Abstrak: Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Kelompok Karya Ilmiah Remaja (KIR) di SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu: Kepala Sekolah, Waka. Bidang Kesiswaan, Koordinator KIR, Guru, dan Pelatih KIR. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kelompok ilmiah remaja, yaitu: membentuk tim KIR yang terdiri dari: Kepala Sekolah, Waka. Bidang Kesiswaan, Koordinator KIR, Guru pembina, dan Pelatih KIR, (2) Pengorganisasian kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KIR sesuai dengan rencana karena setiap anggota sudah mengetahui peran masing-masing dari setiap tugas yang diberikan, (3) Pengawasan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KIR dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah beserta dengan orang tua siswa, dan (4) Penilaiaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KIR yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dengan melihat tingkat keberhasilan dan prestasi siswa dari setiap perlombaan yang telah diikuti. Abstract: This qualitative research with a descriptive approach aims to describe the Management of Extracurricular Activities of the Youth Scientific Work Group (KIR) at SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. Sources of data in this study are: Principal, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, KIR Coordinator, Teachers, and KIR Trainers. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Validation of this research data using triangulation technique. The results showed that: (1) Planning for extracurricular activities for youth scientific groups, namely: forming a KIR team consisting of: Principal, Waka. Student Affairs, KIR Coordinators, Guiding Teachers, and KIR Trainers, (2) Organizing KIR extracurricular activities according to the plan because each member already knows the respective roles of each assigned task, (3) Supervision of KIR extracurricular activities is carried out by the school along with with students' parents, and (4) Assessing KIR extracurricular activities carried out by the school by looking at the level of success and student achievement of each competition that has been followed.

The purpose of this study was to explore the process of implementing entrepreneurship programs through craft and entrepreneurship learning at SMA Negeri 2 Banguntapan Bantul. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and document analysis. We conducted interviews with school principals, vice-principals, teachers, students, and parents. We conducted data analysis referring to the writing of Entrepreneurship Education (Naswan Suharsono, Undiksha), namely through steps to reduce data, present data, and draw conclusions. The results showed that 1) SMA Negeri 2 Banguntapan Bantul developed entrepreneurship programs that refer to the school's vision and mission; 2) Cultivating an entrepreneurial attitude is carried out in several stages of coordination, preparation and planning, entrepreneurship development in the curriculum, outreach to school members, motivation by practitioners and visits to DUDI, entrepreneurial IHT; 3) The implementation of entrepreneurship program development is carried out by integrating subjects and extracurricular activities; the formation of the Student Business Group (KUS), and the existence of the Bazaar.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of cooperation between parents and teachers on Islamic religious education at MTs Muhammadiyah 03 Sedayulawas Lamongan. This research is a qualitative research with a background at MTs Muhammadiyah 03 Sedayulawas Lamongan. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews / interviews, and documentation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, so the presence of researchers in the field is very important. Researchers act directly as instruments and as data collectors from in-depth observations and are actively involved in research. Data in the form of words were obtained from informants,while additional data was in the form of documents. Data analysis is done by examining existing data, then reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions and the final stage of data analysis is to validate the data by using the accuracy and persistence of triangulation observations. The results showed: (1) The cooperation of parents and teachers. (2) Efforts to improve Islamic Religious Education. (3) The effect of cooperation between parents and teachers on Islamic Religious Education

The research aims to identify and develop the revitalization of civic disposition in fostering the values of Pancasila at SDN 3 Nganganaumala. The research design used a qualitative research type with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects used as samples in this study were students, educators, school leaders and parents, totaling 52 people. Research data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis used an interactive model consisting of sorting data, describing the data and interpreting conclusions. The results showed that the revitalization of civic disposition in fostering the values of Pancasila in SDN 3 Nganganaumala from all the participants had different answers and experiences consisting of the competence of role models for good students, a conducive and meaningful will given to students , habits of self-respect and integration of school members in fostering morality. The conclusion from research in the revitalization of civic disposition fosters the values of Pancasila, all school residents and parents who have been applied in schools have a good effect.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

This study aimed to see how the implementation of the Hizbul Wathan scouting movement to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. This type of research is to use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, the coach of Hizbul Wathan, the class teacher, students. Data collection is done by interviews, observations, and documentation. While in data analysis, using techniques in a way, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The scouting movement of Hizbul Wathan's development in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu since its inception tends to be stagnant and not optimal. The obstacles that exist make the implementation of the scout movement hizbul wathan less than the maximum to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu.

The purpose of this research is to know the process of calculation cost of service on HBBA Automotive Repair shop using Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method. This research was conducted in one of Member's HBBA that is Formula Automotive Repair shop. This type research is qualitative research. Data collection methods used ini this research are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analytical. The result of this research showed when Formula Automotive use Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method in determining cost of service is more clear and appropriate in accordance with utilization available resources in each services. Which is different with whats done by the company in determining cost of service, where the company still has not made a definite calculation and this can be seen when determining price of service based on provisions of owner and mechanics still using estimates. The results of calculation of Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method there are 3 types of services that have a cost that is too large compared to the service price determined by Formula Automotive Repair shop, namely wheel laher replacement, ac service and lamp service. This research is qualitative research with case study method. The focus of this research is to explore the value of ethnomathematics in the culture of the Bali Mula society in the Kintamani sub-district, Bali Province. The research starts from the exploration phase of ethnomathematics, mapping ethnomathematics with school mathematics, explores aspects of pedagogy in the preservation of ethnomathematics and concludes on how ethnomathematics is applied to mathematics learning in schools. Data collection was carried out through observation of Mejejahitan activities carried out by Bali Mula women. Data from observations are then linked to the results of documentation analysis and strengthened by the results of interviews. The triangulation method is carried out to check the validity of the research data. Based on the results of data analysis there is a relationship between the activities of Mejejahitan with school mathematics. The mathematical concepts contained in the Majejahitan activity that is reflecting (reflecting) and predicting or predicting patterns. Because there is a relationship between Majejahitan activities with school mathematics, it can be said that there are ethnomathematics values in the culture of the Bali Mula society in Kintamani District, Bali Province.

The research objective was to study the implementation of the Wafa method in Al-quran learning at the TKIT Ar-Royyan School of Nature. The Wafa method is an Al-quran learning method by maximizing the functions of the right brain without overriding the left brain which is combined in an interesting and fun way. The characteristic of Wafa's method is to read Al-quran with the strains of the hijaz and learning programs using movements that are in accordance with the verse translation. TKIT Ar-Royyan Nature School is a school that uses the Wafa method. The Wafa method is applied within a 5-year transfer period, previously using the Iqra 'method. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques used since formulating data, explaining problems before going to the field and continuing to finish the research results. The technique of validating data uses triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that the implementation of the Wafa method used 5P, namely opening, meeting, meeting, meeting. The steps for implementing the Wafa method learning can be applied face to face for ± 60 minutes according to the mastery of the teacher.
