This Community Service is a Community Partnership Program that was carried out by to partners of the Brown Sugar Cane Business Group in Latellang Village, Patimpeng District. The processing of sugar cane so far has been very simple, and some of the sugar cane businesses were out of business due to the consumption and need for brown sugar cane by the community, especially the Latellang and other villages, who are reluctant to consume brown sugar cane. This reluctance is caused by the aroma of brown sugar cane. Therefore, diversification of brown sugar cane products was carried out by processing brown sugar cane into Liquid sugar and Recengan sugar. The results of the PKM program were able to provide partners with increased knowledge of processing brown sugar cane into a diversified product that has high economic value and reduced the price of brown sugar cane from Rp. 10,000 per kilogram into products with 250 grams of brown sugar cane as raw material. 2-3 bottles of Liquid Sugar (250 ml plastic packaging) with a price of Rp.10,000 per bottle and produce 15 pieces of Recengan Sugar. Especially for Recengan sugar packaging, it is packaged in pouch containing 8 Recengan sugar ata a price of Rp.10,000. The impact will be revive the production of cane brown sugar to the Cane Brown Sugar Business Group partners, especially in Latellang Village.

This Community Partnership Program involved partners of farmer group in Budimukti Village, Damsol District,Donggala Regency, namely Panca Jaya and Subur Jaya farmer groups. Problems faced by both partners were: a) Cocoa shellsaround the cocoa plantations were increasingly piling up and left without handling because there was no technology toprocess the waste to have economic value to improve community’s standard of living. b) The surrounding community did notknow that cocoa shells can be processed to be charcoal briquettes as an alternative fuel to replace kerosene and to be liquidsmoke as a natural insecticide and preservative. c) They did not have skills in making charcoal briquettes and liquid smokefrom cocoa waste as raw material. The program aimed at improving farmers' knowledge and skills in designing technology tomake charcoal briquettes from cocoa shell waste and techniques in making liquid smoke from cocoa shell waste and theirrespective uses. The methods used were counseling and training as well as the practice of designing technology to makecharcoal briquettes and assembling technology for making liquid smoke from cocoa shell waste. Assistance to members ofpartnership groups was carried out with Participatory Methods. Extension activities were carried out in an effort to improvetheir knowledge, while training and demonstration plots were carried out in an effort to accelerate the process of technologytransfer to the community. The end results of this program were the increase in farmers’ knowledge and the availability oftechnology packages for making charcoal briquettes and making liquid smoke from cocoa shell waste, so that the targetgroups can be independent in carrying out business activities using cocoa shell waste using the technology that had beenpracticed, on an ongoing basis

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN THE BUSINESS GROUP FOR MAKING DRINK KAHUMAMA LEAVES FOR HERBAL IN ONDO-ONDOLU VILLAGE, BATUI DISTRICT, BANGGAI, CENTRAL SULAWESI. The wood of Kahumama includes a lot of local wood in the village of Ondo-Ondolu Batui subdistrict. Partners have the potential to utilize the parts of the kahumama trees such as leaves, to be a product that is worth selling. The potential of leaf raw material is abundant. Suitable business opportunity to utilize the leaves of the Kahumama is a drink efficacious medicine. There are three main problems of the partner, namely: not yet know the process of processing production of kahumama leaves into a tea efficacious medicine; Not yet know the ongoing business and marketing management as well; Not able to overcome the existence of people who still do wood theft in the working area of forest farmer groups. To solve the problem of partners given solutions in the form of training processing production process of Kahumama tea leaves that include: raw material selection techniques, trade, ministry, winding, drying and packaging; Business management and marketing training; and educating people about forests that include forest outcomes, forest cultivation and forest benefits from ecological, social and economic aspects. Community Partnership Program of the business group of the tea making leaves Kahumama efficacious drug implemented for one year in the village Ondo-Ondolu Batui District Banggai. The stages of this program are: observation, production process training of tea processing leaves, business management and marketing training as well as the importance of preserving forests, forest products, forest cultivation and the benefits of forests (ecology, social and Economic development). The result of this community service is farmer group Skills increased in the processing and production of herbal drink Kahumama leaves, thus the welfare of the community increases.

Coconut oil processing or what is known by the Bugis people in South Sulawesi, namely Parede Oil, leaves a secondary product in the form of oil crust. This oil crust is not fully utilized, especially as a product that can increase its selling value. Therefore, this community service in the form of a community partnership program conducts training in processing oil crust into oil crust sauce. Until now, this product has survived with a shelf life of more than 4 months without the addition of any preservatives. This product is packaged in a chili pot with a net weight of 60 grams. This program has succeeded in improving the skills of partners, namely the PKK Latellang Village, Patimpeng District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province, in utilizing oil crust to become oil-based chili sauce which has high economic value.

Product Development of Cane Brown Sugar Using Herbal Extract in The Latellang Village District of BoneAbstract. The production of cane brown sugar is decreasing due to the low price of brown sugar form cane in the market. The low selling price of cane sugar is due to the quality and distinctive aroma of cane sugar which is less attractive to consumers. The community partnership program aims to provide solutions to partners while educating partners and citizens, especially for partner, on the benefits of cane brown sugar consumption compared to other as a form of food security as a form of persuasive methods to partners and citizens before the training takes place. This program is carried out in the form of counseling, training and mentoring. The training carried out was the manufacture of liquid sugar and instant sugar as a form of differentiation from cane brown sugar which can be of high economic value compared to selling original. The results of this program show that partners have been able to make and produce liquid sugar and instant sugar. Liquid sugar products are packaged in 250 ml bottles, while instant sugars called recengan sugar packed in wrapping plastic weighing 25 g, then packaged again in the form of a pouch containing 6 instant sugars. The results of the assistance show that partners have been able to make and produce liquid sugar and instant sugar and begin to expand into granulated sugar products. This differentiation product can certainly improve the price (profitable). Partner problems for the typical aroma of sugar cane can also be overcome by adding herbal extracts in the form of ginger extract and pandan leaf extract, so that the distinctive aroma of sugar cane can be disguised.Keywords: sugar cane liquid sugar, disposable sugar, recengan sugar, sugar variations of sugar cane herbal extract.Abstrak. Produksi gula merah tebu semakin merosot diakibatkan rendahnya harga gula merah tebu dipasaran. Rendahnya harga jual gula merah tebu disebabkan oleh kualitas dan aroma khas tebu yang kurang diminati oleh konsumen. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memberi solusi kepada mitra sekaligus mengedukasi mitra dan warga khususnya kelompok usaha gula merah tebu akan manfaat konsumsi gula merah tebu dibandingkan gula merah lainnya sebagai bentuk dari keamanan pangan melalui penyuluhan sebagai bentuk metode persuasif kepada mitra dan warga sebelum pelatihan dilaksanakan. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah pembuatan gula cair dan gula sekali pakai sebagai bentuk diferensiasi dari gula merah tebu yang dapat bernilai ekonomis tinggi dibandingkan hanya menjual gula merah batok. Hasil dari program ini nampak bahwa mitra telah mampu membuat dan produksi gula cair dan gula sekali pakai. Produk gula cair dikemas dalam bentuk botol 250 ml, sedangkan gula sekali pakai dengan nama produk komersilnya adalah gula recengan dikemas dalam plastik wraping dengan berat 25 g, kemudian dikemas lagi dalam bentuk pouch yang berisi 6 buah gula sekali pakai. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa mitra telah mampu membuat dan produksi gula cair dan gula sekali pakai serta mulai merambah ke produk gula semut. Produk diferensiasi ini tentu dapat memperbaiki harga gula merah tebu. Permasalahan mitra akan aroma khas tebu dapat pula teratasi dengan penambahan ekstrak herbal berupa ekstrak jahe dan ekstrak daun pandan, sehingga aroma khas tebu dapat tersamarkan.Kata Kunci: gula cair tebu, gula sekali pakai, gula recengan, gula variasi tebu ekstrak herbal.

Herlang Subdistrict is the largest producer of coconut juice (along with Selayar Regency and JenepontoRegency) which is the raw material for coconut sugar production in South Sulawesi. Tugondeng Village is one ofthe villages in Herlang District. About 80% of Tugondeng villagers work in the coconut sugar manufacturingindustry. However, this potential has not well developed due to the low economic value of brown sugar. To increasethe selling price of coconut sugar produced by Tugondeng Village, efforts need to be made to process coconut sapand coconut sugar into products which have higher selling price, namely palm sugar. The steps taken to achieve theobjectives of this activity were : (a) presentation of material on how to process coconut sap and coconut sugar intopalm sugar; and (b) demonstration of preparing palm sugar from coconut sap and coconut sugar. The resultsobtained show that the process of making palm sugar from coconut sap and coconut sugar is quite simple and thepalm sugar produced has longer shelf-life than coconut sugar

Participation is an important aspect of democracy as well as the rights of citizens. The implementation of participation is also practiced by students when the emergence of the Criminal Code Bill in 2019 and Omnibus Law in 2020. The purpose of this Community Partnership program is to socialize student-style democratic participation to students of SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. The specific target to be achieved in this devotional activity is the understanding of the understanding of ethical democracy and the call to critical thinking through media literacy before giving aspirations in democracy. Outside of this activity is scientific publications in the form of Journals as well as posters on Instagram. The method of implementing activities in achieving the objectives of community service is to conduct a webinar on the zoom application with students of SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga.

Experiences from the fields of science cultivated by lecturers can be poured into teaching materials, textbooks, reference books, research materials, study materials, and the like that are full of benefits. The benefit of this training is to help the devoted lecturers in making compulsory outcomes from community service activities in the form of making videos. Video making material in the form of a collection of photos and videos that are owned so that it will become a digital archive that can be enjoyed by everyone. For this reason, cinematographic basic techniques are needed as a basic principle so that lecturers can process their photos and videos so they can talk a lot in accordance with the desired motivation. The steps are in the form of (1) smartphone settings (2) picture taking technique (3) narration making (4) editing technique (5) uploading to YouTube social media. Through the implementation of the Community Partnership Program it can be seen that the interest and enthusiasm of lecturers in Makassar State University is very high to learn and maximize the functions and features of smartphones, basic techniques for taking good pictures, how to process and edit video with a smartphone, to feel First experience of uploading videos to YouTube social media.

Permasalahan dari kelompok petani sayur di Desa Waiheru, Kecamatan Baguala, Kota Ambon yaitu pengetahuan dan kesadaran yang masih rendah berdampak pada kurangnya perilaku pencegahan dampak akibat penggunaan pestisida seperti kurangnya praktik penggunaan alat pelindung diri oleh petani ketika melakukan penyemprotan. Tujuan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat adalah membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang perilaku pencegahan dampak penggunaan pestisida bagi komunitas petani di Desa Waiheru, pendampingan dalam pembuatan buku panduan/ pedoman perilaku pencegahan dampak pestisida, dan pemeriksaan hemoglobin pada petani sebagai indicator paparan pestisida kimia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan, penyuluhan/ sosialisasi, pemutaran video, penempelan poster, pemeriksaan hemoglobin. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah 1). Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan petani yaitu untuk nilai baik (≥ 70) dari 8 orang (66,7 % - pretest) menjadi 12 orang (100% - posttest); 2). sebanyak 3 (18,8%) petani yang mengalami abnormalitas hemoglobin (lebih rendah dari nilai normal); 3). Terlaksananya pemutaran video dan pemasangan poster penggunaan APD di Walang Tani. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan penyuluhan, pemasangan poster, pemutaran video dan pemeriksaan hemoglobin telah meningkatkan pengetahuan petani tentang perilaku pencegahan dampak kesehatan akibat penggunaan pestisida dan memberikan gambaran kesehatan petani.Kata kunci: Pemeriksaan Kesehatan; Penyuluhan; Komunitas Petani.AbstractCommunity service activities at the vegetable farming community in Waiheru Village, Baguala Subdistrict, Ambon, were carried out based on problems from the partner groups, namely the low level of knowledge and awareness of the impact on the lack of impact prevention behavior due to the use of pesticides from farmers such as misconduct when spraying; lacking of technical guidelines / guidelines on the application of pesticide impact prevention behavior; the existence of health problems in pesticide spraying farmers such as itching and nausea after spraying pesticides; also the lacking of practice of using personal protective equipment by farmers when spraying. Farmers need assistance and counseling to increase knowledge. Counseling conducted by agricultural extension has not touched by many aspects of the health of farmers regarding the use of pesticides. The aim of the Community Partnership Program is to help increasing the knowledge and understanding of the behavior of preventing the use of pesticides for the farming community in Waiheru Village, assistance in making manuals / guidelines for preventing pesticide impacts, and examining hemoglobin in farmers as indicators of chemical pesticide exposure. The methods used to achieve the objectives are assistance, counseling / socialization, video screenings, poster placement, hemoglobin examination. The results obtained are 1). An increase in farmers' knowledge is for good grades (≥ 70) from 8 people (66.7% - pretest) to 12 people (100% - posttest); 2).The amount are 3 (18.8%) farmers experienced hemoglobin abnormalities (lower than normal values); 3). The implementation of video screenings and posters for the use of PPE in Walang Tani. The conclusion is the activities of counseling, posting posters, video screenings and hemoglobin examinations have increased the knowledge of farmers about preventing health effects due to the use of pesticides and provide an overview of farmers' health.Keywords: Health Check; Counseling; Farming Community.

Philosophically, the river is the source of life, is the lifeblood of the earth, therefore the water flowing in the river must be kept pure and clean. The Tukad Mati River stretches from north to south in the middle of the village of Padangsambian Kaja, so that its position is squeezed between settlements and residents' housing, therefore the cleanliness of the water in Tukad Mati is strongly influenced by waste management from residential and residential areas. To help realize and maintain the cleanliness of the dead body, the team, with the permission of the Community Service Institute, UNWAR collaborated with partners (Padangsambian Kaja Village) through a community partnership program with outreach activities and location planning to build public awareness that rivers are not a dumping ground for all kinds of waste, for that it is necessary carried out: sorting waste from households to reduce waste to rivers, forming a community that cares about rivers and waste banks, doing mutual cooperation on a regular basis, carrying out supervision by related parties so that the rules run effectively, structuring the dead river so that it can be used as a tourist spot and fishing place.

The study aims to (1) describe the perception of sugarcane farmers in the district was on a partnership with PT PG Gorontalo farmers. (2) describe the factors that influence the success of the partnership program sugarcane farmers in the district was by PT PG Gorontalo. (3) analyze the contribution of sugarcane farmer partnership with PT PG Gorontalo to the income of farmers in the district was. This research is quantitative. Sources of data in this study are primary data from questionnaires to farmers. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, regression and simple regression. These results indicate that (1) The partnership pattern obtained and applied to partnerships sugar cane farmers in the district was by PT PG. Tolangohula namely Gorontalo Province Operational Cooperation patterns Agribusiness (KOA). Farmer partnerships to provide benefits to growers of sugar cane but still less than optimal on the issue of determining the selling price of sugarcane is not appropriate and farmers' rights and obligations of the partner company of farmers not fulfilled in accordance with the terms and agreements. (2) The results of multiple regression analysis about factors that affect the success of the partnership of farmers found that internal factors, external factors, the characteristics of partnership, participation of farmers and supporting components of the partnership jointly significant effect on the success of the partnership program sugarcane growers of the people in the district was the value of the determinant of 63.30%, while it partially only variable that does not pick internal factors have a significant effect. (3) Partnerships sugar cane farmers in the district was by PT PG Gorontalo positive and significant impact on people's income taboo Sugarcane farmers in the district was the positive benefit contribution rate of 0.268 or by 26.8%. This shows that the partnership is very beneficial for farmers' incomes but its implementation still need to be addressed in order to provide a greater contribution to the income of farmers folk taboo.
