Community Partnership Program in partnership with the Tani Rahayu Women's Group and the Bakpia Jurug Industry Association have succeeded in helping create economic independence. The results of this program are increased capacity and quality of production of bakpia and tempeh nuggets in the partner group. The implementation of mechanical and automation technology-based tools is able to increase the production capacity of tempe nuggets from 2 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. While the implementation of the use of bakpia kumbu processing equipment was able to increase the production of 3 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. The utilization of these tools has also been followed by quality assurance training and assistance, so that the quality of the products produced is uniform.

CAPACITY BUILDING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE KERUPUK BALOK INDUSTRY THROUGH A COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN BUKIT PENINJAUAN II VILLAGE, SUKARAJA DISTRICT, SELUMA DISTRICT, BENGKULU. Bukit Peninjau II Village, Sukaraja Subdistrict, Seluma Regency, has very good potential for the development of small industries, especially home industries in the food sector. One of the small industries in Bukit Peninjauan II Village is the block cracker processing industry which was started in 1995 and currently has 8 business units, including the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community. The team together with partners agreed on several issues faced by partners, including the lack of knowledge (soft skills) and skills mastered by partners regarding product diversification technology, packaging techniques, production equipment and knowledge about financial management. The aim of the Community Partnership Program is to improve partners' skills in the field of product diversification, improvement of packaging and labeling techniques, application of drying system mechanization technology, and increasing partner knowledge in the field of financial management of small industries. The results of the activity show that the product of processed cracker diversification has been formed in the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community, with 3 variants namely original, spinach and carrots crackers. Furthermore, improvements have also been made to the quality of packaging and labeling, through training and providing assistance with labeling equipment. To overcome the problem of drying which has so far been using sunlight, the team provided cabinet drying assistance to the two partners.

The Community Partnership Program aimed to provide direct benefits to people's lives in the social and economic fields and to improve the quality of resources through the empowerment of the women of the PKK and Karang Taruna groups in Dukuh IV Cerme, Panjatan, Kulon Progo Regency by utilizing natural ingredients in around his residence. This activity was expected to solve the problems in the partner villages, namely the source of income for the community is only dominated by the agricultural sector, the natural potential of the village that has not been used properly, lack of skills in managing the potential of the village, the majority of the residents of Dukuh VI Cerme are housewives who have minimal income. The Community Partnership Program consists of two activities, namely the training in making ecoprints by utilizing natural materials in the neighborhood around Dukuh VI Cerme, Panjatan and making audio-visual videos on how to make ecoprints. The Partnership Program activity is expected to be carried out continuously so that it can be an additional livelihood for the local community because the selling value of the ecoprint product is still quite high on the market. Keywords: Ecoprint; Income; Natural Ingredient; Kulonprogo

The purpose of the Subject Teachers Consultation (STC/MGMP) will be if the teachers are skilled, accustomed and able to develop various activities that are able to support teacher competencies. One of the activities carried out was to participate in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) program development activities with LPTKs such as Pasundan University. The STC included in the Community Partnership Program (CPP/PKM) is the Bandung and City Mathematics STC. Problems with both partners are: (1) Some teachers do not know SPSS and its benefits in research, (2) Understanding of some teachers in collecting data according to the formulation of research problems is still lacking, (3) Some teachers do not know e-learning applications that use video conference. This problem has an impact on the inhibition of research and an increase in the rank of teachers. Approach methods used to overcome problems with training, mentoring, and mentoring. The two partners' solution-resolution procedures will be carried out by the team as follows: (1) Training, mentoring and mentoring in using SPSS features, (2) Training in using e-learning applications (3) Training, mentoring, and mentoring in collect data according to the formulation of research problems. CPP was attended by 14 Mathematics Teachers from the City of Bandung, and 17 Mathematics Teachers from Bandung Regency who were each from the Bandung City and Regency STC. The first meeting resulted in the following conclusions: (1) The quality of CPP in formulating problems, testing instruments, using SPSS features, and video conferencing conducted was very good, (2) The ability of teachers to understand, master, and train in making either test or non-test research instruments are in a pretty good category, (3) the teacher's ability to input data according to data or the scale of the data is in a good category, (4) The teacher's ability to use video conferencing to get guidance and assistance in doing the work is in good category.

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was a student and teacher of YYPP SMK Wonomulyo Distric of Polewali Mandar of Sulawesi Barat Province. The problems were: (1) lack of knowledge about screen printing and heat molding wrapper so it has an attractive appearance, (2) easy to print screen printing and heat-forming packaging, (3) packaging products IRT / SME, and (4) the quality of the packaging print production sellable. External target is the SME / Industry Households have an interesting product packaging. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, question and answer, and counterparts. Tempe production which continues to grow along with the needs of the community and it will keep growing  because tempeh is an affordable food and it with ingredients that are very beneficial for the body. Partners of this program,  Stimulus Community Partnership Program (PKMS) are Tempe Production UMKM. PKMS activities are carried out by holding production equipment, the most important of which is the soybean crushing machine with its energy-saving skin. Based on the results of the implementation of the tools that have been carried out by partners, there is an increase in efficiency of production time compare to before and after the use of the tool. Before using the device, the time needed to produce tempe,  5 kg of soybean is 6 minutes 45 seconds. After the use of the device, the time needed in the production of tempeh 5 kg of material becomes 3 minutes 15 seconds. There is an efficiency of production time 3 minutes 30 seconds. In addition to time efficiency, the electrical load used at the time of production before and after using the device is difference. Before using the equipment, the electricity needed is costed 50 thousand for 23 days. After the use of the device, 50 thousand electric credit can be last up to 20 days. From the results of the evaluation conducted after a series of processes , the results obtained in line with expectations with a difference in net income in a month is Rp. 1,200,000, with increased income that can improve the standard of living of partners. Overall, the results of the use of soybean seed crushing machine with the husk make the production of tempe to partners more efficient in production time and the electricity costs are not high and get quite high profits. While the results of the device are better and not crushed the seeds.

Pertumbuhan penduduk usia produktif di Indonesia yang tidak diimbangi dengan ketersediaan lapangan kerja yang cukup, menyebabkan bertambahnya angka pengangguran. Pemerintah menggalakkan program wirausaha sebagai solusi dari peningkatan pengangguran. Salah satu wirausaha yang mempunyai prospek cukup baik adalah peternakan bebek petelur. Sebagai bahan pokok, permintaan telur bebek di pasaran relatif stabil. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengefisienkan waktu pembuatan tepung kepala udang sebagai komponen pakan yang paling penting dalam produksi telur bebek. Proses pembuatan tepung kepala udang yang dilakukan warga Maros selama ini terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: 1) Perebusan kepala udang, 2) Penjemuran kepala udang, 3) Penggilasan dan 4) penghalusan. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini menggunakan metode research and development. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan program ini yaitu : 1) efisiensi waktu mulai dari pengeringan kepala udang sampai pembuatan tepung kepala udang dari 2 hari menjadi 10 jam, 2) mitra dapat mengoperasikan mesin tepung dan memanfaatkan teknologi, 3) kapasitas produksi tepung udang meningkat karena waktu produksi tepung semakin pendek, 4) laba usaha meningkat sebesar Rp 14.230 atau 47,43% dan aliran kas bersih meningkat menjadi Rp 44.230 atau 73,72% karena biaya pakan bisa ditekan. Kata kunci: Mesin Penghalus, Dry Home, Pakan Bebek. Abstract The growth of the productive age population in Indonesia that is not matched by the availability of sufficient employment opportunities, causes an increase in unemployment. The government is promoting the entrepreneurship program as a solution to increasing unemployment. One entrepreneur that has good prospects is laying ducks. As a staple, demand for duck eggs on the market is relatively stable. This community partnership program aims to streamline the time to make shrimp head flour as the most important feed component in duck egg production. The process of making shrimp head flour made by Maros residents so far consists of 4 stages, namely: 1) Boiling shrimp heads, 2) Shrimp head drying, 3) Milling and 4) fineness. This community partnership program uses research and development methods. The results obtained from the implementation of this program are: 1) time efficiency from drying the shrimp head to making shrimp head flour from 2 days to 10 hours, 2) partners can operate the flour machine and utilizing technology, 3) shrimp flour production capacity increases due to shorter flour production time, 4) operating profit increased by Rp. 14,230 or 47.43% and net cash flow increased to Rp. 44,230 or 73.72% due to reduced feed costs. Keywords: Disk Mill, dry Home, Duck Farm,

The joint business of coconut fiber broom made by Namira and Bina Taruna is a business that has been run by the partner in Telaga Waru Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok regency. The effort has been carried out for generations by local villagers. The focus of this activity is on how to oversee the whole business management process, and to administer, document the results of coconut fiber production through marketing media in order to output or the end result (such as increased production and wider market network) to be obtained more optimally and effectively. This Community Partnership Program activity aims to improve the quality of coconut fiber broom products located in Telaga Waru Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok regency. Methods of implementation of the PKM offered by the proposing team to the partners of Namira and Bina Taruna include coordination of partner group existence, preparation of schedule of activities, assistance of skill development of partner business group, marketing through assistance, organizing scheduled open house products and facilitating coverage in the print media. The results of this dedication have been felt by the whole community of Telaga Waru village and its surroundings after the participants follow the socialization process and the science is given through direct practice and interactive dialogue process so that from the training result, there will be improvement of understanding before and after training.

Abstract: Partners in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities, namely Tuk'ah's mother pastry entrepreneurs who produce cookies on the basis of orders, except on holidays. The equipment used by Partners is very simple and many have been damaged, as well as a place to produce, therefore some equipment is needed in accordance with production capacity and some training both in managerial and product terms. Pastry entrepreneurs have high potential to be developed because pastries are one of the favorite cakes among all people and the marketing area is still around. This community service activity aims to increase production capacity and increase family income. The method applied in this partnership program is training, mentoring and monitoring so that partners continue to grow and be able to compete with similar businesses. The results of this community partnership program are procurement of tools to support the production process, improvement of production sites and training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping, marketing and entrepreneurship, training in variants of pastries. It is hoped that the PKM Program (Community Partnership Program) will be able to solve the problems faced by partners so that it will create a larger pastry business and increase family income. The community partnership program implemented in Aisyiyah Kindergarten aimed to improve thecompetence of kindergarten teachers in the application of multimedia learning. The existence of technologicalchanges, as well as changes in student generation are of concern to all educators so that they can also improve andchange the learning model that has been applied. The activities applied to improve the competence of teachers inAisyiyah Kindergarten were: a) Trainedthe Kindergarten teachers to find out the method of using ICT in learning; b)Trainedthe teacher groups to skillfully plan ICT-based learning for PAUD children. The activity was conducted inManuruki Street, Tamalate District. The implementation methods used were the lecture method and practice. Theteachers were given knowledge about learning models for millennial generations and the Alpha generation.Furthermore, they were offered practical activities, including making slide presentations in Microsoft power pointand creating the media for audio video providers, namely media-based website or youtube.com. The observationresults of the program implementation showed high interest of teachers to learn and actively ask questions in thetraining process. Thus, this community service partnership program could help in improving the quality of thelearning process.
