Madrasas as a type of school education institution have the same duties andresponsibilities as other educational institutions that are under the guidance ofthe Ministry of Education and Culture. In order for education in the madrasas tobe effective, a complete and well-organized educational facility can be used asfully as possible to support a quality teaching and learning process. Based on thedescription of the discussion, a summary of conclusions is obtained: (1)Management of educational facilities and infrastructure is structuring activities,starting from the needs, procurement, inventory, storage, maintenance, use andstorage of complete arrangement of land, buildings, equipment, and schoolequipment available for and target. (2) Types of education can be divided intolearning tools and educational media. While the two types of infrastructure arebuildings and furniture. (3) The purpose of managing educational facilities andinfrastructure, is the provision of professional facilities and services in the field offacilities and infrastructure in schools in order to realize the education process inschools effectively and efficiently. Facilities administration is anything that can be used as a tool to achieve goals and objectives. While infrastructure is everything that is the main support for the implementation of a business process. So it can be concluded that the administration of facilities and infrastructure is all components that directly or indirectly to support the course of the educational process to achieve goals in an education. According to the Ministry of National Education’s General Provisions (Regulation of the Minister of National Education) Number 24 of 2007. Facilities are portable learning equipment. Educational facilities according to (Education Media Development Guidelines Team of the Ministry of Education and Culture) facilities are all facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, both mobile and non-mobile, so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regulary, effectively and efficiently.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the administration process of students in order to achieve the objectives of education, the technique used is the study of literature that is collecting some material from journals, books, and others.Administration of students (students) is the entire process of activities planned and planned deliberately and continuous guidance for all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to follow the teaching and learning process (PBM) effectively and efficiently, to achieve educational goals has been established.The purpose of the administration of students in education is generally to regulate all activities related to students so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively and efficiently so that the educational goals can be maximally achieved.In administrative students there is a process or activity carried out by the administrator, namely 1) the activities of the beginning of the school year which include planning, 2) during the school year, 3) the end of the school year.Instruments in student administration are master books, book clusters, student condition lists, student attendance books, school discipline records, student achievement notebooks, and mutation books.

The first part presents a review of concepts relating to reflection, drawing on the literature in this area. This literature review relates to the following aspects of reflection: the definition of reflection, the process of reflection, strategies in reflection, content of reflection, barriers to reflection, and advantages of reflection. The second part of this paper presents an investigation into the perceptions of a small sample of English language educators and supervisors, through personal interviews with 9 teachers and 3 supervisors from one higher education institution and other educational institutions in the United Arab Emirates. The findings of the investigation are analyzed with respect to the dimensions that appear in the literature review. These findings show that the teachers do have some knowledge of reflection. They reveal that the teachers: attitudes towards reflection and its applicability in the teaching and learning process is largely positive, mixed with some degree of skepticism. Teachers agree that reflection is useful, but many seem uncertain about how it can be applied in their situation. In some cases the interviewees seemed to be more concerned about the technicalities of their job, making collaborative reflection appear less of a priority.

Ministry of Education in Malaysia has urged the implementation of 21st-century learning starting from 2014 to fulfil the needs of education in Malaysia. The use of gadgets in learning is normal in this century but to some rural schools in Malaysia. This study was conducted to identify the teachers’ perception towards play-based learning using gadgets in rural preschool in the Kapit Division of Sarawak. This study focused on 3 important aspects which are the usage of gadgets and their effects in teaching and learning, and the challenges faced by the preschool teachers in using gadgets during their teaching and learning process. The samples of this descriptive research involved 40 teachers from Song and Kapit districts in Sarawak. The research instrument used for this study was a structured questionnaire which consisted of 10 items using five points Likert scale. The reliability coefficient value of Alpha Cronbach is 0.65. The data was analysed using SPSS to get the frequency and percentage values. It showed that preschool teachers have positive perceptions towards play-based learning using gadgets in preschools. Despite that, using gadgets in play-based learning has some cons such as students’ unfamiliarity with using gadgets and poor internet coverage in rural areas. This study enables preschool teachers to vary their teaching methods and approaches to ensure their students have an equal education as those who are in the urban area.

Abstrak Islam merupakan Syari'at Allah SWT yang menjadi tuntunan bagi manusia dalam beribadah kepada Allah dan sebagai petunjuk untuk mendapatkan kebahagiaan didunia maupun di Akhirat. Agar manusia dapat mengaplikasikan amanat besar ini, Syari'at Islam membutuhkan pendidikan, pembelajaran dan pengamalan. Pendidikan ialah sesuatu yang sangat di butuhkan dalam kehidupan manusia. Untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang terbaik tidak terjadi dengan instan begitu saja tapi membutuh sebuah proses pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan sebuah pendidikan ditentukan oleh keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Keberhasilah pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh berbagai instrumen yang saling berhubungan antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Tuntutan Pendidikan Nasional yang bermutu tidak dapat terpisah dari Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan yang sangat diperlukan dalam mekanisme jalannya pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, dalam  manajemen sarana dan prasarana dibutuhkan usaha yang baik agar di harapkan menjadi wasilah bagi  pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dilembaga pendidikan. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan berfungsi untuk mengelola dan memelihara sarana dan prasarana pendidikan supaya bisa menunjang peranan dalam kegiatan pendidikan secara ideal serta lebih bermanfaat. Maka dari itu perlu adanya penjelasan tentang perencanaan sarana dan prasarana yang ditetapkan dilembaga pendidikan. Abstract Islam is the Shari'at of Allah SWT which is a guide for humans in worshiping Allah and as a guide to get happiness in this world and in the Hereafter. So that humans can apply this great mandate, Islamic Shari'ah requires education, learning and practice. Education is something that is very important for human life. The educational process to produce the best graduates does not just happen. The success of an education is determined by the success of the learning process. The learning success is influenced by various instruments which are interconnected with one another. The demand for quality National Education is inseparable from the existence of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure which are very much needed in the education and learning process. Therefore, a good management of facilities and infrastructure is needed so that the good quality and quantity of facilities and infrastructure is expected to be a solution for efforts to manage facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions. The management of educational facilities and infrastructure functions to regulate and maintain educational facilities and infrastructure so that they can contribute to the educational process optimally and meaningfully. Therefore, the authors feel the need to explain how the basic concepts and classification of management planning facilities and infrastructure are applied in educational institutions.

Administrative activities in the field of educational facilities and infrastructure include; planning, procurement, inventory, distribution, utilization and maintenance, deletion, and supervision of educational facilities and infrastructure. The role of the teacher in the administration of school infrastructure: involved in planning the procurement of teaching aids, involved in the use and maintenance of teaching aids used by teachers, supervision in the use of practical tools by students. Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Administration is the entire process that is planned and carried out intentionally and conscientiously as well as continuous coaching of educational objects, so that it is always ready to be used in the Learning Process so that the Learning Process is more effective and efficient in order to help the achievement of educational goals that have been set.

<p><em>The COVID-19 pandemic emerging in early 2020 has significantly impacted various sectors, including education. The policy of home-based learning (defined as online learning), that is implemented by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture becomes a challenge for students, teachers, and educational institutions. Online-based learning is still an unfamiliar concept to the world of education in Indonesia. Lack of preparation and planning during the switch to online-based learning leads to bad learning experiences for both students and teachers alike. This event was aimed towards Indonesian educators to discuss essential elements regarding digital literacy competence, namely basic principles of distinguishing face-to-face classes and online classes, deciding on a format, design, and interaction in online classrooms, as well as the cycle of teaching and learning. As many as 454 participants from the five major islands in Indonesia virtually attended this event on May 13th, 2020. This event utilizes the ADDIE training developmental model elaborated in five stages: 1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. </em></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT (INDONESIAN):</strong> Pandemi COVID-19 yang muncul di awal tahun 2020 memberi dampak signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk Pendidikan. Kebijakan home-based-learning atau pembelajaran jarak jauh yang ditetapkan oleh Kementrian pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia menjadi sebuah tantangan bagi peserta didik, tenaga pendidik dan institusi pendidikan. Pembelajaran berbasis daring masih asing bagi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Kurangnya persiapan dan perencanaan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar daring berakibat pada pengalaman belajar-mengajar yang buruk bagi peserta didik maupun tenaga pendidik. Kegiatan ini ditujukan bagi tenaga pendidik di Indonesia untuk membahas beberapa elemen penting dalam kompetensi literasi digital seperti prinsip dasar yang membedakan kelas tatap muka dengan kelas daring, menentukan format, desain dan interaksi kelas daring, serta siklus belajar mengajar berbasis daring. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 454 partisipan yang tersebar pada lima pulau terbesar di Indonesia berlangsung secara virtual pada tanggal 13 Mei 2020. Kegiatan ini menggunakan model pengembangan training ADDIE dengan 5 tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) <em>Analyze</em>, (2) <em>Design</em>, (3) <em>Development</em>, (4) <em>Implementation</em> dan (5) <em>Evaluation</em>.</p>
